He helped me so much during my birth which wasnt the easiest towards the end being hospitalized for 17 days but he stayed on top of that and always was checking in to make sure I was comfortable. And anytime I had a problem it was fixed within hours....And my birth was amazing, relaxing, and fast and he was very comforting to my situation. He has been the only doctor I have trusted to see me for the last few years and I will never be changing OBGYNs. I also LOVE the people who work for him at his front desk and are easy to talk to and chat with. And if you notice, the only people who gave less than a few stars on the ratings were people who had a problem with billing.....which of course everyone knows youll get billed accordingly with your appointments.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Dinc. I switched to his office late into my pregnancy and he delivered my daughter about 2.5 years ago. He is very attentive to my needs and actually takes the time to get to know his patients. He communicates with you on what your best interests are and is always willing to give advice. You never feel rushed at this office. His staff of nurses and assistants are wonderful. They make you feel like you have know each other for years. Everyone in this office is very pleasant and helpful. I commute to this office all the way from dundalk(Baltimore) and its worth the tolls.

Dr. Dinc is a wonderful provider. He listens to your concerns and provides options to address them. He always responds quickly on the patient portal to answer any questions or issues. I am pleased by how quickly I am seen in the office, there is hardly any wait time. The surgery scheduler was so kind and prompt and the phlebotomist is incredible, she is always so pleasant and cheerful. The front desk is busy but always professional and ensures you are taken care of. As a medical professional myself (who used to work in a gyn office) I know that some days can be long and incredibly frustrating and draining- I commend the ladies who work here and Dr. Dinc for maintaining the utmost professionalism and being helpful and kind regardless of whatever else may be going on. Bedside manner is crucial to building patient rapport- if you are looking for an office with a knowledgeable doctor and caring staff, this is the place.

I had fibroids and needed surgery, I was nervous about the whole ordeal. He spoke with me about my condition and helped me understand what was going on with my body, in times when many doctors don’t have time to explain to patients what it going on, not because they don’t want to but because of time constraints, he gave me his time. I went home and called his office because I had more questions, Dr Dinc called me and answered all my questions. The hysterectomy was a success , am glad I got to know him, he is such a blessing y’all. If you need an obgyn go check him out for yourself. And the ladies in the office ; they are friendly and respectful, they also have a lab in their office, the lady there is fantastic as well. When you are sick, all you need is good energy to help you heal, I’m glad I went to their office.

It saddens me to give such a low rating BUT the Front Desk staff is horrific. So bad that after being be with Dr. Dinc for roughly 13years, I will be in search of a new practice. Billing codes I am 100% sure being entered incorrectly. I ordered an IUD in mid April and called multiple times to inquire if it had been received. I was told 3-5 wks...then...3-7wks. Just today I was told 4-8wks. The staff was very rude and instead of calling to find out, I was given the number to the medical supply company. I called today June 1st only to find out that the order was never placed. Ever since Brittany left as office manager the Front desk staff has went downhill. Excellent doctor, very knowledgeable but you shouldn’t have to deal with that in order to see him.

Dr.Dinc is nothing short of and amazing Doctor. My visits with him are always very pleasant. He makes me feel comfortable and secure. I am able to talk with him comfortably without hesitation or feeling nervous or shy to discuss personal concerns. He takes his time with me each visit answering any questions I have and making sure we covered everything before I leave. He makes his visits personal and he always greets me with a smile asking how I have been. I enjoy my visits with him and love that he makes me feel that he is interested and concerned about my health and needs as an individual unlike with other doctors where I have felt like I was just another name on a chart. With Dr.Dinc I know that I am more than just a name on a chart and that matters to me. I highly recommend him. Did I mention the variety of services he offers ? I have been to him for both medical and cosmetic procedures and he has never disappointed. Just simply an amazing Doctor and practice

Dr. Dinc is one of THE best gynecologists Ive ever had in years! Hes extremely professional, sympathetic, and attentive. Im fortunate to have him as my doctor. He treats his patients and employees like family. I had to have surgery done, due to years of chronic pain and inflammation. The pain was so bad that I would get nauseous and vomit, at times. It’s been about 5 weeks, post-hysterectomy, and I feel absolutely fantastic! I needed more time off from my strenuous job to heal, but other than that, fantastic! Dr. Dinc was there explaining every detail of the procedures and at-home care to me; including the consultation visit, the preoperative, post-surgery check-ins, and up to the follow-up appointment. I would highly recommend and have recommended Dr. Dinc to my friends. I appreciate everything Dr. Dinc and Rosa have done for me and my kids!! Its like I have my life back! Thank you so much!!

Dr.Dinc is a incredible doctor. He takes time with each of his patients. I am worrier by nature so he has taken the time to address any of my concerns directly. He takes the time to make sure all of his patients feel at home. The women at the front desk are no exception to the care that they provide for his patients. I can call anytime and they always address any of my concerns and if they cannot answer my questions, they have always made sure to send him a message so that he can address those concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Dinc for your ob/gyn !!!!

Last spring I became his patient due to a 5 lbs fibroid. He successfully removed it. Dr Dinc saved my life. His team was kind. It is a very comfortable environment. He was attentive, calming, competent, plus he is good looking...😃. My scaring almost invisible. He is a miracle worker! I plan to return to him for work on my belly. See you soon!

Dr. Dinc and his staff are AWESOME! They are professional, kind, understanding and really care about you. Ive been a patient of Dr. Dincs for 5 years now and, I cant imagine ever changing my GYN again. I have severe Endometriosis and, Dr. Dinc has been wonderful helping me with understanding what is going on with my body. He always takes time to talk to me. Since Ive been in his care my pain is actually under control for the first time since I got my period at the age of 13. If anyone has or knows someone with Endometriosis they understand what I mean. I trust Dr. Dinc 100 percent with my health care needs. I am very grateful to have fount him 5 years ago. I have to say again his staffIs AWESOME - I want to add Rosa is a huge asset to the office. I can call for anything and Rosa always gets me right in the office or returns my call and has a answer for my question. I highly recommend Dr. Dinc

Dr. Dinc is very helpful and professional. After over two years of pain, frustration, multiple specialist and two previous gynecologist, I received the care and medical assistance that I needed thanks to Dr. Dinc. He answered my questions prior to and after my surgery. He also personally called me to follow up on me after my surgery. Although I have only been a patient of his for a couple of months, every interaction that I have experienced with him, he has been very polite, caring and professional.

I very much enjoyed my experience at this medical office. Dr. Dinc was very detailed in explaining my medical situation and put it in terms that I could clearly understand. His front staff was very friendly and inviting. His assistant took her time with me and listened to everything i had to say. Going in for my appointment i felt uncomfortable with the issues I had been going through but after leaving this office I felt hope that my heartbreaking situation could change.

Dr. Dinc is by far thee best women’s health physician I have ever had! He really sits down and talks with you and gives you all the info. He’s really knowledgeable about women’s health medicines and procedures associated. He also acknowledges all your concerns and gives you adequate feedback. I feel really comfortable with Dr. Dinc and his staff. Everyone is pleasant and greet you by name when they interact with you. This is truly a wonderful team. I highly recommend Dr. Dinc!

I absolutely love this practice!! Dr. Dinc is an amazing doctor who gives thorough care. I was always nervous about seeing a male GYN but he is hands down the best doctor Ive ever had! He has done 2 surgeries on me and delivered my baby one month ago! Even though we had some issues with our pregnancy, my baby girl is perfect and the delivery went so smooth! Dr. Dinc is the man!! He has been so sympathetic and caring to some of the issues Ive experienced in the past along with his office staff. Brittany and Ashley are also amazing! Any issues Ive ever had they have went above and beyond to help and resolve it! And last but certainly not least, Nikki, the phlebotomist, is so awesome! I had to get lots of blood work done and it was always painless. She is so great at what she does! All in all I love this practice, all the staff is great! I couldnt recommend this office more!!

Ive been seeing Dr. DInc for a little over a year now. Hes been with me when I was trying to get pregnant, through my pregnancy, and now postpartum.His office is always very good at scheduling appointments, even going so far as to squeeze me in when I needed to be seen without an appointment. Any time I call with questions theyre always happy to help.Dr. Dinc is always very professional and makes sure you understand what hes explained. He was wonderful during my pregnancy, and because he was the only doctor I saw throughout the pregnancy, it was nice to know who would be delivering my baby.I plan to stick with Dr. DInc for my next pregnancy and delivery too.

Dr Dinc has been my doctor for close to 7 years. Hes been the best doctor ever and delivered my baby. He does practice cosmetics that I am just now getting into. Came into today and he looked at my broken vein on my thigh. He pulled out his laser and removed that nasty looking vein. I walked out with immediate results. The procedure was not that bad. Im so happy to have him.

Dr. Dinc is amazing! I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with him and the entire staff! From the front desk, to the nurses, medical assistants, sonographer and the phlebotomists which they were all on site and convenient! No leaving the office to make a radiology appointment or even to get blood work done! Each and every one of them were courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. Dr. Dinc is soo down to earth, he listened to me, and was straight forward with his answers, as well as he took care of any problems, concerns or questions I had! Out of all my years of trying different doctors finally I found one I can trust and actually takes care of his patients! Thank you again!!!

I started going to Dr. Dinc in late 2012 for a large fibroid that needed to be removed. Ive since had a myomectomy and 2 scheduled c-sections with him. I am high risk and he provides great care in this area. He is very caring, thorough, and gentle. During office visits and surgeries he has a great bedside manner and really makes you feel comfortable; he calmed my nerves during all 3 of my procedures. He was available to answer questions and address concerns when needed and is always very responsive. In addition, his staff of assistants and nurses is fantastic. As often as I went in to see him and his staff they have become friends as well as caregivers. I can never express my appreciation enough for this man and his role in delivering my two baby girls :). For both pregnancies I drove from VA to MD to see him because I didnt want to go to any other OB. I recommend Dr. Dinc for all of your OB and GYN needs.

My experience at Womens Health Services was truly outstanding. Dr. Dinc and his staff provided me with the best possible care. The front desk staff makes scheduling a breeze and Dr. Dinc really listens to his patients to provide a level of service that I have yet to find elsewhere. Knowing I had a doctor who was not only knowledgeable but also kind helped make my twin pregnancy a lot less stressful.If you are looking for an OB that is caring AND accommodating I would highly recommend Womens Health Services.

I love Dr. Dinc. He’s quick and too the point but he also takes enough time to talk me through myprocedures to ease my anxiety. The only reason I give a 4 star is because of the staff. If his staff could be more responsible and not lose paperwork and call people in a timely matter it would be a five. Other than that, I have no complains about Dr. Dinc at all.

Because of the great reviews, I decided to check out this place. My initial visit was horrible! Dr. Dinc seemed cold and unapproachable. I went a second time and it was no better. So, I found myself questioning if I should find another doctor based on bedside manner alone. I understand that everyone has their down moments but it should never seep into a professional setting. On the other hand, he was VERY QUICK and the procedure and exam was pain-free. Even with two unpleasant experiences, I went a third time(I guess a third time is a charm haha) and Im glad that I did! Dr. Dinc was very engaged and I was at ease.As someone with a traumatic past, I was hoping for warmth and although I didnt get that initially, Im glad that I stuck around.If you want a doctor whos quick, thorough, and innovative, schedule an appointment. Also, the office is very clean and the staff is welcoming.**Please note that this was MY experience and it doesnt mean that you will have the same one.**

Oh man, where do I start? I found Dr. Dinc on ZocDoc and decided to start seeing him before I got pregnant just as my yearly gyno. Well, I got pregnant May 2017 and I started seeing him pretty much every month like normal so that he could evaluate my progress. On several occasions when I came in for my appointments, I was told by Rosa that I had a balance on my account. The first time it happened, I told her that I took care of the $80 balance the previous visit and that I had the receipt from their office as proof. Rosa said that she would have Brittany review it and that she would get back to me before I left my appointment for the day. When I came out of my appointment, Rosa stated that she found my payment and that I was back at my $0 balance. Fast forward a couple of appointments later. I come in for my appointment and Rosa tells me that I have an almost $200 balance on my account. I again, take out my paid receipt from their office showing that the $80 balance from before and the accumulated balance after that had been paid. Before I left my appointment that day, Rosa also magically found my payment in their system as well. There also have been several instances where I felt rushed at my appointments and that Dr. Dinc wasnt really listening to what I had to say. I would leave his office feeling unheard. Fast forward to when I go into labor. On the way to the hospital, my husband calls Dr. Dinc and informs him of the particulars of my contractions. Dr. Dinc said to go to the hospital to see how dilated I was and to let him know if I was admitted. I went into labor January 20, 2018 around 4pm. The Medstar hospital staff was awesome and informed me of every step along the way. One of the nurses told me that she had called Dr. Dinc and informed him that I was admitted, this was around 5:30-6:00. Fast forward again to when its basically GO TIME...the baby was coming, this was around 2:30am on January 21st. I kept asking the nursing staff where Dr. Dinc was and they kept telling me that they couldnt get ahold of him and that their calls kept going straight to voicemail. Needless to say, Dr. Dinc DID NOT show up to the birth of my first child. His excuse the next day was that he fell asleep and the wall outlet his phone charger was plugged into had no electricity to it so his phone died. Like I said before, the nursing staff and doctors at Medstar Harbor Hospital were exceptional and got me through my first birth without any complications. However, I will absolutely not be returning to Dr. Dincs office for any future ob/gyn care.

DR. Dinc is the best doctor very friendly also very detailed in his work and also with letting you know anything you should know throughout each appointment delivered both my children major c sections made sure me and my husband were taken good care of and made us feel very comfortable not to mention the entire staff is super friendly and builds great report and make the relationship and atmosphere feel like home ! I highly recommend coming here !

I went to Dr Dinc about a year ago. This was my first time seeing an OBGYN. I came in because I was having really bad cramps/ovary pain along with heavy periods. I wanted to discuss options and a plan for the future since I had been suffering for such a long time. After explaining all of this to him he immediately recommends birth control pills. I had questions about the side effects and asked if it would make me gain weight. With a completely straight face he points to my Chick-fil-A cup and says “that will make you fat, not birth control”. After that rude and totally dismissive response I was ready to go. Nobody asked if I was comfortable with the medical student being in the room. Lastly the ladies at the front desk weren’t very friendly. They never even confirmed my contact information and was unable to inform me about my test results until I came in MONTHS later. The lady who took my blood was fantastic though, so hilarious and personal.

I absolutely loved this doctor until I noticed that when I relayed a question to the doctor the office staff would never returned my call to tell me his response. I would have to call back to get the answer after being told the office staff would call me back. Another major issue I had with them is when I had to see a specialist during my pregnancy and had to call 3 times for the office staff to forward my medical documents to the specialist! Once again they said they would do it and once again I was let down. * UPDATE* I received a call within minutes after this post from Dr. Dinc. He apologized and really seemed concerned about how I was treated. He explained to me that he would talk to his staff and ensured me that that this would not happen again. Im pleased on how he handled the situation, reassuring me that if I had any further issues to speak to him directly. I honestly believe his genuine concern for his patients show that not only is he knowledgable but also caring and understanding. I would recommend him without a doubt.

This review is based more so on Dr. Dinc’s terrible receptionists. One of them, more than the other I have encountered, needs to learn some etiquette. If you are unable to deal with clients or speak to them in a professional tone, then do not work in a profession where you get paid to be in contact with PEOPLE. That is quite literally your job. It is that simple. They always seem to have an attitude even when you are as respectful as ever. They will give you a quote, then Dr. Dinc will say that it is not an accurate one. I will be told something different once I have already traveled an hour to get there. Dr. Dinc rushes and is not the most sensitive, however his work is commendable and breeds results.

Do not go see Dr. Mert Dinc. Around 6 weeks pregnant I was experiencing some bleeding and was worried I was miscarrying. My regular OBGYN could not see me so she recommended I go to Dr. Dinc. Upon arrival I waited for 45 minutes. When it was my turn to go back and see the doctor I was told they did not have ultrasound equipment at that office and could not even help me! I ended up having to go to yet another doctor for answers!A few weeks later I received a bill from Dr. Dincs office. On it they said they had given me a urine pregnancy test and a first trimester consultation. I literally never even went back to the rooms for exam! They were fraudulently charging my insurance and refused to drop the charges. It is fraud and it is wrong. I was a scared mama afraid of losing her baby and they are exploiting that.Beyond disappointed. I dont normally write reviews but this was just such a bad experience.

THIS REVIEW IS NOT ABOUT DOCTOR. IT’S ABOUT HORRIBLE RECEPTIONISTI can’t believe how incompetent this receptionist is. I booked an appointment via zocdoc couple weeks ago, it says doctor accepts my insurance. I took off my work to come to see Dr. Dinc this morning and when I checked in, the receptionist told me that they are not accepting my insurance anymore. What??? I said what should i do? She asked do you have any other insurance? I said no, and pause. I asked how come you did not call me about this when this is not a last minute booking but booked weeks ago. No call, no email, nothing? You should have called me and notified. Especially when patient is coming from far. Wasted my time today.

As a first time mother I am sure my worries have been heard a million times but I never am made to feel like an inconvience. Everyone at the office is friendly especially Brittany ! I have only had one scheduling issue but they seen me even tho my appointment didnt make it to the books. The doctor is so kind and even though he sees hundreds of women he is still sure to walk in the room with a good idea of your last vist. I will never go to another OB/GYN cant wait to see my boys face hanging on the wall of sweet babys with a thank you note for all of your support and guidance through this experience. When I say that Dr. Dinc saved my and my daughters life, I am not kidding. First, he did a highly dangerous and scary (but necessary) surgery while I was 14 weeks pregnant, and everything went perfectly. I was okay and so was my pregnancy. The second time was when my daughters umbilical cord was wrapped twice around her neck during my induced delivery, and he performed an emergency C-section. Both times I was terrified, and he made me feel like everything would be okay, and I felt safe in his experienced and highly talented hands. I literally cannot say enough positive things about this man. Whenever I was having an issue after hours, even a minor one, he would return my call within a few minutes, or send a prescription to my pharmacy. I recommend him to anyone who needs an OB/GYN. He even sent a floral arrangement to my house after I delivered! I have never encountered a better or more caring doctor, and I work in the medical field and am surrounding my physicians daily. I had to go to Maternal and Fetal Medicine and see a GYN oncologist as well, and he referred me to his colleagues that he trusted. If you need an obstetrician, this is your man. I drove from Parkville to Glen Burnie and Harbor Hospital weekly to see this man, having to pay the toll twice each trip, and Id do it again during my next pregnancy.

I used to go to Dr. Dinc and he was great when he was at his old location. Humble, pleasant, good with his staff, passionate, professional. I recently started going to him again after moving to the area and he doesn’t interact with his staff in the most respectful way. I’ve also noticed that he charges for things he and other doctors haven’t in the past. Example- I needed a prescription refill for something I’ve had prescribed for 10+ years and I was required (by Dr. Dinc’s office) to come in for another appointment (after I just had an appointment the week before and addressed that there were no problems). In the past, all I’ve had to do was call and they would put in a refill for me. I showed up for the (literally) 1 minute appointment, got the prescription refill, and drove home. I stopped at the desk on the way out and the receptionist told me I didn’t owe anything. Yet, I just got a bill in the mail today for that (1 minute) appointment. As a result— I will be shopping around for other OB-GYN doctors in this area.

Don’t waste your time. Saw Dr. Dinc a month ago because I had 1 heavy period. An ultra sound was done in his office and they found a few small fibroids. The most serious one Dr. Dinc said was about the size of a grape on my uterus and said I will need surgery. This pass Monday I went into surgery, just for Dr. Dinc to tell me, he can’t get to the fibroid, because my cervix is too tight. He told my partner, who was my designated driver and also a patient of his, to try birth control. As a doctor and a professional, that should of been his first suggestion. I guess they saw I had good insurance as a federal employee. I’m mad that I paid $400 (my copay) for nothing. All this happened in a months time, when I found out about my fibroids. To add insult to injury, I received a text message from the office today, to ask to leave a review. When no one from the office has called to check on me or tell me other options. I will be calling my insurance as well.

Had a good experience until after having I had my baby. I had a c section and made an appointment to return for my follow up visit. Unfortunately my insurance was terminated 4 days before the follow up appointment and they told they could not see me regardless of it being a follow up visit to surgery. One of the ladies at the front desk said she would ask the doctor to see if he would see me as a courtesy but he said he only sees patients with insurance. I work for a surgeon and any appointment after surgery within 3 months is considered post op and no charge because its a follow up to a surgery. Even if the patient would have a problem such as mine he would work with them just because it is his patient and he was the one who performed the surgery. The well being of the patient should come first. Very dissapointed with Dr. Dinc.

This is mostly in regard to their billing department. Dr. Dinc and his staff are great, hospitable and knowledgeable but I swear I get charged twice for almost every visit. Ill co-pay and then the next time I come there will be a charge on my statement claiming theres a balance + a co pay. This happened about 3 times before my husband urged me to ask what was going on. Then I had a surgery planned for this upcoming Saturday and JUST found out what I would be charged. I called my insurance company and they said thats not true. I called Dr. Dincs office back and told them that my insurance gave me a number to give to them to call for further clarification. The person who answered told me to call their billing company. Nope. Im just going to go elsewhere. I like Dr. Dinc and its a shame but as long as he works with that billing company I just cant.UPDATE: Im adding a star because I reached out to Dr. Dinc and he replied pretty much immediately validating my concerns. We are in the process of getting to the bottom of it.

I recently started seeing Dr. DINC in November 2016 when I found out I was pregnant with my 5th baby. He made me feel comfortable and talk to me about my pregnancy and the risks I might face due to my age and last pregnancy to where I understood everyrhing. The only and I mean only issue I have is with one staff who is always rude and never send the message to my Dr that I have called and if I can get a call back. I deal with this same issue every week. And I wind up having to find a ride to his office just to get things taken care of.

I brought my granddaughter in for an appt. the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t have to wait a long time. The doctor however rushed us out of the room. We went to check out to make a follow up appointment , while standing there we heard him call one of his employees a “retard” and continued to yell at her in front of other patients. She apologized and was embarrassed. We will not be coming back to this office!

BLUF: Dr Dinc is an awesome OB/GYN.Dr Dinc is kind, personable, and obviously cares for his patients. When I unknowingly had a chemical pregnancy, he called me personally to let me know. During my pregnancy with my first son (born 2015), my husband came to every appointment so he’d have the opportunity to ask Dr Dinc a thousand crazy questions, and Dr Dinc was happy to answer every one. In fact once I was showing some irritation about it and Dr Dinc said “the man has questions!” He said he would be there to deliver my baby, and he was. When I stubbornly refused an epidural and things got bad news bears, he helped me get that baby out!Because women have selective memories when it comes to these things, I allowed myself to get knocked up again (son #2 born 2017). Dr Dinc has now upgraded to a new office with on-site ultrasound and phlebotomy, very convenient and the phlebotomist is awesome. She helped me overcome a lifelong phobia of getting my blood drawn. It had gotten so bad my last LabCorp visit I was almost hospitalized, and thanks to this lady and her “secret trick” now I can sit and get my blood drawn like a normal person!!Thank you to Dr Dinc for being there for my 2 beautiful boys’ birthdays! Not sure yet if #3 is in my future, but if so Dr Dinc is the man for the job.PS – Dr Dinc looks a bit like Nev from MTV’s Catfish. This has nothing to do with his medical prowess, just saying.

He seems kind of insensitive sometimes, I had to find a new doctor because he made me feel like my concerns werent that important. I witnessed the way he spoke to his receptionist and he was very nasty to her and it made me uncomfortable ( his receptionist were also rude to me ). I also did not like the fact that he had random nurses in training come into the room during my appointment . Saw him from ages of 18-22, shouldve left sooner.

Im shocked, because my experiences with him before becoming pregnant were pleasant ones. Well, Im at about 5 weeks pregnant on this past Saturday I went in for my first ob apt. He gave me an ultrasound only to tell me he didnt see the babys sac and told me every negative thing that could be wrong with my pregnancy. He didnt tell me anything positive. I left with so many unanswered questions. I immediately went to Mercy Medical Center where they confirmed that everything was intact and Im where I needed to be at 5 weeks! I cried hysterically, because I didnt expect to go through so much in one day.. If youre pregnant, please get referred somewhere else for an ultrasound or at least have his tech do it. He made me feel like I had little to no hope. Im now seeing a Mercy OB physician!

I was recently seen for an appointment at Womens Health Services . The staff was very nice and accomodating . I was able to get an appointment quickly . I was late for my appointment and was still able to be fit in . Dr.Dinc was very nice and professional and helped me address a problem I had been having and informed me of all options . When I called the following week about a prescription Rosa was very patient and helpful to me . All staff was very helpful and made me feel comfortable.

Ive been with Dr Dinc for several years , hes very knowledgeable and has always treated me with respect. Rosa , whom has been with Dr Dinc for years and is part of his Wonderful staff has always treated me with a smile, but all his staff has. I recommend all the way.

They went through a bunch of seemingly unnecessary tests, then refused to give me any results of said tests. I was in the dark the whole time, overall a horrible experience. The office was more focused on enhancers than being a obgyn. The doctor did not spend a lot of time with me, and it seemed like I waited forever. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I went to this doctor back in January 2016 to confirm my pregnancy. My gut feeling told me I should have talked to one of the receptionists right then and there to cancel my appointment at that moment.Dr. Dinc was not very personable during my appointment and having told him I moved from out of state, did not bother to delve deeper into my medical history regarding my miscarriage in January 2015 or the fact that I was diagnosed with PCOS. He also did not wash his hands before performing my ultrasound exam or pap smear. I only realized this after because I already had a bad feeling when I got to the office.The second part of this 1 star review is because I received a lab bill in June for two tests that should have been covered by my insurance. I contacted my insurance and they told me to call the doctors office back and have them submit new codes and diagnoses for the lab work done back in January to the laboratory that conducted the tests so they would be covered. I called on July 22 and was told theyd ask LabCorp and Id receive a call back a week later. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK.I understand doctors offices are busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back a little after two week mark on August 3. I explained my situation again and was told theyll contact LabCorp and call me back a week later to follow up. NO CALL BACK AGAIN. So I called LabCorp on August 12 to see if they had been contacted by the doctors office to reprocess my claim. NOPE. I called Dr. Dincs office right after and asked to speak to Katie (who was supposed to call me back each time I had called), but she was out and I was told shell call me back the following day, August 13. NO CALL BACK.I dont think anyone I have spoken to regarding this matter has written down in my chart what has been going on or the issue that needs to be addressed. It is now August 17 and still NO CALL BACK from his office staff/person that handles billing. Needless to say I am frustrated and utterly disappointed with the lack of follow up after multiple calls.

Mert Dinc has ruined me and my life. i go to see him to have my fibroids removed so i can have a baby and stop dealing with my terrible periods. I have so many, he recommends an open myomectomy. I have never had a surgery before, so was very scared. The doctor was kind and i thought this would be okay. he did ultra sounds, scheduled my surgery. Told him i wanted my IUD kept in because after this surgery your not to be pregnant for 6 months. So I wanted it left it, till i was ready to have surgery. Worst experience in my life, and that i am not blaming on the doctor. What C-Section like surgery will be a good experience. After surgery, doctor came in and said everything went well. Follow up, everything went well. No problems. Couple months later i go to a urologist for recurring UTis, and the urologist says i have a GIGANTIC FIBROID pushing on my bladder causing all the UTis. I told him he was wrong, i just had them all removed. He told me they forgot one. !!!! After depression set in, and some time passed. My periods have now not only returned to how awful they were before, but worse. i bleed all but 1 week a month. Go to another doctor, and my only choice now, is a hystorectomy. LOOKS LIKE I WONT BE GETTING TO BE A MOTHER. DID DR DINC, COME IN AFTER THE SURGERY AND SA OH BY THE WAY, I GOT TO GO GOLFING SO I RAN OUT OF TIME AND LEFT A GIGANTIC FIBROID INSIDE YOU. NOPE. DID HE SAID I HAD A FIBROID THAT WAS SO BIG IT WOULD OF CAUSED COMPLICATIONS TO REMOVE? NOPE. HE SAID EVERYTHING WENT FINE. HE ALSO REMOVED MY IUD AND NEVER TOLD ME?????? // SO THANKS DR DINC. I NOT ONLY AM DEALING WITH THE WORST BLEEDING AND PERIODS, AND I WONT GET TO EXPERIENCE MOTHERHOOD, BUT NOW I HAVE TO HAVE ANOTHER C-SECTION LIKE SURGERY AGAIN. BE CUT I HALF ALL OVER AGAIN. SO THANK YOU, YOU TRULY RUINED MY LIFE.

I seem to be in the minority. I moved here recently and have visited Dr. Dinc twice. Both times I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes or more. I had a mammogram completed in December and neither the radiologist or Dr. Dinc followed up with me. Since I have a family history of BC, this is unacceptable to me. The receptionist I spoke with wasnt surprised or concerned that this happened. I cant recommend Dr. Dinc.

I wish I could gove zero stars...the new office manager Brittany is absolutely terrible. Have been dealing with a billing issue since August of this year that the old office manager was able to fix immediately the last time it happened. I have left multiple messages for Brittany and Dr. Dinc since it happened and Brittany has only managed tp call back once a month ago and even then told me she would work to have the issue resolved and call me back. Fast forward to yesterday when I had to call her to figure out what was going on and still no answer. She said she would call me back later that day and of course no phone call. So I call back today and they had me on hold for over 20 minutes before I had to call from another number and was told she left. Asked for Dr.Dinc to call me back because it was urgent and again no call back. The doctor and office manager Brittany do not appreciate any negative feedback you may have about his office. I was very surprised by the unprofessional responses the doctor had to patients who had valid concerns. Ibwould never return to this office because of my experience and the distasteful way he handled prior patient concerns online.

I have had an experience similar to another poster here regarding billing that Ive found incredibly off-putting.I went to my appointment and Dr. Dinc and the tech who gave me an ultrasound were lovely. The care was great and the appointment went smoothly and at checkout I asked if I owed anything. I was assured that nope, no copay. Its all pretty clear in my memory since they had been having some trouble with finding me in their system or at least with how I had booked my appointment online, so I joked Well if anything comes up, you know where to find me!Apparently this was actually not the case though since three months later, at the end of August I received a letter:We have contacted you multiple times in the past regarding your outstanding balance without success. I have been authorized to refer you to a collection agency which we hope can be avoided.Which would be fine, I understand that things come up after insurance is billed. This was the case here, but the problem is I was definitely NOT contacted. I verified that theyd only be calling me from the one number. Not one single letter, missed call, or voicemail. I searched in my phones logs and the last phone call from their number I missed and returned the same day, on 5/31.I called and verified my phone number with the girl who answered, they had my correct number. I asked who sent the letter and was given a bit of a runaround saying that the Doctor approves it and I reiterated that it was signed by Billing Department with an initial of R next to it, Id like to speak with them about the issue since I was not actually contacted. After some pulling I was told that this would be Rosa. Could I speak with her after were done clearing up the bill? Well shes not in today. Okay will she call me back?Apparently a message will be passed on, but more frustration than I thought was necessary to clear up how I didnt appreciate a stern letter saying Id been ignoring contact when no contact had been attempted as far as I can tell.

Made me feel very uncomfortable.I came in for my first pap and during the upper half of the examination he told me to life my shirt girls gone wild style!!After that I tried making an appointment to see him for another problem & I got the run around for that.I ended up switching doctors. I would not recommend going here!The staff is nice, but its very unprofessional and he gives me the creeps!

I called to inquire about some if their cosmetic procedures and the girl that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. She seemed bothered by my questions and then put me on hold I was on hold for approximately four minutes and then was disconnected… I called back and before I could even ask my question I was put on hold again for more minutes later she came back on the phone and said that they were shortstaffed.. she asked if someone could call me back.. I said never mind. Im sure the Doctor would not be happy to know they lost a potential client. I was doctors understood that their office staff is their face of their practice...

I have been a Patient of Dr. Dinc since 2007. Dr. Dinc is very knowledgeable, a great listener, a doctor that Genuinely cares about his Patients no matter there back ground, walk of life or history. Dr. Dinc is the best and Yes I refer people to his practice.

Horrible billing practices, so be advised!My mother was charged a virtual visit for answering a follow up call pertaining to her Initial visit. When questioned, how an Unsolicited follow up can be considered a virtual visit, I was told, because she( my mother) had spoken with the nurse practitioner. The visit is considered a virtual visit. Keep in mind, we did not schedule this visit or request to speak to someone; we just answered the phone.Going forward, this will be our last and final visit in this office the entire process was a headache.

I felt so comfortable talking to Dr. Dinc excellent listener and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough in explaining everything in detail and answered all my questions patiently. He didnt rush me out and made me feel cared for. I waited in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes tops. Excellent promptness and courteous staff too.

Dr. Mert is an amazing doctor! Ive been coming to him for years but, I must say every since hes changed staff and moved downstairs it has been nothing but hell with his staff. It doesnt matter how polite you are with them the continuously give you attitude. Theres only one girl left there from his original staff and shes the only person I try to deal with. Honestly if shes isnt there I wont even bother trying to get seen. I mean it doesnt matter what day it is early or late these woman act as if youre bothering them by simply asking questions. I literally just got of the phone simply inquiring about whether or not I was due for my depot next month or not. He reply was very nasty as she spat well did you get it done in April because if so than that clearly means its due in July. Excuse me but my chart is in front of you. You clearly seen and stated that I had it done in April on the 26 my only question was would it be too soon to get if done in the beginning of July....smh this is ridiculous. I adore Dr. Mert I truly do but his staff makes me want to go else where. Hes great and has always done an amazing job caring for me and my needs but, if this doesnt stop hell lose another patient. My mom has even inquired about setting up a appointment a d becoming a new patient with him and she told me the staff was to nasty so shed rather continue to drive to Columbia which is 45 mins away instead of Glen Burnie which is 10 mins from her home. It seems you did not read my wifes review below very carefully before you decided to post a snarky unprofessional response.We went in in March of 2016 and he was unable to provide the sonogram that we were referred to him for. We went back to his office, he said he cant do a sonogram today so we left for the hospital. We then got a urin pregnancy test charge in the mail from him, which we didnt receive. Weve been fighting this jerk for a year now and hes lying about services provided. Incredibly frustrating that someone like this is able to practice medice.*****UPDATE*****Received a call from Dr. Dinc today who prceeded to call me a bully and eventually hung up on me. He is upset that an innaccurate bill has not been paid yet. Until we receive a bill that has the false pregnancy test off we will not be paying a dime.

I have had 1 treatment plus the initial consultation so far and I felt extremely comfortable with the process. The technician was very knowledgeable and since he was also a person of color and he made me feel comfortable that I was making the right decision with the removal process. If you are considering getting a tattoo removed I would seriously consider this company.

Dr. Dinc and his staff are all so wonderful and really care. This is one place that has not taken care out of healthcare. When my primary care doctor won’t help me with what’s important to me, Dr. Dinc will because he truly cares.

I had received a called Dr. Dinc office from a lady named Rosa. Rosa told me that the staff has been calling me since April and that Ive been ignoring their calls and that I owe $30.00 in co pays.I have never ignored or had missed calls from this office.I explained to Rosa that I was at this office and August and ask did I owe any co pays. The front desk told me my balance was $15.00 which I paid. Rosa repeatedly told me that I never came in in August and we continue to go back/forth until I told her I wanted to speak to a manager/Dr. Dinc. I also told Rosa that I did not want her to call me anymore especially if you dont have the right info, as well calling me a liar. I called back to the office to make sure Rosa left my message for a manager staff to call me back. I got Rosa again for her to say well I just look at your file and I do see you were here in August. But you still owe $30. No apology what so ever. Now Im livid because basically you sat and argue with me that I wasnt seen in August.Brittany (manager) calls me back and I explained to her of what I just went through and she look up my file and show that actually I owe $15 not $30. So now I more piss because Rosa try to get more money out of me then what it really was. Brittany was the only one to apologized about this situation and told me to just pay the co pay the next time I come in.Fast Forward:I get a call from Rosa again stating she needs to verified my address. I said my address never changed. She then goes on to say So when are you going to pay this $15 balance. I told Rosa that I already talked to Brittany and was told to pay next time I come in. I also ask why was she calling me since I told her to not call my phone to her and I told Brittany I did not want Rosa to call because of the situation before. I do not feel comfortable of giving any personal info to Rosa from here on out and want my file to be sealed from Rosa.I was refer to Dr. Dinc office from a neighbor and love the fact he had evening & Sat appointments. Dr. Dinc has done successful surgeries on me and I really like him as a doctor. I even refer several other patients to his office. But, after dealing with Rosa I know eventually Im am going to have to look for another doctor soon. I have an appt coming up soon and it will be my last.

I had a pleasant experience since coming to Dr. Dinc’s office. I was always seen promptly and efficiently. I recently had surgery and went great!!! Great doctor and nice clean office.

All of the girls and Dr. Dinc are amazing! They always take great care of me and help me anyway that they possibly can! Dr. Dinc is so hands on and there for you through everything and I wouldnt want to have another doctor!

I had a great experience here during my first visit ! The doctor was very friendly and super informative. He provided all details and left no guess room ! His Assistants were great as well, they were very nice and sweet girls !

I had my daughter by him back in 2014. He seemed very caring, but now he has become caring and dismissive. He is going in the plastic surgery direction so it’s like the people who actually need women’s health care services he just care about as much.

Dr. Dinc and the whole staff were super friendly! I was going in for a laser tattoo removal and was super nervous, but the girls made it easy. So glad my girlfriend recommended Dr. Dinc.

The wait time was caused by my insurance verification. I waited maybe an additional 20 mins. I was there for less than an hour to include the 15 mins that I was early. His hands are always warm. He remembers everything about me even though I only see him once a year.

Honestly he’s a really great doctor, I only saw him twice so far and he seems very personal. I felt extremely comfortable with him and the staff right away. I would definitely recommend him!

Staffing is awesome. Dr. Mert Dinc, is very kind. Makes you feel comfortable and cares for his patients well being.

I do not recommend it! In the evaluation they told me that in 3 sessions they would remove it completely, they started saying 3 sessions, then they began to increase more sessions and the price more and in the end, in 3 sessions it remains the same, they did not remove it even a little bit.

I dont write reviews but couldnt pass this one by. Considering it was my first visit, the staff was very personable and Dr. D has great bedside manner. I was very relaxed in the environment and felt extremely confident in the staff!

I would not recommend this doctor. He wanted me to have surgery when I didnt need it after 2 other opinions. He made a unprofessional Remark. The receptionist goes in th room with you, he doesnt have a nurse. Hes creepy!

I don’t know about treatment but I think whoever is operating appointment system is very Unresponsible they are keep giving me appointments and then canceling after next day and asking me again to make appointment.

I had a terrible experience with my last pregnancy I went in he never told me my due date and never prescribe prenatal vitamins he tried to make to take three glucose test I would come in for my appointments to check the babies growth and he wouldn’t tell me a heart beat or anything and when I wanted to leave they pretend not to have any of my records or test I wouldn’t recommend
