My daughter just had her ears pierced with Maya today at the Gaithersburg location. She was nervous about getting them done, however Maya was absolutely FANTASTIC!! Thank you Maya so much for your very calm, kind, friendly demeanor. It made ALL the difference and my daughter was at ease before she started piercing. It was also very hygienic and Maya’s hands and the equipment were well sanitized.
Pretty good but they removed stuff I liked and I got an ear infection from the earrings also one time these two employees were fighting and one of them almost called the police so we left
Went and got my ear pierced, very nice young lady! She put up with my fear of pain for it and was super kind! I wish I got her name! She was the only one there and it was yesterday, a very busy Saturday, but she still waited on me and everyone else that was there, the store was packed!! Management needs to realize what a great employee they have here!!
Loved the huge assortment of goodies like hair and jewelry accessories, decorations and more. Lovely and helpful sales person, but she could have used a second worker the day, a Tuesday, I shopped for an ear piercing. Watched her piercing a one year old with such compassion and care for the child and parents. Small, but overly full place and fun to shop.
Horrible Horrible Horrible Customer service. Very rude lady named Misumi work in the front with glasses. She dont know how to treat customer or even talk to people. She literally said GET OUT FROM THE STORE just for asking a receipt. She lied that they dont give receipt and there is no option to reprint. Also didnt give me chance to explain my needs rather she told me to get out from the store. She was screaming in front of other customers and she blamed me. It was very embarrassing and also in front of my kids because my 3&half years old keep asking me all day long that why that lady talked to me like that. And she wasVery rude to my kids too. She said my kids(toddler) are sick just because they did not wear a mask. I went two times, both time she was abusive and aggressive. Bullying behavior all the time. I wonder why Claires not taking any action about this crazy lady. How is she working here this long years. She said she works here about 9 years and didnt know how to reprint a receipt. I wanted to call police because of her harassment and rude behavior and also bullying. But since I had kids with me I didnt. Also, I had two coupons, but she used only one and told me she used 2 . Which she didnt. If anyone can check receipt theyll know that she used only one. Please I will request Claires to take an immediate action to her. I will NOT coming back here again.
I only rated 1 so I can write this review. My daughter went to your store to get a pair of blue dot glasses for my grand daughter for school.My daughter saw them onSale online and it was either on line or in store. So my daughter order them online so she could pick them up at the store the clerk refussed.
I was in this store and I found the person who served me there excellent, they have a lot of beautiful accessories
They do not honor the advertised return policy. Went to return a hair accessory and necklace (all unused with tags and receipt) and was told they are excluded from return despite not being excluded in the companys published return policy (online policy only states body jewelry/piercings as final sale).
The stouty female worker with glasses needs to work on her delivery of asking customers to wear masks. While I understand she ran out of masks, her delivery was very abrasive and shows she has no interpersonal skills. If this is the customer service Im getting as an adult, I cant imagine whats shes like around kids. Had she did the minimum and used a professional demeanor to calmly ask me to put on a mask, I would have happily obligaued. Ill never come back to this location.
The worst and horrible customer service I got from the store cashier .. I do not know her name but she was a young girl with glasses and she werewearing two breads. I walked in with 3 kids one of my child ( 18 months ) was on the stroller he picked up an Item which I did not see since I was looking for other stuff at the store. The lady at at the store at once. with high tone said maam your child put that item in the mouth you need to buy it. I totally understand about covid but there is a wat to say in professional manner. And the other thing she did not give me a receipt and when I ask her for receipt she wrote on it saying final sale.im wondering what does she thinking about customers and Im not That chep to return the item back. Becaus of her unprofessionalism I had to buy an item which I didnt not want and ended up not buy what I really wanted trainin needed. Thank you
The assistant manager named Becky is very rude, has a child-like attitude...need to be trained how to do good customer service is. We walked away and put back what we supposed to buy today...I was wondering why she was qualified to be an assistant manager with that kind of attitude. Shes creating a bad reputation to the store!

I went go get my ears pierced at this Claires and the lady, white girl, doing it began by piercing too close to the edge on one side, so she had to do it again. When she went to pierce the other side, it wasn’t parallel. I pointed this out and rather than fixing it she said asymmetrical thing are interesting looking. Meaning its okay that its crooked. Then I went to checkout and the blue haired cashier was gossiping rather than helping me pay. When I brought this to her attention she got nasty. She also overcharged me. I pointed this out and she insisted I was wrong. Took the receipt home and turns out I wasn’t. She just too busy gossiping to notice her mistake. Not a well managed store. Poor customer service and lack of proper management.
Took my daughter here to buy s few things and ended up getting ears pierced. Asia & Chas were awesome in everyway with the piercing...thanks again!!!

I would rate them no stars the manager sold me earrings with blood on the back of it I ask to return it and get my money back and the manager cought a attitude with me and told me they cant do that but they ended up give me brand new earrings
Pretty decent items to get for your daughter, niece or little sister. Under the age of 12 is the best place for a child
They close are supposed to close at 8. However it is 6:15 and they are closed. Unprofessional
Had a lot of cute stuff. If I had extra money I could have easily spent a couple hundred dollars on stuff that was unnecessary but too cute to pass up.
