I went into Claire’s to get my first ever piercing done. Since it was my first time I was not sure what to expect. Riley guided me through the process and was an exceptional employee. She made the whole experience delightful and made me feel comfortable. I went in unsure if I was going to keep the earrings on after that day but after seeing the work Riley did, I don’t think I will ever take them out. 10/10 Experience, I would highly recommend everyone to get pierced at this location.

Came here today to get my daughters ears pierced and I walked in at 7:40 PM. There was not a soul in the store and the employee Riley was straightening nail polish bottles while talking on her cell phone so she didn’t notice I even came in the store with my daughter. I let her know that I was looking to get my daughters ears pierced and she told me sorry she couldn’t do it because she didn’t have time because the store was closing at 8 PM. And she still had to clean the store. So I asked her “oh are you walking out the door at 8 PM? “She said no we’re closing the gate. I said OK so you are supposed to be serving customers then until 8 PM ? she really couldn’t answer because she knew what she was saying was wrong. I left. This is exactly the reason why stores are closing and going out of business. It’s because of the work ethic of the employees. Disappointed and obviously will not be coming back

I got my ears pierced here about a year ago! today they are absolutely perfect. Love love love. Naomi did them! i got pierced with the 14K white gold!

Awful experience at this store.. nobody is at the store, the cashier with rainbow hair is just talking with someone who you think is a customer but she is just showing her stuff from her phone.. wait for at least 10 minutes struggling with a baby in my arms and 2 more kids eager to pay and leave. But they didnt care.. just keep chatting I asked another associate if she works there and if she can help me so I can pay for the product and she look at me like if I have 3 heads and just said you have to stay in line again no other customers were at the store.. so this other lady was doing nothing. We just put the items back and leave.. never again purchase anything from this store

2 days ago I purchased cartilage earrings and was told by nia worthy that I can have them returned. I decided I didnt like them so I came today to return them. This girl with colored hair and glasses who works there told me they dont accept returns so I told her what the other girl told me. She took my receipt and saw who ringed me up. She told me that the girl nia is a new worker and that she didnt know any better. This girl said she cant do anything to give me my money back but if I had known that I cant return them, I wouldve never gotten them. They acknowledged it was the girl nia worthys fault for not knowing the policy and giving me false information but its unfair that it is at my expense. This is disgusting customer service. I want my money back. This is not right.

The girls are always so sweet and especially recent have been really helpful with returns! i had bought earrings with bad hardware, and had to return them for a new pair, when the new pair snapped out of the packaging at home, it was slightly frustrating, but when i went into the store they were so understanding and helped so much with getting me a new pair of earrings, and any frustration i had with the earrings (not them!) was gone because of how nicely they handled things! definitely will continue shopping here as long as the staff are so wonderful!!!

Went in for a cartilage piercing and was extremely satisfied with how everything went. At first, I was very nervous, but the girl who pierced me calmed me down pretty quickly. Everything was perfectly clean and I felt very comfortable considering the coronavirus circumstances. It has been 2 weeks and I absolutely love my cartilage earring. Everyone in the store was so kind and I would definitely go back.

I like this store because it has nice things. There are a lot of lip glosses and I like them. The employees are very nice because it’s a kids store. My little sister likes shopping here for nail polish and bracelets.

First time piercing at Freehold Claire’s today. Young lady that did piercing was wonderful. All questions answered and very professional. Will definitely be going back.

The store manager was nice , listened to our bitter experience at Claires East Brunswick. She explained to us as why she couldnt redo ear piercing at no cost.We did fo for re ear piercing at that store. Even though, it was not free as we expected...we liked the way she handled us ( listening to us during her busy schedule).

My daughter absolutely loves this place. They always have some sort of promotion going on which is fantastic. The girls working are always so wonderful and helpful. They are also being smart and clean regarding covid-19 restrictions.

Went in to look for stocking stuffers for the young gals. They dont have anything. It LOOKS like they have tons of stuff, but...nothing. cheal earrings, some necklaces, cheap stuff, yet expensive...very disappointed...

Way 2 expensive my daughter loves it but can get the same stuff (they play with for a few hours n dont touch again),..- @ any other place for half the price or less. @ Walmart the dollar tree Target n more..
