This shop is filled with AMAZING artists. Been coming here for about 4 years now to see Dan. Hes an awesome artist and friend! You wont regret coming here. From the vintage look outside and in to the incredibly friendly people here! 12/10!

Clean, very clean. Welcoming! Took my granddaughters to see about getting their ears pierced. They were shown the room and explained the process. They said yes. They are extremely happy!!

I normally get my tattoos done by Dan. He is always kind and easy to work with me. Also gives his creative and wise input. Also, I’ve gotten a piercing by Michael(Guzz), he does an awesome job at telling you each step he is taking for the piercing process. Very professional!Josh runs a great staff and I’ve seen his amazing work but haven’t gotten tattooed by him yet.Thanks, guys!

Terrible place. I was turned away for having an opinion on what will be placed on my body permanently. If you agree with what the artist likes then its a great place, however they are mostly unprepared and you go in to the artist rushing and if you dont like exactly what he prints out at the last moment they he will turn you away because this place is about quantity not quality, I was willing to pay more than expected to get some nice work done but i went to my car for a moment for more cash and came back to find out the artist declined me. That was after explaining to him what i wanted at my last apt and waiting 6 weeks!!! I have no other choice but to go to the more expensive place in town, Dungeon at least there they care about the customer.

Great place for tattoos but not for piercings. They did my septum so wrong and I heard that it happened to someone else as well just be careful. They were very nice and refunded me but it just shouldn’t be a problem idk why they keep offering septum’s if they turn out bad. I would include a picture but it won’t let me, the septum was going into the middle of my nose instead of inside of it.

Came to Zealous based on reviews and I was not disappoint. Troy was absolutely amazing!! He was able to create the tattoos we wanted and went above and beyond. He was friendly knowledgeable and very fair price wise. I will be back!!

Had a tattoo done by a different artist at a different shop and it was a disaster, ended up having scarring and issues done. Got it fixed and touched up by Josh and I absolutely love it now! Can’t even tell it was ugly before. Definitely recommend this studio and Josh! Loved the environment!

Very unique tattoo shop setup in a old house, very vintage with lots of cool things to look at. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, great prices for great work! Tattoo artist Troy does phenomenal work.

Got a tattoo done by Josh after telling him my idea and he drew up exactly what I was thinking. Everyone was super nice to talk to while I was there and it is an extremely clean place and I plan on getting more tattoos done by the great staff. Would highly recommend it to everyone.

Josh is amazing he is patient and kind and truly loves what he does. Guzguz the piercer is amazing as well. My daughter was just there to get her Daith pierced and she said he was awesome it didnt even hurt. Highly reccomend everybody at Zealous....

Randomly stopped in to check out their studio. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Had a short opening and offered to fit me in right then for 2 of the (4,5..8) new small tatts I want. lolGreat Job!! Exactly what I was expecting!!If you dont know any of their artists, which I do not, it seems they try to connect you with the artist best suited for what you want done.... I like that!And, offer professional and knowledgeable suggestions.Pricing seems more than fair.

I called and left a message for one of the artists and I don’t know if the lady never gave the artist the message or he just completely ignored it but I never heard back. I then texted another artist’s cellphone number that I got from a friend and got a reply back saying something along the lines of thank you for reaching out, I’m looking at July right now so I will put you on my waiting list and hit you up closer to there. This was on May 30th and I have not heard back from him as of today (September 3rd!!). Guess I’ll be getting all my tattoos done in Rockford since these guys don’t want my money.

I had an older tattoo altered today by Travis Stine. He was able to incorporate my original OM symbol with a beautiful new lotus flower. Plus adding color and detail. ❤It greatly surpassed my expectations and he improved upon my original idea.The whole process was quick and relatively pain free(for a tattoo!)😁

Absolutely awesome experience! Went with my daughters to get tattoos for my sister battling breast cancer. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a new tattoo!!!

I talked to Travis during a walk-in, and he took my shoulder back piece and said he would work on finishing the sketch. After communicating back and forth for a couple weeks, Travis declined my business, because he had too many personal issues going on for room in his work life. He then said he would give my piece to Richard, and that he would be in for me to contact him the following day. I called, and Richard was out sick. I was told someone would be in contact to help me, but to no avail I have never heard back from anyone in this shop regarding anything.

Got some piercings done here with Guzz. He was extremely patient, helpful, and informative throughout the whole process!

I got my nose pierced here and the guy did a really good job. The price was amazing as well I didnt have to pay a nose and a half. (Haha).
