I am a brand new tattooer who was tired of reading online reviews of sketchy tattoo machine kits sold on Amazon and decided to finally go to a local tattoo supply store.. the service went beyond my expectations.Bobby is patient and knowledgeable and asked probing questions to understand exactly what I needed.I told him I had recently purchased a kit on Amazon and he suggested to check out their kits and offered a few products within my budget in the store.He even let me try the machines to get a feel for which I preferred! It was actually my first time ever using a machine, which was a little intimidating and scary, but Bobby was very encouraging. It meant a lot to receive that sort of positivity. I went with the Ava Duke 3 Wireless Pen and can’t wait to start my little tattoo journey thanks to Element Tattoo Supply.Thank you!

Ive got to say this place has better customer service than any company Ive ever used!! If they dont pick up they call right back and they will help you with any info you would need. They gave me some free ink with my order. If you get lucky enough to deal with Bobby you definitely wont be disappointed!! Highly recommend!!

I had an awesome experience at Element Tattoo Supply! The owner was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions personally. I wasnt sure which gloves to buy, but he took them out of the box and let me try them on, which was fantastic. I loved being able to test products directly in the store to make sure I got exactly what I needed.The owner is very knowledgeable and honest with his opinions, which I appreciated. I found everything I needed, and its clear he only carries the best professional supplies for tattooing. I was looking for a specific ink from Italy that I love, and he had it in stock!I originally drove over an hour to get to the shop, and it was totally worth it. I just started practicing tattooing. Like actually trying. I’ve drawn and painted my whole life but this is different so I was nervous. I was researching things and this place kept coming up. I brushed it off for a while and today, I finally showed up. Bobby was dope af. He was friendly, welcoming and answered every question I had. He immediately made me feel at ease. That kind of customer service is honestly the best especially for someone coming into something new like this. I didn’t know what the hell to ask or if I even knew what I was talking about but it was cool. Coming here was worth the wait. The young woman wearing glasses that rang me up was awesome too! This place was so amazing and Bobby saved Christmas for me!!! I thought of the best gift for my brother last minute and found what I needed at Element. I was 2 hours out and didn’t get out of work until they closed and I needed it in two days! It sempt like my brother wasn’t going to open his gift in time but Bobby emailed me and made it happen! He was so excited to see the gift! I took a picture of his smile while assembling it 🥹I really appreciate this shop (: and even though it’s far from me, I will be making the drive to shop there again!

Purchased my first Acus machine from them and some odd and ends. One minor item came defective but they immediately replaced it! Shipped faster than Amazon.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had in my life! Two days I have been trying to get product from this place but what a disastrous business. The person who answers the phone should be fired but Bobby who runs the place said everyone who works there are family. If I had a family business and my sister worked for me and acted like she did to my customers...I would fire her. She is the rudest and absolutely most aggressive person I have met at a business. I literally felt like I was in The Twight Zone. I literally just asked her a few questions about my order that I was going to pickup after a mishap the previous day and she just started talking loud and aggressive to me. I ask her to please stop speaking to me the way she was but she continued. I spoke to manager Bobby and he said well she is family so I guess we will cancel your order. This place is not ran right and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. A whole room full of people heard the full conversation between me and the person who answered the phone. I will never go back to Element Tattoo Supply because they are unreliable and unprofessional. Shame on you Element. You deserve less than one star. Good luck people if you go there! They answer the phone when they want,they say they are short staff,they are hostile,they could care less about customers and they are unorganized. I will only order from Amazon now. Bobby even threatened to call cops on me if I went over there. Why would I never go over there?! I would never give you a dime of my money, ever again. Not only that but I would never want to go into a hostile environment. You guys can say whatever you want but it wont be the truth. I order these products on a Friday and I received them the following Monday. I have ordered and used the tattoo numbing cream before, so I can give it a 5 stars, but this is the first it’s time I purchase the soothing gel mad rabbit product. Everything went smoothly and numbing cream did just as it was supposed to!

My critical battery broke and I was attempting to get a new one ASAP to avoid losing out on my income but they refuse to ship if your shipping address (the tattoo shop) is different from your billing address (home address) They also don’t make this apparent. Just feels like poor business practice to not make your customers aware of your rules. 0/10. They also have yet to return my money! So they refused my order and then kept my money. I totally understand virtually every bad rating for this place. I did end up finding almost the same battery (i got the shortie over the normal battery pack) on sale on Critical’s website and another artist is letting me borrow their power cord til my battery pack arrives. Stoked I didn’t have to cancel my appointments! Not stoked to have to deal with this company!

Ordered a new arm rest for 230$ comes to me damaged and paint missing on leg. Called to have the damaged leg replaced. They sent another one new in undamaged box. But this leg also paint missing. It was wrapped in bubble wrap. And delivered in a undamaged box. They said they would give me 20% off next order. I will not order from them again because I dont like damaged merchandise. The girl was friendly but lied about the leg they sent was nothing wrong with it. I see obvious metal shining through paint scrapped off. Bad deal for sure. Been in business 26 years and never bought scratched new stuff. They also just lied and said they offered me a refund. Do you think I would have made the review if they offered to do me right? Fraudulent reply from them.

Where do I begin! This place is amazing! Let me begin by mentioning that I was a victim of fraud and someone used my bank card information due to a scam, and last night ordered a little over $200 to purchase form Element, I called the bank and they said Tuesday we could file a dispute to get our money back and file charges. I got a feeling to look up and call Element myself, mind you it was after 10:30 est time so after 7:30pm their time, the gentleman answered and I explained the situation, he informed me that they had already flagged it in their system because things didn’t match up! He was able to cancel everything and get my money back into my account that night! I was in tears I have never been scammed like that before and I was in a pure panic! It was such a huge relief to be able to have this taken care of so we could do our grocery shopping today! He also gave me everything we needed to bring to the bank as well as the police dept to file fraud charges! Listen if you are looking for a good wholesome company who really cares about their customers and the security of their customers, Element is where it’s at! While I haven’t bought from them before, I may in the future for my next ink purchase! They showed me how much they care about their customers, and that good people do still exist in this crazy world we live in! My family and I are forever grateful for you and words can never express this enough. This place is truly amazing!

I got a very professional consultation about the tattoo machine that I bought, very patient and kind staff who explained about the products, strongly recommend it going there to enjoy your purchase .

They have a good inventory of stuff to pick from, but it took long to come in, and it said it was coming on Friday but didn’t actually come until the end of the day Monday. I think us artists can agree that we usually want our stuff fast, cause you don’t realize you need it till it’s gone. Especially needles I was counting on for the weekend, pretty frustrating when it doesn’t show up when promised.

I, somehow, managed to rip the power button from the circuit board on an EP10 I purchased back in June. The customer service here was phenomenal. No hassle, quick and easy return and replacement process. Thank you

I’ve ordered twice now from element. My package was delivered on time and without mistake both times as well as follow ups. So far so good and as always I love when I get stickers with my orders which some distributors fail to do but not element tattoo supply. Thank you guys looking forward to more orders. My last order was a case of twin blade razors which I find to be some of the cheapest on the market as well the greatest quality.

Incredible Customer Service. I purchased tattoo needles from them. The girl that answered the phone was so knowledgeable and helpful. It made my order so much easier. She knows the needles and brands very well. They have great prices and lots of options. I love how I dont need to buy 20 or 30 of 1 needle. I can buy a few or mix and match. I was purchasing from a store in Florida and when I had to do a return it cost over $15 just for shipping that was nonrefundable---I love how close this location is to me right here in CA.

I ordered something and I live in Alabama so I had to be shipped. I got it very quickly. I think I ordered it Sunday and I got it on Thursday which is quick coming from California. I can not speak highly enough Eddie and his team. When I purchased my Duke K1 kit, I hadnt received a ship notification and got in contact with the store. I was informed that there was a slight delay in the inventory reporting, so my machine was out of stock, and would not be available for another 2 weeks or so. I was, of course, perfectly fine with this. Its not the end of the world. Exactly 2 weeks to the day I was informed that the machine was being shipped, and it arrived very shortly after, with some gray wash ink bottles and a red ink bottle for the trouble, and a handwritten note. I never wouldve have expected something for free, especially for only having to wait an extra couple of weeks, but Eddie and his team operate with grace. The service is excellent, the products are wonderful quality, and the transparency/quality of service is something that all companies should strive for. Element is now my go to for any and all supplies I will need, and they are a true one stop shop as they carry everything you will need for your tattoo journey.Thanks again Eddie!

They have great customer care and services to offer in my case i was looking for a particular machine and they were out of stock but quickly restocked after a week i ordered and they went the extra step to make sure i ordered officially and legit to provide me with security and peace of mind.

The best customer service Ive had in my life. I live in southern Alberta, Canada and it was cheaper for me to order a pro kit from these guys and pay duty than it would have been to purchase the same stuff in Canada, so obviously good prices. They are listed as distributors for Axys, Dynamic, and Eternal (the products I purchased), so quality products. This is the BEST PART, I used my parents Credit card (Christmas+Birthday=tattoo equipment), And I used my wives aunties mailing address, and my contact info, this looked SUS, I was promptly texted, and emailed asking to call at my convenience. When I called they were super friendly heard my story and asked to speak with my family just to make sure that I wasnt committing credit card fraud, they confirmed my story and shipped my order out right away. I am always nervous that Im going to be ripped off online, or that Im ordering off of website selling knock off products. It was a breath of fresh air to have such a human experience ordering quality products online, and it brings me comfort knowing these guys are looking out for frauds.

I love how Element Tattoo gives you the option to use Afterpay, which makes it great to only pay 1/4th of the total order every two weeks. They shipped the order out extremes quick and I got it fast. I will order from them many times in the future based on all of these points.

The manufacturing for the element cartridges are better than the cartridges I’ve bought at another supplier from Los Angeles, where the membranes snapped numerous numerous numerous times. Great cartridges, I’m trying out their color inks as well as their brand of saniderm. Plus the location is pretty central, and they actually pick up the phone when you need them. Reliable, friendly, quality business.

This product is amazing. This will be the second time Ill be using it. The first time l didnt feel a thing until the very end of getting the tattoo done. I just recived my second shipment and cant wait to use it.

I got a full sleeve done in 2 days and I could not have done it without this product. I was blown away by how much it worked. All I could feel was the buzzing of the tattoo gun. There was no pain from the needle whatsoever. Then eventually when it was wearing off we’d just spray the area again and it worked so much faster because the skin is already opened up. It kept my skin from getting puffy so the artist had no issues either. I spent a total of 17.5 hours in the chair in 2 days and I couldn’t have done it without this freakin bottle! This product is 10000/10

I called to ask a question about it and the guy I talked to went as far as to FaceTime me and show me how the machine runs before I bought it . Yes FACETIME ! So first of all they have sent me needles that were close to expiring and told me too bad basically.. and on a past order i had purchased 3 of one item and they sent me one and when I called to let them know the guy acted like I was lying and trying to get product for free when I was NOT! And now I received an order with a box of needle cartridges and THE BOX WAS EMPTY! And on top of that the boxes were gross looking with black stuff all over them! Unsanitary for sure. And when I tried to call there was no answer or machine. And tried to email twice and got no response. I am done shopping through them. Eikon tattoo supplies and king pin are way more professional with better products and treat their customers with respect!! Element does not!

I’ve gone to this place a few times and it’s safe to say I probably won’t again. All the times I’ve went it’s been “sorry we don’t have that right now but we have this instead”. I went to get a cheap power supply to use temporarily and they didn’t have one, the only one they had didn’t have the cord, he said I could find it at a RadioShack type of store maybe. I went to the indoor swap meet five minutes away and found what I needed with great customer service instead.

I was excited to find a tattoo supplier that was willing to ship USPS to keep shipping costs to Alaska down. But then they refused to work with me on billing versus shipping address (I have the physical address as billing for FedEx orders, but USPS doesnt drop off there) Instead of trying to figure out a way to make the order work the employee just went with what was easiest for him and cancelled the order. He kept saying USPS could drop off there, some people just dont get rural Alaska living haha. Very disappointed!

My wife ordered me the five bottle grey wash tattoo ink we have never used this company before and figured we would check them out two of the bottles of ink were empty and ink was all in the box and leaking out the bottom of the box the white , black , and the dark grey wash were really nice ink cant tell you about the medium and the light didnt get to try them ...... I reached out to both companies the shipper and the provider and havent had any reply from either company

I was referred to this shop for some numbing cream. I was told that the brand tattoo numbing cream Co. Works great. And it works better then I could of imagined. I used it for the back of my knee, calf and ankle area and I didnt feel a thing for 3 hours. I just felt the pressure but it was like my leg had fallen asleep but without the Tingling feeling. Got that new GTXS Tattoo Pen Machine with the battery and by far the best investment I made since getting back to tattooing! Bobby had to of known I was going in for that pen even tho it was going for needles and I’m telling you I’m glad he got me on this pen it makes tattooing so much easier with the battery rather than the cords and peddle.
