Had my nose pierced about two weeks ago at Sparrow tattoo and was looking to replace the stud I had. I was a bit skeptical about replacing the stud so soon but decided to take a chance. Kristen is excellent. Kind, patient and very helpful in explaining to me the different types of posts used for nostril piercings. I had a lot of questions and she was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I purchased three pieces. I was so satisfied I immediately referred them to a cashier I met at JC Penny. I can’t recommend Kristen enough. Needless to say I will continue to purchase all my nose jewelry from them. Excellent service

Banter has been nothing but good to me, I got pierced by Erica and she advised me to get the warranty and usually people would think they’re just trying to get more money out of you but the warranty has been the best thing ever, went to six flags the day after and my jewel came out from the earring and I went back to Banter and they replaced the whole earring no problem. Six weeks later I had an MRI and had to take out of my earrings, the whole seemed as though it closed so I came back to Banter and they cleaned the earrings and my ears and put it right back in for me, no charge at all. Erica has been the best since getting my ears pierced and I would 100% go back to them for any other piercings I get just because of the hospitality and care they showed me.

I am happy that I chose Banter piercing by pagoda for me and my child’s ear piercing. Thanks to Kristine for making our experience an amazing one. She was good with my 6.5 month old child. Kristine and Erica were amazing. Im a first time mom, my baby girl is now10 months old and I decided that it was time to get her ears pierced. What makes Kristine so great is that she truly loves her job and the level of patience she has is unmatched. I am so thankful that I was able to do this experience with her because she gave such great care to my baby girl. Yvonne did a great job explaining the process of ear piercing to my daughter and myself. She made sure my daughter was comfortable when she sat her down to get the piercing. All of the people at the kiosk were friendly and sweet. Highly recommend!

Went to Roosevelt Field on 6/22/24 and got my son’s ears pierced for the 1st time. The salesman Eric was FANTASTIC!!! He was Five Stars ⭐️ excellent in piercing, perfect greeting and explaining the procedure.He made my son leave with the GREATEST smile 😊. Pray was our associate who helped us and she was amazing!! She exchanged a chain i had issues with and helped me find a different chain that i needed for charms i had I’ve always had the best encounters with the workers at Banter and the quality and customer service is like no other. We had a great experience getting our ears pierced today. I didnt catch his name but Associate #13578749 was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the process and instructive about follow up care. Overall an excellent experience, Id return again.

I purchased two item for Valentine’s Day which was a pretty price but when I went to close out the cashier asked for my id to make sure the card was mines kool no problem but what didn’t sit well with me was that she wrote down my id actually number on a notepad which had me a lil shocked cause when did they start writing the number on your id down …I hope this is a new policy and not something that I’m regret about later ….
