Truthfully, I accidentally found Just Pierce It when i was walking through the mall looking for Piercing Pagoda I wanted to change my nose ring and find one that was the perfect and sparkles all the time. I am soooo happy that I found Just Pierce It first! Brandon helped me pick out the perfect nose ring that was 14 karat white gold and i absolutely love it! He is so professional, gentle and really great at what he does. Thank you Brandon! I’ll be back next week to add another piercing to my earlobes. Going forward youre the only one I will go to for all my future piercings!

The process of getting my nose piercing was SO EASY and QUICK. There were these two really nice people working, the woman who pierced my nose, Mikayla I believe, was so sweet and patient and explained the process of the piercing and aftercare so kindly. 10/10 experience and I’m definitely going there again for any other piercings! Thank you!!

I took my daughter and baby niece to get their first piercings and the experience was a little lengthy and emotional for my sister as her princess got pierced but we left extremely happy. They do require a waiver and proof of infant being 4 months + to be pierced. It took us all a while to find proofs as we didn’t have anything with us but once it was done the piercing itself was a breeze. Mike and the manager helped us at the same and it all went smooth. I highly recommend Just Pierce It

Do Not shop here if you don’t want to get Rip Off!!!I got 3 ear piercing here on 11/8/23. I already have 3 existing ear piercing and wanted to add 3 more to have 3 on each ear.Before the employee start I emphasized it is very important the spacing is even and symmetrical.When I got home, I notice it wasn’t. I went back the next day and ask if they can fix it. Another employee told me if I want to fix it I will need to pay again. I ask to see the store policy. She refuse and insist I need to pay for the service.Anyway I came here because I thought they are professionals and make sure the job is done right. The piercing is uneven.It is False Advertising for them to claim they only charge for the earrings and not for the piercing. Then when I want to fix it they want to charge me again.If I knew what I know now, I could have gotten the same white piercing gun from Amazon at $7 and do it myself.11/10/2023My existing piercing is one on left and 2 right. As a professional your employee should have known to use the 2 existing piercing on the Right as a guide to space the piercing given that the existing holes cannot be changed. Instead she did it the other way around and try to make the right 3rd hold match the left 3rd hold. This in turn makes the Right holes uneven vertically spaced.Does the existing piercing look “extremely uneven” as you claim.I suppose it is now with the new addition.Second your employee didn’t mention sterile as the reason for recharging. She just told me it’s my fault for letting someone “put holes in my body that is why there is a waiver.” She did offer me a 10% off “hefty offer”. I don’t think I was at your store for 48 mins. That’s a very long time. However if I was, it is because your employee relied on me to gauge the spacing of the piecing. This is a straight and simple procedure. However it is hard to gauge the spacing yourself with your 5 inch handheld mirror. It is equivalent to a stylist asking her customer to check her back each time she makes a cut, but harder since I can’t see both ears facing front. I could only check left then right. At the time I felt uncomfortable and asked her to double check many times and she assured me it was even. As customer I relied on the employee to make the judgement since she has the best view of both ears and experience.

New piercings new me! I can not afford 14K gold jewelry for my 10 piercings every 6 months but I always leave a satisfied customer while being on a budget when I come here. I laugh the whole time and relate to real people my age. I buy Gold Plated Titanium tops for all my flatbacks frequently because I like to change up style and color often. The gold plating tends to last a few years but I get bored quick so I have a small collection going on

I came here about 2 weeks ago and got a conch piercing and I have to say it was the best decision ever! I was worried it would not heal properly but its healing nicely with no pain. Another big thing for me is sterility and I watched them disinfect everything before and after my piercing even though it came straight out of the pack. Will definitely be returning since they also have gorgeous pieces:)

I have been looking for months to get him the perfect anniversary gift and I finally found it here. The lady with the long hair was extremely knowledgeable and catered to my needs and answered all my questions. I will say I was skeptical to purchase from this kiosk as I live in NJ and can’t come often for any issues but cashed out and my husband is happy. If he’s happy im happy. I just got my ears pierced by Nelly and everything went well, I loved the environment and the price of the jewelry I picked out. For reference I got 2 14K Gold cartilage piercings for $60!

Attempted to have my daughter get her nose pierced here as a birthday gift. I had to leave due to the employee with purple hair that was extremely rude. She kept cutting me off and saying the same thing as I explained I had my daughters birth certificate along with my state ID. Not many minors have state ID, she wouldn’t accept school ID from previous year. Upon checking multiple reviewsit appears many customers have shared experiences with this same employee. Such a shame this business will lose potential customers because of one persons actions. Please speak with your employee her demeanor towards shoppers should be more positive.

A sales associate named Amy provided excellent customer service. When she pierced my ears it went smoothly. She also told me great ways to take care of the piercing and was friendly though out the ear piercing experience. Thank you.

This place deserves a zero-star rating, if I could give one. I went there to get a piercing and specifically requested a gold piercing due to my allergy to stainless steel. However, within an hour of getting the piercing, my ears started to swell and itch. I had to seek advice from a nearby tattoo shop, only to find out that the piercing I received was made of stainless steel instead of gold. The level of carelessness and disregard for the well-being of customers in this establishment is appalling. The workers negligence is unacceptable and should be investigated. Its concerning that this establishment is still operating, and its unknown how many others have suffered from their negligence.

I got a silver chain dipped in gold over 4 months ago and after showering with it every day I expected my neck to turn green as it has happened to me in the past with other vendors . I will be coming back for christmas presents if not for myself! Thank you Nelly for recommending me a franco:)

The quality of work was satisfactory but the quality of people could use some serious work. Start by treating your employees better for goodness’ sake! In the little time I spent there I noticed many things about the way employees are seen by management. Truly sad. Do better.

I went to get my cartilage pierced today. At first they didn’t have the stud I wanted but I’m very flexible when it comes to choosing. Colleen was extremely nice. Anthony was awesome with my young daughter! I went to this place because of the great reviews and I could not have been happier. Very clean, sterile, and Anthony asked questions about my daughter before starting and explained procedures in detail from the paperwork (proper identification required for children) to actual ear piercing. The manager Maykelin always helps me out with the best quality of jewelry and service. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for fast and affordable piercing services. The person at the kiosk, May, was one of the rudest, most ill informed people I’ve had the displeasure of meeting. If you’re not familiar with your company’s policies, just say so, don’t make stuff up on the fly and make contradictory statements. Much better service at Piercing Pagoda, 1 minute walk to a much better kiosk with friendly customer service reps.Regarding your policies, no one asked you to change any policy. The issue was that she provided contradictory information and didn’t seem to know what your policies were. You got bad info from your rep.

I recently went to get new jewelry for my nose piercing and the girl who helped me had the most attitude and could clearly tell she was annoyed with me. The jewelry that I bought is now stuck and I can’t seem to get it out without it being painful. I would not suggest going here at all.

The lady there had a terrible attitude. She was so mean, but the guy there was so nice. He was gentle while piercing my ears and went easy. When my mom ask for a break on the ear piercing solution, the lady said she cant because she doesnt make the prices. Im definitely not going there again!

I don’t appreciate that no matter who the worker is behind the counter they have a snotty attitude and ignore the black customers that approach. I wanted a simple hoop for my nose ring after waiting to be helped in the first place. She was very upbeat with the young white girl answering all of her questions but when it was my turn to be helped, she cut me off every chance she could and rushed me to get what I needed. She didn’t treat me the same way she did the white girl and that is absolutely unacceptable

Colleen was awesome! She was knowledgeable about piercing and what issues may arise by piercing in different spots of the ear. She was also excellent in analyzing the ear and piercing the ear exactly in the spot that you want and where it looks good. I recommend going to Colleen over Claires.

The expierence of getting piercing itself and girl who did it were fine. My issue is that place needs at least another worker there because it was only her and clearly that place isn’t setup to have just one person helping multiple customers at once. Took almost hour to get piercing out this place that should never be.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. The mask mandate in NY was lifted for those vaccinated so tell me why this lady working here has the audacity to ask where my mask is and proceeds to kick me out and tell me to “stay back”. No other worker at the mall or person had anything to say to me. Just so rude and unprofessional. I get it but the mandate to wear a mask was literally lifted like come on. Wish I got her name but she had brown wavy hair with highlights and wearing sunglasses

I went there looking for nose earrings I ask the young lady for the earrings all she did was stand there said nothing I felt discriminate I wont go there any more the two woman that work there just talk didnt care about the customers I was there today Sunday the owner needs to know Im black felt discriminate because any other person came they were treated different I went back to just pierce it I talked to a woman there she apologized she was a nice person thanks I had to come back and give it more 🌟 because I did love my ears pierced there the first time I went there I will go back

Very unethical they may charge you $15 to change jewelry knowing the health department can shut them down for it. I guess they rather keep your money than keep their business open
