Got my first piercing ever glad I got it done here!

They were very good with my two daughters and I have to be honest, they actually had waited to close,or leave, and waited for us to get there, because we were trying to find the right place,and were coming from a whole other town, and they stayed and waited for us to get there, to do the 3 piercings that we were getting done!! Great guy, Coy, who works there!! Thanks so much!! I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in a tattoo or a piercing, for sure!!

I wanted to get a helix piercing but I need real gold because I have allergies to other metal. I tried a few other places but they were no help. When I contacted R1sk Takers Nathan was very helpful and I was able to get the helix pierced.

Joey blackout has done 3 of my last tattoos and a few of my girlfriends. He is a awesome artist that is very professional. I keep going back to him for his love of tattoos and because he really takes hims time with his customers to make sure the tattoo is perfect and his customers are happy. Im scheduled to finish up my leg sleeve with him and my arm sleeve. Best artist Ive had yet. I will keep on going to him.

I have been wanting to try a piercing for years. I finally got the nerve to get my ears done today, and I was pleasantly surprised! Quick, easy. Nothing to it! Nate took great care of me, and made me feel calm and right at home. Staff was awesome. Cool vibe. Wll def be back for more piercings and tats. Great prices too! Highly recommended!! 👌👍🤘

UPDATE: 4 months since service: I am left with disgusting, scarred holes in my face that wont go away OR support a piercing.EDIT 3 WEEKS LATER: 1 STAR ⭐**Do not let a random person w unbranded jewelry punch holes in your face.** Been pierced & tattooed many times, from NYC & its suburbs, to the Tampa area & now 4 towns in NC. Always do my research, always premium premium jewelry, always a wait. If they have room for walk-ins...run away. Never had so much trouble. Way too much bleeding, jewelry falling out at least once a day. One fell out & I couldnt find it. Checked Google, they were open, flew over there for new jewelry (piercings, esp new, can close in minutes). Closed. ON A SATURDAY EVENING. Prime time for this industry. Second one fell out tonight. Its a sign from the Universe. Not meant to be. LESSON LEARNED.-------Getting my nostril pierced again has been on my mind. Found myself somewhere I dont normally frequent. Looked up and saw R1sk Takers sign. Called and thankfully Omerta himself had an opening. Went all in and got my left nostril double pierced. Great guy, super patient w my questions & crybaby self. Once I see it has healed well, Ill updated review to 5 Stars. Ill definitely be back. Great service, great price.

A+++++++++++++My husband got a tattoo cover up done this past weekend. The shop is very clean. Joey did the tattoo for my husband. He was very professional. He was easy to work with and did an amazing job. My husband and I are both very satisfied with the quality of work. He is a very talented man.

Just got a nose piercing done here,The guy was great he made sure to get it as perfect as he could and was very nice about it. Definitely recommend coming here

Came in to get a septum piercing today. Had to wait for the guy to get done with another piercing. Before we started he said he was just about to go to the store. It looked like he was rushing to get the materials ready. Didn’t take long to line it up, and after the ring went through he was moving it around a lot to try and make it look straight. I went to my car to look at it, and it was very crooked. I came back in and he was gone, so I had to wait for him to get back. He told me I could get it re-done in about 2 DAYS. He took it out fine, cleaned it up, and gave me my money back.A couple side notes. I never sighed a waver form, and they never checked to make shore i was 18. Very unprofessional.If you come here you are definitely a risk taker

So went to Joey today to get a tattoo and I’m absolutely in love with it. Turned out even better than I could have imagined I recommend anyone wanting new ink to go to them. If I could leave a ten star review I absolutely would!!! The environment and the work were top notch and I will be going back to get more work done here.

Very professional artists! Fair pricing for amazing art, as well as personal consulting to ensure that I got a one of a kind tattoo. Piercing area was very clean and well equipped, piercer answered all my questions and explained cleaning process. Great experience all around!!
