I came here for both my belly button and nipples and both expierences were great! My piercer made me feel both really comfortable during the process and about the healing. I would totally recommend going here!

I got my industrial ear lobes and Helix down here highly recommend it felt a little pain if any they have great service as well.

I got all of my peirsing done here (septum, ears, eyebrow) the peircer was so sweet and was checking on how I was during the whole thing and was vary helpful with the after care and general questions about the peirsings

I got my septum pierced here and the piercing went through my cartilage and the piercer claimed it was my “sweet spot” i took it out and had to get it repierced by someone else. save your money, save your time, and save yourself.

I got some 24K earrings and they haven’t hurt my ears like prior ones before

The staff is nice but this shaded that fact that they don’t know how to pierce. Who pierces nipples with a curved bar. Idiots I tell you. They went through both of my areoles and left a mean scar on the left one. Save your money and spend it somewhere that has trained professionals

If I could give this a place more stars I would, 10 out of 10. I loved the girl there she was the piercer and she was the most sweetest and nicest girl ever! I loved her energy and how nice she was in general. I loved how she helped me by putting the earring on for me cause I couldn’t do it. I completely forgot to tip her and I feel so bad but best believe next time I get a piercing she’s getting a good tip but go here I recommend this place for pierced ears.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. The owner of this place is also a dog breeder. She sold my husband a very sick puppy. He got it for me because we just lost our 16 year old daughter, which this lady knew. The puppy was ill immediately, and even after multiple trips to the vet and an additional $650 in vet bills, the puppy died only 5 days after she sold him to us. The vet said he had giardia which he had when she sold him to us. We made multiple attempts to contact this lady via phone, text and email and she never would respond. In fact she blocked my number. She was well aware the puppy was sick when she sold him to us , or she would not have completely stopped communicating. She took our money and disappeared!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER !!!

I have a hard time with needles and getting the cartilage pierced was obviously painful. The girl who peirced my ear was very steady and did really well. I appreciate her and the piercing turned out really well. Everything was sterile and came in new packs. I had a good experience here.

Ive had 2 cartlidge piercings and belly button done here. Both girls were super friendly and quick. I would definitely recommend especially for the price!!

Meila did a really good job on my piercing and comforted me through the process. She’s very professional.They are extremely short staffed however so their hours listed on Google and their door are incorrect so I’ve learned to call ahead of time.

You honestly get what you paid for when you spend $16.00 for ear piercings.I went in & asked the lady there how they compare to Claire’s (Which I have gone to in the past for my other sets). She said just the price & no ear care sanitizer were different.My gut was already telling me that I should just go & pay a little more at Claire’s. I ignored it.She led me into a back room with poor lighting & a black gurney. I asked her how long she’s been doing this, & she claimed three years. I have doubts that the store has been open that long, not entirely sure. She dotted the mark that would indicate where the earrings would go (my third earring set). I verified that they were even.Then she did my right ear. It was fine. Then she got super close to my left ear to where her curly hair blocked the light, & she did that one. She stared at my ears in awkward silence, & then instead of admitting that she messed up she decided to tell me that one of my IDENTICAL ears was “flabbier” than the other. So that was her excuse why one was more spaced out from my other sets than the other earring was.I proceeded to kindly tell her to redo it & had to walk her step by step how to mark & place the gun to get it right (the “three years experience” to my no experience).She pierced me again & I left.I was way too nice to her, & was dumb enough to ignore the gut feeling telling me to go for quality over cheap service. I accept that much.Don’t make my mistake. Go to Claire’s to get your piercings done!

My daughter got her ear pierced and the earing fell out in her sleep. We called them the next day and they said she would have to pay again to re-pierce it literally $50 down the drain!! I bought a nose ring that same day and one of my balls fell out. Cheap jewelry and lousy customer service. Anyone else would have no problem re-piercing. Its considered after care. Go at your own expense and risk! They also stole my nose ring I accidentally left there after changing into my new one and said that it was thrown away!!! Worst place ever!!!

I went here almost three months ago now for a rook and daith piercing. the girl was really nice and comforting but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! She told me I could change the jewelry out after two weeks which I found out you should never ever do until it is fully healed. She told me I could use Claires Ear Care Solution which I also found out is not okay at all. I went to a professional piercer the next week and they immediately took my daith out and said it was way too shallow and it could easily be ripped out of my ear. My rook is on the verge of infection and Im still scared that it is shallow too. They told me room they take you to is actually the break room, and the jewelry is wayyyyyy too long for my ear but I cant change it or it could get infected too. Please, please, please do not go there for piercings under NO CIRCUMSTANCES! If youre anxious to get a piercing, please wait. DONT GO HERE!!!!

If you’re looking to get a piercing you have to ask for Meila! She is awesome! She’s super friendly and always goes above and beyond! If you’re nervous she makes sure to talk you through it and you know everything that she is going to do. Highly recommend her!

Unhygenic and probably illegal! My daughter worked here and was doing piercings without any knowledge of what she was doing. When I found out, we got her out of there. She wasnt even taught how to run the autoclave machine, which is a big deal when you are piercing belly buttons and noses! The owner is never available and there seems to be no corporate office. How this place is still in business is beyond me!

I got my belly button pierced in February and it was fine switching my piercing from another place and then I got one from them in the back that they gave me when they pierced me and I got a Granuloma and infection from the piercing. I took that one out they gave me and the infection went away but now I have a bump I have to get cut off because of them!!! I do not recommend this place at all!!!

The absolute best place to get a piercing as someone with really high anxiety Mila my piercer calmed me down and talked me through the entire process I felt safe 11/10 would absolutely recommend any first time people to head her way! Thank you Mila for the amazing experience ❤️

I walked in with my wife. The customer service was great. There willingness to talk and advise us of there favorite cakes and cookies, was a great experience. I love the butter finger cookies and the strawberry cake. And the tea was amazing also.

I just bought some jewelry for my wedding and the young lady that was there was very helpful. I got my nose pierced as well. Everything was in new packages and sterilized. I will be bringing my daughter to get her nose pierced.

The obese women with black hair has a major attitude very rude. Don’t go here.I purchased a necklace it and tarnished and broke right away. My sister got her ears pierced and got a infection. Don’t go here save ur time and money and go to Claire’s is across the street or any where else.

Came here for prom jewelry. Pieces were pretty, but my earring-cartilage clip broke before first wear and the necklace set was extremely low quality with a closer look.

Went in to look for more nose rings and the ladies in the store were extremely rude and never once asked if we needed help! I asked questions about sizes of nose rings and she treated me like I was dumb! bad service I will not be coming here again!
