My daughter loves Claire’s and especially this location they have plenty of options and the customer service is always good

And helpful they are very clean there got my second piercing there It was really a breeze and a great experience!I would definitely go back there now I got my third piercing painless and quick love it no problems just a little redness but that’s normal love my piercings. Highly recommended

Hello,I went to get my daughter’s ear pierced at the Claire’s at Roosevelt Field Mall.We were victims of racial abuse, unprofessionalism, neglect, and endangerment by the manager and ear piercing personnel.1. My 20yr.old daughter did not have ID. They said my ID was suffice, which seemed out of protocol.2. The salesperson said the piercing cost $80.00. When I went to pay it, they charged the price to $85.99 plus tax a total of $93.00. This was unprofessional giving us wrong prices.3. When the salesperson marked my daughter’s ears, I kept reiterating it seems too high on the ear, near the cartilage. She kept saying it’s fine. She did not listen to the customer. Unprofessionalism.4. She pierced my daughter’s ear and the earring was poking out because she hit the cartilage. She gasped and my daughter was in massive pain. She stopped and persisted to pierce my daughter’s 2nd ear. We said no.5. The manager came over. They didn’t clean my daughter’s ear. Didn’t apologize or bandage her bleeding ear piercing. The manager was rude. She said it’s a final sale yelling in our faces. I took pictures of them and said I will be reporting you both. I am a doctor. Then she refunded our money to cars. Said she it will take 3-5 business days.6. It was my daughter’s birthday and this is what she had to experience. I want corporate to fire both the manager and ear piercing employee. I have enclosed pictures of the 2 individuals. I reported them to corporate, yelp, etc.

Got my third piercing a new weeks ago by Brianna…. pierced my ears incredibly uneven I’m so upset. I had to let it close bc it was so close to my second hole it was going to rip through. Highly do not recommend

Claires claim to be the best place for ear piercings but they have inexperienced people doing the piercings. The lady who did my piercing used the wrong size earrings. Long story short ended up in urgent care to have earing removed because the earing went into the hole and was no longer visible. When I went to the store all they could say is i am really sorry. Not sure how thats helping me. Steer clear of this place. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

8/29/23 around 6:00 pm, Roosevelt Mall store. My niece left her phone on the register counter. The associate put it in a drawer and never TRIED to alert anyone in the store that a phone was lost, EVEN after we told them we lost our phone. When she saw we were calling the phone and I asked her to turn down the LOUD music, she then opened the drawer and my nice said, “that’s my phone.” I believe in my heart she planned to keep the phone, not to mention that they claimed the system was “down” so they couldn’t charge her gift card. I think they wanted us to leave. I’m NEVER recommending this place to young ladies. Both staff were SUS!

My girls love this store , the cervice is wonderful, they always smiling , ready to help .

I have to give them a shout out, I was a little nervous about getting my daughters ears pierced here, but they did such a good job. Staff were all so nice and gentle with my girl, she was so nervous and they managed to keep her calm and happy the entire time. They even helped her find the perfect gift for her friends birthday before we left. Store was clean and organized, staff provided excellent custom service!

Went here with my daughter and spent almost $100. Got home didn’t realized on of the item was missing a piece. Went back the next day to exchange it (not even return it just exchange). Manager (Black lady) told me because of covid she can’t return. I stated I didn’t want a return I want to exchange it’s not my fault your reasoning items that missing pieces. But when I looked around there was no sign that states that and the receipt didn’t say anything as well. Staff didn’t inform me that when I bought items there. Then she decides to exchange it and tells me I have to pay a difference, I said for what? She said cause when I bought it it was on clearance. Right? But again it’s not my fault the time is missing a piece and I’m exchanging for THE SAME exact product. She states that I would have to bring all the items I bought to do even exchange (does that even make sense?) I told her I wouldn’t have a problem with that and is she really sure she wants me to bring everything back in because of covid. She looks at me like I just said something she didn’t mention already. Long story short she did exchange it but very unprofessional from the very beginning (only the manager) other employees are great and friendly. Never going back here again. If you are going to do it anyway why give your customers a hassle like you can clearly see I spent money here. Just do your job and don’t resell broken items or missing pieces and state it somewhere that because of covid returns or exchange is not possible.

They have a lot of cute items such as earrings, necklaces, rings, etc. Its fun to wander around the store looking at everything.

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. She wanted to do it and was very excited. Georgia [hope I spelled that right] was amazing. My daughter became nervous, but Georgia took her time, calmed her down, tried many techniques to get her to feel at ease. The patience and perfessionaliam that Georgia showed was amazing. Georgia I believed was the manager. So to Claires the company, you did a good job in hiring Georgia and I hope she can continue to climb the ladder in this company. She definitely deserves it.

I have been going to Claire’s since I was in high school... but since I had my daughter, i used to go there for her beautiful hair clips to put her cute pig tails up with flowers that waterfalled, gorgeous headbands that made her look like a princess to her first make up palette and her pocketbooks and diaries! Now her thing is sunglasses and the variety of trendy jewelry they carry! They even keep me up-to-date in my 40’s ... I LOVE IT HERE, I still feel like I’m in high school every time I walk-in! BUT I have to say the best part of walking into this store is GEORGIA, the store manager! She is a breath of fresh air. The way she treats her employees, the customers , EVERYONE she interacts with is with the utmost respect and she always carries a smile and is always laughing! My daughter will not go anywhere else! We have a Claire’s 7 minutes away from our house but she would rather drive the half hour to Georgia’s Claire’s bc she ONLY trusts her to do her second and third ear piercing! We have seen her interact with her employees even when she had to enforce something she did it in such a way that her employee walked away with the understanding and respect to her that she was in awe of the conversation! The higher ups of Claire’s corporate should really recognize her managerial skills and take notice that she is and should be in a higher position and should possibly train other managers on how to be like her! She can take Claire’s to a whole other level!!! Georgia you are one of the greats... and the best part is you don’t even know it!!! If you want a great buying experience EVERY TIME, go to Claire’s Roosevelt field... best store in the mall BY FAR and be sure to ask for Georgia... tell her, Elaine sent ya ;)

I recently took a trip to Claires with family when were ready to check out we had a question about a certain price on certain item and the cashier was too busy talking on the phone to answer any questions and had a rude attitude this is highly unprofessional and rude

This place is great for buying jewelry for young kids (I would recommend ages 6-11). My only complait is how disorganized the store is when its about to close. It makes it hard to find the ring size you want.

Bryanna was awesome. Everyone rocking their pajamas. I forgot the other girls name that was working with Bryanna but she was really kind and helpful as well.Helped me as a dad with getting my 11 yr old daughters second ear piercing.Bryanna rocks ! The Roosevelt Field MallGive her a raise 👍🏻

They had quite a selection and what was even better about it, it was all on clearance. The register was messed up but she dealt with it accordingly. The staff was nice and the store was organized.

Very unhappy with this location. I know someone that works there & they made a huge problem when I wanted a discount. It made no sense to me, wont be back any time soon.
