Alex was amazing !!! Came in for my bachelorette weekend and a bunch of us wanted tattoos. Super clean, super friendly, very professional. My tattoo is exactly what I wanted!!! Pricing was great, if I’m back in Salem At any time I will definitely be going back.

Can I give a 10/5? Because WOW.The Shop - incredibly well run, which is evident by how organized and clean it is. There are systems and processes that allow this shop to run like a well oiled machineThe Artists - I got to see work by all the artists working that day and not a single one of the artists had sub par, or even at par work. Every single piece that left the shop that day had clear artistry, clean lines, balance, attention to detail, and years of expertise that shined.My experience - I came in as a walk in, my tattoo artist was Red. If you have a chance, GO SEE HIM AND GET TATTOOED. I came in with reference photos and an idea and he improved on my idea and executed it impeccably well. I am blown away by how well it turned out. Im in Boston for a work thing, Im from San Diego, and I am quite seriously considering flying out again just to get tattooed at this shop.

I recently went into Timeless ink to meet with Charm to get a shark tattooed on my thigh. This was Charms first initial tattoo he has done on another person. I am honestly blown away with how awesome it came out!! Be on the lookout for Charm. He’s goin places.

Amazing shop full of very cool, genuine people. My wife and I were in Boston with our family for a long weekend, and had an idea to get matching topic tattoos (a rose tattoo), but both with a very different idea of how to implement it. Red and Gwen were great at taking our ideas and then designing and implementing solid tattoos in record time. This all took place in basically the last full 24 hours that we were in Boston! Cant give enough props for helping bring our idea to life!

Went in for some flash tatts and had an amazing experience through out. I had Gwen who gave me an amazing cat ghost tattoo. Everyone was super nice and chill. I felt super comfortable with my experience through out 🩷

I booked with Gwen for a tattoo coverup. I want to make it clear that I did miss my first appointment, and the shop was accommodating and let me rebook with the same deposit! When booking the appointment, she was so sweet! I sent over some pics of my tattoo and some inspiration. She liked the message, and we booked an appointment. I messaged her a few days before the appointment asking for a price, since it was a custom piece, and a time frame. Gwen did not respond to me at all, until I saw her in person and asked about it. I sent multiple follow up messages. When I arrived, I was told that we could not do anything like what I had wanted. I was told that I would need something w lots of black, so I sent over inspo of what I wanted. Gwen said she could not do it, and recommended florals. Nothing at all like what I requested, or like the rest of my art. We proceeded to have a brief consultation, and I felt forced into a tattoo that I did not like or want. We set plans for a new day, and I left. I ended up going back into the shop a few mins later, and stuck up for myself. I said that the tattoo was nothing like what I wanted, and I was no longer interested in booking. I want to make it clear that through this interaction, I was very kind, and also (embarrassingly) in tears. However, while Gwen did acknowledge that she lacked communication and gave me my deposit back, she made ME feel like I was the problem here. As someone with a degree in psychology, I pay close attention to language, and the way that I am spoken to. The language used was condescending, and putting the blame on me when all I have done absolutely nothing wrong.We would not have been in this situation had sheA) requested a consultationB) responded to my messagesC) communicated that what I wanted was not possible prior to bookingI am blown away at the lack of professionalism. I want to add that I called the shop at least 5 times before my appointment (as I was concerned that Gwen had not responded to me for DAYS) and each time they picked up (I started talking) and they immediately hung up. While I am sure she is talented, I would not recommend working with Gwen if you are looking for an artist who will hear you, or communicate any suspected problems in a timely manner.

I had such a dope experience here! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the quality of artwork thats done here is amazing. So far I’ve gotten all my tattoos done by Gwen and they are so fire! She’s such an amazing talented artist and I totally recommend her!!!!

Timeless ink is an amazing group of artists who do phenomenal work in a clean and lively environment. If your looking for a small tattoo or a full sleeve I’d highly recommend them. The shop is clean and the artists provide an amazing experience bringing your visions into reality.

Gwen is amazing. So kind, and attentive. Really cute studio and very fair pricing. Can’t recommend her enough. I will be coming back!

Update: Shop is unprofessional - from experience to their response. I had my sleeve rolled up and was ready to start the tattoo. I ended up going to a shop in DC, and my tattoo honestly looks so much better than my boyfriends, Alex wasnt as good as I initially though. Glad I went somewhere else!Original:Alex is a great artist - shop not so much. A walk in was booked during our appointment, so they ended up cancelling my tattoo after finishing my boyfriends. Totally on front desk people, not on Alex. Very heartbreaking though to book a couple matching tattoo and only one of you end up getting tattooed. I wish either both of us or neither got tatted, just one of us feels wrong.edit - We booked 4 hours for a couple session but we were confused on prices after messaging back and forth with Alex.Walking into the shop, we mistakingly told them up front my boyfriend will be definitely be getting tattooed and I probably will too - depending on prices. Before even starting my boyfriends tattoo we got squared away with prices and we had decided to do both tattoos. Alex said I could fill out the paperwork at the front desk after he finished my tattoo (this may have been my mistake, but I thought if he said he would tattoo me, then he would tattoo me). After my boyfriends was done, alex said he had to go to the bathroom and then he would start on mine. I also decided to go to the bathroom before starting and while I was in the bathroom, the people at the store booked a walk in for Alex without checking first (at 2, even though we booked 12-4). There were three or four other artists there without any clients as well. The front desk came down and asked if I was getting a tattoo. We said yes, and they said actually we booked someone else instead so you actually arent getting one. Luckily I found another artist I really liked and was able to get a matching one because we definitely never heard back from Alex or the shop (besides this response).

My husband and I came in and everyone was so friendly! We got set up with Gwen and she was fantastic. She was so cool and easy to talk to. Made both of us very comfortable. Her art is amazing and we are so pleased with our pieces. Highly recommend!

Alex was great! I was a walk-in and had in mind what I wanted but was unsure of details and Alex took the time and was very patient with helping me figure it all out. Awesome artist, made me feel extremely at ease and everyone at the shop was great. I even booked my next tat for next week already!

Gwen gave me the exact tattoo I was hoping for. Every detail, from size to font to placement she guided, which I was hoping for, and she knocked it out of the park. Very fair priced, and she knows how to keep a client smiling. I’ll definitely be back.

Great shop, very clean, professional, and an amazing collection of artists. It’s rare to find a place that has so many good artists in one shop. This one was done by Geli, but Chan and Jade are also amazing!

Timeless Ink (Everett) as a studio is a clean and beautiful shop. My artist Angelica- Geli did an amazing job on my latest tattoo. She has done the last 4 tattoos on my left arm- it’s hers now lol. As ALWAYS the shop environment was welcoming, professional, and supportive. The apprentices were popping in asking for a look, which Geli provided gladly and with instructions on what and how she was doing it. Timeless Ink Tattoos as a whole should not be overlooked!

I was on a trip in Boston, and came by the studio at the end of the day with no appointment. I was suprisingly welcome and they got me and my friend in. I got tatted by Alex who was super nice and the whole staff as well. I didnt come as ready as I thought so they let me think through it all, from sketch to location on the body. And it all came with proffesional advice. Thanks for an amazing job done!

I can’t say enough about how professional and clean the place is . Juan my artist I could tell was passionate about his craft the detail effort and concentration not only in tattoo but taking my simple design and making it a piece of art. My piece he knew it meant a lot to me being a veteran and the meaning behind the military tribute design. Progressional but friendly service attentive to your needs. The staff and Juan were very precise and conscientious of cleanliness and sterility at all times . I will be back. You get what you pay for and above in my case .

I am in love with Timeless Ink. I always feel very welcomed and everyone at the shop is very friendly. I’ve been tatted by Sara Hernandez (apprentice), Juan Colon, and Jade Olivia. Their work has been AMAZING! They’ve always took into account my ideas and type of style and made my tatts personal and special to me. Every time someone asks me about my tattoos, I always refer to them to this shop. A lot of my friends and family have been tatted by the artists from this shop. Love the environment, love the location (although the parking lot is very small), love the artists! Will definitely be coming back for more!

The only place I will get tattooed. Everyone there is so talented, so down to earth. They make you feel comfortable. So whether it’s your first or your twentieth, I highly recommend going to timeless for your next tattoo.

This place is amazing! I got a tattoo at a different parlor back in January, and they script was completely messed up, I was considering getting it removed completely. I decided to come here because I heard great reviews. The artist I met with made show to show me how the correction process was going every step of the way, I would get up, see what improvements he made and then get back on the table for him to correct the remainder of my tattoo. Needless to say, I am now in love with my tattoo! I would definitely recommend this place.

JC did my tattoo for the day. I was visiting Boston and just wanted something small to remember my trip by. He was great at adjusting my tattoo to exactly how I wanted it to look. The process was painless and it was good vibes in the shop overall. Would definitely come back here.

Took forever to do little line work on knee and charges way to much and only had one artist working when there was four in the shop. And make sure you get an actual artists or ask for an actual artist so you don’t get an apprentice that charges like a real artist for poor quality work.

By far the best tattoo I have. I waited a little over a year for my appointment with Tuyen and it was amazing and well worth it. The price was very fair. The shop is very clean, stylish, comfortable and inviting. Even the chill music was relaxing and on point. Everyone at the shop is super cool, helpful and laid back. The most incredible part is it took Tuyen just a few hours to tattoo a super detailed black and gray tattoo that wouldve taken usually anyone else several hours/a couple of sessions. I highly M, highly recommend this shop!
