Kevin and Kelsey and the who staff there are absolutely amazing. They are most definitely the best in town and make an amazing team. They are straight forward. The jewelry is absolutely amazing and high quality I wouldn’t even bother wasting your time looking at different places. The team they have put together is friendly and inviting and I love their honesty they are up front and will tell you if something does not look right or is not a good choice. Seriously don’t bother with a different shop if you want a quality piercing with quality jewelry. This is the spot.

My daughter got a Daith piercing and a third lobe piercing and she enjoyed it very much every one was friendly and helpful since we walked in. It was our first time there today and very much appreciated all the information and how professional Kevin was he made my daughter feel at ease and calm and informed her everything he was doing as he was doing. He was very calm and as I mother I enjoyed this place very much and would go back and recommend family and friends to go there

Called them up one Saturday wanting my nose and conch pierced and they had a slot open. The staff were helpful with picking out jewelry and super friendly. Kevin made it very clear with the process and after care as well as answering any questions. Great conversation. Highly recommend this shop.

My experience here was a very pleasant one.The staff were kind and friendly. I was tired, hungry, and having a rough day. But coming here turned that around. The staff were completely transparent with me and, above all else, professional. I would describe the environment as warm and welcoming. The piercings were done in private booths, the equipment looked clean and sterile. If I had a question, there was always an answer. The actual piercing was done before I realized and the staff gave me the impression that they cared about my health and safety. Tips were never mentioned, but I would recommend it. I felt the staff were more than deserving.There was never a moment where I felt unwelcome, stupid, ignorant, or uncomfortable.The waiting room was nice and open with a pleasant color pallet and even a water cooler. There was also a wide selection of jewelry.My piercer was Kevin.If anybody expresses interest in getting a piercing, I will recommend they go to Hanging City. Hands down 10/10.By the way, I should mention that every shop on garrison has a smoky odor to it. Hanging City is not the only one. Not sure why, but every shop smells this way. Try not to let it bother you 😉

First time here. Got a few piercings today and my daughter also got a piercing!! Kevin was our piercer and he did an amazing job with the entire process!!!! Everyone there is awesome with great vibes, I felt extremely comfortable as if I were at home!!

All of the reviews were good so we decided to come here to get my 16-year-old her nose pierced. We made an appointment day before and they were very cordial on the phone. However, they asked me to come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. When I got here, their door said that they did not allow anybody under the age of 16 to come in. I also have a six-year-old that has to tagalong. No big deal I went in and did my part on the signature. They said it would not take long. However, another girl who came in after us needed a jewelry change and they put her ahead of us. We are now here 40 minutes after our time. I asked what was going on, and the lady was really rude to me. Instead of understanding where I was coming from, she treated me like I was inconveniencing her. Not to mention the whole place reeks of marijuana! If you would like to get your daughters nose pierced, I would suggest going to somewhere classier. This is not the place!

My daughter and I came in nervous and EVERYONE was kind and helped through our indecisiveness. The process was calming and the piercing for me and my daughter was not painful at all (everyone has different levels but we both consider ourselves to be a bit wimpy). I cannot recommend these guys enough. Just go.

Got the blue piercing there yesterday. Ive been to a couple different shops for piercings, and they were clean and friendly, but this place went above and beyond. I live in Colorado, but if I want more piercings Ill wait until I come visit my parents again to come here. They were so thorough when making sure I knew how to take care of it. They sterilized the jewelry in a sterilizing machine and had indicators to show me it was sterile. He changed his gloves at least three times while getting everything ready, and the actual piercing did hurt really bad (it is my cartilage) but he was so fast and knew what he was doing, I can imagine it could be a lot worse. Loved them!

I went in for a nose piercing on Friday and it was an all around great experience. Kevin was my piercing professional and was beyond kind and knowledgeable. The shop is super clean. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Awesome jewelry selection! I was so worried I was going to have to wear an ugly stud for 6 months but nope, I got a cute little diamond just like I wanted! Also Kevin said he would help with any piercing switch outs. Kevin was great. He kept the conversation rolling and never missed a beat in the process. He has obviously done this for years and has it down. Only the smallest moment of pain. 10/10 I highly recommend!

I went in today for a lip piercing and was all nervous for absolutely no reason. Every step of the process I was made to feel very comfortable and was given detailed instructions while there and instructions to take home 😃 100 % happy with everyone that works there. They make you feel welcome and comfortable the entire time 😃 I would recommend this place to EVERYBODY that wants a piercing 😃 This is my go to piercing place now 😃

Over the years I’ve had 38 piercings from both Scott and Kevin without an issue on any of them. I’ve had multiple tattoos from Bigg and one from Austin. Everything was exactly how I wanted. Kelsey has done multiple piercings on my wife, all without issues. Everyone there are such down to earth people and really awesome. Very straightforward about care and what to look out for during the healing process. There is no way I would ever go anywhere else in the future.

We drove 1.5 hrs to come here, based off their reputation and their jewelry selection, and it was definitely worth the drive! Kevin did my septum a few days ago, and Im so happy with my experience. Everyone in the shop was friendly and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of beautiful, quality jewelry to choose from, and said they can special order what you want upon request. I was particular about the look I wanted and he totally got it (I didnt want to be stuck with the traditional bulky bullring that I hated for 4 months while it healed... they hooked me up with a feminine solid gold ring with moonstones and labradorite, so pretty!) The piercing was quick with minimal pain, and perfectly placed. And of course everything was clean and sterilized.100% recommend.

Best piercers in town. Love this place. Had Kevin pierce my nose back in December with my sister and niece,went in and had Kelsey change both me and my sister piercing. Went so smoothly. I even had her check my helix piercings to see if we could change the earring because I had it done 2 years ago at the mall in Florida😧. She change them out with ease. I will be going back to them for all my piercings.

We decided to surprise our daughter with her first piercings (ears). We knew she’d be a little nervous, so we took her where we thought her experience as well as the jewelry would be of the highest quality and Hanging City did NOT disappoint. Everyone at the shop was perfect and Kevin (who did the piercing) was sweet, kind, patient, and professional. I would absolutely suggest this business to anyone in the area looking for quality people and quality work!

They are super nice, very helpful. The piercers are very knowledgeable and let you know exactly how the piercing will go etc. They are very clean as well and take care to make sure everything is sterilized and that you are comfortable the whole time.

These guys are awesome! I went in wanting a specific piercing, not sure if it would work on me, but Kevin found me another option that I love! He even went as far as taking a photo of my ear and editing piercings on so I could see what it would look like. I got 4 piercings at my appointment and there was little pain!I’m immunocompromised so piercings are something I have to be very careful with, and these guys made me so comfortable because of their cleaning/sterilization process! I also have mobility issues and need help sitting back up off the bed, and Kevin never made me feel embarrassed for asking.Highly, highly recommended. Especially for immunocompromised people, please don’t go anywhere else!!

Ive gotten a couple of piercings here and love this place. Kevin is super professional and makes you feel at ease if youre nervous. He makes the actual piercing as painless and quick as possible and gets you prettied up and on your way. The jewelry is high quality, and the cleanliness is impeccable. My husband and I were tattooed by Austin. Our dog recently passed away so we decided to get a tattoo of his paw print. Austin was very kind and personable. He did an incredible job with the shadowing and the design. The tattoo was very sentimental and he made the experience special for us both.

Went in for a conch piercing as a walk-in. The staff was friendly while I went back and forth on which jewelry to choose. The prices were reasonable. The wait was to be expected as it was a Saturday afternoon. My piercer Kevin was fantastic! Hes very personable and professional. We had a good chat, discussed the aftercare, and he pierced me. I only go here for piercings. Just got started on a frenum ladder and I will say that the level of professionalism is top tier. I love ever piercing Ive gotten and will be back asap for my next few. Only spoke on the phone with someone, I had called to ask about getting my Daughters ears pierced. They were very polite and friendly. They dont pierce anyone under 10 so we were not able to use them . They did recommend another shop which was helpful but also no one under 12 . So I guess she will just have to wait.

I had a horrible experience with a noise piercing 8 years ago. The memory finally faded enough that I wanted another and my daughter and went together. They were professional, super friendly, and efficient. Kelsey did our piercings and she was great! The entire experience really makes me want to find the person who traumatized me 8 years ago and punch her in the face, but I digress.I would not go anywhere else now, and will recommend this business to anyone in the market for a piercing from now on.

My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced, this place was recommended. They are awesome over there. Went above and beyond to make sure she got what she wanted and made sure she was comfortable. She didnt cry or move. They dont let you leave until you fully understand how to care of your piercings. ( technically they arent forcing you to stay lol) but they do care and will answer all your questions.

Went here September 3rd for my daithe and beginner gauges 14s. The staff was very knowledgeable, had several different colors and types of jewelry to choose from for whatever piercing youd like. Also, for the gauges, they had a hoop style Id never seen before. So I got them. I think Ill continue my gauge journey with hoops. I very much enjoyed my visit here and plan to return to upsize my gauges and for my left ear daithe piercing.

Weve had several experiences with this establishment so far and we keep coming back. We have a preferred piercer, but everyone we have dealt with seems to know what theyre doing. The only negatives I would have are that they are a bit pricey (but take that with a grain of salt as they are experienced, professional and very clean. All of which are extremely important for a piercing), they use a smaller than average size jewelry which is difficult to find except through them it seems (again, expensive. Quality, but expensive. And limited.), they ask for a seemingly unnecessary amount of personal information just to do a simple thing like purchase a gift certificate. Other than those minor gripes, we keep coming back.

Everyone is very professional and personable. SUPER clean and sterile. Very nice place. Kevin did my piercing and I LOVE IT! Will be going back for more work! HIGHLY recommend.

This place is awesome! I drove from Fayetteville to get my piercings done here because literally every tattoo shop I asked told me it was the best. I got an industrial and a lobe piercing in my left ear and a cartilage, conch, and lobe piercing in my right ear. I was surprised by how little the piercing process hurt! It was a very smooth and swift process. The jewelry selection is also really nice and they explained how much pride they take in their services and products and made me feel really comfortable. It was definitely worth the money I spent and I am so happy I didn’t go to a cheap shop that provided a lower quality service and product!

I paid a $50 deposit for the kid by the door to DRAW a crescent moon for my wife and I. When we arrived for our appointment, he had NO drawing at all. The tattoo was the most painful Ive ever had, and looks like a child did it. There is no depth, no shading, no light sorce, it is very cartoony. Ill have to get it fixed SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Because when I contacted the shop by email I was told I would have to come back in and let THE SAME CHILD draw some more scribble on me! I dont think so!I tried responding to your reply here but was unable to find out how...The response here publicly is MUCH more accommodating than the personal email I got. I would love to come in and have a more experienced ARTIST do what they can for this...The line weight is backwards! The light sorce (the sun) is to the right of the moon. But the line on the right side is thicker, and what little shading is present is on that side!

This was by far the best experience Ive ever had getting a piercing. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that all tools are clean. The staff also does a great job at making its customers feel welcomed and comfortable.

Even a water cooler in case you get parched.It was worth the wait!Kevin, the piercer, was exceptionally professional.Hes has his own autoclave, and, you can immediately tell, takes meticulous care with sanitization procedures.The only other thing he is as careful with is ensuring your comfort with the procedure.(Also, bonus points - his favorite color is green! 💚)For anyone who is curious about taking their children to see or get their ears done, yes, its fine!I would trust these guys and their ilk 1,000 over before I would anyone with a gun again.Minimum age allowed is 7!They are required to speak with Kevin, who is of large stature, with many facial piercings and tattoos, as well as knowledgeable, soft-spoken and eloquent.Some of the jewelry is EXPENSIVE!!!WATCH OUT!BUT! It is also quality. And really shiny. (LOL)I had no shame in asking for the cheap stuff, but, have no worry, even the cheap stuff is quality!I adore and appreciate the IN YOUR FACE aftercare education for any piercings. They will make sure you know right from wrong, as there is so misinformation and hurt from those piercing gun monsters at Walmart and mall stores.(I apologise to any gun piercers who may have been talented or gentle, etc, but overall, awful process, and mostly due to the gun! Please to not send me hate mail.)Definitely recommend to anyone!

Terrific place! I came here for a nose piercing, and everything was very sanitary. Everyone had a great attitude, and they thoroughly explained what you should/should not do after your piercing.

I only had a new piece of jewelry put in an existing piercing but I was really impressed with the service and the level of care and attention they put in to something that was fairly simple. I would trust them to take care of a piercing for me if I want one in the future. They know their stuff!

Got a septum piercing done . Was told about 10 times “DONT TOUCH IT” and I didn’t touch it . Healed beautifully and they were able to make nice conversation . All around a good atmosphere. Favorite shop.

I went to hanging city body modification for my first peircings as they were highly rated and seemed to do good work now everyone in the shop was very kind and Kevin who did my peircings was amazing he walked me through each step of the way for my belly button, lip, and nose peircing however, they used a colored metal for my first peircing which I picked but they didnt inform me that they shouldnt use colored metal as the chemical used on it can cause infection as it can aggravate the skin how do I know this? Well I went to another place and had tattoos done the workers who do the peircings at this place was worried when they saw the peircing and the color and before you say well they could just be trying to sell their product their jewelry is 5$ so I doubt it hanging city is over priced and have a lot of oversized cause once you are outta their shop they really dont care until you go back and need to swap out jewelry, but hey they will pay to get this rating taken down.

Yall..... these guys (and gals) are AMAZING. Theyre a guy expensive (for me at least lol) but its literally totally worth it and theyll be the only people I go to from now for any kind of work done one me. Be it piercings or tattoos. Im going to them. For the kind service I got for how painless it was for them being SO knowledgeable about what theyre doing and just chill cool down to earth people Id be willing to pay twice what I paid. Im gonna have to find out the guy that pierced my septum and give him a review on his own because he was absolutely FANTASTIC! He was so cool and chill and he did a great job calming my nerves. He just chatted and chatted with me and before I knew it it was over and done with and literally stopped hurting the second he pulled the needle out. Idk what kinda sorcery that was but Im not complaining! Anywho if yall are looking for professional people (but still cool and not uptight) who know what theyre doing these are the people for you. I cant give anything higher than a 5 star otherwise theyd have 10 stars from me. You guys ROCK

By far my favorite place that I have recieved a piercing. I will definitely be back to get more!! It was a very professional environment and the septum piercing was pretty much painless. It has healed quickly with no complications :)

Made things very difficult when trying to get a piercing, pricing is higher than their competing businesses, ask for multiple forms of identification for the health department. Dont show you when they do sterilization. All in all is not a good place to go to, I recommend going somewhere else.
