My daughter told her dad for an hour that she did not want her ears pierced. She cried and was clear she didnt want it done. Naturally, her dad and his fiance held her down by her neck, chest, and stomach while staff willingly went along with this and pierced her ears despite her saying no. She didnt ask to get them done, she didnt want them done, she was vocal about it. Training on listening to children saying dont touch my body needs to be scheduled ASAP.

My step daughter had her ears pierced by Loretta today in Freeport-what a fabulous experience! Getting your ears pierced is a big deal and can be a little scary. Loretta put my step daughter at ease immediately and did a perfect job with the piercing! I feel like this was such a positive experience and such a milestone. Thank you and highly recommend!! ❤️

My seven year old decided to get her ears pierced, but when it came time she was quite nervous. The staff was wonderful with her and made the experience more enjoyable.

Went into Freeport location. Floor dirty. Shelves dusty. Employee ignored us. Dont go there if you are looking for a clean friendly environment.

This girl, ilia that always has RBF and smells like pot is rude to me everytime I come into this store, doesnt have the best hygiene and I think she drags the whole image of Claires everywhere down.
