I have received numerous treatments at the Fort Smith location, both under previous and current management. I have had wonderful experiences with current management, services including laser hair removal-pits and brazilian, a laser facial, and teeth whitening. After my 8th appt, pits are completely hairless, and have scheduled a follow up for some stubborn hairs on my brazilian-but even those are much finer and sparse. The facial made my skin feel wonderful with minimal redness afterwards and only that day, my teeth are noticeably whiter also. Current management has set and stuck with scheduling-always reminding-or verifying, appts the day before, they have been attentive and asked questions about my progress and concerns, and they have been professional, kind, and comfortable to be around. Highly suggest them for all your different laser needs.Advice for armpit laser hair removal-wear a tank top in that day-you can change out of it later.Thanks Laser Partners!

I purchased a package with the company that included laser hair removal for my face and neck. After the package was over I was told that each initial visit would be considered a booster treatment at a set price of $50. At my latest visit I was told that the price I was given was incorrect and they would not honor what I was told by the previous technician. I agreed to pay the new price of $150 which was stated would take place on the next visit. Upon scheduling my next appointment that I asked to be 4-6 weeks out I was asked why I needed to get lasered so much. The woman technician chimed in to say that hormones may be the cause of my frequent visits. Hair removal for women is a touchy subject. I felt like the man who was giving me the pricing and questioning the frequency of my visits was unempathetic and extremely unprofessional. Upon entering the facility he was talking about other employees loudly on the phone. I didnt mind the price fluctuation but the lack of professionalism combined with the unfriendly demeanor is a deal breaker. Bottom line, go somewhere else ladies!!!

I had a facial with Precious and she did a fantastic job! My skin was absolutely GLOWING afterwards. I’m very happy with my results and she was so nice throughout my appointment. I will definitely be back!

I purchased a tattoo removal package. I was a little skeptical at first since my tattoo has many colors and was told black ink would get the best result.The staff was extremely knowledgable and very accommodating with my not so flexible schedule.I just finished my 8th session and my tattoo is barely visible. I would say 90% gone. I’m am very happy and strongly recommend Laser Partners to anyone looking to remove their tattoos.

First off, the office is gorgeously decorated, clean, and inviting! I got the Hollywood Facial and it was worth ever penny! Ive had several different types of facials in the past, but ive never seen results like this... I havent worn make up for nearly a week since ive gotten it... my skin looks flawless! Ladies do not go this place go somewhere else to spend your money and time. I was very please to find such good place but after 3 appointment I was very disappointed they change my package and I been told that my daughter had received wrong treatment they trying to get more money from me and owner and manager they both are so rude to as they don’t want to listen to you and 4th appointment the technician was so rough with my daughter skin that she literally had burns and red all over on her skin they act like we getting free treatment and Manegment is awful I would never recommend this place to anybody even you get free service 👎🏿

Third appointment in and definitely seeing a difference! The staff is so friendly and definitely listens to your needs, the place is always clean and smells great. And the procedure itself is not painful at all and every appointment is super quick. Definitely worth it!
