My daughter went crazy she was happy she found her best friends jewelry and all the colorful stuff she needed for her friends birthday party at school. Some of the stuff its way overpriced but some of the deals make it work at the end. The clearance bins can be bigger and more stocked, after all, everyone likes a good sale. Costumer service was ok, could had been better,but overall not bad for birthdays or any other occasions.

The staff did an amazing job piercing my daughters ears today. Even after she had a meltdown and eloped, they offered to lock the doors then provided a stuffy to squeeze and lolipops to enjoy after. They were incredibly accommodating to her special needs and patient. Im just very impressed by their overall professionalism. They doubled up, did both ears at once, and had a very sterile and systematic approach. Honestly, it took me 5 years to get the guts to do this, because as an ASD mama, most typical activities turn traumatic. So thank you, thank you x 1 million!!

Sanelle was an amazing customer service person! She greeted us promptly and friendly and helped with my elderly mom’s earrings. She was sweet and professional and we are glad we went after a rude encounter at Lakeline. Thank you again Sanelle!

Seems they close at 3 on Sundays eventhough lights are on and people are behind the counter. Me and others tried to get in and they just watched behind the counter. Need to change hours online and on the door if they arent going to be open.

I wish i could have rate 0 stars in customer service. The young ladies at this location are helpless, feb 4,2023 2:30 pmMy son went in and ask for price on piercings they told him 30 to 130, depending on the earrings, but never told him where he could choose from. We were they for a good 30 minutes and finally they come to us and told usnif wanted a piercing done we said yes than she said they arent able to do it because they had appointments which is understandable but they took walk-ins because she told us that and she was like but not anymore and no one was there for another appointments. Just a bad experience

My 10 year old was thinking about getting a second hole in her pierced ears, I took her here and it was SUCH a wonderful experience that I ended up getting mine pierced, too! Thank you to Cynthia-- her friendliness & professionalism is the reason this was such a smooth experience, this will be our new go-to spot for accessories. I absolutely love this memory of us.

I made an appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced at the Wolf Ranch location for 4:30. We live in Leander and it’s a 20 min drive at the least. I was very disappointed when we walked up to the door to find it locked and the lights off. Online it said they were open and closed at 7 so I have no idea what’s going on at this place. I won’t be scheduling her again at any Claire’s.

This has been our go-to Claire’s for our daughters. Never had an issue until today. Might be the first review I’ve ever posted for anything. We showed up at 3:40 PM this Saturday afternoon for one of our daughters to use a gift card from Christmas, and a sign on the door said they were closed, but returning at 4:00 PM after a break. No biggie. We waited in parking lot for 20 minutes and noticed an employee go to the door for what we assumed was to take down the sign. However upon going back to entrance, the sign had been changed to 4:20 PM, still for a break. We are now waiting again. I’m not mad, but it does seem odd for a retail store to close down for a 40 minute “break” on a Saturday afternoon. Posting this just in case a manager may see it and want to address the situation. Seems some employees may just be taking advantage of some paid R&R. 6 families have come and gone. I’m sure Claire’s is fine without the business, but that’s not the point. I’m committed to the wait regardless because I have a 5-year-old who has been asking for a week to go shopping, and no other stores that I know of accept Claire’s gift cards. Again, love this particular store. Probably been here at least 5 other times with completely pleasurable experiences, but just a bit irked at today’s situation.

The associate who pierced my ears was very attentive. She explained the process very well . There were a lot of customers in the store and she did a great job trying to take care of everybody. I’m still healing so all I can address at this point is her professionalism in doing the piercing.

Absolutely wonderful! Professional with an abundant selection of jewelry. Friendly staff guided my daughter and myself through are ear piercings with beautiful gold posts. Thank you for a wonderful experience that our family will remember!

My second ear piercings experience was absolutely terrible. The lady had these long fingernails and she told me that she would count to three but she didn’t so I’m almost certain she accidentally pierced it when she didn’t mean to. Anyways, my second piercing is so poorly misplaced that you can’t even put an earring in the original piercing. We then waited in a 30 minute line to check out where I voiced my unhappiness and with no apology she charged me full price for the piercing. I’ve never regretted something more in my life, DO NOT go to Clairs for a piercing, go to a real piercer.

Got my ears pierced here, and had the worst experience. For starters, it was a complete scam. The prices were outrageous and I told the lady working there I didnt need the cleaning solution because I had some rubbing alcohol at home. She told me what they sold was a salt water treatment and that I shouldnt use what I had because it can dry my ear out and cause infections.. I mean just think about that for a second. So anyways she charged me for the salt water in a bottle (despite me saying I didnt want it) along with my newly pierced ears, and I left. A few days later my piercings started getting irritated because I can only wear sterling silver which they didnt offer. So I took the earrings out and put my own in. One went in just fine, but in my right ear I realized the piercing was so angled I couldnt put the earring through. I went back to the store the next day and showed the lady working there how they pierced my ear and even she saw how angled it was. I asked for her to re pierce it for free since they messed up and handed her one of my earrings to use. She refused to do it with my earring so I then asked for a discount because their tiny stud white gold earring was $40, a complete ripoff. She refused to give me a discount on just one earring. So I then asked for a refund because I didnt pay to get my ear pierced that horribly and again she refused, so I left the store. Not going back again and definitely do NOT recommend getting your ears pierced here.

Had my 7 yr olds ears pierced the other day at the Georgetown location. The associate, Ciara, was so good and sweet with my daughter. Wanted to leave a good review and give her kudos since our previous experience at the LakeLine mall location was absolutely horrible.

Ciara was awesome! Came in for some piercings and had never had my ears pierced before and she made it super quick and easy and explained the after care instructions pretty well.

The nose jewelry I got from there literally turned green. The lady there said it was real and doesn’t rust

My daughter got her ears pierced here. The employee sterlized everything. The staff was helpful and nice. This is one of the cleanest claires i have been in.

Small store that is packed with stuff. As a result, if there are more than 10 people in here at once including workers it becomes difficult to maneuver in here. They have a decent amour of inventory, but not as much as other stores in the mall. This store is comparable to the one at the outlets.

Ciara helped me and my family and she was phenomenal on several occasions. She provided excellent costumer service in a time when most people don’t care to.

Went to go take my daughter to get her ears pierced and Ciara did a good job and was very patient with my daughter :)
