My sister and I went here to get our helix’s done. We haven’t been here prior but saw the shop on google and then was recommended this place by our other sister. Jim did both of our piercings, he was very knowledgeable about piercings and gave us a thorough explanation on aftercare along with a pamphlet. Overall 10/10 experience and will definitely come back for a conch in the future. Cherry on top: the price was reasonable and not as bad as I expected it to be reading the reviews.

Took my son to get his ears pierced today and loved the atmosphere of the shop. Jim was outside and greeted us before we even walked in. He was super professional, very nice, explained everything thoroughly and did a fabulous job on the piercings. My son is so excited to have had them done. Would definitely go back!!

Piercer Jim did 3 ear piercings for me (2 in the lobe and one flat helix) and it was a great experience. He was fast, very clean, and so knowledgeable. I will definitely go back and Ill be recommending him to all my friends for their piercing needs.

I took my daughter to get her 2nd lobe piercing and Jim was amazing! He walked her through the process every step of the way and was so kind and gentle with her. When my other daughter is ready for her love piercings I will definetly be taking her to Jim! A wonderful experience and a nice clean shop.

Jim was very professional with my piercing. He gave several jewelry options, thoroughly cleaned my ear and his work space area, and talked me through each step on what to expect. An excellent service. He is confident in his work, and I fully trusted him with my piercing. He also provided me with clear after-care instructions. You will simply not find a better deal or experience.

Called ahead of time, was told to be here before 8:30. I got there at 8:20 and was told they couldn’t do the piercing because the guy had to leave at 9:00. Wasted an hour of my time. Should definitely work on getting everyone on the same page.

Awesome artists and great staff. Will now be my go-to tattoo place from now on. Ask for Josh he is awesome. But they all are, so you can not go wrong with any of them. Go see them.

Got my first tattoo yesterday and loved it. Larry took excellent care of me and made me comfortable. He was honest with what worked and what didnt (which is what I needed), and his advice made it 10000 times better. His price was reasonable and the quality was magnificent (will post pic a little later). I recommend 100%.

This place is amazing! Very professional, communication was great, and over all my tattoo artist did exactly what I wanted!! He was very professional, respectful, communicated with me, made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole process, was on time (not like other places that have you waiting for hours and don’t even bother to say hi to you) and I fell in love with my tattoo!!! The aftercare was explained and I was told if I felt I needed touch up work to come on in. I trusted them with ink for my wife. This is the only place we will use...As a follow-up. I was so pleased with with the work I had done I went back. Zack did not dissapoint with the work performed once again. No other artist, no other place. Look no further, this is a great shop.

My stepdad has known Jim for years, and has been getting pierced by him for a long time. Me and my mom started getting pierced by him a few years ago. I bring all my friends here as well. Jim is one of the best piercers I have ever encountered. He is very clean, and professional with walking you through everything step by step, but he also reminds you that he is a real person and makes you feel very safe. I have really bad anxiety, but love getting piercings, and like I said, Jim does an amazing job to make sure you feel safe, and like you have nothing to worry about. He also makes sure that when he does a piercing, he does it correctly rather than quickly and easily. He is very precise!! I recommend this place over any other piercing/tattoo place I’ve ever been to. The staff is super awesome, and the store has the coolest decorations if you’re someone who likes a bit more of a grungy environment. I have gotten my nose, and belly button piercings here and neither have hurt at all. Going back to get my septum done soon!! Thanks guys for being awesome!!

Fantastic piercing today w/ Jim. I was quite nervous, but he made me feel super relaxed & there was plenty of privacy! I really love all the funky oddities throughout the shop, especially the coral at the front desk. Got my eyebrow done about 2 weeks and completely forgot to write a review due to work but the entire process was absolutely wonderful! My piercer was Jim and was an absolute sweetheart and super professional! He walked me through my piercing and aftercare process carefully and informatively. He also gave me a pamphlet with instructions on how to care for my piercing with exact details of what he had given me along with his information; something I never received from any other shop! The interior design of the shop is also very pleasing to look at!This shop is far from my home, but without a doubt Id make the drive just for him!Definitely recommend!!!

I came to the shop once 3 years ago and had a wonderful experience. I went back yesterday and got tattooed by Larry. When I say this was my best experience as far as getting a tattoo, I mean that 1000%. I’ve been to at least 15 shops in the past, and by far this was the most friendliest and cleanest place I’ve ever been. From the receptionist answering the phone to getting me in there and Larry drawing my idea and getting the tattoo done everything was hands-down a wonderful experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be going back. My tattoo came out better than I could imagine!! Thanks Larry!! Oh did I mention how clean and thorough this place is. I can’t even count how many times gloves were changed and anything else if need be. Prices are more than fair for the quality of work! This was a cover up by the way… and the people I sent my pictures to were surprised how he was able to fully cover up the old lettering.

Got my first piece here and cant wait to go back. I got something small and simple but despite that, Larry executed it perfectly. Sharp edges, PERFECT lines. Id have been happy with just the work he did but the customer service set it over the edge. Larry was super thorough, diligent, and explained care to me in explicit detail. On top of that, hes just a cool dude. Cant wait to go back.

I got 4 ear lobes and 2 tragus piercings here about 1.5 years ago. Since then they have all healed and look amazing. A couple days ago, I went to a different shop closer to me for a conch and flat and deeply regretted it. They used a hoop and butterfly back for initial piercings, didn’t allow me to see the piercing spot before piercing, and inserted the piercing needle so slowly. This experience reminded me of how much I love this tattoo shop, which operates 100x better.The piercer, Jim, is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He takes his time to mark the piercing spot and always has you check it first. My piercings are so perfectly symmetrical because of him. He is so calm when piercing and I know exactly what to expect. When he puts the jewelry in, he is incredibly quick and painless. I didn’t realize how skilled Jim was until I went to another piercer and they took such a long time fiddling with the jewelry, it made me nauseous. I had to replace incorrect jewelry parts in my fresh piercings and wished I would’ve gone to Jim in the first place. All my future piercings no matter what will be here.

After going to different places in Houston and not finding anyone good for piercing, I have finally found a great spot for piercings. The last shop I went to made did my piercings crooked. Jim was great here explained they whole process had me sign some paper work and even gave me after care instructions. Jim did amazing job piercing my ears and making sure I understood the whole process along with the cleaning. I’ll be back for more piercings.

Ive been here about two times once for a friend and today for my cartilage piercing and I love it. Jim is really cool and he made sure I liked the placement and he thoroughly explained how the process would go and how to clean the piercing. I got my nose pierced here about 2 years ago by Jim, and I’ve been recommending everyone who’s asked about my piercing to go see him because he just creates a nice comfortable environment. Now I’m looking to get my ears re-pierced by him soon. So I was wondering about how much would it cost with just 2 lobe piercings?

Went to the shop as a walk in wanting a septum piercing , Jim was great! He was very professional and also really funny , Id had a bad experience with my first septum piercing so I was nervous but it went so quick and almost painless! Its healed up without any issues and didnt give me any trouble . He also provided really thorough care instructions which I appreciated

Jim is Amazing! I went and had my Tragus pierced on both sides. He is Extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything along the way. I also had him change out my jewelry which was done by another piercer. Even though he was not the original piercer, he very gentle and explained exactly how to care for my piercings.After my experience, I will never go to anyone else other than Jim to have any additional work done!

Jim, their piercer, is literally the highest quality Ive ever experienced. After 7 piercings throughout my life elsewhere, I finally found Jim for my nose piercing. He is one of three in the greater Houston area who are actually certified piercers/ body modification artists and it showed, as he was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process of piercing and piercing healing. He was amazingly efficient at his job- there was not even enough time for it to hurt! I had three others with me, all impressed with him! He also verbally gave after care instructions before and after the piercing, and provides his own pamphlet of how-to care, as well as the receipt that shows that piercing gage was done where. HIGHLY recommend Jim for any piercing needs!

Absolutely love this place!! I had my nose pierced in October of 2020. I had absolutely no problems with the healing, the piercing itself felt like nothing more than a pinch!About 4 months ago I added the smiley face as seen in the picture. Great tat, just a little rough around the edges. However they threw in a touch up with my newest addition!This new tattoo is exactly what I wanted. I cannot wait to get back in there for my next one!

I went in to get the piercing on my ears opened so I could wear earrings again. The gentleman that did them was so kind and polite.

I have been here once myself and once with a friend. By myself I went to have a piercing removed (long story) and also bought a new piece of jewelry for Jim to put in. It was a hoop with a ball. It was 30 dollars. I didnt even get pierced. Flash forward 3 years I walk in with my friend, recognizing the decor instantly. She gets two ear piercings. It was $90 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous. She had a question about changing out her piercing to which he answered her with the comment I use high quality jewelry, the ball doesnt come off the ring. Yeah okay. When I came here, you gave me a separate ring and ball, and the ball fell out within the week. SMH.

I decided to get a tattoo out of nowhere the other day and called to see if they could take walk ins, which the could. So me and my friend went in and just wanted to get a flash tattoo. Brandon showed us his work which I instantly fell in love with all of his outlines. Brandon is the best artist I’ve found, very professional, great work, and a cool person to talk with. The whole shop is a great atmosphere. Definitely would recommend to anyone who asks.

I got my flower piece done by Donnie Gonzalez here and I could not be happier with how it came out! He is amazing, and so kind and professional. Got my first ever tattoo today (at age 62) with Donnie and he was awesome! The tattoo looks great, and Donnie helped me feel very comfortable with this new experience. Not planning any more tattoos but if I change my mind I would definitely want to book with him again!

Larry did my leviathan cross tattoo that turned out better than what I could have asked for and got me in last minute. He also did a decorative skull on my girlfriends thigh that turned out beautifully, and the peircer Jim helped me finally make the jump from 2G to 0G and was super helpful anytime I had a question even after I left the shop. A friend and I went in for a piercing and we were super nervous about it. The piercer had so much patience with my friend and I. I felt comfortable asking him questions about the piercing. Very clean. Excellent, work by Diablo Joe.However, Ive had a horrible experience with Brandon. I went in Saturday to set up an appointment. I paid my deposit after he asked me how I wanted the design and we agreed on a price. Later in the week, he had to text me to ask me when my appointment was. Just now, an hour before my appointment, he tells me that its going to take longer that he thought and he needed to raise my price, as if it were MY fault he underestimated the job.This dishonest, underhanded behavior is unacceptable. Ive been getting tattooed for 20 years and have never had an artist treat a customer as though his or her own mistakes are those of the client.Tattoo Shop is a good place to go, but I suggest you steer clear of Brandon.

Great place, very clean, stuff very friendly and professional. I got an ankle tattoo for my birthday. I had a design with me which I found on the internet. In fact the result was even better than the picture I brought with me. Artists name is Donnie Gonzalez, he did excellent job. Very happy with my new tattoo :-)

Nice shop. I found this place because I was looking for Donnie and this is where I found him. Donnie has done work for me and several friends for over 10 years. Hes the only one I will let work on me. Not because others arent good, but because Donnie is THAT good! Im half way done with a full sleeve that he mostly free handed and its absolutely awesome! Hes done 3 other pieces for me in the past. if you go, ask for him. Just not when I have an appointment ; -)

Went with my father to get his tattoo. Atmosphere was very friendly and professional. Unsure of the artists name [will update when I find out] but the work was of high quality and done within a reasonable timespan with a cost to match! The building doesnt look like much but everyone had a good time and the tattoo looks incredible so far!EDIT: The tattoo was finished and it looks soooo good! The artist was really cool about how he put the image together on a screen for us to see what it was going to look like, and the quality of the finished piece is awesome!

Called ahead to take my daughter to have her ears pierced. Spoke to employee and specifically told him she was 11 - he asked for her age. He said bring her by, and gave me the closing time. Drove 30 min to find out I need a passport, birth certificate, and custodial agreement. But apparently it was too much trouble for anyone to mention that on the phone before we came. Total waste of my time. Wont ever be back here since they cannot respect their prospective customers more than that.The owners response below shows again a lack of responsibility for the actions of his staff and an attempt to push it off on me or the State.

To me, a clean tattoo shop is the most attractive and comfortable place in the world. These guys here do some superior work in a superior environment. They do exactly what you ask them to do when you have a specific design, but when you ask them to be creative, they go nuts and do some incredible art in any style. After the first tattoo, I knew Zach would be my artist for life, Im five pieces in and theres no end in sight. Go see him, hes awesome, and his work is top tier professional, especially when it comes to classic American, traditional art. Boom. Reviewed. Why bother searching. Tattoo Shop is the only place for me.

They closed early, but one of the tattoo artists was in his car outside and let us know they closed early. He then proceeded to give us the names of 2 other shops that might have been open. My Goddaughter and I were trying to get tattoos together, but since I live in another state, we were out of luck. She will go back, however, after the 4th of July because he had such a good vibe. 💜

Larry took the time to help correct a poorly done tattoo I had. Took a bit to get an appointment, but its well worth the wait. Price is spot on, and Ill be going back for more ink from him.

They were super helpful when I came in after leaving my piercings out for too long. I needed to get them stretched open to reinsert the jewelry, and they were quick and professional about it. Plus it was only $10 for the service 😁

This guys are awesome I havent got any tattoo from them but I seen one of them tattoo this one woman chest with color tattoo was beautiful I went there to take 2 dermal piercings off my cheaks that were stuck and dry by my blood they took them off fast and didnt hurt me at all! Donnie was fantastic. Walked in at 2:30 and talked to him. He was absolutely fine with us coming back later. The tattoo was exactly what I wanted. I would give his name to anyone who wants to get a tattoo.

Jim pierced my daughters ear. He did a great job making sure she understood how to clean and care for her piercing. The studio was clean and neat.

I am updating my original post, still one star. Just an FYI for all parents, if you are looking to get a basic lobe piercing done for your child here then you will most definitely have to jump through some pretty big hoops. I suggest you call ahead. If you currently have a public school ID (not private since it is not government issued) or a passport then you don’t have to worry but if you do not you are going to have to go to the DMV with your child first which is a pain just for a generic lobe piercing. They require more ID for a lobe piercing then my pediatrician requires for administering vaccinations.

I got my septum pierced here and everything went so well. The place was clean and sterile and did not smell of smoke (like most other tattoo shops lol) I definitely reccomend this place!

I like to put 5 star for your shop however I came and got my belly piercing done by Jim Scott he was very nice , professional and also knowledgeable.. alot of my friends and refer me to him and it was a great experience how the shop has signs that are offensive to not only me as a customer but other customers I have talked to about.. there is no need for offensive signs such as I hate God and other vulgar signs.. For younger customers like 18 dont need to see certain adult content however I will grade it 5 star if the shop was a little more at ease and welcoming. Thanks
