Lucky Horseshoe Tattoo

My friends and I were in town for an athletic event that was cancelled due to a tragic accident. We were completely lost on what to do or how to feel and started wandering around. We finally ended up at Lucky Horseshoe and it was the most amazing experience. They had already heard on the news what had happened and were so kind and loving. One of the owners even went to the store to get us waters because we were so thirsty. Three of us got tattoos and they were patient with me personally on the design. The owner, Thomas, took his time to make sure everything was right. The entire experience from beginning to end was the best experience we have had anywhere. We left there with our hearts a little more put back together. This is not just a tattoo parlor, this is a sanctuary. Thank you for you did for me and my friends ❤️

A couple friends and I came to get some Friday the 13th flash and it was awesome. The choices were endless and it was so hard to just choose one! After deciding on the tattoo I wanted to get on my tattoo less leg I got paired with Paul and he was great. He was fast and precise with his work. 10/10 would recommend coming in and getting work done here.

Impala Paul did such an excellent job on my beautiful butterfly in memory of my daughter! He’s beyond epic! Everyone I know is just absolutely amazed at his work! Much love and I’ll be back! Thank you so much!

It was awesome, I went on Friday the 13th and waited in line for a few hours, which would normally be grueling, but the staff were very nice and full of energy. The tattoos look awesome and were done with precision, Paul rocks! Cant wait to come back and get more!

I just got my first ever tattoo done at Lucky Horseshoe Tattoo. All I have to say is: this is THE place to go! Im not from Texas, but am on a little vacation here, and chose this place very spontaneously. Nate and Angie did an amazing job at making my friend and I feel comfortable, and ensuring that we got exactly what they wanted.Additionally, the tattoo was relatively cheap, and they accommodated two walk-ins!Lucky Horseshoe set the bar so high; I dont even know where Ill go for my next tattoo when Im back home! :)

Tattoo artist Impala Paul was a great artist to work with. He listened to my ideas and saw what I had in mind to give me the best tattoo that I have. I will definitely be a fan of his for life.The shop is clean and well kept!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!Fam and I came in a little late, just a couple hours before closing time. Angie still welcomed us in with open arms and gave my father, cousin and I a wonderful experience for my first tattoo! Thank you Angie! Will definitely come back in the future!!

Awesome atmosphere. Will be going back to see Nate again. I am covered in ink and Nate is definitely my top 3 artist and definitely my go to Texas artist.

Stopped in today for a piercing after checking out 2 other places. Greeted by friendly lady at front desk as soon as we walked in. I have many tattoos but no piercings so just a little nervous. The piercer (Shaun) made me feel very comfortable & at ease… And they were Very sanitary.My husband & I were both very pleased with the whole process.I highly recommend this shop ahead of all others in this area of Ft Worth. Got my first tattoo of a print by Andy Warhol and they did it PERFECTLY! Everyone was so nice and patient with me while I took forever to figure out placements and sizing. I felt so comfortable and it was an amazing experience!

I was a walk-in on Sunday, February 25th. I was looking to get my nose and both nipples pierced. The lady at the front was very sweet, answering any questions that I had. My piercer, Shawn, was incredibly professional, walking me through each step in the process. Asking me if I preferred a count down to know when he was going to do it vs. distracting me and just doing it. It helped ease the nerves of getting a new piercing. Thank You all so much for the experience and I will be back... possibly for a tattoo next time :)

I came in on a Sunday for a custom piece and they werent busy at all. I didnt have time to get it done until the next day so I just quickly described what I wanted to Nate, and the next day he had drawn up exactly what I wanted. Two hours later, it turned out BEAUTIFULLY and I couldnt be any happier with the whole experience. Everyone was cool and friendly, the place is clean (and pretty sweet looking), and pricing was great. This will definitely be the shop I go to for now on. Thank you so much Nate for making my idea come to life so beautifully, and for coming in on your day off to do it!

Well my first experience with Whitney was awesome! Very helpful very informative and she was overall just kind , leading me to come back.My second time coming here getting pierced I didn’t have as good of an experience with my piercer ,they kinda just did the bare minimum and didn’t tell me much about my piercing (such as when to take it out , how to tell if it’s rejecting, what gauge size it is , what type of jewelry I should be using)so now I’m left to figure out things on my own (which you can say is my fault I should’ve asked. but they still could have told me) it was close to closing time and I’m sure they just wanted to get home quickly . Over all I probably will come back maybe…. the piercing is doing ok still trying to take care of it properly, as best as possible. while being left to figure it out with the little experience I have with previous piercings(3 months later I ended up removing it completely)

Thomas at the Lake Worth location was awesome! He welcomed me as a walk-in and hooked me up on the spot with exactly what I wanted. Super happy with the ink. I’m definitely coming back for my next one.

Ended up getting my first tattoo on a weekend trip down to Fort Worth and Nate did an awesome job! Great customer service and prices! Will be a returning customer for sure.

I went there on monday to get a forward helix, the size of the bar was way to short it didn’t even left room for the inflammation, i had to go to another place and change the jewelry.

Last year, my daughter and I got matching nose piercings and today she got 2 more piercings. Sean (hopefully I spelled his name right) was very friendly and talked to my daughter thru the whole process. Thank you 😊

My husband and I always get tattoos when we travel as souvenirs, so while visiting Fort Worth, we looked up highly recommended tattoo shops and man, we can’t say enough about this shop. We walked in and had no wait, everyone in there was extremely friendly and good natured. Nate drew up both of our tattoos for us, mine a fine line black and my husband’s a traditional style. Both were exactly what we wanted. He knocked both of ours out in about an hour and a half and the DETAIL was amazing. He was super accommodating and laid back, and genuinely just allowed us to have a good time. I’m always a little anxious walking into a random shop while traveling but we were right at home as soon as we entered.Our tattoos are perfect and healing up nicely. Pricing was extremely fair too, especially for the area. 10/10 recommend. We will always come back to Nate while in the area!

I received a piercing here. The staff was very professional and reassuring. Everybody really seems to care about making the customer comfortable and giving them the best experience possible. The facility was very clean and inviting. My best friend has had several tattoos done here and they are stellar! I highly recommend this place for both piercings and tattoos.

AMAZING studio!! We had four of us come in today for tattoos. Two of us got names, one a bee on the finger & then one of us got a semi sleeve on her forearm. Nate & Angie were absolutely amazing and took their time with us. No wait, no hassle, all vibes!

In out, in 2 hours, was not a big piece for Bae, concept, design, and Ink right at 2.5 hours. FRIENDLY AND professional... price reflects it! GlaD we were Lucky..

This place is friendly, the piercing artist Stephanie was phenomenal. She made the whole thing very comfortable. I was seen immediately, she answered all my questions (even dumb ones) and she gave more information than I asked for. She made sure I knew what to expect. She didn’t rush the service at all, even offered me time (like 20+ min) between my piercings. I got 3 body piercings. Very professional place. Clean place, the piercer has a private room with a door that closes for complete privacy. All new, sealed implements were used. Very comfortable atmosphere, female friendly. Highly recommend!

While on a trip to Ft Worth, 4 of us wanted last minute tattoos. After searching through Google reviews we landed on Lucky Horseshoe. We walked in, and were immediately greeted and helped. Not only were we all able to get right in and get tattoos, the staff was thorough, clean, and so so friendly. Our tattoos all look amazing and we’re so happy with the experience. Don’t bother going anywhere else, we will make the 4 hour trip from where we’re from to see Nate again.

We went in today as a family to get tattoos. Nate was absolutely amazing, very funny & patient. We’ve had family going here for over 10 years. Definitely recommend, best artists in Fort Worth!

First off let me start with the amazing atmosphere. They make you feel like you are welcomed and go to the length on making sure you are happy with everything! I highly recommend LHT for any tattoos and piercings! Also don’t forget to tip your artists!!

I have recently lost my Mother, best friend, and two fur babies. I went to Angie for something that has so much meaning to me. I asked for subtle color, and threw ideas at her of things I wanted but no plan on how to bring it together. She did outstanding and I am so grateful to her and the shop.

You WILL NOT regret coming here! This weekend alone we have visited multiple tattoo shops and this is by far the best one I have ever stepped into.I had the honor of having Sergio tattoo me and it is gorgeous ! He was sweet, respectful, and ready to discuss details, price, color, and placement with me. He does AMAZING work. He does it all from phenomenal fine line work, to intricate colored details. You won’t be disappointed with him. We live 4 hours away and will be back to see him soon! He, along with everyone else at this shop are amazing.

I wish i could leave this place a 0 star review. i don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was the worst piercing experience ive had and ive had 6 other piercings given to me. i went to another tattoo shop today after a ball fell off my new angel fang piercings and was told i was given the wrong size bars. my piercer at lucky horseshoe tattoo hit a capillary, told me he hit a vein, but only told me when i was on the verge of passing out on the table, didn’t brief me on aftercare, thought a 12g was smaller than a 14g, and still made me pay full price. i was also told he wasn’t supposed to clamp this piercing. just don’t go here

By far my most favorite tattoo shop. i’ve never had a bad experience here and every one there is so welcoming and friendly. it’s a feel good place for sure. Sergio tattooed my first borns name and we used her baby blanket as inspiration for the font. Lots of thought was put into this one and he knew that for sure! It’s so beautiful and my new favorite tattoo! I highly recommend him and highly recommend this shop!

I was very fortunate to have Nathan as my tattoo artist. When I told him what I was thinking, he did a sketch right there in front of me And basically drew the words right out of my mouth! Went with a friend to get our first tattoo. I was expecting to be in so much pain but out tatoo artist was awesome! Quick and efficient. He made me feel so comfortable. Love @whole.punch.silas he’s been the best and most professional piercer I’ve had and always ready and available to answer any questions about healing and info on new piercings! He’s very patient with my questions about stretching my ears and septum and always has the best recommendations! I’ll definitely follow him to any shop! He stretched my septum and he’s done my eyebrows and my nostrils all healed very well!!

This place was absolutely amazing! Very welcoming and helpful with everything we needed! Got a tattoo on my forearm and he even touched up my tattoo on my wrist (the dragonfly is their work. The dragon he did the touch up!) The piercing experience was super quick and I have had no issues with healing!!

Lucky Horseshoe Tattoo is a unique and friendly venue to get beautiful tattoos and stylish piercings. Located on Main Street in Fort Worth it has convenient street parking and lighting. They even had a BBQ sandwich truck available for the line of patrons waiting to get their ink on!

If you get a tattoo here, I cannot recommend Matt enough. He was amazing and did a perfect job on the tattoo!

I got my belly pierced by Silas and he did amazing! Made sure I was completely comfortable and helped my find the jewelry that made me feel confident. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I went in with my friend to get a nose piercing with Tianna and she was amazing. I had gone to another place to get a rook piercing and it was infected so I asked her how to make it better. She took one look and with no hesitation took me in and cleaned out the infection and replaced the jewelry. It was painful but she left me squeeze her hand and was super supportive. She gave me proper aftercare information, her number to text in case I was freaking out about the healing and asked me to come in a few weeks later for a check up. My rook is now healing super healthily and with no more infection. Tiana definitely knows what she’s doing, an expert. She’s also an incredible person who makes you feel safe unlike other piercers. 1000/10 would recommend.

Wow, Sergio was amazing! From the minute I walked in the door, to completing my tattoo he was so professional and helpful. He did a hell of a job at making my vision come to life while he added on to a previous tattoo I had already had. He was able to add but keep it simple and detailed all at the same time. Definitely recommend him for any tattoos as he was not afraid to coverup or add onto tattoos you already have. I know many would hesitate but he jumped all in and rocked it. Will be going back!

This place is awesome. Thomas was so patient and kind with my son and me when we came in without an appointment today. I got a cover up and my son got his very first tattoo. My friend and I went to get our noses pierced together and it was a great experience. Stephanie did an awesome job and made it such a painless process. Everyone in the shop was incredibly friendly, its all kept super clean, and the vibes are great. She was accommodating with my latex allergy, and let us play around with the placement of the piercing for as long as we needed. We felt very comfortable. My husband and I are planning to go and get tattoos from them as well. Would recommend!

Got a tattoo yesterday in honor of my Mom, who is very sick with stage 4 Lymphoma. I was really anxious and made Sergio re do the stencil at least five times because I wanted it to be perfect. He was SO patient and understanding the entire time. He really listened to my vision and gave me exactly what I was wanting! It’s so cute and dainty, I absolutely love it! Some artist do lettering too thick, but he made it look thin and crisp which I LOVE. 10/10 highly recommend Sergio Cortez!

I love this shop! I have had two tattoos done by two different artists, and THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL. I recommend Lucky Horseshoe Tattoo to all my friends and family. I even got my mom to get her first tattoo here and SHE LOVES IT. I have not tried another shop since I have been here. Everyone is so friendly and it is so clean! They also make sure that they recommend an experienced artist to match with the customers concept, which is something I have never seen. Usually, I just get the first person available for my walk-in at other shops. I truly admire their professionalism and dedication to their work.

Stephanie was great. My best friend and I came in to get forward-facing helix piercings. The shop was very clean and staff extremely welcoming and laid back. She did a great job, and was obviously very focused on hygienic practices and the results. The jewelry is very cute and not your typical, “here’s a steel bar bell,” styling. So, even as it’s healing, it’s cute! I’d definitely recommend this shop!

Nate did a pretty good size tattoo for my husband and Angie did my first ever tattoo. Both were professional and very good artists. They worked with us to ensure we got just what we wanted and were comfortable every step of the way. We could not be more pleased!

Me and my sister last minute decided to do a walk-in at the lucky horseshoe tattoo and the over all experience was awesome they got us right in. This place is seriously so great. I came in essentially completely clueless and left with my first tattoo that I absolutely adore- it’s so perfect! The staff is so kind, welcoming, and patient and want to help you get perfect results for whatever you want. Scotty P hand drew a design for me in 10 minutes that I could not love more and I was really really thankful for how great my experience here was. My friend also got her nose pierced and it was great too!!!

I got a septum piercing and two eyebrow piercings from this place after being recommended by a friend. Ive enjoyed my time there, the ambience is very nice, and they always have vibey music playing. Very homey and decretive place. Staff is amusing and fun. Theres people working here that you get a strong connection with, even if your piercing is quick and painless. :) I will be going back.

After getting piercings i didnt like at other shops, tianna listened to me and knew exactly what i wanted. she made my ears and septum quick and easy, and im happy with the result.

This place was amazing and so were the people. So welcoming and took care of us instantly! I had Sergio do my tattoo for me on my rib and he was incredibly patient with me and made sure I was comfortable at all times. THANK YOU SERGIO!!

Stephanie is amazing and saved my nose piercing! Me and my sister got our noses pierced North Texas tattoo shop and the guy completely messed both of ours up, he didnt give us the proper ring for it and he didnt even tell us any info on the aftercare. At Lucky horseshoe she was super informative and caring and fixed our piercings for a very decent price. The environment was super nice and clean as well, I definitely recommend going here for all piercings!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Danny did my first tattoo for me, and he is so laid-back, funny, and easy to talk to that he made the entire process a complete dream. His artwork is amazing, and I would recommend him without any reservation whatsoever. (Plus, he is very strong. Please make sure to ask him about this.)The facility is clean and well-run, and every person there was super friendly and made us feel welcome. You couldnt be in better hands.

I have been to this shop for my last 4 tattoos all for their Friday the 13th specials. I love that they keep their specials higher quality by offering larger designs and always have one that catches my eye.The shop is always clean and organized and fully stocked with smokeware too. I have been tattooed by Thomas, Kricket and Angie. All of the staff there is friendly and knowledgeable. My only grievance was that for an ear piercing the piercer said that she doesnt mark for placement and therefore I couldnt confirm the placement location (which is a diversion from normal procedure at other places I have went). However, this piercing was also at a discounted rate for their Friday the 13th special so I guess you get what you pay for. I was happy with their higher quality jewelry selection and was able to find a piece that I liked (I am picky).

Stephanie is excellent at piercing. I was pretty nervous, and she explained everything I needed to know about getting my nose pierced. She even picked out the exact piece of jewelry I would’ve picked out myself! Everything is very clean, the employees are friendly, and the prices are good. Highly recommend!

I got three piercings done here by Whitney and had the best experience! The building is clean and the staff are very experienced and professional. Whitney was friendly, had such a calm manor and did such a great job with my piercings. I would highly recommend going here for any/all piercings!

Did a wonderful job re-piercing my ear. I had quite a bit of scarring because this was my second time getting it re-pierced and my piercer did a wonderful job working around it.

My best friends and I came randomly on a Thursday night. Since you walk in, they treat you with great service. My tattoo artist was Mario, he did awesome work. He worked very well with me, I can just say my first tattoo was a great choice done by a great artist. I recommend this place, and I will continue going later on in the future. The Lucky Horseshoe Tattoo shop is a great welcoming and chill place. Btw my apologies to all the staff about the incident happening at the shop that night. I got my first tattoo with primo from lucky horseshoe and he did an amazing job and very good detail he even talked to me, and made sure I wasn’t in a lot of pain, he is also very light handed witch made the pain so much more bearable

Have known the owners for years and absolutely love the way they run their business. They can have fun with it all but know their boundaries of being professional. I have got three tattoos from there already and my husband as well and we absolutely LOVE them! Would recommend them to anyone that is looking for great work and awesome prices. My first experience here was kind of sour but i have found that is NOT their normal at all. I have since been back here a number of times for piercings and new jewelry. Let me just say I freaking love Stephanie. She is such a GREAT piercer and we always have great conversation. I 100% believe this is THE best shop in Fort Worth for piercings. 10/10 would recommend.

L.A. is an awesome tattoo artist I would recommend anyone to come here. They are really professional and the shop is really cool to hang out in and they have allot of awesome things to look at and or buy. I also got a nose piercing from Stephanie and she was able to repierce the hole I already had and charged me less! Crystal who works the front is super knowledgeable and has a great personality. I took the first step of a journey today and got the anchor tattoo of what I hope becomes a full sleeve over time. I did my research and settled on Lucky Horseshoe and Kricket because of his black and grays specialty. I went in expecting to get a tattoo and I walked out with another lesson on life: “diversification”. If you want to know what that means, go see Kricket. Oh, and the shop is clean, and the front desk is super nice and welcoming. Looking forward to being a repeat customer!

Tiana did my belly piercing. She was really nice, and made me feel comfortable. She did it free handed, so I was a little nervous. She took the needle completely out and didn’t leave anything in the wound before she shoved the jewelry in, so it is crooked. This was an unpleasant experience.

Went in for a cartilage piercing last week. Nate did a double helix on my left ear. Fun fact: if your piercer doesnt close the earring enough and leaves a big gap, you can end up with a half a piercing. One end of the ring sticks into the front of my ear while the other end just scrapes against healing skin on the back. I payed $60 for a piercing Im going to have to get redone (somewhere else) due to Nates incompetence.

I got my septum pierced here and my first tattoo as well and Ive come here with friends before and I recommend them to everyone. Their artists are friendly and professional. The piercer is fantastic, and everything is very clean and well done. They deserve the rating of #1 in Fort Worth

Really reluctant at first to get my first tattoos with my sister because my friends and I have never heard of this place. My tats look awesome, the staff is incredibly talented, and they are SO NICE. Scotty did an AMAZING job with my tattoo. He designed the adjustments exactly how I wanted to the photo I brought for my tat. Super friendly service from all the staff, and superb work from the artist! They make sure you are 100% happy with the placement, design, etc, before they start. Tianna did my nose piercing. I’ve been wanting to get it done for years but was not a fan of the experience. It felt like I was being rushed despite being one of two customers in the building. I hadn’t even finished signing paperwork before she pierced my nose without warning and without asking about placement (it’s not where I wanted it), and she left the room without telling me anything about aftercare. I didn’t even know her name until after I had left I looked at the business card she gave me. Also, it ended up being almost double the price that is listed online! I wouldn’t recommend it, and will not be back.

Nate did a great job on my custom arm work. He is very detail oriented and crafted the artwork until it was just perfect for my arm. I’m so glad I met Beth & Thomas, too! Jeremy also does a fantastic job at the front desk. Thanks so much to all those at LHT and I am looking forward to coming back to continue working on my full sleeve with Nate.

Just took my 9 month old to get her ears pierced. I believe Stephanie is the name of the person that pierced her ears. She was great! My daughter moves quite a bit so I had to hold her, but overall it was good. Everyone was nice.I had the earrings I wanted her to use but I did not mention it when I arrived so we used the earrings she provided. We can return in 4-6 weeks to have the earrings we have to be sterilized and switched out, or we could of waited about 30 mins for sterilization process. Pierced site looks red due to the red marker she used to mark it.

I really like this place! Its very welcoming. I got my first tattoo done here, and the guy who did my tattoo, Padilla (I believe was his name, sorry if I mispelled or got it wrong) he was a very sweet, funny guy. He knew I was nervous, so he was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable before anything. I plan on getting more tattoos in the future, and hes the guy Ill be going to. I also went and got my belly button done here and Stephanie was so sweet! She was very welcoming, also made conversation with you. She was very patient with me, knew I was nervous for the piercing. She worked when I was ready and a small little misunderstanding happened and she gave me a discount! I plan on getting my industrial redone, and I know where I am going to get it done! Oh, and also! Padilla, (the guy who did my tattoo) when I walked in to get my navel done, he remembered me. Which I thought was pretty cool and he made me feel at ease, and welcome once again. I really do love this place. This is the only place I ever plan on going to get my future tattoos and piercings done! Honestly 10/10!

Tiana DeCamp was not only phenomenal with my daughter, but my friends kids as well. We all waited until our daughters were old enough to consent and decide what to do with their own bodies, and Tiana was right on board with us. Instead of directing things to us, she was communicating with our girls and treating them like the individuals they are. On top of this, she was just overall so good with our girls. She was patient, but quick and all of their ears look great. Even more, she interacted with them and made them laugh and feel at ease. I’m so thankful we lucked into her and would recommend her to anyone, but especially to those looking for their children.

I had an amazing experience! Within a few months after I got my tattoo, the owner contacted me to see how it turned out after healing. He noticed a few things that could have been improved, and got me in quickly to fix them. They honestly care about their works of art. I love my new tattoo. I went and got my daith pierced by Stephanie and I can honestly say she is the best piercer I have ever worked with. Shes very educational and thorough. Whitney pierced my nose yesterday and she was awesome. I was terrified to get it done (even though I have other piercings and tattoos) but she calmed me down and did it so quick that I barley felt a thing. I’ve been going here for years. But today they failed me. Went in for a question about a tattoo the artist told me yes he can do it we both agreed I would go home drop off the kids and come back with the actual picture. Went back then told me he was booked. He didn’t have availability till Thursday. So unprofessional if he didn’t want to do it he could have told me instead of wasting my time.

This was my first time getting a tattoo and I had a very great experience here. Pork chop did my first tattoo which he did a great job on and i ended up being my friend over to get a tattoo as well which he did as well. And she came back a second time which Mario did her second tattoo. He did an excellent job and he is a very cool guy. I recommend everyone to come here.

Thomas Barrington is the owner and who did my amazing mother/son elephant tattoo! He is such a super cool guy and has so many great vibes about him. Not only that he worked with me as a mother and did my consulting and tattooing all in a day, even after I changed it up about 3times! He stayed until after midnight when the shop closes at 10. UPDATE- to say that we didn’t realize our daughter would have such sensitive ears and needed to get them re-pierced with gold earrings. We went back to Ti of course and she did another amazing job! Had a great experience at Lucky Horseshoe Tattoo. The staff was very helpful even before I arrived and just calling in for information. Junior was the artist I had and he quickly made me feel comfortable with his template he drew and made quick adjustments on the fly to meet my exact expectations on placement of the piece. I was very pleased with the quality of Juniors work and the speed at which he worked without sacrificing the clean sharp lines, shading, or perfect script lettering. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this shop and with my artist (Junior) and I will be referring all my friends to them in the future!

After reading reviews my friend and I went in to get piercings(jokes on us, Tianna wasnt at all what the reviews listed!!!!!) I got a double helix piercing on my right ear. This was by far the absolute worst experience Ive ever had. I felt like she rushed, was rough, I wasnt even asked about my placement and in all honesty I feel like it wasnt even pierced in the correct spot, the more and more i look at my ear compared to pictures online mine is in a awkward position. My ear is very painful, tender to the touch, throbbing, the top of my ear is hard and still red almost 4 days later. Will NEVER come back again, i wasted $100. If i could give 0 stars i would!!!!!

Lucky Horseshoe is a very fun and professional place with great tattoo Artists! I have been going to Junior for a couple months now and he is amazing just like all the other tattoo artists at the shop! Everyone is very nice as well. Definitely worth the drive from Richardson and will be coming here for my other pieces!

This place is absolutely incredible. I had had my nose piercing done with another shop in town, but I left with a bloody nose and my ring rotated in the wrong direction. I went by Lucky Horseshoe to see if I could pick up some aftercare instructions as the place I went did not provide me any, and Stephanie offered to take a look at it for me. As it turns out, the ring was already started to embed into my nose because of the shoddy job my piercer did. Stephanie was amazing, walking me through everything she was going to be doing and making sure I was okay through the entire process. If you want a piercer who you know is going to take care of you and do a great job, Stephanie is your girl!

Got my first official tattoo since becoming a Texan, second over all, going back in a week to get another. Love this place, clean, friendly staff, professional and talented artists. They are fair with their pricing. Mario is my artist, but the portfolios on display are all great, but Marios style is really in lock with mine. These guys and gals have got it, plus its in a great location.

These people are awesome! I originally went in to have them look at a tattoo I had gotten at Ink Mechanix down the street. The original tattoo was an absolute nightmare. Thomas looked at it and said it was pretty bad but reassured me he was confident that he could be fixed. We talked it over and he really did me a huge favor and gave me a great price. After allowing my tattoo to fully heal I went back. OH MY GOD!!! Looks 100% better! Im so thankful for how much work he put into it. Will be returning for the rest of my work. Absolutely recommend the shop for anyone looking to get either a new tattoo, or even to someone looking to get an old tattoo fixed. All the people are amazing and easy going, fun group of people.

The building is large. Plenty of waiting room for clients waiting to get in. The vibe is really cool and artsy. The artists were great and really professional. Aside from tattoos, there are retail items so you can shop while youre waiting. My artist did a great job!

My mother and I, yes my 60 something year old mom got Tattoos this weekend ! Ron at Lucky Horseshoe Tattoo shop was just wonderful. My moms only complaint is she wishes it had more details and a couple small stars she had asked for.Other than that mom loved the experience and had very little pain !! Ron has a nice light hand with great talent! As for my tattoo I think its beautiful. I do wish I gotten some of the scrolling I wanted. But he is the artist! Besides my real goal was to cover a long nasty scar. No matter how hard I try I cant see the scar! Thats a job well done Mr. Ron! I highly recommend The Luckyhorshoe Tattoo shop!! A friend and I walked in for piercings on a Friday night. No appointments, we were seen promptly, Blake and Tianna were super personable. Blake impressed us with quick maths in reception, total rockstar on reception. Tianna was very quick and professional. She cleaned thoroughly, had great technique with the needle and gave healing guidelines. We tipped before the service and ended up going back to tip more based on the experience. Awesome place.

My bestie and I went in today to get our Nose pierced by Stephanie and She was so sweet and made us feel very comfortable the whole Time!! The girl that greeted us was too there so nice and friendly. We will definitely be coming back!!

My friend and I came in randomly on a Thursday night for piercings, and she was SUPER friendly and helpful with the choosing process. She went the extra mile when we wanted different jewlery, and spent extra time making sure we were happy with the placement before piercing us. All in all, of the 12 piercings Ive had, this was the best experience and piercing job Ive ever had done. I would rate them way higher than fix stars if I had the option!!!

Nice clean shop, but I was pierced but not at the right angle. I got a double helix piercing here when I asked for a orbital to match one I already have in the other ear. The front desk female was very friendly and helpful but the team lacked communication between each other for efficient service. Waited about 20 min for the piercer to be ready for me in the back when I called ahead and there was nobody before me. I explained what I wanted but she was so fast with the process she didn’t angle or measure the second piercing correctly. She boasted the whole time about how long she’s been in the business while being kind of brash with positioning my head, in the end rushing my piercing. Now one is correct and the other horizontal. I will keep and heal these because she luckily was so off there will be room for the correct spot for an orbital eventually. If you go here be super specific and check in the mirror thoroughly before they pierce you. I could’ve been more proactive to look afterwards and check it in the mirror but this is just a word to the wise.

Super happy with my piercing I got today by Brenda. Was really nerves since I haven’t had a piercing since I was a kid but I made it! I will be back to get my left ear pierced in a week or so. Pretty cool people work at this shop!

Brought my 11 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and Tianna was AMAZING! The shop is impeccably clean and everyone was very friendly. Tianna made her feel very safe and confident the entire time. It was a very quick and painless process for her, which is exactly what she needed.

On my initial visit, I obtained a BEAUTIFUL tattoo on my forearm by pork chop. My mom had also received a tattoo on her forearm by another artist. They are both gorgeous! I get multiple compliments daily. Pork Chop was very patient, thoughtful, kind and creative.On my second visit, I received a piercing to the helix of my ear by Ryan. He did a WONDERFUL job!! It was almost painless!! It looks fantastic! Ryan was also very patient, thoughtful and kind. I would 100% recommend this studio!! They are very professional, knowledgeable, honest, clean, and caring. It is obvious that they take pride in their art/work and enjoy working there. The studio itself is well lit, well kept and welcoming.I went back today (Nov) and got another tattoo by Nate. He did AMAZING!! I love it! So much detail and great color scheme! Looks much better than the initial picture I brought him. Great job as always! Clean shop, professional and pleasant. :)

Went in to get my nipples pierced, Stephanie was really awesome. Made you feel really comfortable and they really valued your privacy. Explained the aftercare well and answered all my questions. Definitely recommending them to my friends and going back again.

Got a tattoo done with Kricket and it was awesome! The entire process from initial contact with the shop, to setting up the appointment and contacting Kricket with my ideas, to piecing the idea altogether and getting the actual tattoo was all top notch. Will definitely be coming back.

I went into Lucky Horseshoe for a nose piercing and Stephanie did such an incredible job. Everything was clean and she made sure everything was sanitized and smooth. It was very painless and I love my nose piercing!! She’s honestly so good!!

Have had 3 piercings done by Tianna and she is phenomenal! She’s extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and everything was extremely clean. My piercings are healing fantastically! She will be my only piercer from now on!My husband got a tattoo from Scotty P as a walk-in when he went with me for my piercing. He’s been wanting to get his tat for a while and Scotty was able to draw it up and get it done that same night! It looks fantastic and is healing wonderfully. We will be back to see Scotty soon!

These guys are tops! Clean, updated, and professional shop. The whole crew was nice as good be, and all do some amazing work! My buddy, and I went Sunday, got in as walk ins, and was more than happy with our work. Wont go anywhere else in the DFW area.

Love going and seeing these guys. Pork Chop does some amazing work. Has such a light touch you cant even tell your getting your tattoo. Everyone here is super nice and all about giving you what you want. And making sure it looks amazing!! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a tattoo!

Just had my first tattoo done by Porkchop. He did a fantastic job with the drawing I brought in. My new tattoo looks amazing! Thomas was so friendly and I felt super comfortable in the shop. Cant recommend them enough.

We took our 5yo daughter here today to get her ears pierced and Tianna did such an amazing job with her! My daughter didn’t cry at all and was so happy to have her ears pierced with a professional piercer!! We will definitely go back for any other piercings or tattoos!!! This was my first tattoo, I went to the Friday the 13th event Lucky Horseshoe had going on. The staff was friendly even though you know they were being run ragged. The tattoo itself, Im a little disappointed in, its a key, and the lines are anything but straight, the drawing itself the shaft of the key was straight and the 13 was pronounced. The artist that did mine even told me it was his design. I didnt move a muscle the entire time it was being done. With the great reviews this place has I thought Id get a little better result. My daughter and my friend also got new tattoos and I love theirs.

This shop and artists are absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere and they actually care about their clients! Mario did my thigh piece that I have been wanting for years and it came out better than I could have imagined. If you want a bad ass tattoo by great artists I highly highly recommend Lucky horseshoe (either location)

I got a small matching tattoo with my friend since I came in from out of town. I got mine done with Nathan and he was fantastic. He listened to what I wanted and made adjustments as needed to the design. He was was friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I asked. I definitely will come back here when I am back in town.

I got my second tattoo here. I got a spine tattoo and was a little nervous. Everyone here made you feel so welcome and comfortable and gave you lollipops during the process and stress balls. Ron did my work and he was the sweetest guy. I have received so many compliments on my tattoo, i make sure to send them there way, My boyfriend got his done here too and we will for sure be back for any other tattoos we get!

This place is brilliant; my sister and I came in for matching tattoos and I got another piece on my calf. Porkchop did both my tattoos and they turned out AMAZING, while Eric did my sisters. These guys are personable, reasonably priced, and all around fantastic. Pretty sure I just found my permanent shop!

This is one of the best shops I have been to, it was well lit, clean, and professional. The artists were nice and didnt treat you like you werent supposed to be there (which has been my experience with a few shops) they had a great atmosphere. They made sure to clean up there station before receiving another client. They seemed to be well organized and even had a small shop were you could buy some things like t-shirts. I went there on Friday the 13th and it was very busy but everything ran smoothly. I will definitely be back. 😊

Absolutely love this place, the atmosphere and thomas known him for a really long time. Hes constantly improving his artist and helping them grow as artists, while putting out amazing artwork himself. Had him fix my chest tattoo about 4 years ago and still to this day it looks amazing. And today im having him finish my sleeve. If you want the best quality tattoos this is the place to go. No doubt he will take care of whatever you want done and you will love it.

Tianna provided hands down the best piercing experience Ive ever had, she makes you feel comfortable like you guys are already friends, gets the job done fast & is just all around amazing at what she does! 10/10 would let her stab again

STEPHANIE STEPHANIE was awesome. I got the daith & I’ve never had a better experience. I have plenty ear piercings but never experienced anything like this. She was fast and made me feel super comfortable. I’m gonna make sure nobody else does them but her. She has a great personality and u can tell she loves what she does. All the girls there were very sweet and cool.

I had an extremely awful experience here. I will admit I ended up going late in the evening with two other patrons to all get piercings. I was told that due to the nature of our peircings (which were all the same), the women would have to pay $20 more for ours then the man. I understand the rules of paying for what you get but, in my opinion that was inappropriate. I spoke to the man at the front about my confusion as to why this was the case. He was very polite but went to get the piercer (another man) Who was extremely rude to me and yelled at me. Keep in mind I did not raise my voice once nor did I cause a scene. They asked me to leave, which I did after speaking with my friends who stayed. His behavior was both rude and unprofessional. I am someone who has 9 tattoos and now (after finding a much better shop) 5 professional body piercings. Im not sure that the evening is the time to go into this establishment. Maybe better luck during the day or with a tattoo.

Stephanie did a badass job taking care of my daughters nose and belly button piercings at the same time! Stephanie and Thomas (the owner) are not only cool people to deal with, but professional and NOT stuck up like some other tattoo shops around our area. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for some new ink or a few more holes than before. I dig it!

Whitney pierced our 5 y/o daughters ears yesterday and we couldnt be happier with the experience. Her bed-side manner with a young girl is better than most pediatricians weve visited. Whitney made our daughter feel welcomed, safe and excited about getting her ears pierced and we are extremely grateful and impressed with the results.

I I went for Friday the 13th to get get my nose pierced with a couple of friends who were getting tattoos. We We had prepaid the week before and even though they told us they werent doing the prepaid anymore we explained we already gave them our info and money they allowed us to come inside to get in line. They were friendly for being so busy and went through the line quickly. My nose piercing, once I was next, was done very fast and I honestly didnt even feel it. I am planning on coming here again in the future for a tattoo.

The guys at Lucky Horseshoe are fantastic. As soon as me and my friend walked into quotes all the way to finishing the tattoos they were very friendly and did not try to overshoot on price. The work was more than worth the money and the shop was very clean. I will definitely be back.
