I came here for the first time today to get a dream tattoo of mine. I came in and immediately was greeted by Sandy. Its a super calm and welcoming environment, very professional. Sky was my artist, and was really good at communicating and talking me through each step. This was my 3rd professional tattoo, and its safe to say that Sky is my preferred artist now. He charged $300 for a tattoo I was expecting to be $450-500, and was very friendly! 10/10, couldnt recommend this place more!!

I had a great experience! Service was fast, simple and super clean. Sky was my tattoo artist and he did an amazing job! I left with exactly what I wanted. It was also my first tattoo and he made me feel very comfortable. Will absolutely come back.

Sky was very happy to do my memorial peace for my twins and my grandma who passed away 7 months apart from each other I was nervous because Ive had 2 good experiences with shops the rest not so good but sky new how to calm me down and he did an amazing job very impressed I will back to get more done he was helpful of picking the best spot and witch tattoo would look better and all that very light handed amazing lines couldnt be more impressed if ya need work done go to sky.

Shop was for sure different but, still a cool place. My artist Christian did an amazing job with the piece as well as adding some touches that I didn’t have in my mind but I’m very happy with. He has skills and was very sanitary about what he did as how he did it. Would def get another tattoo with him.

Not a fan of this place. My honey got a tattoo that ended up being put on backwards. He cant even show it off because hes so embarassed by it, which sucks because it was his first ever tattoo. I got a piercing that was from someone who ended up getting fired because he was doing piercings without being qualified. The piercing I got had to be removed because it was done incorrectly and kept getting infected.UPDATE: I cant reply to the comment below for some reason. I was there in May 2018, so years ago. Its highly possible many things have changed since then, so it may be better now. I really dont know. My experience years ago was not good, and thats all I know.

Had thought about going in there for Emmas work. But it sounds like the owner ran off all of his great artists with his horrible business practices and baby like attitude. Blocking people for critiquing him. Slashing tires, withholding pay, destroying stuff. Definitely will never see my business. Will definitely find the artist in her new spot.

Everything went quite swifty, I scheduled one with Emma. Im hardly comfortable with other people but she was very friendly and fun, so it was easy going. She just draws up on your skin with some markers and you check it out to see if you like it then the session begins.

Ive been a repeated patron at legendary ink for multiple years (at least 3+ now). the artists I regularly saw were beyond talented, but the owner is a scumlord who preys on his employees and deliberately sabotages them, even going as far as slashing tires and deleting appointments. all of the great staff are no longer here, so do not give this man anymore of your business

3 years ago I wrote a review praising Emma and her work. Not praising the shop, praising EMMA. The owner, Dwayne, is a horrible human being who has always made me uncomfortable when I saw him in the shop. He is disgusting for the way he’s treated his artists who were loyal to him for years. Legendary Ink is nothing without the real artists who built it a name that it isn’t worthy of having without the artists.

Ash did a side piece for me and will definitely be back for more work, great environment and amazing quality

The owner literally just lost his best employees because he doesn’t know how to treat his employees, his FAMILY is writing the “good” reviews on here now too. 🥰 He had some good artists in the shop, the only reason his shop is rated as highly as it is. And they’re gone.

A very clean & professional place! Before scheduling an appointment for a nostril piercing, I asked several questions, and everyone was nice and quick to answer. When I went in today, I was so nervous to get the piercing. Annika was so professional, helpful, and gave me a peace of mind. I’m so glad I chose this place!

The owner of this establishment has treated his employees in a truly horrific manner. I urge anyone thinking about visiting this shop to strongly rethink their decision. The staff has been treated poorly and stolen from by the owner. The employees took care of the establishment and their boss is a terrible person who took advantage of their kindness, as well as their care, passion, and devotion for their work. Threatening to fire them for needing days off for surgery recovery, mocking them for their illnesses, slashing their tires, deleting their appointments, and refusing to pay them their final checks. The employees were what made this place great, and i will never step foot in this parlor again.

I had appt with Emma 1/9/22. Walked in to a friendly face, she listened to what I wanted and had it all ready to go so I wasnt sitting there waiting and anxious. Her sanitization skills are on point which i love .Sitting in her room for a tattoo was very comforting and she is easy to talk to. My work turned out better than expected and I cannot wait to go back for more! Thank you Emma for ur amazing work and artist skills!

You’ll see seb porter in the reviews praising himself and his own shop when in fact he is a horrible person. He slashed his former employees tires, he refuses to pay them for their work, and steals his former employees art work. You’re better off going to where the real artist left to work since they had such horrible experiences here which would be oddballs tattooing

This place is great! They got me in for a walk in, which most places can’t accommodate, and I got 2 tattoos done. My artist was great! The guy working the front desk, AMAZING. He was so kind, comforting, and helpful. The whole place is fun and welcoming, and it’s just all around a wonderful environment. Honestly the pricing is very fair for the quality of work. This place will be my new go to!

We heard about Legendary Ink through a friend. We drove a little over an hour to get there and we were so happy we did. They were definitely worth the drive. Kacey Anderson was amazing. She did my daughters tattoo and it came out breathe taking. I liked the fact that my daughter showed her what she wanted and they sat there and redesigned it so it was unique. They were very welcoming, they talked with us and made us feel comfortable. We didnt feel like they were rushing us in and out. We will definitely be going back!!

Got my nose done here as soon I as we walked in we was greeted and had smiles all around the guy at the counter was amazing with helping me pick out jewelry for my nose even had great encouraging words since Ive never had my nose done. When I got back to the room to do my nose my piercer was amazing and comforting made this a very amazing experience ❤️ I hardly felt the pain! This has to be hands down the best experience Ive ever had with getting pircings! Thank you guys so much we will definitely be back again!!!

I was required to make a sixty dollar deposit for the tattoo I was scheduling, I sent the photo arrived at the shop and they informed me that they couldn’t help me due to the drawing being a copyright. So I asked for a different tattoo and they said it would be more than what they quoted me. I figured it would be around he same price range but it wasn’t. As I said I didn’t want one anymore they told me I couldn’t get a refund on the deposit even though I wasn’t getting a tattoo. They didn’t bother to call me and tell me they couldn’t do the tattoo. They waited until I drove all the way over there and waisted my time. When I called to make the appointment, I sent the artwork, AND THEN paid. So they let me pay knowing they couldn’t do that art and still charged me. This place is over priced and a scam.

EVERYONE: The owner may be trying to surpress the negative reviews. Ive seen a couple one star reviews here a few days ago and now they arent here but they show up on the users profile.Never forget Dwayne, the owner, is garbage.

Easily the most COMFORTABLE Ive ever been getting tattooed. I have a horrible twitching problem and Emma literally just made me feel so secure and okay as she tattooed me. She constantly was making sure I was doing good and took 3 separate breaks to let me breath and relax after a particularly rough section. Definitely will be returning to her and Legendary Ink in the future!

The artists whom I left this review for are no longer at the shop, and given the mistreatment of the staff that’s come to light lately, I no longer support or suggest Legandary ink to anyone.I’ve been to the shop in Elkhart multiple times and I absolutely love it!! When I came in they had accidentally booked two appointments with the same name, and Emma and Dwanye were super accommodating and professional about the whole situation. The guy who greeted us, Evan, was great! Very nice and very helpful. However, the lady who pierced our noses was still in training and her trainer was not there. Each of our piercings took a long painful time. Both of our piercings were dropped at one point while she was attempting to put them on. She said that she sucked during the process. And lastly a worker came into the room during the piercings and started cleaner her ears out with Q-tips. We saw the wax and all. We’re slightly queasy and sad.

I just got my first piercing here and they did a fantastic job!! The workers were all very friendly and the piercing was really quick and easy! If I ever get another piercing I will definitely be returning to them. I highly recommend Legendary Ink for anyone looking to get a piercing.

Amy is most definitely invited to the cookout. Their work is amazing and they are very professional but they also have a goofy side that makes you feel comfortable getting a tattoo. And they are very good at time management.

Emma is dope. She does some awesome unique designs and very bold. Plus, shes adorable. I have only been tattooed by Emma, but Im sure the other artists have alot to offer. But, I can clearly say I was happy with the crisp lines of my tattoo, and the way the color has stuck to my skin.

I got charged for a tattoo I did not recieve. I paid for two, only have one unfinished one. They are thieves.

Emma has done 8 of my tattoos, all of them are one of a kind. All of them are great. Everyone at the shop is so welcoming and make you feel like family. I highly recommend to everyone.

I came in seeing all of the good reviews and I had two small tattoos done with no problem. I also had a consultation for a larger piece, and I explained exactly what I wanted and I saw the artist’s portfolio, so I thought I was in good hands. I came in to have it done, we made a couple of last minute touches, and then he went to start and it was all fine until he started rushing through it really fast and did not seem to be following the lines all too carefully. I have a lot of sections that are either smudged looking or the lines were not carefully tattooed in so I have fading lines. He didn’t even finish the line work in some portions. I’m honestly extremely disappointed by how it turned out. I paid way too much to not to get what I was expecting.

Highly unprofessional not paying their former staff who left because of the toxic owner, is stealing their former employees drawings and tattooing them on customers! Also slandering their former employees names. I wouldnt go here if I were you!

Was a 5 stars until I found out whats going on, shame on the owner for being a garbage human being, former staff left he wont pay them and my favorite artist got her tire slashed, they are also lying thieves. Do not go here, go to Oddballs tattoos and piercings, thats where all the talented former staff went, the ones who know what theyre doing.

Legendary Ink more like Legendary Fail. Steals money and art from former employees. Those former employees also got their tires slashed in the process of leaving a toxic environment. They also slashed family members tires.

Great time every visit. Some of the most professional, relaxed individuals who are actually talented at what they do. Emma really listens to what you want and works with you in order to create the piece thats going to look great for years. Bri pierced my boyfriend and she was quick, precise, and really funny. They make it feel like home when youre there.

I didn’t have a great experience at this place and the tattoo I got was awful. Not the design itself, but the line work was so splotchy. I had to get it retouched for it to look ok. I got this back in 2022 and I’m still unhappy with this tattoo even though i got it retouched.

I got a cute ankle tattoo here. I felt way more comfortable and welcomed at legendary ink than at goshen ink and therapy. They were a lot more fun to be around and the environment was very nice. I absolutely love the artists out at Legendary Ink! They are all very professional and keep the shop clean! All needles are opened in front of the customer, and all equipment is covered to avoid splashing onto it. There is no need to worry about getting an infection from used or dirty equipment. As long as you properly care for your art, you will be fine.

This is a review for John - he did a wonderful cat portrait a few years ago for me and did fantastic! In January 2020 he did another one. I will say I left there satisfied. Then after a few months I decided I didn’t like how parts of it turned out. I texted John and requested him to fix it (I would even pay for it since I truly did like it at first). He responded for a few messages until I asked when he was available. Never got back to me. Ok. So I had a consult at another local place to fix it. They’ll fix it for $400. In total, this tattoo costed me in the end $700. Thanks, John. If he’s willing to at least get back to me and fix it, I’d likely go back to him and redo this review.

My son and daughter got their first tattoo here by two different artists they did a real good job and both my son and daughter are real happy with their tattoos. They both said that when they decide to get their second tattoo they would definitely come back to Legendary Ink.

Shaky tattoo work, fairly amateur. horrible piercing practices. cool little hole in the wall though, wish the integrity matched the gilding.

Emma did a small tattoo on my finger and told me about all the different sketches she made to get out right. She put in so much effort for my first tattoo and was beyond professional. Ill be going back for future pieces.

Great service, super nice, and very good price! I got my septum done, 14 Guage, and special jewelry for $80 total, but it was $50 for the regular septum piercing. Promise, who pierced me, was super kind. Definately would go there again!

Not happy need touch up on tattoo and they want to charge 60 bucks for example got the tattoo on a Saturday and i got a hold of them the following monday needing touch up. 3 months later nothing now want to charge me not recommending this place

Emma is one BA sassy tattoo artist...love her style and her amazing personality...her work is phenomenal...the shop is clean and well put together...all the artist working there are friendly, hilariously comical, and they are very helpful...I’ve had a large piece done last night by Emma which I highly recommend to anyone...her talent detail, and speed is OMG amazing ...my daughter had her septum pierced almost three weeks ago the woman doing it was great...she explained everything in detail she also asked my daughter and I questions before getting her started ...after care by both artist was explain with helpful tips and they both had an answer to our concerns we had ...I am very pleased and satisfied client we will return.

Anywhere else I went to get my ears pierced, they would get infected right after I left. Went here and was so clean and have not had a problem since. Have 3 piercings now.

Had an appointment here, came in ten minutes early for it. Paid up front for the tattoo when I came in for the appointment. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked to just get my money back and that would be the end of it, but they would not give it back at all. Absolutely terrible service.

Ive been getting tattooed by Dwayne Porter for almost 3 years now. I got a full sleeve on my left arm and were in the process of finishing a master piece on my chest. Not only do my friends and family come here, I wouldnt recommend anyone or anywhere else!!!!!!
