I’ve had three laser removal sessions with Kris. Each time, I’m met with kindness, professionalism and all of the information that I need to make the experience as pain free as possible. I would absolutely recommend going to see her for tattoo removal!

Ive had 3 appointments here so far to have a tattoo removed. I had no idea what to expect but Jessica was awesome in explaining everything to me and ensuring that I was comfortable with the process. The shop is in a very convenient location and its very clean! When I get my next tattoo, I will definitely get it done here!

Kris Lachance Is amazing, I am a travel, healthcare worker and came to Michigan on a work assignment and looked her up and since day one she has been amazing. She has given me great education on the process of tattoo removal, she makes me feel comfortable and doesn’t mind answering my questions. She is so knowledgeable and her team is also great. I still travel to Michigan and work assignments and do not go anywhere anywhere else to remove my tattoo but her. I recommend her and her team 100%. And her prices are great also.

I have done 4 tattoo removal sessions with Kris. She has been so comforting and patient as this is a painful process. She is fun to talk to and uses great techniques to distract you from the pain. She’s professional and very informative of every step in the process. Although I don’t look forward to the zapping I do look forward to seeing her. I drive from Kalamazoo which is an hour & forty minute drive to get tattoo removal at Lansing Laser because they were recommended by a tattoo artist here in Kalamazoo…You want the best, you go to the best! All the staff there are friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable of procedures. They take all precautions/situations/aftercare seriously to make sure you have a successful & SAFE appointment.

She is also extremely kind and has the BEST mindset as a business owner. It is so evident that she cares about her staff and her customers. I had several laser removal appointments in Massachusetts before moving to Michigan in August and I can say with confidence that the price is extremely fair (I now pay HALF), the quality is exceptional and the staff is so professional. I have a tattoo on my back that Ive been wanting to get rid of for years now, so I did my research on laser tattoo removal shops and finally settled on Lansing Laser. Im so happy I decided to go to them! I just had my second session a couple days ago and I could not be happier with the whole experience. Kris is so sweet/laid back and helped calm my nerves when I first came in by explaining how everything worked (shes super knowledgeable about the whole process) and answering any questions I had. My back tattoo is fading super nicely already and I plan on finishing my treatments here over the next couple of years. I recommend this place to everyone!

If you have ever thought about tattoo removal dont hesitate this is the place to do it. I had looked into laser removal years ago and decided against it because of the high cost and discomfort that I though would be associated with it. I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Lansing Laser, it was the complete opposite of what I expected. It was quick, painless, inexpensive and better yet completely removed the tattoo I had. I highly recommend them.

Price was great! Technician seemed very professional. 1 treatment in starting to see lightning of tattoo 2-6 for lightening and 6-12 for removal will update score after I’m finished
