If u could give this place NO stars i would ! The racism here is CRAZY ! Me and my girlfriend went to get my ears pierced and never ever again will i try with this place ! I walked into this place at 6:15 .. when we made it it was a white lady and her teenage daughter with her getting her ears pierced as well . The worker MIRYA took 20 mins to even do her ears, this lady MIRYA didn’t even have the decency to speak to us, nor acknowledge us . We ended up letting a 3 month baby go in front of us .. she took literally 10 mins with this family ! When it was MY TURN she walked off and helped a different family .. talked to them about earrings and yet STILL didn’t acknowledge me sitting there . The least she could have said was “i will be right back to help you guys” but NOPE did not say a WORD !

My daughter got her ears pierced. They were professional and quick.

They were very inexperienced when I came to bring my 3m old baby to get her ears periced. They took long to get the right position of where to put the mark for the piercing. Then when it was time to place the earrings they could not get the machine off of her ears. It got stuck for over 3mins on both ears. The lack of experience caused her more pain than it should have been. They didnt show any remorse or concern for the pain they caused her from the lack of knowledge. Plus I was lead to believe that the earrings I originally wanted to purchase for her were out of stock. Because I had turned down the more expensive earrings that they were trying to convince me to get prior to the process. I was charged for the price of something i didnt get. I believe my daughter and I were treated differently because of our skin color that we didnt get the respect and care we deserve. I regret having taken my baby here to experience this kind of treatment. I wont be coming back to this location to get a ear piercing never again. I am only giving them 1 star to be able to post this experience. If I didnt have to I would rate them 0 stars.

Our daughter (8) wanted to get her ears pierced. The representative was accommodating, professional, and patient, taking the time to explain what is going to happen. Additionally, she ensured we completely understood the aftercare instructions even though this wasnt our first time. Definitely recommend!

They say its Walk-Ins Free Ear piercings, well I brought my daughter there and the lady said she could/would not pierce her ears because she was all booked for the day and everytime she had to pierce someones ears she had to close the “her” store down for half an hour! Which is ridiculous since is WALK-IN ear piercings!! And the lady was SUPER SUPER rude! Like I couldn’t believe how rude this lady was.

Totally ripped off my niece who is 10 btw. With the buy 3 get 3 free. Her total came to $58 dollars. Upon looking at the receipt later they charged her for 5 things and took 1 off. She was shopping for her sisters. NOT COOL. She is learning to budget money and was easily taken advantage of.

Got ear piercings for both my girls and the lady that did this for us was very nice. She was great with my 5year old daughter and there were no waterworks!!! I was so grateful and happy😁!

Polite and bubbly staff! Theyre quick to answer questions and help everyone! They can get extremely busy, but they wont show any sign of stress. The store is always so clean and the displays full and sparkly.

Experienced the WORST customer service EVER at the Claires in Grand Forks. Employee stalked me around the store for 10 minutes and rudely accused me of stealing. I will never shop here again because of the treatment I received.. I felt harassed.

Very friendly staff. Treated us like we were her most important customers. Granddaughter got ears pierced.

I still love Claires even as an adult. I guess it appeals to my girly glam side. Sparkles and great deals!

You can always find some good junk to buy. Lol go to for Birthday gifts.
