One Love Tattoos

I have been coming to One Love for a while now and I genuinely cannot understand how anyone could leave a bad review! This shop has the most knowledgeable, kind, and respectful staff I have ever encountered. From the multiple piercings I have received to products purchased, the ladies really know their stuff! The girls, Cas and Bella are so sweet and make every visit a phenomenal experience.I have been pierced by both girls, I don’t remember which is the apprentice but who really cares because they both did a fantastic job. They both answered all questions no matter how ridiculous and I’ve had absolutely no issues with healing at all.If you come into this store and have an issue with any of the staff, remember kindness is a 2 way street. Maybe instead of leaving a bad review and pointing fingers you child check yourself and take accountability for the way you speak to people and conduct yourself in a public setting because they really are so kind and humble.

April 20.I had both ears done for $60.I told the person who was the only person in the store at the time that I was there to have my ears done to hopefully stop me from having migraines. She said she has had several customers come in and have one ear done and not the other and it works and some have both ears done and still end up having migraines. I was willing to take the risk and still continuing with both ears.The person set up her station in the back and I knew she felt rushed because she made the comment about being the only person in the shop and needs to be available for all customers that come inside. The next employee wouldnt be back for 15 minutes or so.First thing I noticed was she didnt mark my ear or ears. She didnt even ask me if this was were I wanted it to be.Second thing I noticed was she was done in less than 7 minutes all together.Third thing was the jewelry was stuck and she had trouble with the second ear and I told her that it was more painful than the first.At the end I experienced my concerns for the balls on the jewelry feeling very tight and the bar was short not leaving any room for piecing to heal.She said it would be fine because its swollen currently. I cleaned it and took care of my piecing just like I was instructed to use contact solution.6/21 my right ear was continuing to still hurt and I went and asked for my jewelry to be cut out or replaced because I was having trouble removing it. I was told the shop was busy and I would need to return in 2 hours or next business day.6/23 I returned and was told manager or owner wasnt available and I needed to leave my contract information which I did and never received a call.6/23 I had to cut my ear ring out on my right ear.6/26 I had to cut my ear ring out on my left ear.Yes I am pain free. $60 I wasted. I just wish my jewelry had been replaced when I asked to avoid this experience. I wouldnt recommend this business.

I came here a couple months ago to get a naval and a helix. They had amazing customer service who we chatted with while waiting my turn to get pierced. The piercer (Travis) was great! He even checked on me after I got my piercings to make sure I wasnt light headed or dizzy. Great place and I plan to return for more July 2nd!

What a great experience. We celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday with matching tattoos. Sarah was open and receptive to making the experience as great as possible. The front end crew was so welcoming as it was a family experience. Thanks again. Update. I’ve been charged a reoccurring amount for $4.05 cents since November from One Love Tattoo. Any information regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

I went in to get 2 of my helix piercings changed out from studs to hoops. The gal helping me had a really hard time getting the jewelry in, and finally she did. Well, I think she must have not closed the hoops all the way because I just realized that on BOTH of them, where the hoop connects is half in my ear and half out, so the back side of my piercings have closed and the hoop is no longer connected. I’m very disappointed as I waited for over a year to get new jewelry and now I have to either take them out and let them heal or re-pierce them because they are halfway closed.

My sister and cousin were treated terrible at this location. Wouldnt recomened to anyone. Theres a lot of good places out there for getting your next tattoo. Dont waste your money or time here. Thank you for your response. And Im not insulting anyone. Sounds like your the one insulting people that came to your place of business to get tattoos for thier 17 year old son who just passed away. They have reviews for a reason. Just letting the public know of the horrible experience they had while at your place of business.

One Love has a great Delta 8/9 product selection and Steve has given me a great tattoo! Highly recommend coming here for Delta products and tattoos. Very nice people too!

I have been coming here since November of 23, and Jen and Travis have always taken care of my fiancé and I and made sure we always had everything we needed ! Their products are top tier , best place to get tattoos and piercings, fairly priced and so welcoming ! I will never stop coming here !

Got a tattoo here about two years ago, and today just got some piercings! Awesome people. Very clean and welcoming environment.Love the vibe and how many services they provide. Always have had good interactions with the staff.Much love to One Love❤️

From day one they have been the most friendly shop of this type. And their product knowledge is outstanding. If you are in need of THC and CBD products this is a must stop. Ask for Cassidy, shes GREAT!

I was incredibly insulted by this place. I went in with a group of family members to get a memorial tattoo for my nephew who just passed away. Extremely over priced and the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. The “artist” came out and said quote” you want me to tattoo THIS on you? Looked at my cousin and said can you draw that? Then proceeded to tell me $400 for some tiny script and tiny hearts under it…. After I stated I couldn’t pay $400 he said word for for word to me “ I don’t tattoo people with rebel flags so I’m already pushing it and told the lady to rip up my paper work” meanwhile my cousin just lost her son. This “rebel flag” is memorial tattoo for her brother. So now she is in there having to defend a tattoo about her brother she lost while trying to get a memorial tattoo for her son she lost as well. They wanted $300 for 2 tiny tattoos on everyone else. Offered us weed to off set some of the cost. We don’t use drugs sorry. No one was ok with the prices at all. Every single person in that shop except the young girl that doesn’t tattoo at all behind the counter was by far the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met. How sad that 6 people go into your shop after a 17 year old passes away and has to leave feeling the way we felt. Shame on you for running a business this way and treating customers this low. I hope this review gets to everyone and anyone so they can see the FACTS on what really goes on in One Love. I’m still upset over how he treated me. This place really shouldn’t be in business. Disgraceful. Not to mention after all that. THEY KEPT OUR MONEY!With that being said. We went somewhere else and got all of our tattoos and paid half the price. They are all absolutely perfect and the experience was top notch.Edit- Instead of apologizing for the very poor customer service we received and try to make it right proceed to continue and argue with your customers and call me names. I FELT HURT AND TOTALLY DISRESPECTED. My family felt hurt and disrespected. All yall cared about what how much money yall could get out of us. Not even I’m sorry for your loss. What he did was wrong period. He is the one that said to rip up my paper work. Not me. I wish yall the very best. I just hope people can see and read this and think twice before giving a place like this their hard earned money.

Their staff here were very nice and I am definitely not trying to attack them. I got two tattoos here a year ago with an apprentice, it wasn’t made clear to me that she was an apprentice when I had called ahead to see if they had any openings but after getting there and realizing I figured I’d just get them because I was already there. The girl that did them was very unprofessional and could not seem to get the placement right and I had asked her to fix it six times because it was crooked or too close to the center of my wrist. She informed me that she wore glasses but she doesn’t like wearing them (she was not wearing them during this appointment). I messaged the instagram account after I got home because the one on my wrist was particularly bad. They told me to come back in 2-3 weeks and the same girl will go over it, but after she had already messed up so badly I wasn’t comfortable having her tattoo me again so I did not come back. I have photos from after it had just been done and after a year. Just have a recent picture of the neck tattoo I had also gotten.

Horrible place i bet his mommy is so proud of how disgusting her son is. This is a tattoo shop dont need your nasty dust that hung from ceilings. I know this Owner is gonna come back and say some nasty stuff but hey its ok reviews speak for themselves. I would suggest going to Legacy Tattoo voted top 5 or Gipsy Tattoo shop. Owners very respectful and not trashy. Do your research

Love this place! Travis is the best, so friendly and I love how he captured the fine lines in my tattoo that just match my style! He got us in quickly and made adjustments as needed. All the staff is knowledgeable and awesome, best in Georgetown for sure!

Had both my daiths pierced here at separate times. The gentleman that pierced the second time was wonderful. Minimal bleeding and swelling. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Excellent shop and even better hospitality. Do recommend to anyone in the area.

Cool little shop with a punch card system to keep you coming back. Not the best selection of studs/gauges but they have enough.

The workers are really nice. However, their times of operation on google are not always correct. I did show up one day mid afternoon and google said it was open but it was not

Popped in for a tattoo no appointment the owners were lovely and Steve, the tattoo artist was the sweetest thing. He did such a great job very professional love my tattoo!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. this place shouldnt do tattoos. I was quoted 550 for a tattoo and decided to have it done 30% smaller the the original size. when the artist was done i asked about a tiny touch up on a different tattoo. he told me i had to ask the up front guy for an estimate to do 3 minutes of work. They charged me an additional $40 for literally 3 minutes of work. I didnt get a 30% discount on the original tat. after i left i told my husband what happened so he called to asked why and the owner wanted him to go there so he could fight him. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Place is dirty and nasty. People there are extremely rude. There are way better places to go get tattooed. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! THEIR REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.

Travis did my tattoo and it looks AMAZING!!! He did exactly what I asked for and is a super easy guy to talk to. He added in some of his own ideas (after asking of course) and it made it look 1000 times better. Definitely recommend! I also got my thirds pierced and she was extremely quick, didn’t even feel it. They’re very sweet and clearly enjoy what they do.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Disgusting customer service! I wanted this experience to be a positive experience!! They wanted the tattoo sent via email and was told immediate response (so I did asap - then got ignored) till I reached out to them days later. The female I spoke with was so rude AND I DONT KNOW WHY!!! I EVEN TOLD HER i WANTED THIS TO BE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND SHE JUST CONTINUED TO BE CONDESENDING. I wanted them to do my first tattoo in memory of my sister who passed. I guess she was having a bad day - but there was no reason to take it out on me. I was and still having an amazing day - only called ONCE AND WAS VERY KIND - and a customer should not have to beg for human kindness from a business.Thanks for the response - you REALLY showed your TRUE COLORS and the LACK of customer service your able to provide. *KINDNESS is absolutely FREE - you should try it sometime.

I used to either drive into Austin, nightmare, or order Kratom online. I discovered this shop a while back, let me tell you Im glad I did. They have everything I could need in one place. Great prices and good customer service. I dont use the tattoo shop, just the front end shop. I even found some cool Star Wars themed gifts for family. Yeah, Williams drive is a pain to drive on, but they are worth it IMO. Jennifer is also a sweet person!

I used this shop in the past and it was a good experience however I was going to a different shop nearby and was literally DROPPED OFF in their side gravel parking lot (since we missed the correct drive way) and I had to walk next door and as I was walking a man walked out of this tattoo shop and started yelling at me and being very rude saying I can’t park there (which we did not park) there was not one car parked there. When I told him to turn around and look that there are NO cars there, he then had to get in one last jab and said don’t let it happen again! So a message to that guy- don’t you worry it won’t happen again and I will never recommend this shop to anyone! We would much rather drive 30 minutes away than to ever spend our money there again! There is a way to talk to people and hopefully the owner will realize that you obviously need some serious training on customer service and being a decent human being.

Just left one one love tattoos to remove a piercingThe cute guy with the blue eyes took care of me in no time I would recommend anybody in the Georgetown area to come and visit them. I’ll be letting him tattoo me soon :)

This place is beyond phenomenal, I love the atmosphere they put out, for my experiences in tattoo shops I can assure you that this is like no other, Cheyenne was really great and super nice. She is one of the few piercers who has ever asked if I was feeling okay, before, during and after the piercing. The staff there is overall extremely friendly and y’all should give them a try if you want top customer service !

Amazing customer service. I went to get my ears pierced and had it done by Sarah. She was extremely nice and friendly, she got the job done quick. The sanitation was clean and the price was affordable. I definitely recommend!

Came in a few months ago and got a septum piercing with the lovely Chey! Not only was the appointment fantastic, but the piercing has healed beautifully! I had told her the horror story of the first time I had gotten my septum pierced, and she was so understanding and did everything to make sure I was comfortable and that I would like how it came out. So unbelievably happy with how it came out and cant recommend going to Chey enough!

Went with my daughter to get our septum piercing everyone there was so welcoming and friendly and Kaleigh was so awesome!! My daughter was very nervous and Kaleigh was patient and made her feel at ease. She also was Quick and gentle definitely will recommend her for your next piercing! I came in with my boyfriend to see Ally and she was so amazing and very gentle and made a wonderful effort to make us welcome and comfortable while doing an excellent job. All of the staff were very welcoming as well. Ally is definitely a high level tattoo artist and we will be seeing her again.

I dont know about the quality of their tattoo work as I dont have any tattoos. But, I shop here regularly for Kratom. They have a great selection and their staff is always really nice. Its like a Planet K except not obnoxious.

It’s nice to go places where people are themselves as well as friendly and knowledgeable. I chose a small hand pipe from a great collection of local lamp workers. I love the piece. I was also educated on some of the delta 8 and delta 9 products they carry. I got a delta 8 joint with some caviar. Delightful! If you are looking for a smoke shop support local and go here.

I love this shop and the feel of it. Peach is such an amazing and welcoming tattoo artist and really goes out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. I have 2 lovely tattoos from them that healed better than any other tattoo I’ve ever gotten. Anytime a friend has ever asked for advice on a tattoo artist I always send them Peach’s IG. 100% Recommended.

Staff seems knowledgeable however once they have your money they are done with you. I thought I was actually purchasing a tool to use and a few other items. The person put the purchase in a bag and I left. I didnt inspect my bag until I got home and found instead of a tool I had a container with CBD that I didnt need. I returned it to the store and most everything there except for a toy you cant return. So I am stuck with a $30 tube of RSO CBD oil I neither want or need. Her attitude was very smug about it too. I guess the $30 was more important to them than any continued business of mine or anyone else I know as well. I will drive to Planet K before I go here again.

Super quick and easy lobe piercings. Low cost, great service, friendly staff!You also get a Starburst candy, and a handy aftercare sheet with directions for proper cleaning!The piercings are done with needles rather than a piercing gun. The guns arent as sterile and are more likely to damage the piercing spot, so you want a place like this!The piercings were surgical steel, so if you have a nickel allergy (like me!) it should be fine.

Since One Love opened, I havent gone anywhere else. I love the shop and the people who work there. I have sent all of my friends and family to the owner Travis who has done my last 3 tats. Kevin did one of my friends and he did a great job also. :) Nice clean environment with helpful staff. Thumbs up!

The ladys were rude and they draw tattoos with the skill of a 5 year Old doing an arts and crafts project. Then they get mad at the customer for their bad art work. Horrible experience and they ruined what should have been a memorable 18th birthday. Make sure not to go here!

Each time we come in we have been blown away by the incredible support and knowledge of the staff. We have gotten both Tattoos and piercings here and would recommend over and over!

Travis really takes his time with his tattoos makes sure it will look amazing. He also did touch up on a tattoo from 2017 when he did my first one. We live out of state so I contacted him a week before we were to leave and hear back from him. I was able to schedule with Travis for a day we were in town. Right now same day appointments may not be possible as stated on his website, but most shops in most states are like this because of the pandemic, Travis will try to get you in as soon as he possibly can. Definitely will be getting another one next time we come for a visit. Minnesota has good artists but I love how Travis doesn’t rush and wants to make sure it looks good and that the client is extremely happy with the tattoo. Love you One Love Tattoo

My first trip to One Love was for a tattoo. After shopping around and finding their Facebook page I decided Travis Crow was the artist for me. I needed delicate lines and details and he nailed it.Hes so super welcoming and laid back. I feel like he really gets into his work. He makes sure everything is perfect and gets down to it. He shows a great appreciation for gratuity.I went in again for a piercing and had the same experience from him. It hardly took 10 minutes and I didnt feel a thing. He really knows what hes doing.I get lots of compliments on his work and I send them straight to him. I want this place to stick around.This is my tattoo and piercing home for as long as theyre around and I hope Travis doesnt go anywhere!

After having a bad experience trying to get an appointment with another shop, a friend suggested One Love, and I was so relieved at how fast they got me in. Travis, Austin, and Kevin were all super nice and chill. Got a really large side piece by Kevin who did an amazing job. The shop was clean, and I was as comfortable as possible while I was getting stabbed for 5 hours. Haha. Will definitely be going back in for more work. 10/10 would recommend

I LOVE the environment, the people, and their work ethic. Each artist is incredibly detailed and spot on with their line work. I get compliments on my tattoos all the time, and I will definitely be returning!

Hands down one of the best tattoo shops I’ve been to. They were super friendly and helpful. Any concerns or questions I had they put to ease. 10/10 would recommend especially for someone who’s new to tattoos and piercings.

We have been researching a professional place to have our 11 year old daughters ears pierced. The shop was very clean and organized. Angela was our piercer and she was very knowledgeable and patient with my daughter. We would highly recommend them for professional piercing.

So went to this shop on the intent to purchase some Delta eight flower and picked up a few items from them, one was hometown hero moonrocks the other was an eighth of some Delta 8 CBD flower sealed up in a green jar.First off the moonrocks in the jar look nothing like real moonrocks or the moonrocks on the hometown heroes website, with the same jar and print, its missing all the dust, its just a big flower broken down into smaller flowers.The 8th of Delta 8 flower, which was sealed up in green canister, that I got from them and was not allowed to look at or smell, come to find out after opening it at home there was two separate strands in the sealed up green can.I dont know but seems to me that when you spend $86 and some change on two products. It should come to you in its highest quality and standards.Upon calling the shop and asking what the deal is with these two products I was told that the green canister couldnt have came with two different strands in it and when I asked if she would like me to send her a photo, I was told no thank you and if I had an issue with the moonrocks I should contact hometown heroes directly.Id be very weary of dealing with this shop as they dont mind charging you top dollar for products but dont seem to care when you have an issue after the sale nor does it seem to me that they take the time to inspect their product thoroughly before selling it to the public.Needless to say, I wont ever be going there again and I advise everybody else to steer clear.Reply to owners response>No wonder you got so many bad reviews, piss poor attitude and horrible customer service wont get you s**t !Your reply tells the full story and Im sure people will read it and know to stay clear.One Love, HA! you have no concept of what that means, poserBy the way, pick a location already, you jump around like a really bad renter.

I have had all my tattoo here. I bring them my design, ask for input because tattoo art is a little different than the art I desgin on the computer. The staff is very friendly and relaxed, and I trust all the artists there. They all have a professional yet laid back vibe which is perfect. All the artists I have worked with have wanted to hear the meaning and background of my design and have worked with me to design some awesome tattoos. I have worked with Travis and he was very professional and cool to deal with. Lady was the last one who put inked me, and she was a pleasure to deal with.

They are extremely clean, sanitary, polite, and good at what they do. Thank you for making it wonderful experience for my daughter. I appreciate you 😉

Went here after having a terrible experience with Ts Blues and tattoo. These people had great customer service and helped right away. My piercing was quick and painless. Will come back for my next piercing

I called on Thursday and asked if I would have to make an appt for Sunday at 4:30 Bc that was when I planned on getting my tattoo. They told me that I didn’t need an appointment, and that walk ins are fine and that they shouldn’t be busy. So when Sunday rolled around I went and they told me that people with deposits had already taken all the slots. This made me very upset Bc I called in advance to make sure this wouldn’t happen. The workers were not nice about it. And acted as if they didn’t care about my situation.

This review is based off an incident 1 year ago and I dont remember the the name of the artist. The tattoo I received here became severely infected and I took care of this tattoo like all my others(which had no issues healing). Had to spend money to see a doctor and get an antibiotic shot because the infection had entered my blood stream. When I came in asking for refund because I wouldnt trust them to do a touch up they refused. Poorly ran business and way overpriced.

My tattoo artist was Jared and I must say he has a creative mind and knows what looks best for your body style and also your tattoo placement. He also has a gentle hand when doing his tattoos this is good to know, because most tattoo artist are very rough and can make it difficult people. All that being said if you come to one love you’ll be well taking care of there all dope artist.

I had a super experience. It was my first tattoo (other than my permanent makeup) I knew what I wanted but didnt have a drawing. The young man went online and found the drawing that I wanted and adjusted it. Its about 10 months old, and I LOVE IT, its perfect, and now that the shading has matured its beautiful!!! Its just a small infinite love tattoo on my wrist, but I could not be happier.

Stay away. Place was dirty and customer service was awful. Bizarre store with thc and collectable doll.

So my mom passed away and I wanted to get a tattoo for her. The first place I went to gave me a flat rate that was just unrealistic. I ended up coming here and they negotiating and very shortly after they got me in the chair. Jerry was the one that tatted me and he took his time and I was just impressed overall. Definitely would come back

Came here last week to see about getting a cover up done, was greeted so nicely by Austin, he heard my ideas and went with them. We scheduled a week out for the cover up (tomorrow) super excited to see my horrible piece on my arm be covered up with some amazing work. While i was there I ended up getting a traditional piece by Austin while discussing the details of my cover up, its clean line work and the shading is beast. I loved my experience!!

I have visited this shop numerous times to buy their products for sale.The tattoo artist cant sell and or dont have access to the locked cabinets. Were not allowed to sell CBD, Kratom or pipes. You have to come back when the owner is here. I have gone to this shop at different times of the day and same old story. Unfortunately I drive into Round Rock to a different shop because they are 100% reliable and open. Unfortunate because I live and work 2 Mikes from One Love Tattoos.

Very clean facility and professional staff. My artist was Travis, and his work looks fantastic! He was very friendly and helpful, and was sure to give me all the information I needed about how to care for my new tattoo. May return for more!

I did not have the fortune of using ‘One Love Tattoo’ for a service because each time we attempted to use them, they denied us access on claims they were: closed because of inclement weather (while *every tattoo parlor was open), closed early (for no apparent reason other than to smoke cannabis), and closed early because of an ‘anniversary party’. Their absent behavior has led us to using ‘Atomic Tattoo’ as a service provider. Their apologies seem unconvincing and they were unwilling to alleviate the problem and continued to “lead us on”, merely stating they were “sorry for the inconvenience” [an inconvenience caused by their lack of commitment]. In one instance, they asked us to return the following day when they would be open until 12 A.M., but when we arrived, their establishment was closed. They are merely a pathetic excuse for a supposed reputable business.

One Love has done all of my tattoos and I plan to keep coming back to them again and again! I love the enviornment the studio has and the vibes both Kevin and Travis have make it SO much easier to get a tattoo (espeically your first one)!

I took my daughter in for a nose piercing. The guy was very professional and helpful. He did the piercing quickly and we were done in no time.

Love their customer service, great selection and clean store. Wish it was in a less traffic location but worth the trip 💞

Im sure anybody would be unhappy with a 50$ minimum on a tattoo the size of a dime, but I highly doubt THEY were rude. Being a proud artist should not come with a price tag. If its a dollar tattoo or 1000 dollar tattoo, Id expect the same amount of pride to be taken, since its your work being put on display. May consider the way you deliver your message of the 50 dollar minimum is all. Either way, wont be coming back. Good day.

I got a nose piercing yesterday. It’s a good piercing but they didn’t tell me anything about cleaning or maintenance. Thankfully I have friends with piercings who can help me out.

The people who work at this shop are very rude and not at all friendly and act very strange and apparently they dont like people coming in there shop to browse they expect u to hurry up know what u are looking for and eather buy it or get out and if ur just looking they dont want u in there at all I will never go back nor will I recommend them to anyone and my friends son went to this place and said he had the same bad experience there not a nice place !!!

I have been calling and visiting this place for a gift for someone and they are absolutely never open. They dont answer the phone, dont take messages, dont call back, and cant even be bothered to open for business. Im done with this place. I will never even consider it and highly recommend against this place.

Terrible for place, smelled like a bathroom and he didn’t even ask me about placement for my Tragus, and it ended up not centered at all. Also pushes way too hard for tattoos and they look cartoony
