Frank was the most incredible human to work with. Was only my second and 3rd tattoo I’ve ever gotten. I wouldn’t even count my first as a real tattoo😂. He made me so comfortable the entire time and talked with me through the whole session to help distract! We had some awesome conversations. I would go get another tat just to hang with frank! My best friend and I have been searching for a shop to give us matching tattoos for months & I was recommended Electric Chair by a friend of mine. We went in for the initial consultation, put our deposit down, and finally got tattooed yesterday, 2/7. We’re super happy with the experience and how they came out! From start to finish Peek was professional and suuuper detail oriented, even pulling up the photo he had taken of the first one when he was shading the second to get them just right. Great experience and we’ll probably be back- just not for matching tattoos next time, haha.

Adam pierced my daughters ears for her birthday. The entire process was great. Adam was caring and professional the entire time. He explained the process to my daughter and made sure that she really wanted to do it. He was incredibly patient with her and gave her the time he needed between ears. He did a great job and even has follow-up appointments to ensure her ears are healing properly. All around awesome experience.

I’ve gotten all of my tattoos done here and I have 7. Unfortunately the last two I had done (which are very special to me) were done by someone extremely aggressive and unprofessional. Her name is Jess, I approached her after my original session about a different tattoo cover up situation. We consulted face to face and I showed her some pictures for inspo. She said she would get back to me so I waited and checked in with the shop periodically. Finally she got back me about a month later, (I had to call out their unprofessional behavior first) being extremely disrespectful and hostile and blaming me for not reaching out despite reaching out every 1-2 weeks. Unless you are only going to her once with something simple I’d go to the Clio location or just avoid her completely. Unfortunately, I’ll have to find somewhere/someone else for my touch ups :(

I had a horrible butterfly and rose done by Acid Works, Justin from Electric chair fixed it for me and did an amazing job!! Highly recommend Justin. Hes nice and knows what he’s doing!

Very friendly and professional staff that do a great job in explaining what theyre doing and helping you feel comfortable. Lauren pointed out that one of my ear lobes was actually pierced lopsided from a different parlor and showed me with a couple mirrors. With that, she asked me to come back later after I healed up and did it properly. Couldnt have asked for better service!

Me and my daughters went today to get matching tattoos.The new store in Flint is great,its huge,clean and very comfortable. The staff is also great!! Theyre very warm and inviting,very informative and overall good people.Frank was our artist,and THAT he is!! He does amazing work and has a great bedside manner so to speak. Frank did an amazing job on the artwork for my tattoo. He took the time out to know the purpose of my first tattoo. He was very precise with his sketch of the artwork I wanted to get. During my session, him and his colleagues made sure I was comfortable and had a great time. I love Electric Chair and the artists! I got my first tattoo there and they were so patient and kind with me as I freaked myself out over nothing. For years I went to them for all of my tattoos! My boyfriend and I both got tattoos done by Mike a few weeks ago. He got a lion face on his thigh and I got a little heart on my arm. I wasn’t able to make an appointment and he still squeezed me in after he was done with the lion. Mike is fantastic at what he does, he is patient and a great communicator. Every time I have gone here to get a piercing they tell me that they can’t do the piercing on me because my body is “ unfit “ after I put a 25$ deposit down and drive 30 mins there. my nipples are too small? My belly button is too weird? No one can be “ unfit “ for piercings like these. all while getting uncomfortable by the ONE dude (no girls) staring at me while I’m not sure how he wants me to take my clothing off in the best way. He goes “ however you want to. “ like I’ve done this before. He touched me and looked, then told me he couldn’t. It was so unprofessional and it made me feel embarrassed, humiliated and literally just gross. I walked out of this place in tears. I’ll never step foot back into this place. I went across the street to chamerican ink with frank and his wife and got both my nipples and my belly piercing done at a different place. And guess what, they both healed like they were supposed to and were done right, for 50 dollars less. Don’t waste your time here.

Got a tattoo done here in March 2019. Peak is a fantastic artist, very easy going will talk you through all of the steps for happy healing. However I do not appreciate having a appointment set in stone for 2 and 1/2 weeks and then having them tell me oh we are going to reschedule your scheduled appointment, because we didnt talk to one another and come up with a good time frame in order to get your tattoo finished. Respect the customer, and their time. They chose your shop for a reason treat them like it. All in all you guys lost a customer. I will give my hard earned money to someone who appreciates their customers time, money, and shop choice.

I recently when to Electric Chair to get some piercings and the experience was awesome! They have a very friendly and comfortable environment. Adam, the piercer, knew exactly what he was doing and made the whole experience that much better!

The shop is nice however Im not so sure how experienced the people who work here. I went to have some jewelry changed out on a Monday due to losing it on a Saturday. Costed me 100$ for 2 pieces of jewelry 🥵Caused tremendous pain the next day unbearable contacted them told me to treat it like a new piercing.. did not help 1 week later. Ear soo inflammed & sore. Went to my original piercer not here & the jewelry was half the size shouldve been used. Will never recommend this shop.

Im in love with the tattoo Peek did Thursday afternoon, it was done and is healing beautifully. Adam is totally boss. There arent many places in the area you can find an APP certified piercer. Much less so, one with the charisma to make your entire experience as enjoyable as possible. The shop itself is extremely well kept and the atmosphere is great. Only shop I go to.

Really liked the tattoo. Only issue I have with the place is twice weve been there with a picture of what we wanted when the appt was scheduled and when we arrived for tattoo the actual artist had not even been shown the picture. Seems like if they were informed first it would save time for the client and they could work on the design in peace before client arrived.

Super helpful. My daith was on too tight for me to change out on my own and they got it opened for me on a walk in and made sure to put them in a bag for me so I didnt lose them. Ill definitely be back to buy some new jewelry from them.

This place is much more expensive than others. I was quoted 40 to 45 dollars from every other salon. Electric chair wanted 80. We had to wait a long time, when we were the only people in the salon. Artists standing around doing nothing. When the artist finally started speaking to us, he was very rude. Will never recommend them.

Cody did a piercing for us. He was very nice, knew what he was doing for us. Place was very clean. Everyone we had contact with was very nice. Did not take long at all.

I just got a tattoo today. It is perfect! The store was clean & had a good atmosphere. The staff was super friendly & cool. I will definitely come back.

Place was nice and the people were nice. But after getting my nose pierced by Adam, I went back 3 times to have him check it and change, everytime he was gone for lunch. So, I finally went to a different place to have my stud changed out. Not only was I told me nose piercing was to low and the stud I wanted wouldnt work. But I was also told that I had a labret stud in, which is a bigger gauge and had to shrink the hole before I could put anything else in. Awesome! I also was charged 3xs as much for the piercing. I paid almost $90 for the piercing and stud. Its $35. So my stud was $50+? Doubt it! Not sure how you can think thats cool to overcharge just to make money but Ill never go back nor will I suggest anyone to go to Adam. If he was more concerned about piercing right than he was about lunch (I waited for 30 minutes the day I got it done because he was out to lunch) I wouldnt have had the wrong piercing in and would be in the correct spot.

DO NOT GO TO THIS TATTOO PARLOR!!! My friend got a tattoo here and it faded completely within 2-3 weeks. Apparently, the artist didnt break into her skin deep enough ! He kept going over and over the tattoo with the tattoo gun many many times in order for it to LOOK like an actual tattoo. Only to find out, that it turned out to be the equivalent of a temporary tattoo that you put on...with water! Such a horrible experience. I would rate it zero stars but Google wont let me! I do not recommend this place at all. Im not even sure how this artist got certified in doing tattoos. HE SHOULDNT EVEN BE REFERRED TO AS AN ARTIST!!! Do. Not. Go. Here.

Love going to Electric Chair!! Peek has done work on both my cousin and I and he always does such a good job. Well definitely be going back to him for more!

Friendly people really pricy I took my friend to get her nose pierced. I paid $30 for a down-payment and another $80 and tip because they make you pay for the jewelry get piercings at the red room in lapeer instead

Had a fantastic experience. Frank did a great job on my elephant tattoo. Everyone was friendly and new location very clean and spacious.

If you need something pierced go see Adam. Very nice funny sweet guy. If youre nervous he makes it 10 times better and also kind of makes fun of you for being nervous but I recommend electric chair.

Over priced. One nipple pierced perfect the other is slightly inward so they dont look right. Not going back. The guy behind the counter was not very welcoming. Professionalism needed when dealing with the public.

Every piercing Ive gotten from this place got infected no matter how good of care I took of it & I felt like the people didnt even care about what you wanted. Theyd be talking to eachother or on the phone WHILE piercing you!! No wonder my piercings got infected. Wont ever be back.

My wife and her friend just visited your location on linden rd and am very disappointed with our visit I mad a apt at 230 for 2 piercings for me and my friend left at 4 when I arrived at 230 and my friend only got hers done sat there for almost two hours to not even get done what I wanted bc the guy had another apt very poor business ethic and not mention his rude comments during our visit thank you for your time

We were not impressed at all. The tattoo we had done was pretty simple and he still did not get it right. Then he raised the price after the tattoo was done.

Adam was a super dope person.he made me comfortable while getting a piercing.id recommend him to everyone.
