I dont have any tattoos, but I do have a piercing up high on my ear. Periodically, I have surgery, and this piercing has to be removed. I am unable to replace the earring. I have visited Fine Line Tattoos for probably 15 years to have this earring replaced. The people are always so kind, and professional. I feel the place is clean. Im sure I will be visiting again, as I have more surgeries in my future.

Me and my fiance have came here multiple times and are never disappointed, Tomas is by far the best tattoo artist around I highly recommend him! And Abby their new piercer offers an amazing experience and is so gentle, we will be returning in the future!

Ovidio does some solid work! Some finer lines than some ol girls I used to date. HIGHLY recommend any tattooer at this shop. But, Vito is my go to.

Vido has done well over a dozen tattoos for me, whether it’s fine line style black and grey or color traditional pieces, he is a rad tattooist, chill shop vibe, check em out!!

Piercing experience wasn’t great. I didn’t feel welcomed as soon as I walked into the back room. It was clear the employees were ready to be done for the day. A girl that was training did my marking, but I didn’t like the placement for my nose piercing so I asked if we could lower it. I was talked out of changing the placement because if I wanted to use a hoop eventually, it “needed” to be where she said although it was too high for my nose structure. (This was my second time piercing my nose so I knew where I liked it) Jenn was the one to pierce it and that part was quick and smooth. I ended up removing the piercing and letting it close up because I tried to put in a hoop and the placement was completely wrong.

From planning the tattoo out, to the actual tattoo experience, this couldn’t have gone any better.Tom Yosenick is an absolute legend! In casual conversation he figured out exactly what idea I had in my mind, and put it in my skin, with his own artistic flair that only experience can bring.You can tell he was genuinely listening to what I wanted, with the intent to help.The atmosphere at the shop was very relaxed, but at the same time incredibly clinical.Tom’s station, and the whole shop were as clean as you’d expect your doctor’s office.What I thought was going to take multiple sessions, Thomas knocked out in less than 3 hours, including breaks!You can tell in the cleanliness of the lines, and the blends in the black and grey, he absolutely knows what he’s doing. The color packed in very well, and pops against the dark background!I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and I cannot wait to have more work done with Fine Line Tattoos.Thank you!!!!

I LOVE this tattoo studio! They have never failed me. About a year ago Thomas did two bengal tigers on each side of my ribs as my first ever tattoo, it was as painless as possible for that spot, and he worked quick and light handed! After a year they still are my brightest and boldest tattooes, and I show them off every chance I get! Enrique did a beautiful death moth on my sternum and coached me the whole way through! Not only is his work clean but he’s also great company and awesome to talk to. Compared to other studios, It felt like he really cared about it being absolutely perfect and wouldn’t tattoo me otherwise! And I cant forget Jen, who has now given me about 10 piercings now. From painless second lobes (that she realigned for me because claire’s messed me up as a kid!) to my nipple and belly piercing, she has always made me felt safe, secure, and 100% confident in my piercings! She gives wonderful aftercare advice (all of them do, really) and I seriously think the way she talks you through your piercing is what makes it so painless! I have brought / recommended all of my friends and family to this studio now, and they all can agree Fine Line is the best. I absolutely adore Fine Line and if you’re considering them, I promise you won’t find a better deal with better people anywhere in DFW!

This is my go to whenever I’m getting any tattoos or piercings done. I have a couple of tattoos done by different artists but so far Vido has been my go to. Vido is amazing and patient when tattooing. He doesn’t rush his work. I have 4 tattoos done by him and they’ve all healed nicely and the color still looks great.

Went with my friend for her to get some art. The artist drew up the design she had in mind and went to work. Very clean studio and the artist are very knowledgeable. Was not a very large tattoo, so it didnt take long to complete. Warning they only accept cash, and the studio minimum is $100. They do have an ATM for your cash needs. You might want to check the hours opened we went on a Friday and they closed at 10 pm. P.S. dont forget to tip your artist. The pic below does not show how vibrant the color is but is very vibrant and lines straight.

Went to go get my cartilage pierced with Jennifer and was beyond satisfied. She was super sweet and explained everything she was going to do before she did it. She provided a good understanding on the aftercare of the piercing.After not having luck with a tattoo shop closer to me, I am so glad that I messaged her and went to Fine Lines. I will definitely be using them again in the future!!Wanted to update my review, and add my experience with Abby as well! I went in sometime mid February to get my triples done and Abby made sure to help me pick out the right earrings and spaced them perfectly to help hide the slightly off center second piercing I have. She also swapped out my cartilage piercing for a different hoop.Love both of these ladies and can’t wait to use either one of them in the future!!

Love the vibe of the place. I have been nervous about getting a piercing and this place made it as painless as possible. Super easy process from start to finish and only took me about 15 mins to do. Sydney was awesome in the procedure as she talked me through everything that she was doing as it was being done. Thank you for making my first piercing an exciting one!

My friend recommended coming here to get my first tattoo and to be honest I was a little hesitant at first because I didn’t want it to come out bad or hurt to the point of taping out but I’m happy I came here. Vido did my tattoo and it was a really good first tattoo experience. He made me feel comfortable and at ease, he explained what he was doing on certain parts and I loved the stories he told it kept my mind off the tattoo happening. I also appreciated that he did alittle line work then shading so I could know what it would feel like, he also didn’t rush even when the shop was closed he still took his time to make sure he did his best work, he even added some petals to the sides of my tattoo to make it more symmetrical which made me love it even more. I’ll most definitely come back

Loved how my septum piercing came out i love the lady that did it she made sure i was okay at all times and explained step by step what she was doing and how to care for it !!! Really recommend i use them for tattoos got my dog memorial tattoo here also and had a great experience they r super nice and patient with the design and gave me great ideas !!

This is my 3rd time going to Fine Line. The staff is always great & the establishment is always clean. Just got a double nose piercing from Jen & shes awesome! Her bedside manner is on point & she walks you through everything!

I just got tattoo done here and it’s probably one of the best tattoos I’ve gotten. I personally got tattooed by the artist Vido, not only is their work amazing, they are also a kind and chill guy. He’s very light handed so the pain was minimal and had constant check ins to make sure I was okay. He will definitely be my got to artist for when I need new ink.💚

Went to get my brow done about a week or so ago, it came out great, the lady was extremely understanding about how scared i was, and was very patient with me! overall she is a great piercer & will be back for my septum!

Ive lived next to this shop for years. Recently my mother, brother and me got a family tat from Casey and then I came back and got a tat from Vido. My mom was so impressed with the shops skill and good customer service that she eventually went back for a small tat of her own from Vido. Keep up the good work yall.

Ok let’s just start out with saying, great place. Originally I was planning going to go to a different place but I was recommended Fine Line and decided to go with them. I came here 2 days after my 18TH birthday and they where amazingly friendly. I walked in and it was a whole different vibe and just all around super chill. I got snake bites which is two piercings on my bottom lip, where snake fangs would go. The piercing artist was super friendly and very patient. I changed the positioning a couple times and they where super accommodating to my wants. They do it with a needle by hand so no gun. Which sounds more rough but it actually feels way better then with a gun. Everything was super clean and sterile. It was 70 for the 2 and honestly it’s worth every penny. As far as payment they only take cash so make sure you have enough. They had an ATM there but it was not working whenever I went, so just plan ahead of time.For sure going back for future tattoos and piercings.

I got my nose pierced by the lady and she did a great job! She was as gentle as possible, kept everything sanitary, and the prices were good. Recommended!

Chill place for art tats my guy Rob did 2 on me other guy there did 3 on my daughter. I got my son, daughters birthdays with angels. Its been several years ago however, my daughters birthday has no dash ex. 4 3-87 its a good tat though would like to get more. Overall l rate fine line tats a small business with professional art tattooist piercing as well

Very professional and clean very happy with what I got done and will be going back in the future although I would be aware to bring cash because thats their only payment method that they take however they do have an ATM in their lobby I chose the pictures I did because they show the area that I got pierced which was my eyebrows theyre still healing doing fairly well though still keeping up with the care of what the piercers told me to do

Tom did a great job with our tattoos! My fiance and I are getting married and decided on simple solid ring tattoos. We love them, was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes for both of us. Definitely recommend this place! Great stuff, with great skills.

I got my septum done and the person that did it was absolutely fantastic and made me feel very comfortable. very quick, in and out. extremely cheap too! usually septums are around $60, but this was $50 including the aftercare! we tipped them very well and it’s healing beautifully. definitely will be back for more piercings.

Tom Yosenick did an amazing job on a birthday tattoo of a luna moth. The tattoo is beautiful and he was brilliant to work with. He does several family members art - definitely recommend!

I got my septum pierced here, and it’s been about a week and a half, and I got to say the whole the experience was fast and easy. I was a walk in and right away was asked what I wanted and was handed paperwork to fill out, after that they took me to a room and mind you everything in this place was nice and clean. I walked in and sat down and I was a bit nervous but my piercer was perfect. Didn’t make me nervous at all and told me what was going to happen. She did it quick and fast and barely any pain or discomfort. The only thing I wished she would’ve taken into consideration is how big the piercing was. Mine was a little bit too small as it was touching the bottom of my nose and usually septum’s hang a little lower, but it’s no issue as I can change it when it’s completely healed. Other than that I am definitely coming here for future piercings as the whole staff was super friendly and I had a great experience. :))

I’ve gotten two piercings done here. I went today for a septum piercing and Heather was AWESOME! I was in and out in about 15min. This was paperwork, setup, piercing, and aftercare instructions!!

I have been going to this tattoo shop for my piercings for 3 almost 4 years now and it is the only place I will let pierce me. I’ve been to other places and nobody else compares. I’ve had my septum, bellybutton, rook, and mid helix done here and they all were done so well and healed good too. My septum piercing was actually messed up bad by another shop and this shop was able to make my piercing experience good again and re do my septum correctly. Absolutely love fine line! The piercers are friendly and make you feel comfortable with what they’re doing! 10/10 recommend!!

Highley was incredible! She pierced my nose this past weekend and I cannot recommend her enough. No pain, quick, and easy. She was knowledgeable and professional as well. Will definitely be going back for my next piercing!

I just got my nose pierced here 3 days ago and I love it so much! I can’t remember the piercers name, but she was awesome and made everything so quick and easy. I was in and out in like 10 minutes and everything was very clean. I’m sending my mom and sister here for their nose piercings and will recommend to anyone looking to get something done!

My best friend & I got our nipples pierced. We were very pleased. The place was very clean. The young lady that did our piercing was very nice, patient, & informational. Heal process was perfect.. I would give this place 10 stars if they had it.

Highley is the only piercer I trust and the only person I recommend to my friends & family for piercings. I love this shop and Jen is my go to piercer 100%. I have had multiple piercings done by her throughout the years, dermal, conch, lobes, rook, triple helix, nose, she can do it all and she always makes me feel at ease and talks me through the piercings (even though they never hurt ha ha). Today was my dads birthday but he passed back in May 2019. So it’s the first birthday without him. My brother and I went in for a memorial tattoo. One with my dads hand writing, and his birth date and passing date. I was terrified it would be messed up. Enrique Castillo did our tattoos, and he did absolutely incredible. I’m so proud of the way it turned out, it looks almost identical to his writing. We had to adjust it just a little and he did amazing with it. He kept me distracted because I was definitely hurting (physically and emotionally). I won’t ever go anywhere else for a tattoo if I decide to get another one. Everyone of the staff was nice and accommodating. I also got my ears pierced again since they closed up. The lady at the front was learning so I let her do them and she did amazing as well. She kept asking to make sure I was comfortable. I love this shop all the way around.

I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing a review to see if my piercing would heal and guess what, no complications whatsoever! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tattoo shop! The shop is clean and they are very sanitary. I wanted to get my septum piercing done but I’m glad my piercer ( Highley I think her name was, I could be dead wrong though) told me I wouldn’t be able to flip it up, so instead I got a nostril piercing. She is very friendly and talkative! I’m for sure going back to get my septum and double earlobe piercings! The piercings are a pretty penny but they are worth it.

Fine Lines Tattoo shop has been a great experience for me. The first tattoo I got done was on my ribs that said “blessed.” My tattoo artists that did all of my work is Enrique Castillo. He is super persist on how the stencil looks and is very cautious as well, he has done an amazing job on my tattoos from the ribs, thighs and arms. I recommend this tattoo shop. Everyone is super nice and amazing at their jobs. Once I’m back in Texas, I’m heading straight here to finish my arm.

I got my nose pierced with Jenn two days ago and I would definitely recommend her! I was referred to the shop by a friend who had her piercings done here. Jenn is very experienced and explanatory. She explains every movement before she makes it and takes the time to make sure you like the placement of the piercing before moving forward. Ive never had any face piercings but she made me feel at ease with the process. People have told me that the clamp hurts but it didnt for me! If you are interested in getting a piercing, go see Jenn!

Got my nose pierced. Place was immaculate. The piercer Haley, was very patient, since I am a chicken. She was very professional and helpful. I had taken my son to get his 1st tattoo here years ago and Ive nothing but great friendly service. Will definitely recommend.

Got my septum pierced here and the lady did an amazing job. I barely felt the needle and she was very careful to make sure it wasn’t crooked and was in the exact right place. It’s been about a week and it’s healing up great!

The stars are really for Justin. I followed him after he left another shop. Hes done 5 of my tats now on my arm. Amazing guy and highly recommended. Clean, sharp tattoos that I get tons of comments on. His art is art that I wear with pride.Now onto the shop. I was nervous coming to a new shop after Justin left the other place. I REALLY like the shop he came from. However Fine Line is bigger than the other shop, and the artists have their own rooms which is great. Privacy, a closed door, and no having to deal with people walking in to bother us.One thing I didnt know til I got there (maybe because their dinosaur of a website hasnt been updated in a few years), is they are CASH ONLY, but they have an atm.The waiting area of the shop itself is clean and a decent size...until you come to the important part of this review. This shop is INSANELY busy. I came at 1pm on a Saturday after having talked w/ Justin beforehand. When I got there, there was already like 5 people in the lobby wanting piercings or tattoos. Walk ins, mind you, not people with appointments. These customers had a lack of respect for the industry and the artists, as you cant just waltz in and expect the artists to immediately wait on you and whip up some complicated custom art without a wait. So please, contact your desired artist and make an appointment!!!

Got a piercing. The girl, Jen, was pretty busy but when it was my turn she was very professional. She was thorough and made sure I liked the placement. She was quick which minimized my nervousness!! She also made sure all my questions were answered. The place could use some updating and redecorating. But All the equipment is sterilized or single use. I would go back again.

Came to get a piercing for my daughter told us that last wall in was at 5 and that we needed her school id.We drove 30 minutes home and 30 minutes back only to have the girl tell us that she couldnt take us anymore altho we were still here at 4:20..They she acted like she didnt care like it wasnt her problem at all.They service is definitely not good at all. I would recommend looking for a place that cares about their customers.

I love my piercing. My piercer was a girl named Sydney. I was really nervous as it was my first time to get anything pierced. Sydney handled the situation very well and talked me through and convinced me that I’m it would not hurt and it didn’t :). 10/10 experience

I just got my first piercing by Kali with a friend of mine, everything about her was great, she was a very professional and experienced piercer. She could tell we were nervous and made us feel at ease, she gave us a aftercare sheet to let us know how to care for our septums. I asked many questions and she answered everything. I am planning on returning to upgrade my jewelry in a couple months. Also a tip, she seems to work on Wednesdays so if youre looking for her try coming in on a Wednesday!

Girl who works the front on Saturday nights is extremely rude and unprofessional. My ID was expired by 1 day and she refused to let me in, or have my TWIN sister sign for me. I am 25 years old. She laughed right in my face and cussed me out. Went to another shop in the area and they did my two piercings and did better than I’ve got from fine line in the past. I had $100 in my pocket to leave as a tip since this was a piercing for my birthday…. Thanks anyway! :)

Enrique Castillo...... Words can not explain the beauty in his detail of tattoo. This was very first tattoo ( sternum). This place was clean friendly and very comforting. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for the best. Come here if you need anything done. He was very informative before, during, and after the process. Great place to be if you need quality, perfection, professionalism, and trustworthiness. This is the only shop I will ever get work done by from now on!!!!! Left a very happy customer!

I got my industrial and daith piercings done by Jen today. I was a little nervous but Jen put me at ease by being really informative and friendly. She’s beyond amazing and I will be returning for all of my future piercings.

They turned away a couple with no masks while I was there. 👎🏻 Besides forcing people to wear face diapers, satisfactory experience all around. Probably will be back.Update 7 months later: went back to Highley to fix my septum piercing I had done at Freak Show. SIDE NOTE: Do not go to Freak Show; Sage messed me up twice and I finally had to take it out. Highley was amazing. My piercing looks great and she’s the coolest 👍🏻 Should’ve come here to begin with lol. She’s my piercer from now on. Go see her!

Kali is an awesome piercer! Quick and efficient, theres not a lot of time to worry about the needle pinch for babies like me, who even though were not new to piercing, still feel like big ol weenies about it. Kali talked to me about other things all the way through, and then gave me an refresher on after care. We also talked about her permanent makeup, which also sounds amazing. I didnt wait long from start to finish, and she was DEFINITELY worth the drive to Garland. Ill be back!

I came to Fine Line with the only peircings being my ears when I was a kid. I decided that I wanted a tiny nose piercing. I had read reviews and appreciated what I read. Luckily Jen was working today. She absolutely lived up to the reviews. Very personable and professional. She let me know every single thing she was doing before she did it. She educated me on proper care and cleaning. I cant wait to get back for a small cartilidge piercing. Maybe even a new tat!! Thanks Jen!!

From the moment i walked in, everyone was very friendly. As soon as I signed the paperwork i was headed to the back. In and out in like 15 minutes. Highley was very professional, fast, and very instructive. She did an amazing job placing my piercing , it is amazing and im in love. Thank you so much !

My wife and I went there today to get an industrial in her ear and we were very happy with how everything went. Kali was awesome, she took the time to talk to us and the piercing was quick and professional. We would definitely recommend her!

My daughter wanted her ears pierced. So we went to the Mesquite store. The piercer there make my daughter feel comfortable. We left happy. Sad to say two weeks into the healing the right earring becak embedded into her ear. So we went to the mesquite store to at the least be told what to do. That piercer was out of the office that day. We were told to go to the Garland location. We did. They removed the earring told my daughter what needed to be done. Make her feel super safe. Done.On top of this their ATM was not working so i had no cash to pay her. I told her this before hand and she did it anyway. I can say any holes poked in my family s body will be done by fine line tatoo. Very pleased with both stores piercers

Went for something simple for me and my lady, We both are very pleased with the final product. J.Garza was quick and very professional, he asked what it is we were wanting to get and quickly sketched out something for me and even did superb free hand work. Came out better than expect which is what you always want from a tattoo !

Sometimes a person just wants a couple small filler tattoos on a whim, but I really seemed to have a tough time with that yesterday - Covid not even being a factor. I just felt like none of the shops I visited were interested in a couple little quickies.Taylor at Fine Line was totally willing to do that, and even the small day staff made me glad Id stopped by. Basically, I felt like, Somebody please take my couples hundred dollars for a max of 30 minutes time and a little black ink, but I ended up in North Garland before somebody took me up on it. I grabbed Taylors card because he may be worth visiting at his home Fine Line in Dallas. He gave me exactly what I was looking for, and Im super happy I found him there.

I have gotten about 20 of my 24 piercings done here, either by Kali or their former piercer, Kimberly. Kali is quite kind and extremely helpful and highly effective in her piercing techniques. the studio is impeccably clean and Kali is remarkably professional. the same can be said for their former piercer, Kimberly. each piercer has been a godsend to me; not only in performing piercings, but gladly helping me with any of my current piercings that needed a little tlc. I have been coming to fine line for nearly seven years and still currently have my industrial piercing that Kali performed in 2009. I always recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a good piercer who is efficacious in her work and is friendly and helpful.

I would not recommend this place. Showed up on Sunday for a small, basic tattoo and there was one artist working. He had another client and said he could start on mine in 30-45 minutes. I waited almost 2 hours before being told to just come back the next day. Very unprofessional, lack of communication and I will not be returning.

I had my first tattoo done at Fine Line in May by Enrique. I have to tell you, he was professional and courteous and it turned out absolutely great. Ill be using them again! My husband got a tattoo at the same time by Tom and his turned out marvelous as well. Very clean, sterile environment and my husband also got some piercings that night and it was done so quickly and efficiently that Im sad I didnt know about Fine Line when I was getting my piercings.

Tom did an awesome job on giving me and my two siblings our tattoos. He answered any and all questions and was patient with us throughout the whole process. All of our tats turned out great. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Great Customer Service. Very informative of after care, friendly, prompt, and gentle handed. I only had services from the piercer Highley and I believe either Savanah or Samantha, Im so sorry if I got that wrong. I was there 8/2/21 and 4/18/22. But everyone was really nice.

Kali was amazing! I had a daith piercing done. She was very skilled and super knowledgeable. There was little to no pain involved in the piercing itself. I would highly recommend her and the shop.

Their piercer Highley Robertson is so sweet she is very friendly answers any abd all questions you have. She knows what she is doing. And its the only place i go to get my tattoos all their artist are amazing. I really recommend them for anything you need done.

Kali is the best piercer in the metroplex! highly recommend! she was very informative, quick, and just made my whole piercing experience comfortable. I was nervous to get my nose pierced but I realized it was nothing after it was done.

Daughter just went in due to an ear piercing.

My daughter had a great experience with getting her cartilage pierced. Kali was professional, helpful, kind, and quick! Everything was clean and I was very pleased with our experience.

Very clean atmosphere, have heard nothing but good things and only have had piercings done here. Some of the piercers are very warm and welcoming, but some of the people in the shop last time I was in made me feel rather unwelcome and a bit out of place. Highly recommended for good quality work but not the friendliest shop in the area.

Was doubting my decision to get a helix. Told myself, if the piercers not there, if theyre rude, if this, if that. It was obviously meant to be. Highley was very nice, I had the right amount of cash for the piercing plus tip and didnt even have to wait long to get it done. She went over how to maintain it afterward and about 20 minutes later I was out the door with a new hole in my head. 20 something years ago a friend of mine and I went to get tats at Fine Line around here, dont think it was this location, but they were so rude I hadnt been back til now. Glad I gave them another chance.

I just walked in, showed my tattoo, and we were on our way. good prices, great atmosphere, and really nice, chill, and talented people! john did my small tattoo and it was perfect, definitely coming back for future tattoos!

First ink. Had a referral and saw the work by Casey C. Big friendly guy, very easy to work with. Told him what I wanted and set an appointment to start the work. He spent over two hours just working the image to get it right - perspective, proportions, expressions, etc. Then two hours later, the line work was done. Looks great. Cant wait to see it finished in color with detail worked out. Highly recommend him - great attitude and great artist.

The work is alright. It just sucks that if you want a palm size tattoo its like 200 -300 $ and you can get it cheaper and same quality at fresh ink. Great people tho. The artist was super genuine. Id go back but not for anything big.

Im 13 and my first time getting my ears pierced , I got two lobe piercings on each ear and it couldn’t have gone any better Kali was amazing she made sure the piercings weren’t crooked and I loved the way they turned out !! Highly recommend this place !

Only giving five stars so you can read this!! THIS PLACE WAS AWFUL!!!!!!! A friend and I went in to get our tattoos and I wanted a four inch tree and the guy tried to charge me $350 for it!!!!! So I automatically chose to not get mine done here then my friend stated she wanted a Arrow down her spine because her mother had the same one and proceeded to show him a picture he then INSULTED her tattoo which had meaning and told her it would look Crooked!!!!! He said he would charge her $650 for just a arrow we went to other tattoo shops with better ratings and they then informed me mine would only cost $100 and hers would cost $200 THEY SCAM YOU FOR MONEY!!! Please be careful for people like this!!

5 stars is entirely for Kali the piercer. Ive never come here for tattoos. Shes gone now unfortunately but hopefully shes left some equally badass piercers behind. This shop is very clean and friendly.

Always had a great experience at fine line when it came to getting piercings, Ive sent a lot of my friends there for piercings as well. Recently I went in for a tattoo and it smelt like weed, and I do not find that professional at a place that will be altering your body.

Great work but probably one of the most expensive shops Ive ever been in. They are good but not good enough to pay that much.

Good place was clean and they do good work! Only four stars because they are a little overpriced. I would definitely return for some more ink . I got my anniversary date on my finger and it hurt definitely wont get anymore on the hands!

Jen pierced my conch and nose here back in April. She is so nice and explains everything so well. Unfortunately, my nose piercing fell out and I have to get it repierced, but Im definitely going back to Jen!

Took my daughter for her first Tattoo. Gave the artist a custom drawing. The tattoo he gave her was horrible. I sure hope someone is able to fix this mess. The outcome was awful, they convinced her to do a lot larger tattoo to get the detail in the drawing only to end up with a horrible large tattoo. Lines are crooked and do not line up, the detail is not accurate and looks nothing like the initial drawing. I can’t believe this would be acceptable work to put on an 18 year old who has to live with this for the rest of her life. They did not give her any aftercare information which you think would be important for someone with a first Tattoo. I hope someone contacts us to get this corrected.

Excellent service. Excellent staff. Excellent art.The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 is the parking situation, as in there are like 4 of them. And there is no overflow parking. My dh had to drive around awhile after he dropped me off. Otherwise, an amazing little shop with very talented artists.

Could never get anybody to answer on the phone my husband and I both wanted tattoos and tried multiple times calling the numberon the card that was given to us to make our appointments and ask some questions and nobody answered. So we decided to go somewhere else.

The place is very clean which was nice but I went a few months ago to get my belly button pierced and the piercer refused to do it and told me I shouldn’t get it done and that it wouldn’t heal correctly. I went somewhere else to get it done and they didn’t hesitate to do it for me and I have had no healing issues.

Been here twice to get my septum pierced and my eyebrow pierced. Was a perfect experience both times. Great female piercer. Would definitely recommend :)

This place is cash only, which is kind of a pain. But they have a atm machine on site. The piercing was a good experience. There was quite a wait and there are only 2 seats in the lobby. Plan on standing if there is a line.

The girl who does the piercing is everything that a professional piercer should be...did my and ny two sisters nose and was quick and painless...Ive had alot of piercings and she is by far the best....she needs a raise

Had an existing Koi finish on my arm re colored. I like it and looks good. They didnt wrap it with protective wrap when finished so I had to clean and wrap it myself but tattoo looks great.

Tom did my 4th tattoo tonight. Celtic Knot on the outside of my left ankle with the words No Matter What in a very nice script font abive it. He was super professional, friendly, and his work is amazing. Clean lines, amazing shading. PLUS he guarentees his work for life. He is the only artist to ever tell me any problems, come back and hell fix it. No matter when. The shop is clean, comfortable, and inviting. I will definitely be going back for future work!

I went to Kali to get my septum piercing about 2 months ago and she was awesome. she told me in 6-8 weeks I could come back and get a smaller horseshoe so I went back today just to purchase the horseshoe and one of the men came up to the front and told me I couldnt purchase jewelry until kali was done, which would be in an hour, because he didnt know anything about jewelry. I asked him why I couldnt just purchase it, because I had driven 40 minutes, and he said he doesnt know anything about that crap. I didnt know I had to make an appt just to buy jewelry. maybe you should know a little more info instead of turning people away. ridiculous.

My friend got her helix pierced there and they gave her a hoop instead of a horse shoe piercing or stud. Its infected right now and the swelling has no where to go.

Called prior to visit. I wanted to use divorce decree instead of birth certificate for my child. I recieved the O.k. over the phone. When I get there..I get the blow off and they tell me that they cant use the decree.

I guess this is a franchise type place and holds franchise type hours because we were told to come on up and when we got there they were no longer doing piercings because they were closing at 8... Real tattoo shops open at 2 in the afternoon and stay open till 2 a.m..... So we found another place
