Last year I got my helix pierced here by Stephen and still to this day it was the easiest, least painful and fastest healing piercing i’ve ever gotten! I was so worried beforehand because I had heard a lot of people online talking about how much their helix hurt to get pierced and how long theirs took to heal, yet my experience was the complete opposite :) He was great with explaining the aftercare as well as answering all of my questions. The receptionist at the front was also very kind. You definitely get your moneys worth here.

I went in planning to just do an Anatomy consultation and ended up getting 2 forward helix piercings done by Elliot, who was AMAZING!! Had my heart set on a rook piercing but my anatomy wasn’t optimal, so decided on the forward helixes and am not disappointed.It’s always reassuring to have someone tell you what is more risky/not compatible with your body to ensure proper healing!I also got my conch done years ago at their Long Beach location and will be a forever customer of Envy Body Piercing and At last piercing! ✨💕

I brought my 9yo daughter here to get her ears pierced. The ladies in the front were extremely friendly and supportive to my very nervous daughter. They let her look through and model as many earrings as she wanted.When Danielle did the piercings she walked my daughter through the process, told her exactly what was going to happen and calmed her nerves. Her ears turned out great. She is thrilled to show off her new additions.

6 stars! Came in for a naval piercing. Highly exceeded my expectations! The interior and the piercing room are so cute it made the experience seem less intimidating. Sophia was my piercer and she was super informative as if she had a Ph.D in piercings! Highly recommend booking with her.

Had such a great experience today getting a double helix, upper lobe piercing, and gorgeous Buddha jewelry earring for an existing helix piercing! Coming here felt like a whole personalized experience! I walked in not really knowing what I wanted, but the very attentive front desk staff listened to my jumbled vision and brought my earring dreams to life! We picked out a gorgeous arrangement(not cheap but the earrings look gorgeous and I know they will last!) and then the very experiences piercer Stephen helped me decide and nail the placement. Everyone’s ears are different, and I love how they advised me what would look best for me. My prior helix piercing from high school is placed a little lower, and therefor can only be seen from a side view, and I was going to do the same from the other side because I thought that was what I wanted. I loved that Stephen was able to convince me that higher would look better on me because it totally does and I’m over the moon with how everything turned out! Thank you At Last!!

Had a great experience here as a fearful and anxious client. Was able to schedule an appointment same day and my piercer was very kind and able to work with me on the routine that I needed to feel comfortable! Im autistic so it helped so much that they met my needs without making me feel like I was being rude or annoying.Still healing but eager to return for my check up.

Went here today to get my sisters nose pierced. first time! the ladies working there were so super nice, especially the actual piercer. she was nice to my young sister and encouraging, and just a lovely bubbly person. also the environment of this place is phenomenal! nice and clean! the place was so clean and had a nice atmosphere. my sister is beyond happy with her piercing and it looks so good. her nose isnt even red or in pain. you also have options to get medical grade titanium for the piercing, and theres a lot of cute jewelry for the nose studs. there were even cute flower nose studs! anyway nice place and great service. we will be back for our free check up appointment as well in two months time.

Amazing experience! Danielle did my nipple piercings yesterday and I am SO happy with them. She was so sweet and made the process so easy. I have had them pierced before and they for sure hurt less this time! I will be back 100% for future piercings from her. The best!!

The receptionist(Sorry I didnt get your name!) was really friendly and helpful with picking out the right earrings for me. They told me the prices of earrings and talked about the aftercare and how long it would take for my ears to heal. Rena, who did my piercings, was friendly, full of energy and talked through the process. Im a wimp with any kind of pain and this wasnt that bad! A little pinch and some stinging but nothing intolerable. Thank you again!

Ive had 4 piercings done and a few jewelry changes, all great experiences. But this review isnt for me, its for my 6 year old.My daughter BEGGED me for pierced ears for about six months before I made her an appointment with At Last to make sure it was something she really truly wanted. She was so excited for the day I told her she was finally getting pierced ears. She became nervous once we pulled up into the parking lot, and it was obvious the staff immediately picked up on her energy. Every single person treated her so respectfully, I was beyond thrilled for her. SHE was the client, not me. They treated her like a person, not a kid. I will be forever thankful for that. Stephen amazingly talked her through exactly what he was going to do, and reassured her that she was in control.He pierced the first ear, and my daughter completely lost it. Red level meltdown. It was a disaster. But even through all the panicked tears, Stephen was so incredibly patient and kind. He really deescalated what could have been a traumatic experience into a mere unfortunate one.If my daughter someday chooses to get the other ear pierced, well wait and see. In the meantime, Im ready to go back for another conch piercing.

Got my first ever piercing here and it was great! Loved the staff and they were super helpful and patient while helping me pick out the jewelry I wanted. It’s super sanitary and nice, highly recommend.

Got 2 additional piercings for my daughter. Vega was very thorough with her process and technique. She has a very gentle touch and her calming demeanor kept my daughter calm. We will be back for more.

My daughter enjoyed the atmosphere and the everyone was seemingly sweet and kind. She got one ear lobe pierced that previously closed when she was five; shes 7 now. If I can complain Id say jewlery is a bit expensive. There are more affordable options though, which helps. Quality of work is great, so of course worth the money! We chose Rena to do my daughters piercing. She was patient with my baby girl which made the process a lot easier. One of my biggest pros for this place is that even though my daughter was very scared and nervous they made her feel that was okay and gave her the attention and reassurance she needed in that moment. Anyone who treats my kids with kindness and respect really makes it in my book. I recommend this place for great work and great atmosphere.

Great experience. Had an appointment at 12:15 and was out by 12:55.

$100+ wasted. The staff were nice and the service was good but they told me my jewelry wasnt a good fit for my piercings so I needed to change the posts. Then, when I agreed to that they told me the heads I brought wouldnt fit the posts they had. When I finally changed the their piercings out I realized the heads wouldve absolutely fit their posts- I tested it and found that out for sure. Also they assured me their posts had a wider base which would help with swelling. They didnt.

Brought my 6 and 8 year old daughters in here for their first ear lobe piercing. Elliott was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He addressed my girls directly, letting it be about them, and took time to answer all of my questions and really explain the process and after care. Danielle and Rena performed the actual piercing and were extremely gentle and comforting throughout the entire process. Somehow, this staff got us through without a single tear from either of my girls. Beyond the professionalism and atmosphere, the shop is very clean, and you can tell how important sterilization is for them. Pricing is competitive, and at the end I certainly feel I got more than I paid for. I will 100% be returning if my kids decide they would like additional piercings down the road.

The piercers (piercists?) know just what they are doing here. I have gotten two piercings from the team so far (eyebrow and labret) and each time they have made it extremely easy and smooth for me. The team is very respectful and helpful when you have any questions and they are very clear about what type of aftercare needs to take place. Plus, they offer a free downsize/checkup a few weeks/a month or so (depending on piercing) after you are done!The team has also been very respectful of me and are very inclusive. You wont come here and be shunned out for any reason.Of course getting a piercing will hurt but At Last makes sure that the pain is as quick as it has to be and I can tell that there is experience behind their moves.The pricing is fair to me, its 30 dollars for the service and the rest depends on what jewelry you will be buying. I tend to stick with regular old titanium so my two piercings have been 60 bucks and 40 bucks.I recommend this place for piercing and I will definitely be coming back for any other piercings I would like done.

Such a great experience throughout the whole appointment! The shop is super clean and professional and focused on safety and proper care. My piercer Vega was awesome in kindly walking me through the process and showing me where was best to place my double lobe piercings. At Last and Envy are the only shops I trust to go to for piercings!

Reyna and Elliot are both so nice. It was my first time getting a piercing in 9 years. They were so welcoming even though I was nervous and still professional. I asked if there was room on my lobe for two more piercings and Reyna worked with me to see if it would work out and it did! They let me listen through the whole process while she prepared everything needed for the poke. Felt painless and I was provided with an aftercare sheet and they offered tips! Won’t hesitate to come back for anything else I’d like to get done.

Loved the experience here. They have beautiful jewelry, theyre honest with you about whether a piercing fits your anatomy, and they guide you through the piercing process and the healing process really clearly. I felt super comfortable here and my piercer, Rena was super reassuring and helped me stay calm through the process. They even give you a little aftercare reminder card which I think is a super thoughtful gesture.

I got my nipple piercings done here by Vega and Im super pleased with them! The whole shop is super friendly and puts you at ease right when you walk in. Vega did a consult to make sure my anatomy could handle the piercing and then made sure I was super comfy and ready before proceeding. My piercings are perfect and I love them! ☺️

I took my 17 year old daughter to get her helix pierced in Long Beach, CA. First of all the space has a nice “Zen” feeling, not like a crowded noisy tattoo shop. Second, the parking garage across the street has free two hour parking!! Third and most important, our piercer, Danielle, was on time, extremely professional and polite. She explained everything she was doing so my daughter wasn’t nervous. She was thorough and very detailed about aftercare process. She also explained the healing process when it was okay to change from a post to a hoop. Luckily she knew people in Las Vegas she could refer us to for our 6 - 8 week check up! She is amazing and awesome, would recommend to anyone!!! Please check Danielle out if you are ever in the Long Beach Area!!

Both of the ladies working at the studio were incredible! The jewelry was beautiful and very affordable. I had my forward helix pierced by Corinne and she made the entire process so easy and pain-free! Its been 3 days since I came in to get my piercing and there is virtually no pain and absolutely no swelling. Ill definitely be coming in soon to get more done!

I have a low pain tolerance and am very afraid around sharp objects that can pierce skin. However, I was booked with Rena and she made the entire process so much easy and fun for me! It was quick and professional. The supplies were clean and they had a great selection of piercing jewelry. As a first time attendant of any body piercing shop, they definitely catered well to me and were very awesome and beyond helpful. If this is your first time getting a piercing or are new to the area and need a place, I highly recommend these guys!

Rena is the only piercer I will go to because she knows what she’s doing. They are super nice and knowledgeable. The shop has quality jewelry which is why it’s a bit expensive but most of the jewelry has some type of warranty through the manufacturer. Worth the drive and worth the appointments.

I’ve been meaning to get my septum done for a while now, and I always used to pass by this shop when it was in Long Beach (I even recommended my store customers to go here because we don’t do nose piercings). I’m one of those people that look at reviews and pictures, and from all the positivity I saw that they were a trustworthy place.I recently came to the conclusion that I was allergic to steel, so me getting hyper allergenic/ pure gold was a MUST! I called in to see what my options would look like, and they were very friendly and informative!Their price range is very spot on towards the service and cost of the jewelry; which is something I inquired about before coming in. I stuck to a $80-$100 price range for 14k (I’m definitely coming back for the other septum I saw that costed a bit more), they explained the cleaning thoroughly, healing time, and again, THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY! I’m usually quite scared of needles, but Rena made me feel very calm and spoke to me during the entire process of what she was doing, and that made me feel super comfortable. She’s also very gentle-handed, so I hardly felt any pain! It was more of a pinch/pressure; which is fantastic if we’re talking about getting a piercing done.Let’s not forget the awesome service from the lady in the front (I feel bad for forgetting her name), but she was such a sweetheart!This have been my top piercing experience by far, and it shocks myself to compare and say that I dealt with more pain when getting my ears pierced elsewhere compared to feeling little to no pain with my septum. They are also quite the inspiration as a person like myself who’s working on becoming a full-on body piecer.To sum it up, I highly recommend this place and will continue to recommend At Last to anyone who is looking for a great quality body piercing. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was a walk in for a nose piercing and they answered all the questions I had, and recommended certain jewelry to fit my style and piercing area. I was a bit nervous since the only piercing I have is my ears, but my experience there was amazing!

This is my go to place since they were located in Long Beach. I’ve gotten some piercings with Danielle and Vega and both are amazing in what they do! They are very informative, answer any questions, and most importantly make you feel very comfortable during the entire process. I always recommend this place to friends and family.

Ill never go elsewhere for my piercing needs long as this place is still in business! Eric, my piercer, was so friendly and chill with a reassuring attitude and the skill to back it up! Quick and easy smiley and nostril piercing I was smiling the whole time! Person who shows the jewelry off on the front end of things (dont remember their name) is SO charming! and has so many piercings and other rad stuff going on like a real testament to the kind of stuff you can expect to get here! Everyone is so knowledgeable, as the other reviews say, but I really trust the entire staff to help pierce any part of me I choose in the future! Their selection is great, everyone is friendly, and I was at ease the entire time thanks to their expertise.

I went there very excited to get my piercing, the gentlemen in the front was very nice but the women I booked my appointment with didn’t seem to be interested in my at all. Needless to say I never got my piercing, she said it was due to “scarring” that may occur but in general it seemed like she did not want to help me as a customer nor wanted me there. I’ve never felt racially discriminated until this very day. I will not forget you Danielle!

My favorite piercing place in Southern California! I drive out from Riverside because they have the best jewelry and care. My piercings done here have healed better than any of my others. I have a pretty annoying nickel allergy and the jewelry they use doesnt hurt me. Tyler and Rena are both amazing and easy to work with and chat with. My friend and I were both pierced by Rena and she helped us plan out the right spots for our anatomy and what look we wanted. I havent been pierced by Tyler yet but I have had two jewelry changes and hes so gentle and professional. Cant recommend this shop enough 💖

Went in with my mom to change out jewelry for my daith and her rook. I decided to pierce my conch and was treated great. Upon arrival the employees were friendly and open about any question we had. The services they performed were amazing. Little to no pain changing jewelry and getting pierced. Great selection in jewelry as well. I recommend you save up to get the best piece possible. The place is very clean and sanitary as well.

Very professional. I came in and asked to change my piercings not knowing it was too soon and when they were changing them I informed them that it hurt a little to which they informed me is unnatural and suggested I wait. They told me it was still in the process of healing and I should wait another month. Glad they offered their professional opinion instead of pretending everything was fine just to take my money. Good to know I can trust them, also theyre extremely nice.

I had always wanted my septum pierced and finally decided now was the time, so I looked up local piercing pieces and Envy came up 1st in the results. After a quick glance at the reviews and their instagram, I knew this would be the spot. I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday and was immediately seen.From check in to the consultation, to the actual piercing itself, the entire experience was top- notch and every single employee I met was friendly and relaxed. My piercer Corinne was AMAZING - super calming and professional, and was incredibly helpful with selecting jewelry, describing what was happening during the piercing, and after care. Before I knew it, the piercing was done and I was thrilled with the result. Pain was maybe a 1-2 out of 10 - very manageable... and while each person’s results will vary, I do think part of why the pain was so low for me is because Corinne made the experience easy.This is the place to go if you need any piercings in Long Beach and I can’t recommend it more. Will definitely be back!

Wow! I was so impressed with this place. I went in to get a new hoop for my nose ring. I had a flexible one with too big of a clasp and it had been bothering me so I wanted to finally get something seamless and sturdy. Well, they knew exactly what I needed. They helped me pick out the new jewelry, fit it, put it in and threw away my old one in about 10 minutes. It was pricier than, say, a mall kiosk kind of place but very high quality and sanitary so definitely worth it. Great experience!

Probably the best place to get a piercing in DTLB! I had been wanting to get my nose re-pierced for a while, so when this shop popped up on Pine Ave recently I had to check it out.The Location is amazingly clean and well-kept, with a massive selection of hardware of all shapes and styles. The employees were incredibly nice and helped me get setup quickly and easily!This place was about 10x cleaner than the last shop I received a piercing at, I dont think I could go anywhere else now! Definitely stop in to view their selection if youre in the area.

Really great place to get peirced at. The person who helped me was very nice. He made my experience very comfortable as I did not feel any pain when getting pierced. I got my ear lobe pierced and my wife got the top of the ear done. We both agreed that it was not painful at all.

Just wanted to buy jewelry, a simple purchase that could have taken 5 minutes. Rejected at the door because I didn’t have an appointment. Google maps says it’s open for in-store shopping. At the store they only take you with an appointment. Update your information on here so that people don’t waste their time. I would have just ordered jewelry online but wanted to support the shop in Long Beach. Guess I’ll just look for something online anyways.

I came here to get a replacement earring for my helix piercing (which I did at another place). They were so nice and professional. I was super worried because it was irritated but they calmed me down. I selected a titanium earring from their big selection. They helped me put it in. It’s been a day and my ear is already less irritated.

I came to this location to pick out a new piece of jewelry and was incredibly indecisive and bordering on annoying. I was just incredibly sorry. It’s so hard to choose the perfect piece for your face. They were so kind and patience and responsive. And I really appreciated it. This is the only shop I come to because of how clean, professional, informative and friendly everyone is. I appreciate their customer service and their appointment only policy during this time. My appointment was at 5:30pmI get there at 5:31 and Im waiting outside because the door is locked. I wait about 1 minute until the lady at the front desk opens the door. Shes on the phone as this is happening so I sit down at a one of the benches and wait for her to finish the call. She asks me what jewelry Im looking for and I already knew but I wanted to look and be sure. I felt that she was rushing me. My piercer Danielle comes out to ask who her next appointment is and the front desk woman says that both me and the other girl sitting down. At this point im confused and so is Danielle. She says that Im already into 5 minutes of my appointment, but says it in a way that puts the blame on me (5 minutes because the door was locked and she was on the phone). She then clarified that the other lady was here due to some pain and bleeding and just wanted to get it checked out. Im standing there looking at the jewelry as this is happening and I tell the front desk lady that I dont mind if she goes first and she replies saying that shes trying to figure it out. ??? Im right here LOL I know whats happening and Im trying to be nice about it since this is my appointment. I finally get in the room to start and theres another issue going on with someone that called in regarding a jewelry piece. So the lady at the front desk and my piercer keep talking back and forth as Im trying to settle in. The lady at the front desk seemed really angsty, tried to rush everything and was rude. I also asked for a downsize of my tragus and touched it to show her and she instantly told me to stop touching it and that thats how you get infection, I proceeded to tell her it was pierced 4 years ago and is healed and she just tells me that I shouldnt touch it. ??? What? That doesnt even make sense.The only pro is the jewelry is cute but it was really expensive and the entire experience was horrible. Never coming back again.

My 8 year daughter got her ears pierced today. This place was amazing the staff was very sweet super informative & professional. The process was painless lmy daughter didnt even flinch. 2 piercering experts did it at the same time. Her studs were medical grade titanium the stud sips inside the back and the back post which has a flat back so when she sleeps it doesnt hurt. Do not go anywhere else for your child ears. This was an amazing awesome experience

I booked an appt with Tyler, whom I’d previously spoken with. Everything was on time, Tyler is a consummate professional with a great bedside manner. This was a repiercing of an already difficult piercing, a horizontal transverse lobe. Not only did Tyler approach it with confidence, he pierced it dead on (no small feat if you understand the piercing!). Negligible/non-existent pain, and I was out the door and happily on my way 5 minutes later. Fantastic overall experience, very highly recommend.

The first thing I noticed about Envy was how clean and organized everything was. Then, the friendly people were such a nice addition to the shop. They were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The selectipn of jewelry and the reasonable prices were just ocing on the cake!

The only way to describe this place is a heaven for anyone with body or face piercings. The selection is amazing as not only are the pieces gorgeous but they are all certified with this special metal alloy that reduces infections. Its a beautiful store as well, I felt underdressed in sweats. But most importantly, the workers are friendly and knowledgable. They answered my questions, taught me some new things (this wasnt my first piercing), and offer a great selection of jewelry.The prices are high but the pieces are worth it. I plan to get all of my piercings and jewelry from this location from now on.

I haven’t had any piercings in about 20 years & got the top part of my ear pierced. She was able to find where my ear had been pierced before & was able to pierce the same spot again! They were very friendly, thorough & walked me through the whole process! I would definitely go there again!

At Last has been my go-to piercing location. They have a great team and beautiful jewelry for sale. No appointment is needed to purchase jewelry, but you will have to make an appointment to get pierced.

The place looks good on the inside-sort of like the old Gauntlet. But they don’t have much inventory and not many people working there. the piercer didn’t quite seem to know a whole lot about piercings,and I didn’t really trust her. I didn’t like the prices either.

I got 3 piercings from this place and 2 had to be removed because they were not properly done. when I went to my new piercer she immediately said “who did this to you???” I will never be back here again.

This piercing has fd up my health in so many ways and I just wish I could take it back. PLEASE dont go here, they have bad advice and bad piercers. I almost never post negative reviews because Im never interested in hurting small businesses, but I just dont want anyone else to have to go through what Im still going through nine months later. Avoid, avoid avoid! If they mess up a simple lobe piercing this bad I would NOT trust them with anything else. Ive had 4 other piercings that have all gone completely fine.Original:I went in for a simple earlobe piercing with the intention of stretching it later. I let the piercer know that Id be traveling for the next few months so I was concerned about infection and healing time. The piercer urged me to get a LARGER GAUGE piercing immediately, and INSISTED over my reservations that it would be the exact same healing time, same cost, just as easy to heal, that everyone on the internet was wrong, Ive been doing this for 10 years, etc.Well, almost three months later and my piercing still isnt healed, still too painful to lay on that side, its really messing up my sleep, cant use headphones or earplugs in that ear, which is severely annoying when traveling. Its not infected, but I do have to constantly worry about it getting infected. Ive gotten other lobe piercings and been able to lay on that side after a couple weeks. The place was friendly, I had a great piercing experience, but after talking to other piercers about this one and showing them the problem, everyone seems to conclude that he really botched this one.

Absolutely the Worst Associate & in-Store Customer Service Experience ever with TYLER! His Attitude is beyond Terrible, he was Condescending to me Upon Entry, Closed-Minded to my Jewelry requests and allergies! Told me I am probably allergic to Gold Plated Jewelry bcuz no one is allergic to real gold ... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? TYLER you are not a doctor dont try to tell me what I am allergic to OR not. Unreal!!!

I had my first piercing experience (an upper ear 3/16 dermal punch) at Envy today, after a consult a few days ago. I cant speak highly enough of the staff. I was comforted with their warmth and caring nature, as well as their knowledge and confidence with the procedure. I had zero anxiety, and I owe all of that to the positive vibes I felt in this place. Thank you!

I asked to get the other side of my nose pierced so I can rock the double sides nose rings. She completely misplaced the second piercing. They don’t line up and are no where near even. If you’re looking to get both sides of your nose pierced please go anywhere else where they actually look for accuracy.

Very thorough informative and clean. Had zero issues with daughter’s ear piercing because of this. Just don’t touch the piercing and spray the sterile saline before you shower and you will be good to go. Oh - & shower before you go too!!!

Time and time again these people rock! Tyler did a back dermal removal. It took him a few seconds and as painless as could be.... I know because I’ve had a bad experience with a previous dermal removal else where...If you want it done right go here.

For good recommendations I drove 41 miles to the location, due to traffic accidents I arrived at 7:32 pm and since they receive people until 7:30 pm, they did not want to serve me, they should consider the clients 😡😡
