I lost my daddy in 2022, he was one of my life lines and a piece of me died the day he left. I knew I was going to get something to memorialize him and our relationship, yet I didn’t know where to go to get exactly what I wanted as this was going to be my most important tattoo and I needed it to be nothing less than perfect (I have like 26 already).I chose Tattoo Mafia and Lisa due to the shops awesome reviews overall and her portfolio. When I met her for a consultation, we instantly connected and she told me, with 100% confidence, that she could give me exactly what I was looking for…and she did not disappoint! After my piece was completed and I got in the car to go home, I literally cried.It was finally completed, it was perfect and my daddy would have loved it.The skull is for our love of horror that we shared. The amethyst heart is not only his birthstone, but also represents the purple heart he received while in Vietnam. And the beautiful, delicate filigree Lisa so effortlessly created, added that final touch of royalty to the piece because I was his princess.Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am going in another month to get my vampire pinup girl with Lisa….cant wait!Oh, and I live in New Jersey so it’s a bit of a drive. Well, worth the time spent, will not go anywhere else. I had a wonderful experience with Chloe. She is so friendly, sweet, and helpful! She worked with me on finalizing my design and never made me feel pressured to do anything I wasnt sure about. The piece turned out beautifully and Ive gotten many compliments. Everyone in the studio was friendly and pleasant to interact with. I got offered water, coffee, pillows, etc, the whole time I was there.

Justin is very professional and does awesome work! The shop is up to date, clean, and welcoming. I went in to continue working on my sleeve after my previous artist moved. Clean work!

I went here to get my first tattoo a few weeks ago and the whole experience was great! Very friendly people with a nice looking and very clean shop. I found them through other good reviews on Facebook, everyone had great things to say about them and they still surpassed my expectations. My tattoo artist was Emily, she was very cool,down to earth and fun to talk to. I sent her a few styles I was thinking about and she took the best parts and combined them into a great looking design. Her line work was so clean my wife thought it was fake at first and now she wants to go to Emily for her next tattoo and some touch up work she needs. Over all a great experience and I highly recommend them. My wife and I will be going back there for the rest of our work from now on

I had Justin as my artist and he did a fantastic job! Very nice guy to talk to while I was getting my art done and he did a great job of distracting me as well.

My experience at Tattoo Mafia could be described as nothing less than phenomenal. Lisa DeLauder was my artist and did outstanding work. You can go on their website and view her portfolio and it speaks for itself. Additionally, the staff, facility and overall experience was absolutely amazing! Sometimes, tattoo shops get a bad reputation. Almost like there is a stigma about the presence of one in the community. This facility and staff is providing a true 5 star service to their clients. They are incredibly passionate about their work. My piece was a memorial for my daughter. Lisa took the basic idea I had and turned it into a timeless masterpiece that will be with me forever. Another thing that really stood out for me was the girl that works at the front desk. I am sorry I forget what her name was and I dont want to assume her title is receptionist but, she is the first face you see when you walk in and the last one you see when you leave. She has an awesome personality for what she does. While greeting customers all day and managing all of the intake, ect... she even found time to walk around the shop several times to see if anyone needed to order food or wanted a coffee or water! If you are considering a tattoo, please stop in to Tattoo Mafia. You will NOT be disappointed!

I was EXTREMELY happy with my first large tattoo done by Ian years ago, so I decided to go back & get a smaller piece. I had my work done by Chloe, she is super nice & genuine! She did a great job & Im not at all dissatisfied with her work.My issue is, I called to ask if I could come in to get it touched up as the bottom just wasn’t shaded all the way (very understanding that this can happen & even thought maybe it could’ve been my fault so I was willing to pay something). The manager & I spoke, worked out a date then a few days before the appt I had a family emergency in Ohio.I again called & had to cancel. She did inform me that they might charge me. My original tattoo cost without tip was $125. So I went in to get it shaded at the bottom, only took maybe 3 minutes, If that. They charged me the whole $125 all over again. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of a little bit. I’m a single mom & if I knew it would’ve been the whole cost again, I wouldn’t have came in & yes I do understand there is a shop minimum but there is really no reason to charge $125 for 3 minutes of someone’s time.

This place is so awesome. They are so nice and welcoming. I had Emily she was very nice and kept asking if I was okay which was good. The tattoo is amazing, I cant believe my eyes, I definitely will be coming again.

Chloe is a freaking joy! Not only did my tattoo turn out amazing, the artist was sweet and engaged in conversation. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Shop is clean! And just a downright awesome place to be. All employees weren’t afraid to have conversations and I am certainly making this the spot for every time I’m local. Great place, great staff and great results!

I had my right nostril peirced today and can confidently say, I wont go anywhere else but here. They are very clean, and prioritize sanitization. The guy who did the peircing was very nice and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The people there were all very nice and friendly. I have very sensitive skin and their jewelry is the only jewelry that I havent reacted to. I was told by a friend to go here and I am more than happy I did!

I can’t say enough great things about this place and staff. Absolutely amazing!! The cleanliness, knowledge and kindness of is second to none. Got pierced by Codi yesterday and was totally impressed. She explained everything from start to finish, and she was super friendly. I felt totally relaxed and comfortable. This was my 1st time at Tattoo Mafia, and as soon as I walked in the door, I knew I had made the right decision. The place was clean, organized, and professional. It is like no tattoo shop Ive ever been to before, and I cant imagine going anywhere else again. In fact, I set up a consultation for a new tattoo before I left. Excited to return!

When looking for a great place to get a tattoo or a piercing....I would have to say Tattoo Mafia is the best place to meet your needs. They have two amazing, phenomenal tattoo artists, Lisa and Chris, one incredible piercer/office assistant, Codi and two great friendly apprentices, Emily and Steve. From the first time I was tattooed by Lisa at Tattoo Mafia three years ago until my most recent appointment this year (2016), I have been treated with the utmost respect and was always made to feel comfortable. The tattoo shop is the cleanest shop Ive ever been in (which I have been in several in Delaware). From the moment you walk in you are greeted by one of the most amazing people that I have ever met. Codi has always been appropriate and professional. I have set many appointments with Codi and she has always made me feel comfortable. Having had the opportunity to sit for several full day tattoo sessions with Lisa, I have also been able to observe Codi interacting with many clients and potential clients which she has always been completely professional. I was reading through the Google reviews for Tattoo Mafia and one recent review has disheartened me. I feel the need to address this individual because I believe that you should never put slanderous and inaccurate information out for the public to read. The bell Bells review is most likely fake. I also believe that this individual has never set foot in the Tattoo Mafia shop because their description of the shop is inaccurate and the inappropriate and benighted comments made toward Codi where inhuman. Please when reading the Google reviews, please take note that all but one review shows an adequate depiction of the staff and tattoo shop.

I discovered this place through my mother, whom had her tattoo done by Chris and was not disappointed.I got his amazing wife Lisa to do my peice, and I am equally not disappointed. There is great balance between what you want your piece to look like, and what your artist thinks would make your piece really pop!Everyone there is professional, welcoming and super helpful. Its a very relaxed environment.The shop itself is always clean, they take cleaning and safety very seriously there. You can tell, just from walking in the front door they take great pride in keeping their shop and equipment spotless. You can be sure the equipment they use is safe and clean, and they do their best to ensure you are comfortable throughout your session.They also make sure that when you leave, you are set up with everything you might need to take care of your tattoo and any information you might need. And any and all questions you might have, they are always only a call or an email away!All in all, I loved the place and the staff. Definitely going to be going back for more!

I got a triple helix done by Codi and I am so happy I went to her! My piercing came out exactly how I wanted it and Codi was so nice and helpful! She answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed to take care of my piercing. She is a true professional and if you ever want anything pierced I highly recommend her! And for an added bonus this shop is so nice and clean! Its one of the best Ive been too and I will definitely go back.

I absolutely love Tattoo Mafia, the atmosphere, the people, the shop. The people are super friendly in there and make you feel like family. All of the artists are amazing, and I love all of their work. The shop is so clean and well kept which is super important for shops. And Codi!! I absolutely love her, in all my years of being pierced i have never found a piercer that i truly like and appreciate until now. Codi is an amazing person and you can tell that she really loves her job. And the migraine piercing is such an amazing thing, i got my piercing almost 6 months ago and have had only 1 migraine in those 6 months (: Its amazing. She is always wanting to learn new things and help out all her clients. And I love that! I ALWAYS recommend her to everyone when it comes to piercings. A week ago was my first time going to Tattoo Mafia. Ill first start off by talking about the shop.WOW. Talk about a nice, clean and professional shop. I felt absolutely no worries going into the shop. Which is a pretty big deal for me and most people. So clean and organized. It was a breath of fresh air to walk into this shop compared to most in the Dover area.The staff was friendly and awesome. I went in for a specific piercing, so I didnt talk to everyone, but they all greeted me when I walked in.I came to this shop to get pierced by Codi. ANYONE who needs a piercing, Codi is the girl to go to. SUPER friendly and professional. She not only has exceptional customer service, but she is incredibly knowledgeable about what she is doing. My piercings came out SO MUCH better than I had ever expected. The whole process was enjoyable. I wouldnt have wanted it any other way. No lie.. I had no other option than to rate my experience with Codi and the shop with a full 5 stars.HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended!

I got my four piercings done here and I could not be any more satisfied! They handled everything completely professional and their shop/ piercing tools and process was immaculate. They were able to give me great advice and tips as well. Walked in for a double lobe piercing. Signing waivers was easy and the artists are all very professional. I was only charged for one piercing as the hole in the one lobe from a previous piercing was still open. Walked away very happy with two opals in my ear!

I got my nose pierced today by Codi and she was super excellent! She was warm and welcoming from the door. She was extremely thorough, professional and informative. It was like talking to a friend. She made me feel very comfortable and happy to be there. I really liked the shop as well. Modern, industrial, organized and clean. I observed Codi interacting with her co-workers and could tell there was a good, friendly and courteous team working there. I would definitely go again and I would highly recommend Codi. Ive know Chris and Lisa for a long time. A friend and I had bad tattoo experiences elsewhere and were kinda just turned off to the whole profession, but we decided to give a couple shops a try. He made an appointment at one, but then called and cancelled. We then went for a 7:30 consult at the old shop in I want to say 2012, and its been a great friendship ever since. Im greeted with warm hugs in a completely friendly atmosphere. Their new shop is just the icing on the cake. With the addition of Codi, the shop manager and piercer and their new apprentices, it truly feels like a family! Ive had 7 tattoos done by Chris and yesterday got a piercing done by Codi. My friend travels from Colorado and is covered is Lisas work. I wont go anywhere else. They are completely sterile and Ive never had any issues with their work, just constant compliments. When youre there, youre family.

If you are there for an appointment they always look to go above and beyond for your visit. They offer you coffee or water, and they will even provide you with menus to local restaurants so that you can purchase food and have it delivered to the shop. They take the hassle out of you having to order the food and they place the order and track it for you! When your service is complete, they ensure you have all the products and knowledge of how to take care of your new tattoo or piercing. They always look to make sure you leave 100% satisfied.3. Talent. I personally have been tattooed by Ian three times now. He has made me feel incredibly comfortable every visit. He works hard to make sure you are completely satisfied, from the consult to the end product. He is very meticulous and takes tremendous pride in what he does. He also will make you laugh at least 100 times, which definitely helps take your mind off of the pain! It is not just Ian though that makes this shop. Chris and Lisa, the owners, are truly great people and they have built an amazing team. You can tell just from the culture and vibe they have in the shop, that they have worked hard to make sure their brand is represented well. If I didn’t have such a loyalty to Ian, I honestly would let anyone in that shop tattoo me, as they all have a loyal client base as well as a great portfolio.If you are trying to decide where to get a tattoo, look no further; Tattoo Mafia is hands down where you need to go!

I saw Codi Lyn Canasa to get my septum piercing after it was incorrectly pierced as two previous shops. The staff was so helpful over the phone and in person and Codi did an amazing job! She explained everything before she prepped me to get pierced, she took her time finding the perfect spot, and she pierced it beautifully! I was beyond excited when I looked in the mirror. Awesome place and awesome people! I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I scheduled a tattoo last month, I went to my appointment early expecting the artist to be worth another client! I was wrong, he was waiting for my appointment! Got a GREAT tattoo, and had a fun the whole time I was there. ( Most places get weird after a couple hours!) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! The talent they have in the Mafia is great! Ian was fantastic, my new favorite Asian!! Thanks again Mafia! I will definitely be back!!

Just got done my second appointment to get peirced by Codi. I can say i have never been more impressed by an artist than I was with her. Both times she walked me through what she was doing and showed my how she had everything set up before she even made a move to do my piercings. She was all smiles and that was nice. She is all about making sure her clients feel welcome and happy as well as comfortable. I can happily say that I will definitely be coming back when I want another one and lets face it I will.

Ive know Codi for several years now and she is the only person I will have pierce me. So naturally, I follow her wherever she goes! I was pleasantly pleased when she moved to Tattoo Mafia. The shop is beautiful and smells clean and sterile like a hospital when you walk in. The atmosphere is insanely friendly and professional. I would highly suggest this shop for anyone seeking body modification. I havent been tattooed here, but I can speak from personal experience about the outstanding skill set, knowledge, precision and aura of comfort exhibited by Codi! 10 thumbs up!!

The staff is amazing and very professional. The shop was very clean and organized. Ian did my tattoo for daughter on my wrist and its extremely beautiful! My husband recommended the shop because all of his tattoos were done by Chris in the past which still look incredible. I couldnt have had a better experience.

I went to Tattoo mafia to get my first tattoo done. They were able to get me in quickly and the price was better than several places that I had been too. I was very satisfied with the service I got. They were extremely clean and careful about how they worked. I was extremely thrilled with my tattoo. I had waited 12 years to get my first because I was worried about it not looking good, but it was better than I expected. When I was done I decided to get my nose pierced. Codi took great care of me. She sat me down and walked through the whole process of what she was going to do. Her work area is extremely clean and sanitary. All her instruments were sterilized and new in the package. The Septum is the most painful piercing I have had and it wasnt that bad. It was fairly quick. When she as done it looked great. It was through straight and I had have no issues with it afterwards. I have been back for two additional piercings and plan on several more along with more tattoos.

I just went to tattoo mafia today to get a conch piercing and it was the best experience ever. The person that did my piercing was Codi. She is a very fun energetic person and she makes you feel welcomed. She did I very good job on helping me breath so that the piercing would hurt less and it did. She made sure everything was super clean to avoid infections and did a great job about explain the aftercare process. If I get anymore piercing I know where to go.

FOR A MINOR, BE SURE TO GET THE FORM SIGNED BY A NOTARY BEFOREHAND. We had to go back the next day because I didn’t even think to ask when not called. But, it was worth it. I took my 16 year old to get a spider bite and a repierce of his lobe. When I got my first tattoo/piercing 20 years ago, the shops were intimidating and overwhelming. Every tattoo I have isn’t exactly what I wanted because I didn’t speak up and felt unable to due to the environment. This is true for the 3 shops I had been to. The difference between my past experiences and this shop is mind blowing. Robert is absolutely amazing and every staff member was helpful and understanding. I’ve been putting off a coverup because every artist I’ve asked balked at a coverup. The shop manager (I feel horrible at forgot his name) acted like it was nothing and was super open to our endless questions and my son’s nonstop nervous talking. I listened to a consult while we were waiting and the artist was so sweet and helpful to her client. I’ve scheduled an appointment for some work and I am so excited to get started.

Today I decided to get my belly re-pierced and I have to say that Codi is by far the best piercer Ive ever had. Shes very passionate about what she does and is committed to continue to learn everything she can about the art of piercing. Tattoo Mafia is very lucky to have her and I wouldnt go to anyone else. I got my first tattoo here and it was a great experience. My mom felt very comfortable with me getting my tattoo done here because of how clean and inviting it is. Will tattooed me and did a great job. He was very professional and really helped me through the session. His style is meticulous and clean and I ended up with a dope tattoo. I am definitely going to get more tattoos here and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Everybody here is so friendly and welcoming. They are also very knowledgeable and clean. I made the mistake of getting a second lobe piercing at a different shop and 3 days in, it was completely messed up. I stopped in today and Mantis was able to help me out and give me proper aftercare instructions to ensure safe healing. Although he’s a guest piercer, I have complete faith in everybody there and can’t wait to go back and have my second lobe redone. He also switched the bead on my conch CBR to an awesome opal one, and I’m in love! The jewelry selection is absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a quality piercing.

Lisa was my tattoo artist and she was amazing. This was my first tattoo. From the moment I met her for our consultation she was honest and clear with what to expect. I was nervous because I wanted the tattoo on my sternum and she stated that was one of the most painful spots. I turned in a couple of ideas I had and we talked about my overall vision. When it was closer to the time of my session she sent me proofs of her design, she was super responsive and accommodating with the changes I requested. She was able to create what I had imagined my tattoo to look like. On the days leading up to my tattoo session she kept me calm by encouraging me and reminding me of what to do before, and what to expect during the session. It could not have gone better!! I RECOMMEND HER 100%. She kept me calm and relaxed, she worked flawlessly and swiftly. I made it through the session in less time then we planned and I truly believe it was because she prepared me and made me feel so calm. WORTH THE WAIT! Thank you so much LISA!!!!

Ive been a customer here for years, but every time I go they seem to top themselves. Professionalism is the best in the business by far. Codi always makes sure the entire process is seamless and simple. This particular time I got some work done by Emily, and was BLOWN AWAY! Her art work is as good as youll find anywhere and she gave me a tattoo thats even better than I was hoping for. I got my daith done a week ago by Codi at tattoo mafia. Besides having my ears pierced as a young girl, this was my first tattoo. Codi did an excellent job! She made sure that I saw that all the equipment was new and sterilized. Initially the piercing didnt want to work right, Codi took the time and had patience to get it right and I greatly appreciate it. I would recommend her to anyone! She was a class act and you can tell she absolutely loves her job :)

What can I say other than Chris, Lisa, and Curtis are the best. I have gotten two tattoos which were both done by Chris back in November of 2014 when they initially opened their new location. Since then I cannot even count how many compliments, comments and incredible remarks I have received on both of them. I have first hand seen all of their work and they all are truly artists in their profession. I went yesterday to get my daith piercings from Codi. Well, let me tell you....Codi is the absolute best! She is so knowledgable about daith piercings and really takes the time to explain them, as well as getting to know her clients. She is amazing and I could listen to her talk all day because she is so passionate about what she does and it shows. She is super friendly (hope you get a Mewtwo in Chicago), compassionate, and awesome in every way possible. I went into my appointment feeling nervous and skeptical. I now am optimistic that this procedure will be helpful and give me my quality of life back. Everyone is so friendly and inviting, Ive known Chris and Lisa for years and theyre wonderful people. The piercer Codi is simply amazing, I met her when she sold jewelry at the mall and Ive loved her ever since. Shes probably the nicest person Ive ever met in my entire life. Ive had two piercings done by Codi, and each time Ive had such a good experience. I was incredibly nervous when she did my nose piercing and she talked to me the whole time, telling me what to expect. When I had issues changing out my nose ring for the first time she was more than happy to assist me in the change out process. I could not even begin to praise Codis work and recommend her enough. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

So i rated them 5star prior to me getting my piercings done...so im updating this after the work is finished and its staying at a 5star rating. 👍🏼👍🏼These are the first piercings ive gotten done here but not the first time Codi and the crew have assisted me. Ive had Codi patiently look at my other piercings that i wasnt so happy about and helped me fix them (didnt even charge me for consulting w her).The place is very clean and organized, from the time you walk in, theres a friendly face that greets and welcomes you. They are professional but still maintains a jolly and comfortable atmosphere.Codi does everything she can to prep you mentally for the procedure and her help w picking a jewelry replacement was very much appreciated. Love it! 😁 when my new piercings heal im going back to get those black zirc stones! Lol

Ive known Codi for over five years. Best customer service from any place ever. I purchased an earring from her and the jewelry didnt fit my ear since I have too small of ears to use it. she gladly gave me an exchange. Shes the one person I trust when it comes to piercings and the jewelry to go with it. I just got my daith pierced about two weeks ago and have been migraine free since then. Its awesome how she was able to do research about this piercing and figure out why its so effective.She will become your piercer for life!! 😜😁

I drove 2 hours to this shop from Maryland after seeing all the positive reviews.. Hospitality was amazing from the start. The receptionist was sweet and nice, the place is very clean with badass portraits and merchandise. . My artist Emily did an AMAZING job on my back piece . I went to Will to get a tattoo at the Philly Tattoo Convention yesterday and everyone from this shop was amazing. They were all extremely welcoming and friendly. They were so helpful and I loved chatting to them. My tattoo artist Will was a great guy and he kept checking in on how I was doing while he was tattooing me. It was very reassuring that he genuinely cared and wanted to know if I was ok. Every step of the process was great. Will is really good at what he does and I love my new tattoo. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a piercing or tattoo. Everyone I dealt with was lovely and down to earth. Will was also extremely efficient in making sure everything was of the utmost hygienic standard. Will cut no corners whatsoever in hygiene despite being on a tight schedule at the convention. Ive gotten work done by Chris and Lisa now for almost 11 years. They have always been professional, knowledgeable and damn good artists. Not to mention their impeccable cleanliness habits. This place is top notch, the best tattoo shop I’ve seen. I had Codi pierce my earrings after 2 piercing F ups. She was so sweet and letting me know things that i didn’t know the first 2 times i got my ears done. I’m so so happy i decided to have her re-pierce my ears.

Ive never had a tattoo done at Tattoo Mafia, but I can tell you that Codi (their piercer) is the only person I will let pierce me. To date she has done four piercings for me and I cannot imagine a better experience.Most places can say theyre clean and follow proper procedure; but Codi does so much more. Tattoo mafia is the cleanest, and friendliest shop ive ever been to! The art work is unbelievable and their piercer codi is unbelievable as well! This has been my go to place to get a tattoo since moving to Delaware. They are great artists and very nice people. I have had a few medical issues, but once I am able to, I will be going there again to get a memorial tattoo for my Dad. You have to call the shop to let them know you are there and Alyssa will let you in. Alyssa is always so nice and always had a smile even under her mask! She always makes sure you understand and are okay with your appointment and makes sure you have a great artist even tho all the artist at tattoo mafia is amazing.Chris on the other hand, is a AMAZING tattoo artist!! He is out of this world with his detail snd coloring! He takes his time and will never disappoint you!! He will always make sure your comfortable while getting the tattoo and is down to earth! All 4 of my tattoos, me and Chris talked the whole time and all my tattoos have a combined 17 hours of tattooing. This is a WONDERFUL and EXCELLENT establishment who will treat you like family! I went to Tattoo Mafia this past week to get a 1.5mm nose piercing and Codi was extremely helpful and patient in answering my many questions! The piercing was quick and not very painful compared to my other piercings (I have a daith and ear cartilage piercing). The price was a little more than other shops I had looked at but thats just because everything is really sterile and clean! Smells like a hospital in there, haha! But if you ever need a piercing done, Id recommend Codi at Tattoo Mafia for sure!

The shop is immaculate, all equipment is sterilized, with brand new needles that are shown to every client. Never had a tattoo there but the piercer Codi is literally the best in Delaware!!! I had my lip done by her about 4 years ago and it was nearly painless! I’ll start with the shop as a whole. Everything about the shop from the safety precautions in place for COVID, to the friendly staff who can answer all your questions, to the cleanliness (literally felt like I was in a Doctor’s office) was exceptional.Alyssa was very nice to talk to, she was very eager to help in any way she could, helped me pick out jewelry, priced and repriced for different jewelry combos, gave very helpful insight on aftercare (and they have jewelry changing services). She also went out of her way to send me a picture of the pieces I was interested in for my second visit, and held them for me until the day of my appointment. She has a really friendly and sweet energy that makes you feel both comfortable and informed.Robert is THEE piercer. Really nice guy, personable, experienced, a true artist. He’s also traveled a lot so he knows cool little cultural facts, has cool stories, and has pierced in a lot of different places. He walked me through a lot and crossed all the t’s (changing gloves, sterilizing, etc.) like it was second nature. He told me exactly what he was doing as he was doing it so I knew what was happening even if I couldn’t see it in my line of vision. He designed the shape and I let him choose where the different pieces went so I’d say he’s got the style element too. He’s really passionate about what he does and very determined to make sure you leave with all the instruction on aftercare you need to make sure your body stays healthy, like down to the anatomy of it all.I left with so much positive energy because that’s just the kind of place it is. If anyone’s ever looking to get pierced in the DMV area, I’d say it’s more than worth the drive. I cannot recommend it enough. Stay tuned because one day I’m sure I’ll have a tattoo review as well.

Love everything they do! Ian did amazing on my tattoo, looks great! He definately made it personal, fun and unique for me. Took a lot of time making sure everything is the way i wanted. Listen, this is the only place to go for tattoos. They are so far ahead of any hack shop that calls themselves a professional tattoo shop. They listen to you, they verify design, location, size, color. They watch body language. They react to your breathing pattern during the process. They treat their working environment like a hospital. Their level of detail from greeting to goodbyes is actually surprising and reassuring. I found myself envying them for being the masters of their domain and the leaders in their profession. Lisa was so focused on every tiny dot in my piece and was truly proud of birth of the original art she created for me. While everyone else is a garage band, these people are Elvis, the Rolling Stones and Prince all rolled up into one. My arm was Lisas Sistine Chapel. ...and they are ALL THAT GOOD ! If I could give them a zero I would the shop it self is clean but the art work is lacking. My lines are all blown out and shaky so I went to artistic Addition and they fixed it. I just talked to my friend that got her tongue pierced there by their so-called professional piercer and she said its crooked its way too far back in her mouth causing her issues so I referred her to my guy and he fixed it . Nice looking shop but no experience whatsoever i do not recommend the shop if you want straight piercings or real art workI dont know about any of those other people but I am a real client and this is a real review and I will let everyone know not to go to your shop.

Very professional and pleased so far. The rest of the staff that were on site we awesome too with just the joking and laughter. This place is amazing! I went there for my consultation recently to get my monstrousity of a tattoo covered up. The artist that will be doing the tattoo discussed everything in great detail. She took measurements of the current tattoo multiple times making sure that what I wish to get would be sized perfect. I did not feel rushed or pushed into making decisions that would cut corners to make the design easier or less detailed. Now, the environment. I have to start a whole new part in this review because it was... Just amazing. When I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces and and an offer of a beverage and assisted immediately. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, the shop was clean as a pin. It was bright and wide open, the music wasnt so loud you had to yell to be heard. All of their displays ( for gauges and such ) where very well lit and the products within beautifully arranged so you werent struggling to see anything or just seeing a massive pile of gauges and piercings in a bowl. I also know that I was not the only tattoo seeker there that felt as awesome as I did, there was a gentleman sleeping soundly as we did my consultation. That showed me this was a place you didnt have to be on edge and watch the artist like a hawk because you trust and believe you will leave there with beautiful work. At the end of this uper long review I have to mention one last thing, the artist I am working with did not just talk with me about slapping some random thing on my leg and calling it a day. No, she asked for details, picture references, ideas, also taking the time to mention not just the pros of getting the tattoo. But also mentioning what position I will be in and if needed to bring something with me from home so I am comfortable during a possible long session. I have never been to a tattoo shop that I would recommend more because its not JUST another shop. No, this place is absolutely amazing and the people that work there are epic. Highly recommend coming to this shop, if you want a tattoo you will love forever this is the shop to go to. I promise you wont be disappointed.

Came in for 2 piercings and overall had a really great experience here. Everything was professional and comfortable. The prices were reasonable, and their hours were extremely convenient. I would definitely go back again.

I called this past Friday and spoke with Brittany. I explained that I wanted an appointment - I was planning a ladies weekend and all 4 of us wanted tattoos. She told me shed text me with information that she needed from me though she never asked for my number. I assumed they had caller ID. Needless to say, I never got a text. Kinda sucks because I cant even rate the artists or the shop which Ive heard great things about. Ive never got that far. I cant tell if Brittany is new or not but I hope Im not the only person she didnt get back in touch with. Was really looking forward to all of us having a great time together.

Lisa did an amazing job on my tribute piece. Shes a sweetheart and made sure I was comfortable and that my piece was exactly what I was looking for. Very professional and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Got my tongue pierced here today. Was a little nervous but Robert was very friendly + my boyfriend was allowed to be in the room with us. The experience was very pleasant.

But for Tattoo Mafia I had too, from the moment you walk in the building you know this is place to get some serious ink. Between the super dope atmosphere and friendly artist who are extremely passionate about their craft, youll feel like family the moment you walk in and an 4 hour tattoo will feel like 2 and a half... Time flies when youre having a good time One last point TATTOOES are permanent so I wanted my tattoo to be perfect and my artist (Will) took the time to redraw it 1000xs to make sure it was just that (perfect) for me, which showed along with great skill, theres also great consumer service!

Can I give them 6 stars? This was my first tattoo. Im a terrible artist and couldnt put down what was in my head in detail for the life of me. Will Schulze helped me so much with that. He was able to tell me the facts of mixing colors, what colors would work together and what might be risky and work with me to make sure it was what I wanted. He was very patient. He was able to make the M1 rifles better than I thought possible! He put little lines in it to make the wood look more real! This is my tattoo place and now my wife is set on Tattoo Mafia being her new tattoer as well and were going Tattoo Mafia and asking for Will Shulze for our next tatts.Someone help me out with uploading a picture. I cant figure it out.

I had an appointment on Thursday, and was coming from a drs appointment in PA and we kept having to change the time due to traffic and they were totally cool with it and understanding! I will definitely be suggesting them to everyone. Very clean place and very nice and respectful atmosphere! Hands down best place.

Got a tattoo from Lisa. Being new to the area they made me feel welcome and I had an amazing time. Lisa did an amazing job with my new tattoo and even made an old tattoo look better. I will definitely be returning for more tattoos.

Disclaimer. I did not actually get a piercing done because when I got there I was told that they were out of the Titanium metal. They go on to say that I could opt to use the cheaper metal but it wasnt recommended because it would hurt and swell more. I was not told before hand about it which is unprofessional. I wanted to get it peirced for a special event happedning over the weekend. I wont be going back because there was lack of communication and consideration for the client.

Worked with Ian for a tattoo, and he did an amazing job! It took a few months to get in, but my tattoo was worth it. He spoke the whole time and just created a calm atmosphere. Definitely recommend for people who are new to getting tattoos! I attached my tattoo, but I just had it done today and theres still a stencil outline on the sun.

Lisa did a scar cover up for me. She basically freed me from my embarrassment of the scar that forced me to wear shirts that cover that part of my body. I am now happy with that part of my body as now you can no longer see a scar, but now see colorful art! I am so happy I found her!

This place is one of the worst shops I have ever been in .as far as customer service goes it is nonexistent then act like they are to good to talk to you and by the art work I have seen they should be very humble.i had many people tell me not to go there but I was Taking in by the new paint and hype.a mistake I will never make again .my friend and I went to get a piercing .first it took forever .it seems she doesnt know what she is doing I said to my friend but we gave her a chance anyway. As she was doing the piercing there was more then one inappropriate comments made my friend let her know she was married and the piercer said well I bet he cant lick like I can at that point we got up and walked out and she refused to refund our money.codi was the name of the piercer and I will be letting everyone know about this person.

Disgusting treatment of a potential new customer. Waited 3 weeks for a return call from the artist and still waiting. Two return calls to the office manager and all I got was excuses and attitude.
