We love Torrie! She has pierced my sisters, daughter and even me. She is so sweet and kind while being very professional. My daughter felt a bit queasy after her piercing and Torrie was so empathetic. We come back every year on vacation to get some new sparkle. I did the star and tiny diamond stacked lobes this year.

I needed help because the jewel fell out of my newly pierced nose (from another shop) so I called Torrie asking if she could help me replace the nose ring. Torrie was very helpful and had a wide variety of options for me to choose from. I picked out a nose ring and she switched it out for me. I’ve only had my nose pierced for about 3 weeks and wanted to ask a professional. I am so happy with the new jewelry. It was a quick process and she was very gentle since my nose is still in the healing process. I highly recommend Torrie and I plan on getting more nose rings from her shop.

Felt a bit uncomfortable. I tried to create small talk for my nerves bothering me, me being scattered brained, cant ever get timelines straight. I hate talking in peoples faces when she was switching jewelry out of my nose, so I hesitated with questions. Also asked for some advice on how something may look on me, if gold looked alright. I said I understood you cant put the jewelry up to the face. Just made me feel really judged. Maybe I just dont fit in to this type of crowd. This is just how I felt, please don’t get defensive. I did leave happy with the ring, just felt uncomfortable.

I went here to get my first nose piercing and it was not at all what I expected. It cost 100 dollars. I went in after a month and told her it was sticking to my sheets at the diamond clasp. She promptly told me to get used to it. I then asked for a shorter stud, due to the fact she said she would replace, and got a no for 4 months. Finally change the ring on my own and am happier now, after six months. This could have gone much better. I would not recommend this place for children at all.

Got 2nd lobe piercings for myself and 12 yr old for her bday. It was great! You do need a birth certificate for a minor, which I shouldve asked about in advance. But she was super nice when we had to leave and run home and get the birth certificate and come back. The earring selections are great and quality! Space was clean and neat. Ive never had needle piercing and it was fast and just little discomfort. Definitely a great place!

I went today and she was so nice! I got my nipples pierced (for the 3rd time) she was fast and easy to talk too! Would highly recommend!

This place is awesome. Torrie is very kind and definitely knows what she is doing! The piercing was quick and didn’t hurt a bit. I’m looking forward to getting my other ear done!! I think my favorite part was the lobby you wait in, it has this Halloween sort of vibe and it’s super comfortable. 10/10 definitely recommend

My mom and I went to get our cartilage pierced as an impromptu rainy day thing. Torrie was a sweetheart! I get very anxious for any piercings or tattoos and she made me very comfortable and eased my worries. It was a clean and calm atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

Went in to see Torrie for a piercing (3rd lobe in each ear) and it was such a wonderful experience! She was very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable while there. I contacted her via Facebook before going to check and see if she had a specific earring and she was able to order it for me. I was given all of the information on how to take care of my piercings before leaving and she recommended a wound wash for the after care. If you’re looking for a place to go get a piercing, I highly recommend her! She’s great!

I can’t say enough good things about Torrie very professional, kind, clean and can hold a good conversation with anyone, she made me and my mom feel very comfortable in her establishment!!!! The nose piercings were painlessly done with a needle. Everything was sterile and she provided great details/instructions before starting and after the piercing was done! Torrrie ended the treatment with giving clear and easy to read care instructions on how to keep our nose piercing clean and infection free!!!! I will definitely be sending business her way!!!! I came in to get my nips pierced and it was my first piercing so I didn’t really know much. But Torrie is super knowledgeable about the whole process and walked me through the ups and downs without feeling rushed. The actual piercing was quick, thankfully, and they came out great. I came in with my sister to get matching piercings. She was so kind and informative. I am prone to getting faint & Torrie had took her time and made sure I was okay throughout this entire process. She is very caring and an AMAZING piercer. Torrie was great! I went in on a whim right before closing to get a nipple piercing and was out within 10 minutes, paperwork included. She was knowledgeable, nice, and made me feel very comfortable. I love that she made sure my posture was good so that the piercing was properly aligned with the natural anatomy of the nipple; so important so that nothing is crooked. Lastly, if you’re shy and/or insecure but still want an intimate piercing (🙋🏻‍♀️) Torrie should be your go-to… like I said, I was very comfortable during the whole process. Thank you, Torrie!

I got my septum pierced here! This was my second time getting this piercing, but 1st with her! It was a great experience she was super sweet and laid back. You knew every step that was happening, and a plus is the jewelry is small and cute!

Torrie pierced my nose 5 days ago and has done an excellent job. I know it takes a long time to heal the area so cant really tell how itll be by the end of six months, but with her care guidance, Im sure itll be as good as possible.Piercing is a very quick process, its the anticipation that makes it hard. Torrie talked me through the process like a piece of cake and it literally was that!I only visited her place based on Google reviews and super happy with her work.

Went in yesterday to get an industrial piercing & everything was perfect! Torrie was so kind & professional & she made the experience so much easier. she explained everything she was doing & even told me when to breathe, which i really appreciated as i was pretty nervous. the process was super quick & she told me everything to do for the aftercare. overall i was probably in there 5 minutes. thank you so much Torrie! i definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for a piercer to pay her a visit. i’ll definitely be back for more soon!

Torrie was recommended through a friend of mine. She pierced my daughters ears and it was a great experience. She was nice, and knowledgeable. Placement was perfect and healing went well. I recommend her to anyone wanting a new piercing!

We stopped in to get my daughters nose pierced (under 18). Torrie was great; my only complaint is that she didn’t disclose that I would not be allowed to go back with my child. The heads up would have been greatly appreciated. So if you’re planning on taking your child for a piercing maybe consider somewhere else.

My wife got her nose pierced from Torrie. She was extremely helpful with all my wife’s questions. She was professional and informative on treatment during healing process. This is my second piercing by Torrie and let me just say she is amazing! I had a bit of a episode and she was just so sweet and comforting ! Torrie has done a number of piercings for me. I have never had a problem with the piercings. She’s always professional and friendly. She takes her time with each piercing and makes sure the clients feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. I always recommend her to others and continue to do so.

I got my first ever piercing here, right in the septum! I did a walk in and the process was so quick and easy. Torrie is super nice and even though I was honestly overly nervous/scared, I couldnt have asked for a better person to pierce me! Even the shop itself is just a passionate atmosphere. Update...the piercing itself is fine. There are issues with communication. My daughter and I had been there before and we were told to bring her birth certificate. When we came back with the birth certificate, then I was told to fill out a form for the notary and that the form was required. She explained the cost of the piercing ($50) and my daughter made her selections. After she completed the piercing, she asked how I was paying and I said credit card. She then says $65...I responded, I thought it was $50. Then she says its $50 for the piercing and $15 for the notary. Being that this was our second time here, at some point prior to the piercing she should have stated the additional fee for the notary. Additionally, the $15 charge exceeds the FL statue on the maximum fee allowable. Also, in your response you state that you have to charge and thats not true. Most businesses, real state related not included, notarize for free of its in conjunction with a good or service they provide. I hope this helps you understand the rating and thanks for your response.

Very kind. She gave me two piercings, which didn’t hurt much, she was very gentle handling them, made a few jokes to relax me. She was very kind and very sweet. I would definitely go to her for any piercing or tattoo. Also, she gives you a nifty little care sheet that explains how to clean your new piercing and how long it takes to heal. They also use high-quality jewelry, and have amazing pricing. I’m thankful she was the one who pierced me ❤️

I believe the mans name was Happy he did my tattoo and my sister in laws awesome personality enjoyed the chat while there. Paid 150$ each tattoo and they are about the size of half a dollar. Dark lines but a little messy. I think it makes it unique but not everyone may like this. I’m sure if I went back he would touch it up or make it thicker to fix it. My nose piercing was quick easy healed great which was a relief because I’ve had it done before and it didn’t go well. She didn’t chat much though was very much get this done and your outta here. Paid 50$. That shop was very clean and the front desk was super nice.

When I came to Torrie it had been several years before I gotten pierced. My last experience left a lot to be desired. Excellent experience, everyone I spoke with was very nice. Im fairly terrified of needles and want to move past that (e.g. sat in the car for about 2hrs before going in for a simple ear piecing.) Ive had doctors give me a hard time about being so fearful while being a large, bearded guy, but Torrie was very professional. I suspect many of the negative reviews were left by the type of people who frequently use the line the customer is always right while at he same time, disproving it.

She did a nostril piercing on me about a year and a half ago. The piercing is A+++ perfect. The process was quick and simple. She clearly knew what she was doing and explained everything before we started. Everything was clean and precise. I barely felt a thing. A friend of mine had her nipples pierced by Torrie and it went so smoothly that my friend actually psyched herself out thinking it was going to hurt way more than it did. On top of it all shes super friendly! 11 out of 10, would go back to her for any other piercings I need (and regret not going to her for others I had done before).

Torrie is the best piercer in the area, very knowledgeable and skilled. I dont trust anyone else to pierce me. All my piercings over the years have been done by her and they all heal up nicely with no complications. I highly recommend her!

I came here to get another tongue piercing after my first one had been crooked ( over a year later) and Torrie did an amazing job. quick and easy. Perfect placement.This was back in late 2020 or early 2021.

I went in a few weeks ago to get my septum done. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment & she got me right in! She was professional & answered the questions I had, and I was super impressed. was slightly nervous, but she put me at ease and did the piercing well & I will be going back for any other piercings I get!

Took my 13 year old in today for a piercing. Big event for her. Wasn’t told until after they took my payment that I could not accompany her to the back for this special occasion. I do not like the fact that they took my minor behind closed doors without at least 1 parent. When I expressed my dislike the lady’s response was “well you brought her into a tattoo shop” next time it will be a different one for sure!!!

I got my nose pierced by tori today and because I’m underage she made sure I knew what paperwork I needed over the phone and I was really nervous when I went in today tori made sure that I was calm she has a good system she’s very professional and sanitary everyone I saw there had a mask on and when it came time to do the piercing she was quick, precise, and calming if anyone is having any doubts about going to get a piercing or your looking for a good piercer then I highly recommend going to tori. The only piercer I will ever go to. She’s extremely knowledgeable and prioritizes cleanliness. She’s done 4 of my piercings and they’ve all healed beautifully. She’s super sweet and puts up with me talking her head off every time. I can’t recommend her enough. ❤️

Friendly and knowledgeable but the bars she used for my lobe piercings were way too short for how thick my lobes are. The piercings were sinking into my ear without it swelling up. I ended up going somewhere else to get piercings with longer bars.

Drove 30mins to be told she didnt confirm an appointment today despite showing someone that worked there the confirmation email AND him reading it to her verbatim over the phone! I could hear her saying that she cant confirm an appointment without a phone number being added when it clearly says its optional when you book! COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIMEUpdate: Dont get fly!!! And be careful because the attitude you claim you dont have in the previous reviews is showing. Maam, I never received an email canceling the appointment, if I had I wouldnt have showed up....and I put all the required information on the form (including what I wanted done) in your booking system Internet glitch or not. My number was not listed because it wasnt a requirement of your booking system, but you obviously had my email. If you needed to contact me to confirm what service I wanted and/or what my number was you could have gotten that information. Also, I dont need an education on an autoclave since I do work in the medical field, but thanks tho... and its also beside the point. I would not have had an issue if you were more accommodating then and now. Instead repeating nothing was confirmed when the gentlemen and I were both looking at the confirmation and now by not being so flippant and putting all the onus on me. Sorry that you wasted your own time by not providing information... Really... the situation could have been avoided i would have no problem waiting or coming back at a time when you were available, but now (not that you care) I wont ever use any services at this business.
