Wilbert Tattoo

I’ll start by saying that this was my first tattoo so I had no clue about any of this.. Kristina was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She’s walked me over the procedure and explained everything in detail. Even though this was a small tattoo, she made sure it was perfect! Her advice and guidance on the positioning were super helpful and I am very happy with the results. Tattooing was painless and Kristina really ensured that I was comfortable.Salon is neat and very clean. They have two dedicated parking spots in the front, plus plenty of other parking on the plaza.

I usually dont post reviews but Kristina is the best. She did an great job on my tattoo exactly how I hoped it would turn out.

My siblings, and I got our sibling tattoos here and it was an amazing experience. I believe we made the right choice and going to Wilbert tattoo to do something so special especially since this was their first tattoos! Rye ( I think I spelled his name incorrectly.sorry!)was amazing ! So patient and welcoming. The establishment is clean ,well lit and generally a comfortable place. My little sister loved it so much she got her second tattoo there! 🤩

Wonderful shop with a good vibe. Super clean and Kay was a blast to work with. Art on the walls is beautiful. So refreshing to visit a shop without iron crosses, runes and other questionable symbols hidden in the wall flash.Well be going back to work with Wilbert on two larger pieces next month!

Customer service here is pretty bad. Had 3 different situations happen that made me question their practices.1. I arrived for my appointment on 10/7 about 15 minutes prior. I still had not been seen by my artists (E. Sady) until about 10 minutes after my scheduled time. He was not ready at all, couldn’t find my design I sent days prior, had to resend it etc. Then, some people he knew came in and instead of finishing up my stenciling design, he walked over to them and proceeded to ask them what they wanted, making plans, etc. completely unprofessional.2. I paid a $50 deposit that was supposed to go towards my service. Once I paid and got home, I realized that I did not in fact get that $50 off my service. I immediately reached out and asked if I could have a refund since I live 2 hours away in PA and would not be back there for awhile. Instead of even attempting to rectify the situation THEY messed up in, it was message after message of “refund policy”. I tried explaining that this situation should not fall under their “refund policy” because it’s not like I’m not happy with my service, I literally was just overcharged $50 and am rightfully owed my money back. Got a message from them days later saying I should make another appointment or “I will lose my deposit”… be fr.3. Reached out again yesterday to inquire about a tattoo and ask if the deposit they still have not sent back to me can be applied to this tattoo. Got back a super weird response “ i personal cant do that i just started a desk position and you have to talk to owner when he is here. depending on the size but it would start at a 100”. Why wouldn’t you just ask the owner when you see him and THEN respond to me?? Dude needs more training.I really wanted to like this place, but based on these events, I’d really look elsewhere.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Wilbert Tattoo. I got my first tattoo there and they were nothing but helpful and supportive both during and for the aftercare. I strongly recommend you pay them a visit whether it’s something simple or a more complex design, they are top class professionals.

Great place to go! Took both of my sons to get tatted & it came out great! Im planning to go back soon for my cover-up. Clean establishment, friendly & they do great work. Im glad I went here.

I have had a full sleeve, half sleeve, full chest and side tattoos all done by Wilbert. He is an outstanding artist and the only artist who I go to for all my tattoo work. His shop is super nice, clean and organized and he has many other artists that work there as well. Highly recommend Wilbert Tattoo for any of your tattoo ideas or needs.

The owner of this place seems to have a very difficult time keeping artists.. I’ve gone about 2-3 times and there’s always different people which makes it hard for someone to make a certain shop their place to go.I wanted to get some dot work done and when they finally hired an artist for that specific kind of work, I go in and turns out he’s not there anymore.I’ve also heard some very bad things about the owner, apparently he likes to hire and fire people within a few days which is extremely unprofessional..I wouldn’t recommend this place in all honesty.

Wanted to give a big shout to Kay had such a amazing experience with kay and very appreciated for the time and work shes down for me. they make you feel like family moment you walk threw the doors, thank you so much will be coming back for sure 💯 cant wait to finish my sleeve.🙏

Very clean, professional establishment. Super friendly staff, they carefully listen to what you want. Leo did a great job on my tattoo.

I chose to go to Wilbert Tattoo and they were welcoming to me, adjusting to an affordable price for me and the very friendly staff.
