I have been wanting to be tattooed by Jordan for quite some time now. His artwork and style is off the charts. Let me tell you about my experience in this shop:Environment - 5/5The shop was clean, welcoming, and all employees were extremely friendly. My artist was understanding about my (awful I know) tardiness due to traffic, and he was exemplary at checking in with pain levels. Jordan always ensured my comfort levels while he was working.Cleanliness - 5/5I saw multiple handwashing stations, artists change gloves FREQUENTLY, they inform you of the ink brand your artist uses, and they wrap all supplies for cleanliness. Don’t let the outside look of the building discourage you, just because it’s old.Quality of Work - 5/5Jordan told me he has 9 years of experience and it shows. From start to finish I felt as though I was in good hands! The work I received was incredible!Trustworthiness - 5/5The booking process was simple, the pricing was reasonably equivalent to the skill level of the artist I got. It was a set rate because it was a flash piece. The booking forms were thorough and detailed, which I loved. After care instructions were offered, but I declined because I have had plenty of previous experience.

I have been getting tattooed at futurelazertiger for years now. The atmosphere is great and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I love that it is very LGBTQ+ friendly. Emma has recently done my tattoos and they are so fun to talk to. They make you very comfortable during the process. My tattoos have all healed great and I’m always looking forward to my next ones!!

So much fun, very professional and at ease. Kadee is an absolute joy-- she took tons of photos outside after we were finished ... (Sorry, sometimes I might go too far with my positivity to the point where I havent been told if/when to stop) this was more fun than I could have hoped for: I had my idea of a somewhat dark tattoo involving birds and ominous ink , but also was very open to what Kadee could do/put her own unique spin on it.. she did indeed. Dots, a color outline and some colors of blue added in to the (within my) weather request and I loved it. Thank you, Kadee! It was my vision with her talent and artistry that I am reminded of every day I am happy to say. Thank you, Kadee! I was confident based upon reading about her (its important to do research on something thats permanent, albeit tons of fun and by choice) and it was not only matched, but exceeded. Exceptional time and fun! P.S. she, at the time, even had Empire Records references in her space-- she liked that I knew those ... and Kadees like, whenever someone hasnt seen it, I try to change that. Or something to that effect. Its a classic, one of my favorites. Kadee dominates and was an awesome experience that I will always hold close. I guess theres just one more thing to add- (to the tune of Dire Straits Romeo and Juliet, maybe not at that exact moment) They say theres 24 usable hours in every day, thank you.

I went to see Emma Paletta and they did an outstanding tattoo of my cat. I was so impressed by how thoughtful her detail work was and how kind she was throughout the process. I will definitely be back and would refer her to anyone.

AJ did my tattoo and it turned out phenomenal. I had such a great experience, their bedside manner was top notch and the atmosphere of the building was awesome. They made me feel very at ease and comfortable, and it felt like barely any time had passed from start to finish of the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about this shop! I have been tattooed by Kadee Spangler (Disney pieces) and Kyle Evans (Alien) multiple times and they are both amazing , sweet, & creative people. The shop is very clean and professional and the atmosphere is really fun. I 100% recommend getting a tattoo here.

I have many tattoos done by the talented Kadee Spangler and I cannot recommend her enough for colorful fun pieces. I also must say that everyone at this shop is very friendly, professional, and sanitary.

The shop is great, clean, open and by appointment only, which keeps out riff raff and lets the artists be artists! I have had several pieces done by Kadee and she is the best! Easy to talk with and makes the experience excellent. Lets not forget to mention what a fantastic artist she is, she loves her craft and it always shows!

I cannot say enough nice things about Geary Morrill & futurelazertiger. Ive had 2 tattoos by Geary, and one by Leila DAmato. First of all, this appointment only studio is very clean & professional. Secondly, all of the artists who work here are nothing less than extremely talented. Every one of the artists at futurelazertiger has a wildly different style of art, this is crucial when it comes to finding the right person to give you your living piece of artwork. All of the artists are such wonderful people, genuinely some of the nicest folks youll ever meet in life. Geary is very passionate about his artwork, and will not settle for anything less than total perfection with his tattoos. I can say that without a doubt, I will never go to any other tattoo studio in Michigan for my tattoos.

I got my very first tattoo done by Emma at futurelazertiger, and I could not be more thrilled with my tattoo or my experience! Being my first tattoo I had some nerves and concerns, but Emma was always very open about communicating and answering any of my questions! Very clean shop and Emma had such a gentle touch when tattooing my pet portrait! I will be coming back for future tattoos 💯!

The atmosphere is perfect and exactly what youd hope for as far as tattoo parlors go. Artwork galore to view during your session, clean environment, a nice space between clients, and a private and secure location. The artists are really incredible in their specialties.I have personally had the privilege of receiving 2 tattoos from Kadee Spangler. I cannot reccomend her highly enough. Her experience and talents speak for themselves.

I have been tattooed by Leila Damato three times and I can say that not only is she an artist but also a tattoo engineer. She is an accomplished colorist and her line work is flawless. She works quickly and with dedication and her eye for design is spot on and I trust her implicitly to put a good piece of art on my body anywhere at anytime. I cannot express enough how her professional demeanor and general competency makes me feel at ease and that I know I will end up with a fantastic piece of body art. Love her and her work I cant recommend it enough.

I got a tattoo from Leila DAmato and she was a consummate professional the entire way through. The shop/building was clean, well organized and had a great atmosphere to spend a few hours in wondering why you decided getting another tattoo was a good idea.The banter between different artists was fun and light hearted and it felt like a really welcoming and happy crew who get along well..10/10 did bring joy

Great newer shop with quite a good selection of artists. Just got some work from Kyle Evans. He did a great job and the tattoo turned out really good. Very welcoming and friendly enviroment. I had a lot of fun and would strongly recommend this place. Just be aware that its by appointment only so be sure to email the artist you like before stopping by.Update: just wanted to say that Ive now sat with Kyle for two half sleeves and I stand by my original review. Place is very clean and professional. They are taking covid precautions which is nice. Ive met many of the artists and they are all really chill cool people. They make getting a tattoo a lot less stressful than some of the chain style shops I went to when I was younger. Still by appointment only so make sure to email or message an artist before going. As long as you communicate with your artist about what you want, youre pretty much garunteed to get an awesome piece up here.

Very welcoming awesome shop. Kyle is as nice and genuine as he is talented. The other artists I encountered were friendly as well. Dont hesitate getting any work done here.

Yay! I am so glad i was introduced to this shop. I have been tattooed by Kadee and Kyle, and i cant rave about them enough!Both of them have healed wonderfully, and I get compliments on them frequently! Beautiful tattoos, clean studio with a really fun environment. Everyone is super sweet, and as someone who is a little shy, I felt totally welcome. I cant wait for my next time in.

I had the opportunity to work with Kyle Evans today, and he did an absolutely amazing job! He was prepped with a few sketches, honored my ideas and concept, and was awesome to chat with for the 2 hour sitting. Super happy with the results!

Kyle has tattooed me many times! Amazing shop with great artists, you really cant go wrong here. I love Kyles unique tattooing style and his music playlists are bomb too. Im sad I moved away, but will probably be back for more!

Leila did an amazing job translating my cat into a beautiful tattoo, Ive gotten so many compliments, and we had to split it into two sessions but she made it look so good after the first that no one seemed to realize it was only half done. Being a private studio, It was a calm environment with very little in and out and it never felt rushed. I highly recommend this shop and especially Leila DAmato who is so sweet and incredibly talented with years of experience.

Kadee and Kyle are my favorite artists. Together they’ve worked on almost my entire sleeve. They’re easy to work with, friendly, create a comfortable environment and are super efficient! 10/10 would recommend

My wife gets her tattoos done here, by Kadee. She does a SUPER FANTASTIC job. My wife gets SO many compliments on her tattoos and how vibrant the coloring is. Best tattoo artist I know!! Worth every penny.

I got my tattoo about a year ago after spending a while researching my artist, and Ive tried to love it, but the finished product just isnt something Im happy with. My artist was really nice (which is why Ive left out his name for the review), but unfortunately when I finally saw the finished design on my arm it looked like an eagle and not at all like the reference photos I sent. An eagle is also what most people assume it is (which crushed me because I kept trying to convince myself it looked like a phoenix LOL). There are also some odd things about the tattoo, like having the claws tattooed but then a weird bubble of insanely thick line work which makes them look weirdly round? Also the head is in such a weird position, with one of the eyes looking almost cross eyed. It doesnt help that the mouth is open, because now it looks like its making a funny face. These are things that obviously werent on the drawing he presented before we started tattooing. This was an important tattoo for me but the finished product when I finally saw it just made me sad. Im currently in the process of the very expensive removal process.
