I have been tattooed by Hanna, Sheehan, and Cori, as well as having ear piercings for myself and my daughter done by Thomas. Everyone in this shop is friendly, professional, and absolutely amazing at what they do. They go above and beyond for their clients to ensure a wonderful experience and that you leave completely happy with your new tattoo/piercing!

Had The Best Experience with Hanna, she did awesome job of fixing a tattoo that needed fixing, she just knew how to fix it and just did an amazing job! I would high recommend Hanna! She took the time to do myself and my wife!

I have gotten 3 tattoos so far from Hannah and every experience has been great! I would highly recommend Hive Tattoo to anyone looking to get work done.

I’ve been meaning to make this review forever ago! I was so nervous scheduling for my first tattoo, then I found Sheehan! Sheehan is absolutely fantastic and does a wonderful job. I felt extremely comfortable for all my tattoo appointments! And I mean MULTIPLE appointment!! I just booked with Sheehan for the third time because each time I walk away happy and with a beautiful tattoo. I literally can’t describe how happy I am with the flash tattoos I’ve gotten from them and custom tattoos they designed for me. I could not recommend this artist and studio enough!

I went to Cori for a flower tattoo and she did an amazing job. She took her time and let me take breaks when needed. The colors she chose were beautiful together and Im very happy with it. Will absolutely go back to see her! Thank you cori!

I had the best time getting tattooed with Cori. She was so patient and so fun and just a gem of a person. 10000% going back to see her again (and again and again!). The atmosphere is so welcoming at Hive. From the consult to the appointment and beyond. 12/10! Highly recommend! In the photo, she did the falls and the flowers! Even though she’s a traditional artist, I trusted her fully but will definitely be back for one of her traditional pieces!

Thomas is the best piercer! I have got my cartilage piercings in both ears as my first piercings with Thomas at Fenton Tattoo and now I got my conch done this June and soon after in July I got my daith piercing. I love all of them so much and he always does a great job. He also makes sure to let him know if anything goes wrong with my piercings throughout the healing process. The jewelry is great, a really nice variety to choose from with good prices for its high end quality. He also responds so quickly to direct messages on Instagram if you want to make an appointment or just have questions regarding piercing and the process. I couldn’t recommend Thomas more at Hive Tattoo!

I called yesterday at random for a walk in appointment and was able to get in. Hanna did an amazing job and had full creativity for my tattoos. They turned out amazing. She’s very light handed, especially considering she did the tops of both of my hands at once I didn’t feel much pain. She’s kind and considerate. The entire shop was very pleasing and clean. I will definitely be back. Also, please excuse this review it’s like 5 am.

Ive been getting tattooed by hanna since she was an apprentice. I still travel and exclusively get tattooed by her even though its a 9hr drive to see her now. Worth every penny. Light handed, professional, detail oriented and absolute pleasure to be around. Shes both 85 percent of both arms and now planning on doing both legs. Please check out this shop I wont go anywhere else!

My first tattoo was with Cori and I couldn’t have asked for a better artist to walk me through that experience. She was very patient and understanding and the end result was beyond beautiful. I was and still am extremely happy with my first piece, so much so that I came back a couple months later for a second and soon a third. I couldn’t recommend her or this shop in general enough.

Went to a flash event this weekend and had such a great experience! The studio was clean and everyone was really nice and organized. I got tattooed by Daphanie and they did such an amazing job on both of my pieces. Even though it was a flash they put so much time and care into my tattoos and experience. Definitely highly recommend the studio and Daphanie!

I got a really great tattoo here from Hanna. I know Ill definitely be back for future tattoos! We had a consultation together first and I really liked the design she came up with, and Im very happy with the finished product. She listened to what I wanted and turned my idea into a cool design. Hanna Kello did an impeccable job as she always does when it comes to detail, color, and stays focused on all the lines and makes sure the shades merge and match as they should.The new Flint location is super easy to find and get to. Her staff is friendly and her apprentice was paying close attention to how to become the very best ink artist there is.The new studio has lots of space and is well lit, clean , and made me feel right at home. I’m already booked for my next appointment.

I would not recommend this place unless you want the tattoo artist changing the price half way through the tattoo after you have already paid them. Then have a scar on your tattoo where they destroyed your skin because they have no idea what they are doing.

I had the privilege of being tattooed by Hanna. I came across her work on Instagram and saw that her work/style aligned with what I was looking for in a tattoo artist/professional. I had my consultation back on October 2022 with Hanna and she freehanded the piece that I had in mind. I was impressed how well it came out. We officially scheduled a date to get the actual tattoo. Unfortunately I had to cancel but Hanna was cool with it given that I gave her plenty of notice beforehand. She told me she would reach back out to me when she had some room in her schedule. A few months later, she did exactly that. I quickly hopped on the opportunity to reschedule my appointment and I am so glad that I did. The piece came out even better than I envisioned. Hanna does great work and I would recommend her to anyone/everyone.Hanna also has a great team working alongside her. They are all supportive of each other and the overall vibe was very positive and relaxing. They are/were incredibly friendly towards. They were so invested in watching Hanna do her thing while making great conversation with me. Words cannot TRULY express how happy that made me.The shop was also very nice and super clean. You can tell cleanliness and safe storage is a TOP priority (as it should be obviously but still very important to mention) of the shop.Overall, my experience with Hanna and the entire Hive team was perfect. Excellent experience at Hive Tattoo Studio. Got an incredible color piece done by Jennifer Montague. She does phenomenal color work with crisp outlining and also has great taste in music. I have been going to Hive Tattoo Studio since Hanna opened the Farmington Hills location. I am excited for this new location and the opportunity to work with new artists. Thomas Waskiewicz is an amazing piercer!He has been my piercer for about 10 years. I have had my face dermal pierced and removed from him about 2 times (rejection was my fault, snowboarding accident)He has pierced my Industrial bar, snake bites, tounge, belly button, septum and dermals.Thomas is very professional, fair pricing and has always made me feel very comfortable in his chair. This man should win an award! I will always refer anyone I know to him for any piercing needs 😊
