I have had a great experiences from middle 2023 to present 9/6/24 with Jess removing & scheduling my now almost gone unwanted tattoos. Jess is a master of her craft! She is very professional, knowledgeable & very easy to communicate. I’m very happy with my results & the care with making sure I am properly ready for the laser & aftercare talks. Removery as a whole is a great company they will work with you throughout your process.

Removery was awesome and Im incredibly happy with my experience. They got me in just one day after I inquired for a consultation. The facility is very nice and clean and they have very reasonable pricing. Kristin & Jess answered all my questions and helped me feel very comfortable with the process! highly recommend

Best advice I can give? Don’t tattoo your face! Jess was great throughout the process of removing micro blading and Kristin couldn’t have made it easier to accommodate my busy schedule. Today I have a very tolerable brown/yellow after starting out black/blue/green. It’s a process!

I had a tattoo removal consultation today. The representative was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The place was nice and clean and the process was simple for scheduling. I also feel like the price is reasonable.

Im removing 6 medium to large tattoos on my arm, torso, and leg some of which have lots of color, most are very bold and the process has been everything I hoped. Jess and Kristen are knowledgeable and experienced. 1 and a half years in and Im seeing steady and visible progress. No blistering or hypopigmentation at all and I have east Asian skin. Would definitely recommend this studio to anyone.

Just had my first visit with Jess and Kristin at the Removery in Friendswood. I have been to several Removery locations in Dallas, Houston and even once in another state. Today’s experience was the best by far. Very little pain and I am having my whole chest piece removed so that says a lot! I can’t recommend this location enough! So crazy to see how much of my tattoo has disappeared.

Jess at Removery - Friendswood does terrific work! She completely removed an old black tattoo in six sessions and faded a multi color tattoo for an easy coverup. Jess has been removing tattoos for years and is very experienced. Highly recommended!

My treatment is going very well, all my tattoos are going away slowly but surely. Just gotta be patient. Update: Jess has been doing my removal now for almost a whole year and her positive vibes and high quality of treatment has never waivered! Her ability to make me feel comfortable during each session and confident in the process even after my appointments is unmatched. Everyone there has always treated me not only as a patient, but as a person they are happy to see each and every time. As for my tattoos being removed, the progress in unreal! My pessimistic tendencies when it comes to my own personal dilemmas allowed me to convince myself that this wouldnt work on my skin before I even scheduled a consultation, but with the help of Jess and the other Removery team members, those thoughts were diminished after just 3 appointments. The tips and tricks Jess gave me, such as refrigerating the tattoo balm, was LIFE CHANGING!! If you have not done that, please do it!! The releif it gives me post appointments is so soothing! Moral of the story— Removery is worth it and will blow you away!! Especially Jess!!! I’ll keep updating as even more progress is made!!Update:I’m still going strong with Jess, and really am impressed by how I’ve been treated and cared for consistently. Very knowledgeable and good environment.... UPDATE: I went to Jess for over a year. She is very knowledgeable. I went in for my appointment 15mins late. Instead of canceling and/or rescheduling I believe she purposely burned me. The reason I believe this is because she didnt say one word to me until after the short procedure, which is unusual. I could also tell that she was annoyed that I was late because she kept looking out of the front window. (Unfortunately, I was dealing with a serious family matter over the phone) I would have totally understood if she had to cancel my appointment! As I was leaving she sarcastically told me to have a nice day.I reached out to the company and the general manager was helpful. They said there was an investigation but they could not give me details. I now have to drive to channelview once my finger heals to finish getting my tattoo removed. Just be careful in choosing who you allow to use a laser on you. And if you are late with Jess at the Webster location, just reschedule regardless if they let you in or not. This is a picture over a month after being burned..

This was one of the easiest processes Ive ever experienced (BECAUSE OF JESSICA). I always put off researching and making an appointment because of how little I knew about tattoo removal. I went to a dermatologist and mentioned tattoo removal towards to end of my appointment, they could only recommend a specific laser/crystal thats the best. I googled around and this was the closest to me but most importantly they had the best reviews. I made an appointment, I was literally in the shop for 10 minutes and we were consulting pricing and discussing the equipment she uses. Of course the only thing she is using is what the dermatologist recommended. After discussing the plans they offer I was already having my first session! I was there for maybe 20 minutes, did my first laser session, discussed after care and more details to ensure the best result. Ill be seeing Jess in 6 weeks for another round and Im super glad I pulled the trigger to start removing an unwanted tattoo. Theyve come along way in the tattoo removal industry and Im glad which place I chose.

The entire staff here (especially Jess) are super knowledgeable and gentle (as much as possible :)). They have been working on removing a multi-colored tattoo for close to two years and are always patient & informative with the process. I truly appreciate their commitment and honesty. Thank you!

Update: While I am thrilled that the removal process is likely just about complete, I will miss my sweet technician Jess who has walked me through this entire process and removed very successfully a total of two pieces! It was one big piece but I had one portion removed and decided months later to have it so removed. I knew from the success of Part 1, that Part 2 would go just fine! Jess is careful to explain how it works and answers any and all questions you may have!!!There is zero scarring and 110% success! No remnants of what was there!!! I may just have to stop by every 8-12 weeks with cookies or coffee to say hi to Jess and team!!! Thank you Jess for the loving care you extend in every visit!!!!If you’re wondering about removal, do it! Covering it with more ink will make a mess of what you want to disappear!!!—————It’s wonderful having Removery so much closer to home and work! I didn’t mind traveling to get the work done because they do a phenomenal job at getting rid of unwanted ink but now I won’t have to deal with Houston traffic to get to them!I’m also super pumped my favorite tech opened the Friendswood location as well! She does a great job and makes sure you are happy with the progress. And you will see progress!

I wish I had taken before and after pics! Cuz Jess performed a miracle on my eyebrows!! I had a bad micro blading job done a few years ago! And needless to say I was afraid I was gonna have to have several removal sessions. Without any guarantee that the ink would be completely gone!! But Jess is the truth! She is the most skilled tattoo remover I’ve ever worked with! And in just 1 session! ALL of the ink in my eyebrows is gone!! 🙌🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽I am still in shock that i have normal eyebrows again! These guys are helping me remove a pretty fresh tattoo on my hand. They explained the process to me completely with no unrealistic expectations and provide quality service every time I walk in for a session. They’re extremely friendly, professional, and always explain their process (ie where and and why they are using different wavelengths on certain parts of the tattoo). Although they could not help me with removal of old micro blading because I had had saline removal, I appreciate the honesty. Both ladies were very nice and explained everything about what could happen and about other options .

Extremely uncomfortable experience! I was the second customer to leave without purchasing a service after being treated very unprofessionally. I was given rude answers when I asked questions and was present for confrontation between staff members who also turned out to be performing treatments! I left feedback and asked to be contacted by upper management regarding my unfortunate consultation experience and did not receive any communication. I waited two weeks before I left this review.

Had my first session today and it went AMAZING. removing two MASSIVE tattoos of the back of my legs. Lol tattoos took about 6-7 hours total. First last session took about 1.5-2 minutes per side and not anywhere NEAR the pain of the actual tattoo. If you were thinking about removal, DO IT. Way easier to sit through than a cover up that may not even get the job done.

I love this place. I have been going there now for awhile to remove my tattoos. I’m so glad when Jess told me that there was going to be a new opening in Friendswood. It’s closer to my house but also because Jess is there. She is the best and I will follow her anywhere she goes!!

The lady at the frontdesk had a very bad character after saying that I take medication, she did not want to take the test until she knew what the medication was, but she said in a bad voice, shouting and angry, I was waiting for my daughter to send me the name of the medicine. I understand, they have to know that Medicine is taken by each patient but there are ways of saying it and then I went into the room for the exam and she saw that I have white on my tattoo and she took off his gloves in a bad way saying I do not work in white it is worth mentioning the procedure is the eyebrows and I I told the other lady that I did them 2 times and once they wanted to do them otherwise she left the bed up and she comes out, she yells me to come on and I can because the bed is up and she ignores me and she goes scolding the other lady and the Poor lady and well, that was the treatment I received. Perhaps I am sensitive, but one is going free , because they dont say or ask by phone all this , there I went to waste time, gas and money no reason

Im having 3 very colorful tattoos removed by Jess at Removery in Friendswood. I started going to their Bissonett location, but followed her here for convenience and her quick work with the laser. Two of the three tattoos Im having removed have some of the most difficult colors for removal, but progress is being made (and I promise you can take the pain). If youre reading this review, youre probably like me and have been looking into this process for years. My advice is to just do it! Because of how many tattoos I was getting removed, I opted to apply for their financing and that process was even more painless and very convenient.

My appointment has been scheduled for 6 weeks, i was 5 minutes away before receiving a text that my appointment was canceled. Apparently the tech called in so I drove 30 minutes for no reason and nobody is able to do my treatment. This is my only day off this week and now i have to drive from friendswood to rice village. Terrible will most likely find a different removing company
