I got my 2nds priced there and the lady did amazing

Prices too high for ear piercing and had to go to ER to have infected earring removed as skin covered over the front. We cleaned and used their products and still got infected. Very expensive visit.

Still enjoy shopping here after all of these years. Three generations of my family have had their ears pierced here.

We waited 20 min to be checked out and then left and tried to go back still waited 15 min. If it hadnt been for finding something for a wedding there worth waiting for I would have left and not returned.

Got my ears pierced here twice. First time my ear rejected the piercings and the second time they became completely infected and my ear almost fell off. Please make sure your child doesnt have a allergy to nickle before getting their ears pierced and do it professionally (dont go to places that use piercing guns they do nothing but pierced your skin with dull needles) DONT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE!!!!

I needed some clear earrings for my daughter because she is going to Army boot camp. “Victoria” answered the phone and was super helpful~ She even set aside the item at the Register so I could come inside and pay without having to look for the item.I really appreciated Victoria’s help!

Great staff and they were great when piercing my ears. It was quick easy and mostly painless... But it is a literal hole being put in your ear so...

The products are only overshadowed by the quality of service. What kind & wonderful help! As busy as they were, the employees still made time for us.

Great sales, but make sure the associates actually know how to pierce earrings. For example, an associate pierced an ear at an angle. Which makes it harder for the person to even place the earring in. Please watch how youre piercing earrings. Thanks.

Such bad quality stuff, worst necklaces and chokers I’ve ever had. I’d rather go to Walmart to buy chokers, it was nice when I was a little kid but now it’s dissapointment
