I got my knee tattooed and then 3 days later came to get my bridge pierced and Abby did both of them!! I had an amazing time and she’s was the sweetest human on the earth! She was so patient with me and we talked the whole time, she even let my boyfriend grab me some food next door during our tattoo session and it really feels like the energy bounced off the walls, during the piercing she took so much time to like my bridge up perfectly and it really made me happy with the extra attention to detail!! I’m in love with my tattoo and bridge piercing and will be visiting the shop again soon!!

The lady in front was very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is very clean and professional. And their prices are awesome. I have a nose piercing that I wanted to switch jewelry out of. Even though I had the piercing done elsewhere, they still help you replace it. I will definitely be back!

A very kind and precise individual with short blue hair did my earlobe piercings today. They talked me through it, i was so nervous! But it was so quick and painless and they were so skilled. I recommend em! I believe their name was Abby. :) i love my piercings, i waited too long to get them done again! 🤗

Nick did my fiancé and I’s Friday the 13th tattoos plus he did another tattoo for me. He is amazing with his work and has such good customer service , he was very nice and friendly! would definitely highly recommend him!

First off location and shop was great! Very clean and maintained well. Derick did our tattoos while nothing complicated he was super professional and has a good eye. He has a very steady hand and not heavy handed! My bestie got a minimal flow bouquet and it turned out soooooo good!!! Highly recommend!

Got a tattoo from Nick a month ago and looove it, just the start as we will be adding more. He did an awesome job and kept up conversation, laid back shop. Went back last night and my husband went in Monday for one. We found our tattoo artist in Ft Worth!

I got my nose peirced on July 13th and took advantage of their Friday the 13th specials. It was quick and because this was my first non-ear piercing, he explained everything to me and helped keep me calm. I also made an appointment to start my Disney dog sleeve with Charlie. This tattoo is amazing! Its not close to being done but I get tons of compliments daily on it. Its also a little famous in the shop. Charlie is amazing and he does his best to make sure you are comfortable. He is light handed (normal handed 🤭) and his work is gorgeous. I highly recommend him! I also love that his lady is looking out for the clients as well. She gives an unbias opinion on what you could do to make the tattoo go to the next measure or look it up to make sure it matches. (Black nose buddy 🤭)I have developed a good relationship with everyone and I look forward to my appointments.

We where looking for a place to take our 7 months old daughter for her first earrings, we couldn’t be more pleased. They let us bring our own jewelry and they did the sterilization of her earrings. They did a fantastic job it was very quick and professional. Thank you so much again.

I went to Twisted Ink after seeing it mentioned in a mom group I follow on FB; the recommendation did not disappoint! Nick was my artist and was so awesome! He was so easy to work with and chill. I walked in around 8 or 9 on a Saturday night with only an idea of what I wanted. Nick’s drawing brought my queen bee tattoo image in my head to life! I LOVE my tattoo and it was the perfect gift for my 40th birthday.Nick also went above and beyond about my tattoo aftercare, I’ve never had dermshield and he had me come in a couple days later to place a new piece and I swear this tattoo healed better than any other one I have.

I recommend Charlie, he is a great artist and knows what he is doing. I inquired about a black and grey half sleeve. Charlie and his lady have walked me through the process and are very receptive to my ideas and what I want. He is very flexible on time and is willing to fit you in where he can. I’ve had 3 appointments so far in the last 3 weeks and each visit has been very personable. Great tattoo artist, great taste in music and movies! Excited to get this project completed.Shout out to Marcos as well for doing my wife’s half sleeve. He’s done an excellent job as well and has made each experience personable.

I got my first tattoo at Twisted Ink with Charlie. He and Jamie were so kind and calm, and very patient with me. They made adjustments and took the time to make sure that my design was exactly what I wanted. The end result was perfect 🤩

I got my first ever tattoo here last night for my birthday. They took great care to make sure the sizing and quality were right and walked me through the whole process.Charlie did an amazing job and cared for the details, and it matches my original design perfectly. I also love that they use saniderm here, allowing the tattoo to heal completely and fully while avoiding any chance for infection in the first few days.It was easy to schedule, immaculately clean, great prices, and wonderful staff. I will be back!

I came up there 5 days ago to get a hand piece from Marcos thats had to be honest. He had assured me that he could accomplish what I needed done. Its been 5 days now and my entire hand is scabbed beyond belief, it literally looks like crusty hamburger meat. Not Only am I not impressed and very frustrated because this work is on my hand for everyone to see it cost me $350. Now I have to go to another catch tattoo artist to fix it and make it actually look like it was supposed to in the 1st place. I would never recommend somebody going up there and I would just steer clear if you can. I am not New to this game of tattooing, I have both arms and both legs sleeved out with a full chest piece full side piece and stomach done I also have much work On my back as well. This is by far the most damaging and and nasty looking tattoo Ive ever had.

Very kind and caring my daughter was so excited to get her ears pieced and the young lady that did her piercing was so sweet my child didn’t even cry thank you.

I had my appointment with Charlie, and he was absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond to make my tattoo perfect, and was overall awesome. We chatted the entire time which made me feel much more comfortable, and the shop itself was so clean and personal. The owners were super nice and professional as well! I will definitely be back to get more pieces done by Charlie.

Reviewing the shop after being there 6 weeks- I have to brag on the way the establishment is managed. Sanitation standards are very high, and customer satisfaction is always prioritized. The owner named “Nick” is super great.

All of the staff were great to interact with. My artist, Nick, is amazing. He did an incredible job on the memorial piece for my dad. Clean lines, packed with color and dedicated to making sure you have a great piece of art when you leave. I will definitely be making another appointment with Nick in the future. Thank you so much!

Stopped by for the Friday the 13th specials! They were PACKED! And offered for us to pay in advance and come back next day to avoid the wait! The ship is bright, inviting and CLEAN! Staff is incredibly friendly and down to earth. They will always be straight forward with you. Jenae their apprentice is a bad ass… after tattooing who knows how many people within a 24 hour period she was still super happy to see us (last of the night) after a long day with a smile on her face! All the staff we met with were outstanding and we already are working with Charlie on our next tattoos! This will definitely be our new shop !

Please allow me to be candid for a moment. Saturday, July 17th I met Picasso. It was 10 o’clock at night. Little did I know that while I was grief stricken from the loss of my mother, he would extend a comfort that no one else could at the time all while trying to process his own grief from tragedy just hours before. He was gentle and calm. Authentic. Passionate about his work. His hand was steady and he worked diligently, without rushing. He expressed to me more than once what it meant to him to be able to provide this for me.We don’t look the same.We aren’t the same age.We have different backgrounds.Our grief is different.Our cover pages are different.Our stories are different.BUT…Picasso is forever part of my story and I’m part of his.He did a fantastic job. This piece of art is priceless to me. Will recommend him to everyone I know.

I visited Twisted Ink on its first day open at the new establishment and it was absolutely amazing! I highly highly highly recommend requesting Darby as your piercer as she is absolutely phenomenal. She is extremely personable yet professional and will be more than able to answer any questions you have about your piercings or the process. She made the process extremely quick and painless and takes such pride in her work!

I had to get my septum re-pierced for a THIRD time(first time here), and the process was wonderful! I went in really nervous because I had seen one person for my piercings previously at a different shop and she no longer works where I know of locally. This place is only 10 minutes from my house, and I went in hesitant because i had my Medusa pierced at a different shop and it came out TOTAL cattywampus, I lied and told them it was perfect but was so SO disappointed by this stupid scar on my face because I couldn’t speak up and the guarantee wasn’t verbalized. I talked to this lovely gentleman who helped ease my anxiousness with the guarantee that if they SOMEHOW made a mistake, or if I twitched during the piercing session, that I could allow it to heal and they would redo it for free. Needless to say, the process was smooth from the start. I sat down, he made sure the clamps were on properly, told me to take a deep breath, and boom! This reporting was so much smoother than my second, and the catheter type system was killer as it gave the relief of the jewelry going in smoothly and quickly, I was honestly so shocked I looked at my nose cross-eyed! I’ll be back by next week for my birthday to get my Medusa pierced CORRECTLY this time, guaranteed 🤩

I have been going to Twisted Ink since they opened in Haslet, I’ve followed them to their new location. I’ve had the pleasure of having Charlie do a beautiful piece on me. Also Nick has done many tattoos on me and I’ve enjoyed seeing his talent blossom in the industry!!! I recommend this tattoo shop to everyone I know and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Alexandra is a great piercer. Definitely recommend for all piercings! she even helped me with a consultation of a prior piercing I got at a different shop that she help fixes and now Im happy to say I have a better healed industrial!

Such a nice clean space with awesome staff who do an amazing professional job. My old soul misses a full gallery wall (they do have some) but they explained how expensive yet underutilized they are now, and that makes perfect sense! They do have a get what you get machine if thats your thing. Give their artists a follow!

I am extremely picky about my piercings, and I have previously gone to the same place for all of mine. Since I moved, I had to find a new shop. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but he was AMAZING. He did my septum in probably less than 3 minutes total, was super gentle and made sure I was okay. He placed it perfectly and overall it was a 10/10 experience. Very reasonable pricing as well, with jewelry price included in the total. Will definitely go back!

Nick is a great artist, very personable and friendly. He even helped put some new dermashield on after mine fell off. Overall would recommend the shop, very clean and uses good sanitary practices.

From the first phone call all the way to checkout, everyone was great. The building is absolutely beautiful and has so much open space! Definitely not your typical studio. My sister and I got our ears pierced by Hoss and our experience was great! He was really patient working with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I got an ear piercing that was pretty intense, and made me almost pass out, but he was very patient and understanding, and got me a Gatorade, and gave me all the time I needed before continuing. We are both very pleased with our piercings and our experience with Hoss. Definitely recommend coming here for piercings!

Cody was wonderful! My daughter and I both got a helix done and he made the whole process smooth, quick and painless. When I wanted to chicken out from pre-piercing nerves he talked me down and waited until I was ready to move forward. I will definitely be going back for future piercings and tattoos.

If you go to this shop for a piercing, ASK FOR DARBY!!! I just got my septum redone after having it pierced thru cartilage last time and they were so so sweet and walked me through everything and even did guided breathing with me!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in July 25 to get both of my nostrils pierced. The shop owner did the first one and did a great job it barley even hurt. Then the new piercer getting trained did my other one. He messed it up and I wasn’t too mad about it so I said it was fine. They told me to come back and get it re pierced if needed and they would do it for free. I went in today November 9 to get my jewelry changed finally because they are no longer infected… finally. They told me it was going to be 20$ to get them switched to new jewelry. I told them I can’t get them in cause the one is crooked that got pierced wrong. I asked if they can re pierce it for free and they said I waited too long so they can’t do it for free. Worst experience ever, I don’t recommend going in there for ANYTHING my friend got a tattoo from there and it looks terrible…. -10/10

I highly recommend Charlie!! Hands down, hes one of the best artist in the FW area. His friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable, and he strives for perfection every visit. He gave me a beautiful cover up piece bringing my old tattoo new life while preserving the importance. Clean linework and light handed! The shop is amazingly clean and the management is top notch. Have been here several times and gotten tattoos from Charlie, he does great work and I have always been happy with the results. If youre looking for a tat this is the place to go and ask for Charlie he will do it right and in a great friendly atmosphere. Trel did a different yet beautiful flower on my arm and a small cherry tattoo. I did not want a basic girly flower and he really grasped what I was wanting. He was so welcoming and super easy to get along with. He takes his time, and I believe he really cares about the artwork he produces. I really appreciate his patience with making sure every detail in his work is exactly how he wants it. All of the staff I encountered today were super nice. Couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be back for some more work soon!

Charlie is AMAZING! His line work is so clean and he is so dedicated to his art, my tattoo turned out damn near perfect. I was nervous to see someone new and it was better than I could ever imagine. Definitely worth the nervousness and money, I’m going back to see him in 2 weeks and I’m sure I’ll be a frequent flyer afterward.

I got a Medusa lip piercing a couple of weeks ago from Haus. He was nice and all and it was a clean experience but I noticed after a day or two the placement was just off center enough to be noticeable. I thought I could live with it but since it was my first piercing I knew I should get it looked at once I wasn’t traveling.I just left a shop and they used my piercing as an example to their apprentice on how not to do this piercing!! Immediately taken out given that the placement would have led to gum erosion and or teeth chipping. I plan on letting it heal and getting it redone since the shop I live near actually wants to pierce and not just pierce long enough to start tattooing.Now I get to spend another chunk of money and regret being impulsive. I’d suggest getting pierced elsewhere.

I stopped in there on Fathers day because of the 5 star rating. I have been wanting to do a tribute tattoo to my father since he had passed away November 2020. I had my image in mind and some images I had saved. Patrick took my ideas and created a beautiful piece for me! I LOVE IT! I I have about 14 tattoo already from other places I have gotten over the years and Twisted ink has to be the best place I have ever gotten a tattoo at! I actually have another appointment with Patrick this week to get another tattoo!

I went to get a lip piercing and they did it halfway. They did not tighten the microscopic diamond tight enough so not even 8 hours with my new piercing in it fell out. When i called to talk to someone they said they would have to re charge me for the same thing, and it was my fault that it came out. The guy on the phone yelled at me and was mocking me the whole time. Rude beyond words I have never been treated so badly. Do not use this place! Save your money and go somewhere else!

Im BEYOND MAD I spent good money to get 2 piercings in my ear. Within a week my top hole swelled horribly so I went back in to have him remove my top peircing it bleed so bad I could only see a big scab so I let it heal a week now im getting terrible headaches and I noticed I still have metal in my ear the diamond wasnt removed and now its stuck in my skin under the skin im so mad dont go here 4 piercings

Got a colored tattoo my marcos and he did really well ! He kept up with my difficult daughter with her struggling and off-key singing and it was done very quickly. Best 18th!

Got a Belly piercing and The piercer was amazing and took his time to make sure everything was good and it didn’t hurt.
