I went here for the first time today. Im always a little nervous going to new spots but everyone was so kind. Tess who answered the phone was so nice as I had questions about what forms off payments they take and if I had to call before arriving. The guy that greeted me was nice and Maddy was my artist. She was so nice and made sure I was comfortable and liked my tattoo. She made good conversation and answered any questions I had. Her art is absolutely beautiful and well worth the money. I am so thrilled with my tattoos. Thank you so much. I will be sure to return in the future.

I got my nipples pierced by Tess today and they did amazing. They made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. We were in a closed room, fully private so other clients couldn’t see me during the whole thing. The shop also had plenty of jewelry pieces to pick from, not to mention they pierced with Titanium F136 which for me personally is the best metal that is great for sensitive skin.I would definitely recommend this shop for any future piercings, and Tess was amazing.

Mike pierced my daith & was extremely professional, nice, & knowledgeable. He made the whole experience a breeze. It’s convenient that they have a very wide selection of jewelry to choose from. The shop is extremely clean & everyone there is great vibes & makes it a chill atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning!

I just got my tongue pierced by Codi and Im so glad I did! He was really nice and made me feel super comfortable and really encouraged any questions I may have. He took care of me when I felt faint by letting me lay down and putting a cold wet cloth on my forehead head and neck. The lady at the register was super nice as well. The place is very clean! They use gloves, clamps, everything is very sterile. Codi walks you through everything and tells you everything you need to know! Wonderful place. Will definitely come here again to get another piercing again :)

I really appreciate this shops hygiene policy, and overall atmosphere/vibe. Robert helped me out and did a vertical labret piercing and I was so impressed with his overall approach -extremely informative, friendly, and gentle. 10/10 recommend.

I had my belly button pierced years ago and have two tattoos. My daughter has had 3 piercings and a tattoo. The service has been excellent! Very professional with a huge emphasis on health and safety. We will definitely be returning for future piercing and tattoos.

I got my daith pierced several years ago at a different facility. It fell out recently so I contacted Needful Things and got an appt to have them change it out with a beautiful new piece. Robert was friendly, professional and shared details of what he was doing every step of the way. I will be back!

Tess was awesome! I came in as my ear piercing was uneven from a piercing years ago. She sat with me and marked up my ears multiple times until we both felt they were perfectly even! They came out great!! So happy with it.

Ive had 2 tattoos and 4 piercings done here and there is nowhere else Ill go now. They are clean, thorough, and very good at what they do. I highly recommend them!

Everyone here was so incredibly nice, patient, knowledgeable. I managed to get some earrings that Im not allergic to and that wont fall out when I sleep. They managed to reopen slightly closed holes. Thank you!!

Went in for a check-up on piercings done by Hippie Hoops and Holes in Nampa, Idaho. Great job done by them and they referred me to Needful Things. They readjusted my post length and checked for piercing health. Wonderful job by Kaylana. Extremely clean and surgical environment. Great staff and great pricing.

Best piercing place. Go see Tess for all of your piercings. I had a very pissed off Helix piercing that I had done on the other coast. It had eaten the back of the post. Tess took care of it and helped put a bigger post in until it healed.I just went back after a month and she was able to put in a smaller post as my ear is finally healing after she worked her magic. I will never go anywhere else again.

Piercing- CODI IS AWESOME!!!My boyfriend and I had an appointment scheduled with Codi. We scheduled a septum piercing for both of us. Codi ended up finding out my septum didnt need to be repunctured. I had no clue it didnt need to be repierced. He helped me by stretching it and inserting the horse shoe. I was very nervous about the sounds of the process but Codi made me laugh and feel comfortable.It was my boyfriends first time being pierced. Because of that, unlike my septum already being punctured, there was a different process. Codi did a great job finding my boyfriends sweet spot and pierced him perfectly. My boyfriend was very anxious and codi took care of that. Walked him through each step and was very caring with my boyfriend. My boyfriend ended up feeling light headed after. Codi put cold towels on his head and neck. Grabbed my boyfriend a sucker and water. Told my boyfriend to take his time and kept an eye on him.IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE AND CARE SEE CODI!!

Tess always does an amazing job. The first unassisted navel piercing she did was mine (lower navel) and it turned out amazing; I couldn’t be happier with the placement. The shop is always clean, the staff is very helpful and answers all your questions, and there’s a large selection of jewelry. I highly recommend Needful Things!

Absolutely love this shop. 90% of all my tats are from here and I’ll keep coming back. I haven’t been in a bit just cause life got in the way but I adore everyone there, it’s crazy clean throughout the whole shop, and they take your tat very seriously. Anytime I’ve ever been for another tat, they continue to assure that my tattoo is the way I want it and that if there’s something I don’t like, they’re quick to fix it, great placement. It’s very welcoming and such an enjoyable experience overall

So apparently someone left a one star review for Needful Things, and I just don’t understand how someone in their right mind can do that. My dude Codi took care of me and getting my jewelry picked out. I’ve been to a few piercing shops and this was the best experience I’ve had by far. Everyone at the shop was super great and made you feel at home. I won’t go anywhere else now that I’ve been to Needful Things.

This is the most pleasant tattoo shop I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. It is clean, well lit and welcoming. The contracts to many other shops is noticeable. If you are getting your first tattoo, I would recommend Needful Things. It doesnt feel dark and dingy and like you dont belong the way other shops sometimes do. And of course they have several talented piercers and tattoo artists to choose from. I absolutely had the greatest experience today! When I got there, the girl behind the counter was so sweet, helpful, and friendly. Then when I got to meet with Maddy she was incredible from start to finish. Maddy gave me advice when I asked for it. She mentioned the area that my tattoo was in was a pretty painful spot. However I was very pleasantly surprised to find, it wasn’t so bad. I enjoyed everything about the experience! Thanks Maddy! Please consider her if you are thinking about a tattoo. You won’t be sorry!

I came in for the first time to this studio and I’m glad I did. I was given honest opinions on where to best place my earrings since I have small ears. They did a great job explaining the process of the piercing as well as after care. Codi was a pleasure and really funny, he made me less nervous even though I’ve had piercing done before. I’ve gotten several piercings here since 2019 and I recommended this place to all of my friends. Super clean and well-educated staff. When I didn’t have the anatomy for a piercing I wanted, they provided alternatives that I am very happy with. They’re APP certified so they’re held to very high standards. All their jewelry is body-safe and designed to create the easiest healing experience possible.

Codi did a cartilage and a rook piercing on me almost a year ago and it healed up nicely! He is super chill, informative, and outgoing. Jewelry was cute and the place was clean. Good people there! Highly recommend!

Went to get my second lobe piercing in each ear today and it was an amazing experience! I am really scared of needles but Mike was so reassuring - he explained everything he was doing and why and moved at my pace! Super nice and funny guy and made the experience so easy! Would go again 10/10

Very good location, very very nice staff, great artist. For my first tattoo was a great experience and a great environment. Was not pressured very relaxed and down to earth. Had calligraphy lettering done by my man Aaron, who was great and funny. He made my experience awesome, and has a client for life.

Got my third hole pierced with Tess and it was a wonderful experience! It wasn’t my first rodeo, but Tess brought a level of care and attention I’ve only experienced one other time while getting pierced. They were extremely helpful— from picking jewelry to fitting me into their schedule (I went with my sister, but didn’t have an appointment) to discussing aftercare. If you’re in Fort Myers and get the itch for a piercing, this is your place!!

I took my 14 year old daughter in to have her ears pierced (her first piercing ever). We were a bit nervous as many piercing and tattoo places are a bit scary for a 14 year old girl. Piercing Pagoda/Claires at the mall seemed more our speed, but I did some research and felt that the process used (with hollow core needle) was a superior method vs a piercing gun. So after some further research, I opted for Needful Things. Here is what we experienced...Highly professional. They required that I sign and notarize a permission form from the State of Florida (for underage kids), and checked IDs when we got there.Extremely Clean. The place is immaculate. The piercing room is like a doctors office!Communication. They were super helpful and educated us throughout, from the time that I first called to the moment I walked out the door. We felt empowered and know what to do with the aftercare and am confident that if we need them for anything, they are a phone call away. They even handed us a card with all the important information - including specifics to what was done (needle size, etc.), who performed the work, etc. for future reference.Kind and Patient. Robert was simply the best. He made sure she was on -board every step of the way. Helped us with the stud selection. Allowed me to be in the room with them, checked and double checked that the holes were perfectly placed. Seriously, he was over the top careful and sensitive to the fact that she had never been pierced.My daughter said it did not hurt at all - and is sooo happy with the results. Worth every penny and so glad we found Needful Things! Thanks for the amazing service!

This is the second time Ive been pierced at Needful Things, and I truly cant say enough good things about it. The shop is always beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated and everyone Ive ever interacted with has always been pleasant and helpful. I had two lobe piercings today by Mike along with changing my nose jewelry, and he was friendly and informative from the second we started picking jewelry until I paid and headed home. We had a slight snafu with another piercing, and he couldnt have been any kinder and more attentive. If youre interested in any type of piercing, I highly recommend Needful Things. Robert was my piercer the first time I came here, and he was a dream, too.

Today was a very special day my family and I got meaningful matching tattoos! It was my first tattoo and I’m so happy that we chose Needful Things. I’ve seen Codi two times now for piercings and both times have been wonderful experiences. He is professional and calm so it makes the process very easy. As a nurse, I pay attention to cleanliness a lot when I’m getting things done to my body and Codi is so careful. My first two piercings I got with him healed so well following the care instructions he gave. Can’t wait to go back again after my piercings from today heal up!

I stopped by this shop last minute because one of the screws of my vertical labret piercing fell out and I needed new jewelry. The person helping me at the counter was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and indecision. I was extremely impressed with their commitment to health and safety! The staff were also respectful and knowledgeable of my service dog. Just be aware that, due to the professional, quality nature of this shop, the jewelry was a bit pricey.

I had a great experience yesterday with Codi getting my piercings! I was able to get an appointment same day, which was great because I am visiting from out of state. He was cool and professional the entire time and made me feel very comfortable despite normal piercing jitters. He guided me through everything as we went and thoroughly went over after care and was happy to answer any questions I have. I’m glad I did a little research and picked Needful Things based on their reviews - that’s why I’m here leaving one after my visit. Great experience!

Ive been wanting to get my nose pierced for a long time...I was downtown and stopped in on a whim. I asked Robert if I could talk to him for a minute and he pleasantly invited me in. He answered all my questions above and beyond and eased my fears and anxieties. They were so knowledgeable and nice that I got my piercing that very day by Mike who was excellent!!! My husband and I have been looking for the right place to get tattoos as well and we have certainly found it!!! I cant thank you guys enough for such an amazing experience. I came in for a check up for my nose and helix piercing because I had a bump growing on both and were slightly irritated. (I got these done somewhere else not here) My sister loved this place and told me to have them check it out. I did and im so pleased everything came out great. I got my jewlery changed because the jewlery i had was cheap and not recommended for my piercings. Robert(Owner) saved my piercings. He informed me of how to properly care for piercings and i will be going back in a month for a check up. I felt so welcomed and had a great time here. I most definitely recommend everyone to come here if you are looking to be token care of with the best professionals.

Got my piercings today by Codi! Upper lobes and helix. Great, friendly service. Everything was very clean and they were super willing to answer any questions and help where they could. Definitely recommend, especially for a first timer like me!

Beyond satisfied with my experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the office itself was very clean and welcoming. I was lucky enough to be booked with Silus, and they were wonderful! It was my first time getting a facial piercing and they were always checking to make sure I was okay. They were also kind enough to explain aftercare and talk me through the steps of what they were doing leading up to the piercing (feeling eyebrow anatomy, letting me know when to take a deep breath). I definitely recommend this studio for anyone who wants to feel comfortable and at ease!

Marcos did an awesome job on my daughters tattoo for her 18th Birthday! Hi took my son to get a tongue piercing 4 weeks ago i waited to post this review wanted to be able to share the experience in its entirety start to finish where do i begin to describe Codi so professional and knowledgeable his work exceeds all others to me the way he went through each step with my son from beginning to end it was my sons first piercing so he didnt know what to expect but Codi made him feel so at ease even comment it on the drooling stating you might be drooling but no worries its just me and your mom here lol, no pain while performing the piercing just that pinch after three days my sons swelling was almost gone. now 4 weeks later hes completely heal and ready for another piecing. I got my septum and seconds and thirds on my ear lobes pierced by Silus, and I have to say, that was the best piercing experience I have EVER had. I made a day of appointment on Halloween with Codi to get my daith pierced. I arrived a little early so he let me check out the jewelry and we discussed some of the questions I had about the piercing. He gave me some extra time to discuss with the person who joined me to make my final decision (other people have to wait outside). He was patient and calm and very nice. I felt comfortable with Codi and he seemed to have a lot of experience (13 years worth!). The whole experience was quite pleasurable because Codi helped answer my questions and offered lots of clarification. I will be back if I have any other piercing needs! Highly recommend !

I was referred to an artist at this shop by another artist at a different shop that was unable to accommodate me schedule and needs. I contacted Maddie and we were able to work out a great tattoo and a time that worked for my challenging schedule. She did an amazing job. I am in love with it. I was really impressed! I came here for a piercing. It is so clean, professional and my piercer Codi was great and explained everything in detail. I definitely recommend this place.

Got a piercing here and was told to come back after the swelling went down to swap the piercing bar with the appropriate size bar at no cost. Piercing experience was fine and has healed well but upon returning they tried to charge me twice as much as I had already paid for a standard bar. Their attitude was horrendous, talking about how busy they all were despite me being the only customer in the shop and having had called ahead. So if you want to pay almost 200 dollars for a simple eyebrow piercing with a standard bar this is the place to go.

Very professional, safe, and calming environment. I got pierces here and Robert was very thorough and professional about the whole process. I was given a very fair deal, and everything was performed by the book. He also provided thorough aftercare teaching which is very important for people who are new to piercings. Awesome experience! GB was very helpful in working with my ideal design and patience during the process of figuring out what would work best. Communication during the planning/scheduling process was prompt and helpful. During the session there was great communication and when the most painful part of my tattoo happened he noticed and talked me through it. Silus did an amazing job! It was a difficult task matching up my nostril piercing to ensure that they were symmetrical, Silus went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect, her and the team. Silus was very thorough and knowledgeable and I appreciate her dedication to the craft. I have never been to a place so professional, I will be back for a few more piercings for sure. I recommend Silus and Needful things 100%. Also consider tipping well, I’m sure it goes a long way after the impact of hurricane Ian on the shop and it’s employees.

Phenomenal experience. Got a septum piercing from Codi and I couldnt be happier. What a wonderful place!! All interactions with employees/owners was pleasant. Very informative before and after the ink was set in my skin. I will definitely be back!! $100 house fee is very reasonable, so go in expecting to spend at least that amount if it only takes 15 minutes to your tattoo. Totally worth every penny. Needful Things was an absolute amazing experience from beginning to end. I’ve been tattooed around the world and Robert’s shop is the cleanest and nicest I have even been too. He took care to explain everything to me from beginning to end, including detailed instructions for after care. We drove 2.5 hours just to get pierced and drive back 2.5 hours. Codi did a great job talking me through the whole process of my tragus piercing before and during the whole process. He was very gentle and I hardly felt anything. I followed his aftercare instructions and my healing process has been amazing; no pain, hardly any drainage from healing. I just went in for a jewelry change and he changed my tragus and two of my other piercings. Again, talked me through everything, was patient with me, answered all of my questions, and I plan to go back to him for my other ear soon. Highly recommend!

Had gotten a tattoo from the other tattoo shop nearby and ended up with a terrible mess on my ankle, well I walked into needful things and talked a bit with GB, the place had a great/ clean atmosphere so I ended up getting my boyfriend a tattoo that night which looks fantastic for a decent price, I just had to come back the very next day to fix up mine, GB took twice as long as the original artist to work on my tattoo and he charged me less then she did, he took his time and had completely redone it. I was so pleased with the place that I decided to also get two piercings done! Piercing went smoothly and Codi did a amazing job! Great sense of humor which helped ease my mind. I havent had anything done by Savannah yet but I eventually hope to do so! Highly recommend this place!

My friend and I got our noses pierced by Silus. I made an appointment online (which was super easy) and my friend was a walk in. She accommodated her immediately without hesitation. I absolutely love this shop. The first time I had gone in was last December to get a piercing done. Robert was there and he was very professional about the whole thing and explain the whole after care process. He also did a daith and conch piercing for me. It went pretty well because I was nervous about getting them done in those areas.In February I went in to get my first ever tattoo and GB did an amazing job. It was better then what I had in mind so I definitely loved it. This past Tuesday I got my second one, also done by GB. He did such an amazing job and I get tons of compliments on it.I did get to meet Erica as well. She swapped out my jewelry from older piercings that weren’t healing properly because of the jewelry. She explained why they weren’t healing properly and even offered to order some higher quality jewelry similar to what I had in.

This shop is fantastic and a must see. Cody at the desk, a friendly and amenable guy, helpful. The real star however is their tattoo artist by the name of Savannah, in a word WOW. She got my ideas for a new trash polka tattoo piece for my chest, rib cage area and partial back. I could not ask for more. Highly imaginative, active listener to my ideas and with her creative twist, created an amazing piece. She worked quickly, light touch always checking how I was, reviewing the artwork as we moved along in the process. Now the piece is done, some more ideas to add on another visit soon. I couldnt be happier and wouldnt consider going anywhere else - Ive finally found a artist that I trust, whose skill, creativity, personality and technique are a perfect fit. I visited Needful Things Inc. on my birthday for a consultation for a tattoo. The store was in a good location next to a parking garage. The parking garage takes credit cards and is cheap so that was super helpful. The staff was friendly and professional and my tattooist, Aaron, was very professional and attentive to my needs. He contacted me if he had any questions about design for my tattoo and showed me photos along the way. When it came time for the actual tattoo he was super professional and kept a close watch on my facial and body response to the process of being tattooed and my level of pain tolerance. He took breaks when he saw it was needed. Aaron gave me my first large tattoo with amazing detail and confidence. Everyone there is so incredibly talented and I promise anyone who gets a tattoo there will not be disappointed. Needful Things Inc is the place to go.

I got pierced by Codi at Needful Things a few weeks ago and the entire process was fun and at my speed. I was visiting Ft. Myers for vacation and he made sure to warn me of the risks of getting a piercing on vacation. Codi explained everything especially clearly, had a great sense of humor, took his time, and understood my emotions. He answered all of my questions and helped me really enjoy the experience! It is healing really well.

Erica was amazing! I went in today and I was so nervous to get my piercings and she made me feel so comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions in detail and made me feel much better about getting them done. I would for sure recommend her to anyone looking to get a piercing!

This review is for Tyler that works at Needful things, I have had ever single tattoo on my body from him and they are absolutely beautiful. The shop itself is amazing and the people that work there are friendly and helpful. I have had 8 decent sized pieces from Tyler 2 being cover ups and they all turn out impeccable. The quality of what he does and the precision he uses is by far better than anyone else. He is a all around great guy that is an amazing artist to add, if you need a tattoo go see Tyler. The other artists in the shop are very good too and as soon as you walk in you are always warmly greeted by the fellow employees.

I got some tattoos done by Darby and she was super sweet and did everything how I imagined it to come out and I am very happy with her work. Definitely would recommend her.

She washed her hands very thoroughly before even putting gloves on and even answered all my questions about other piercings in other spots overall best experience at any shop ive been into.

I went to get my nose pierced by codi today. Mind you he has done 4 other piercings for me and once again never a let down. The shop is immaculate and couldnt be happier with the personnel. Codi has always been quick and professional and joy to have as a piercer.

I went in today to get a daith piercing. Cody did an A+++++ job from the start of our conversation to walking me through the process step by step and above all the piercing itself. The shop is impeccably clean and are taking every measure to keep in line with Covid by implementing scheduled appointments and overall sterilized environment. My husband and I will be back!
