I just got my side lip pierced and Ive never had a facial piercing before so I was nervous. The lady who helped me pick out my ring was very nice and honest. The lady who did my piercing was very nice and friendly! She made me feel less anxious and found a small ball for my piercing so it didnt look obnoxiously large. She went above and beyond. The music was also very good in the shop. I highly recommend this place 👌

I had a mixed experience at Colourbox Body Piercing LLC. While most of the staff is incredibly kind and professional, I did find the older lady to be a bit rude during my visit. That being said, the prices are very reasonable, which is a big plus. One thing to keep in mind is that there can be a bit of a wait, so plan accordingly. Overall, its a decent place if youre looking for affordable piercing services with mostly friendly staff.

Got my nose pierced (right side) last August, had a decent overall experience, and just went back in the other day, with an even nicer experience! The lady piercer I had was very sweet and creative with future ideas she offered, I went in for my triple lobes.Only thing to mention was the wait times were off but not a problem, at all! Worth the wait. My triple lobes look killer in the end, and reasonable prices, love color choices and jewelry options of surgical steel/titanium :)Happy enjoyable experience!

Went here on Wed 11/9/22,Really great place. Been going here off and on since around 2006. Workers are very professional and kind.Take note of the review. Cash only so plan ahead. But if u don’t have cash on u, they have a cash machine.Inside where they do the piercings or change up u’r jewelry- very clean.Great local biz to support!

Really nice people. It gets crowded most days but went in today to get my nose repierced and it was not crowded at all. I recommend going right as they open to get in right away or else you have to wait an hr plus most days! Great service! Will be back in the future 👌🏻

This is the only place I will ever come to get pierced. I’ve been coming for over a decade and always have a very comfortable and fun experience. I took my septum ring out to clean it and it halfway closed up on me. After hours of struggling with it, I quickly booked an appointment for the next morning. The owner got back to me promptly and said they would be closing for a family emergency but she was willing to help me out. She was able to get my ring back in and was very kind to stay at the shop even when she wasn’t open to the public. So appreciate her service over the years, cannot recommend this shop enough!

Brought my daughter in for her 16th Birthday today. Seeing how happy my daughter was after her piercings filled me with joy. Shes been going through it lately and seeing her light up genuinely was a breath of fresh air. Owner was extremely informative, professional, very friendly, massive positive vibes at this shop. Staff was great. 10/10. Any review that isnt 4-5 stars, yall a bunch of liars. This place is clean, welcoming, friendly, professional, thorough, informative, experienced. There was not one thing that I saw that I disagreed with. We will be back 100%. Probably in a few days. Thank you so much for making my daughters birthday something she will remember forever.

Got my nose pierced and the staff was friendly, efficient and easy on the eyes. I was in and out in 20 mins and when the hoop healed funny (because I have a problem listening to aftercare tips), they took a look and for a minor service charge assisted me with changing my jewelry over to an adorable stud that I am in love with and it’s healed perfectly. Will come again. Thanks!

When first called to check availability (I’m from out of town) whoever answered was rude…when we arrived, we were greeted and assisted by a young lady who was not very informative, and spoke to with a rude tone. Was told 45 minute wait….MUCH longer than that. Facility was kind of raggy and smelled very musty. We went elsewhere 😤

Walking in to this shop you never know if you are going to have the best or worst piercing experience… In January I was here I got the piercing in the first picture then I let it heal and went back again in April and asked them to do my other eyebrow and have it match. I had a longer bar on my new piercing and a shorter bar on my healed one… the second one finally healed and I put it in 2 of the exact same jewelry in and it’s now pretty obvious how horrible uneven they are. Called in today to see if I could get it redone for free and was denied because “it’s been more than 30 days” but they had different sized jewelry in until now.I also got my tongue pierced here twice and it went well but I have multiple friends who have had a horrible experience here getting their tongue pierced.

Very good waiting time, and very quick with the piercing!! the person that helped me calmed my nerves a bunch because im afraid of needles. they talk you through the process and a very calming environment:)

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced here. She’s was about eight years old and they got infected and they weren’t even. I would not recommend at all

If it would be possible to write negative, I would put -5. They were very rude. Cannot answer any questions and didn’t walk me through the aftercare. I would not spend my money here again.

Had a crooked left nostril for a couple years, they redid it and its so perfectly even. Also had my vertical labret done there, such amazing placement. This is the only place ill go to get pierced, ive had 5 done there in total and never had a single problem

Very happy with my new piercing today. I didn’t quite catch the gal that did my nose today but she was super fun, professional, etc. She walked me through the process, making me more at ease, before she was about to shove a hallow needle through my nose.I was told everything I needed to do for the aftercare at home and had a sheet with the directions on it incase I left there, forgetting what was said. After my piercing was in, she told me what size jewelry I would need if I wanted to change it out.It’s been years since I stepped foot into a tattoo/piercing parlor and today was just what I needed to feel good about myself.Thank you so much for your help today and I will definitely be coming back for any future work!

Had an industrial piercing done the other day. Extremely clean, professional, and well-laid out shop! Very efficient and accommodating. Staff are outgoing, friendly and answer all questions I have! In comparison to other piercers Ive been to, the selection of jewelry exceeds what Im used to. Will be stopping in regularly to shop and have more piercings done! Worth the 20 minute drive from the Fox Valley, definitely my go-to for piercings in the future!

I’ve gotten 9 different piercings here, most of them look great and the piercing staff is very nice. However, I’ve had too many bad experiences with this establishment. I got my snug pierced about 2-3 years ago and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. Not only was the placement diagonal rather than straight across, the barbell was forcing itself out of the back of my ear and the skin around the piercing was so swollen that one of the balls was no longer visible. I went back to Colourbox and they put a longer barbell in to make room for swelling. Although it helped relieve some pressure, I’m left with permanent scar tissue and inflammation because the piercer at Colourbox went too deep. I’ve also had a few experiences where the clamps slipped and pinched me, which inflicted more pain than the piercings itself. I understand accidents happen but this has happened more than a couple of times. When I got the side of my nose pierced, either the needle or the jewelry slipped and was ripped out of my nose which was very nerve racking, painful, and bloody. Although I got my nose pierced for free because of what occurred, I won’t be going there again. I would rather go elsewhere and pay more for my piercings to be done professionally than go through that again.

I’ve gotten my thirds and 4ths for lobes. Cartlige and nose pierced here, and every single one of them never healed/ caused bumps. I’ve never had that problem with the other places I’ve tried after, and I found out none of their jewelry is sensitive skin safe even though the lady said it was. I’ve had piercings from the middle of the mall when I was in middle school that never got infected and lasted 10x better than this place.

This is the only place i feel comfortable getting piercings in. All the piercers are very relaxed but professional and know how to distract you through the piercing no matter what it is. People at the counter are very kind as well, and I think prices are very good compared to other places. I’ve been here several times and definitely will be back for more!

Went there many years ago to have my ears pierced. I have since sent many friends and family they’re highly recommend. Wonderful Wonderful clean Atmosphere atmosphere and knowledgeable staff also. Do you yourself a favor and brighten your day and stop by and get a wonderful piercing by them.

Wow! Very impressed with all the things. Huge selection, clean, extremely friendly staff! I want to give a shout out to the girl that pierced my daughters belly button today! I asked a lot of questions, she answered every one of them without hesitation, she knew exactly what she was doing! Definitely would recommend!

I had my septum pierced here & I honestly don’t feel like five stars is a high enough rating! Everything from the incredible service and care, not only the day of my piercing..but even after when I had a question about my healing. They were so helpful and knowledgeable! Most of my piercings have been done here and the staff is always really nice. They put curved barbells in my nipples though and they never healed right because of it. I even asked about it and they said thats just something their shop does and that its actually better for healing. So far from the truth unless you have inverted nipples (which I dont).

I had all of my piercings done here so far and I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else both ladies that did my piercings did an amazing job and talked me through the whole process.

If you are interested in having something pierced the Colourbox is the absolute best choice by a landslide! The entire staff is always so friendly, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, they are incredibly patient and always aim very high to please! Also, they will replace your jewelry if it falls out and gets lost at no charge for 30 days and are always happy to help with continued care. Ive tried different places for piercings in the past and Ill never go anywhere else ever again. Colourbox is the absolute very best place for piercings for countless reasons barnone!!!

This is such a great place! Every time I have gone there I have always felt welcome. Staff is amazing!! They are always so helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and cozy. Props to the Owner for running such a wonderful business. I appreciate the fact that she works just as hard as her employees. She does not put herself on a pedalstool because of her title. This place has an awesome jewelry selection - I scoured the internet looking for a 14 gauge titanium earring post and could not find what I needed and the colourbox has it and it was way cheaper than anything I found online or at other places that have body jewelry in town. The staff was so knowledgeable and knew the length of the earring I had in (it was too long) and knew exactly the length I needed. So professional. If I bought it online I wouldve paid $20 or more and I wouldve gotten the wrong length, it was less than $10 at the colourbox. Love them! I also got this piercing there a couple years ago and they did a great job, it was very quick.

Becky the owner went above and beyond for me and my son today. She not only answered my message on New Year’s Eve night within minutes but she opened her shop for us on New Year’s Day and helped my son with his infected piercing that he didn’t even get from there. She was so kind and helpful I am very impressed and so appreciative of her going above and beyond for us. We will for sure only us her for the future

They are very clean and organized here. everybody here is very nice and respectful of my needs. it feels like a very welcoming environment the moment you walk in and can have a good laugh with the employees. if you have any questions about jewelry or sizing they are very helpful. i highly recommend coming here for all your piercing needs!

Today we took our daughter in to get her daith and tragus pierced. The owner (who was doing the piercings) was SUPER nice and put her at ease. She was very honest and told us that she didnt think one of the piercings would work in the ear our daughter chose due her small daith. So we switched to the other ear. She explained what she was doing every step of the way during the whole process for both piercings. The owner has an awesome sense of humor. Wonderful/nice staff and everything was very clean. Will definitely be back! 🙂

I went in to get MRI safe jewelry and the staff was extremely helpful with finding everything I needed. They have great prices as well. I will definitely be back.

If I could give zero stars, I would!!!!! Me and my friend had the WORST experience EVER at this place!!! I had got my septum done and my friend got her side lip done……for the septum, she pierced it in the completely wrong spot, ended up having to pierce it not only once but TWICE, had me bleeding all over the place then smearing it all over my face and then proceeded to ask me if I wanted her to clean me up!! No fool, I want u to leave blood all my flipping face!!!!!! THEN, with my friend, she pierced her with a 14 gauge when it should have been a 16 gauge, told her the jewelry was titanium when in actuality it was niobium which is mixed with cobalt and she is allergic to that kind of metal!!!!!! Not to mention she manhandled BOTH of us while doing the piercings. Told me she was going to give a HUGE discount due to the fact that she ended up piercing me TWICE and then never gave me a discount!!!!!!! THANK GOD for our other friend that was with us because she got this lady to give us a refund. We ended up having to go to a different piercer to get our botched piercings removed. The guy who did it, we will forever be thankful for!!! PLEASE, do NOT get ANY piercings from this place!!!

The owner/greeter is one of the rudest people I’ve ever seen in customer service. She yelled at my daughter with anxiety right before she was spending $100 on piercings - and gave her a panic attack. Then the piercer, irresponsibility pierced her industrial. She shouldn’t have because her ear is too small for it. She should have told her no. We went in to a much more formidable piercer weeks later and he made us aware that it was pierced crooked and it was torn so he took it out and out barbells in. Colorbox jewelry is junk. My friend had the wrong belly piercing out in for her belly button. My other friend’s rook isn’t heeling properly. The place smells like mildew.Back to the person that checks people in. Your customers already have anxiety. You’re supposed to be pleasant and welcoming to customers. You are the opposite and you have no business whatsoever being in customer service in any fashion.

The front counter person was very rude! When she asked for my daughters ID, I told her my daughter was older than she looked. The lady looked at me and said, Dont flatter yourselves we card everyone. Then stomped away. Also, the place wasnt the cleanest. I should have listened to those who told me to go elsewhere. The lady who pierced us was very nice.

I had my belly button pierced here- it was an okay experience but when I saw how unprofessional they have been towards our others locally they lost any future business from me. It might be a better look to work on improving your own business rather than spreading negativity in your community.

This place was great!! I went there earlier today to get my belly button pierced. The lady at the front was so respectful and kind and had a great sense of humor, same with the lady who did my piercing. Super quick and easy and it honestly didn’t hurt. This is coming from a 16 year old. Honestly recommend coming here.

Got a cartilage piercing done, everything was properly cleaned and the employees were friendly. It is cash only and walk ins for almost everything. Very convenient and quick.

So Ive done all my piercings here for the past 20 years, I came in today to get another piercing since I came from outta town... But since I lost my ID... But I had a photo of my ID on my phone. They told me they couldnt, which is understandable but needed one from the DMV, so I went online and did one and came back 30 minutes later and showed the paperwork from the DMV which they sent me though email and still wasnt able to get in and was told to get it printed and come back the next day cause they were all of the sudden all booked... Its all good... Will never and will highly recommend no one to go... Ive always highly recommended people and everyone Ive met to come here... To get and buy jewelry from them... But never again yall suck...

From the moment you walk in, the place is clean and you can smell it too, the staff are nothing but knowledgable, helpful, and passionate about what they do. The jewelry selection is large! Most places wont even let you choose what jewelry you get, here i can pick silver, gold, black, rainbow, even blue or purple for some piercings! Its easy to see why Colourbox is The Best of the Bay!

I have had 5 piercings done at the color box in the last year and I will not go to any other place. It is clean, has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always willing to go above and beyond.

The Girls here are super sweet, took me in 15 minutes before close even though they cut off services for the night. They helped with a piercing that was embedding and had irritation bumps. (nip nop piercing I got done here a little over a year ago.) Turns out the last shop I went to have my piercing looked at made a mistake and told me Emu oil would help when I actually needed Tea Tree Oil. The girl that looked me over did accidently talk over me but things happen. Not a big deal. Tipped them both 5s just for taking me in last minute. Also, not that it matters, but you guys do a really good job. Any issues with piercings I have from you guys, youre always willing to fix it.

Watched a friend get pierced here 2 years-ish ago and knew it wasn’t for me. I’ve called a handful of times with questions since because they are cheaper than my normal piercer and every time whoever picks up the phone is rude and acts like they have better things to be doing. Which, I’m sure, but your whole job is to be nice, lol. And then I just make the choice to go elsewhere. Idk. Not the worst shop in town, it’s clean i guess, but I’d much rather pay a bit more and go somewhere betterEdit/response- even in a response to a constructive review you guys are unkind. It was 4-5 phone calls over the span of 1.5-2 years. And I felt it unnecessary to slander your shop by including my friend’s experience which I was there to witness the entirety of. However if you’d like I can do that as well and maybe you’d feel the two stars are more justified. I am a very friendly person and easy to be kind or at least mildly nice to. Your staff is just plain rude. Hopefully one day you’ll feel being friendly to people who you’re about to poke a needle through is a necessary step to owning a great shop. But you’re welcome for the compliment!

I always enjoy coming here! The staff is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions, as well as educate you about the best piercings for your specific body part. Theyre there for you the whole way through, including any questions you have during the healing process. Its very clean, upbeat, and the staff is great at educating you! This is the only place in green bay to go for piercings!

Got 4 piercings here around 8 months ago - second lobes and double forward helix, all previously pierced but since closed. When speaking to the lady at the front desk I asked her whether the captive bead rings or labrets would be better for healing on the helix piercings, and she told me that the rings were better. I went with her advice and had them pierced using the rings, which was a huge mistake and a big No-No after doing research. I had a very long and difficult healing process for these piercings, exacerbated by the fact that the bead constantly fell out of the top piercing. The piercer did do a good job with the positioning of all of the piercings and was very sweet. However, they did not disclose that they would be using a gun for the lobe piercings and I wasnt aware of it until after it had already been done. Regardless of what the shop considers best practice this should really be disclosed ahead of time since everyone I have ever spoken to expects to be pierced with a needle when going to a piercing shop. All in all the piercers themselves seem skilled but the overall experience was majorly tarnished by the bad information I was given and lack of disclosure. Hopefully some of these things have improved since I was there

Always a busy place. Dont go expecting to go in and get out. The ladies are nice. Fixed a mistake made by them with no issues. There are plenty of options to choose from. Cash only. ATM in store.UPDATE: 2.5 weeks after I visited, a helix earring fell out already. I have no clue how. Ive never even tugged on them. I went in, and they had me pay for a new earring And the $5 to have them put it back in. Not great business imo but okay. I asked the worker to check the rest that they just did 2.5 weeks ago, including a tragus piercing. She said the tragus was loose and tightened it up. That was Friday 2/17. Today is Monday 2/19 and its gone. No clue how. Especially in just 3 days time. The older lady at the counter wasnt super kind when I went in about the first one falling out so I wont go back. I typically go to Bert at 3rd Dimension and I clearly shouldve went there in the first place. Nothing hes ever done has Ever fallen out. Nor has he ever been rude. The response from the business to this honest review will probably not be kind, but I feel the quality at Colourbox just isnt there. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

Cash only, but they do have an ATM. They told us they would have an hour wait time, but we could leave and they would text us to come back (which is a great option). We left and received a text about 40 minutes later telling us to come back. We then had to wait an additional hour and a half before it was our turn. When we returned they did not tell us there would be an additional wait time. The place in general needs to be updated (did not feel very clean). The 2 workers who were there seemed nice, but you could also tell they were tired and very overworked. This place could be great, but the owners need to update, clean, and hire more staff.

Ive gotten both of my lobe piercings here, it was a fast but thorough, professional, clean, worthwhile experience both times. My first piercing has healed perfectly and was placed just right. The woman doing the piercings showed me the dots before she went, and happily obliged when I said I wanted one in a different location. I waited for probably 8-10 minutes and after the procedure was over, I was out in 2 minutes after paying. The woman (purple hair and eyeliner) was very conversational and nice, I gave her a $4 tip, she deserved more. Im pretty sure she did my bottom lobe piercing too, it was such a good experience I drove 45 miles to have her do my top. There is a wide variety of studs to choose from, something for everybody. The place is clean, organized, and fun to be in. I would DEFINITELY recommend Colourbox to anyone getting a first (or tenth) piercing. 10/10!

I’ve gotten my septum, nose, and industrial pierced here and all times have been great! my septum was pierced PERFECTLY and i had virtually no pain immediately after. My other nose piercing and industrial both didn’t hurt too much getting them pierced either. they’ve all healed very nicely and i plan on coming back to get my other nostril pierced!

I have gotten 3 piercings from color box. I have gotten my industrial first my nose then my lip my first 2 great experiences loved to come to this place. Well I had my lip done this periced it right on the lip line witch caused extremely hard healing took over a year to heal. Well I went in to get a new stud for my lip. The first thing the lady at the front said to me was we dont allow kids in here had my 2 year old with me totally fine I get that. Then when I had my boyfriend take him out I asked to see the lip bars and she took them out and walked away I had to ask 3 times if they had longer posted well I still couldnt get a longer stuf I picked out a stud I wanted think she was going to get a longer stuf for me witch she didnt. Im now stuck with a piercing that I cant even wear and had to fork over more money for a longer bar. I will never go back. Sadly loved this place a year ago would go in there all the time. The whole time I felt like she was extremely rude and also they advertise does a nurse on staff at all times there was not.

My daughter needed an earring removed. It was not purchased from the color box however they were kind enough to remove it for her. In fact, she was so happy we bought a new comfortable pair from there at a more than reasonable price! Customer care was great and the Piercer that helped us was fantastic!

Had a lovely time getting my Medusa pierced here. Huge selection of really cool jewelry. Super nice staff at the front, got me checked in quick and I was back there and it was done before I could even think!!! I got a bit woozy, what with having a needle put through my lip and all, but my piercer (I should have asked her name because she ROCKED but didn’t because I was so nerved up) let me relax and take a nice breather, have some water, and she even fanned me when I was getting sweaty, what a gem!!! They could be charging twice as much for the great service and quality of the piercings they do. I will be going back!!!

Got a Medusa piercing and nostril two weeks ago, after a week my medusa was embedding and went to change for a longer piece of jewelry. Was fine for about another week, I now have to get it removed fully because it embedded inside overnight and healed over. My nose is fine but, I dont think Ill be coming back for another piercing for a long time.

Brought my daughter there to get her ear pierced today. Could not have been sweeter and more professional. She was so afraid and cried so hard before hand and they really calmed her down. They were so patient and sweet. Forever grateful. Super clean. Super professional and above all super caring. Highly recommend.

After a year of working up courage, my daughter decided she was ready to have her earlobes pierced. We first went on a Saturday afternoon; although the place was busy, the clerk was courteous and pleasant, and did exactly the right thing by making sure both my daughter and I had photo ID. After realizing her student profile page didnt have a photo, we came back on Monday evening with ID and a 10 minute wait. Service was quick, compassionate, and expertly done. Our piercer let my daughter be 100% in control of the process, responding to her countdown without being told. It turned something that had seemed scary into an empowering experience.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I have been going here since I was 15 and I’m now 18! I have gotten my septum, nostril, industrial, conch and navel piercing all done here. I have never had a single problem with any of them and they all have healed very nicely and very quickly. Everything is very clean and sterile. Not only that the ladies here are SO sweet. I went in yesterday to get my conch pierced and got a discount for my birthday!!! I have absolutely no complaints at all. This will be my piercing place forever. I will be back soon to get even more!

I was super excited to go because I had heard so many good things. I am from out of town and was hoping to get about four piercings done. I called to see the wait and when I asked if things normally cool down I got a quick reply of I cant see the future in an extremely rude tone. I apologized because I was caught off guard and the lady said yep and hung up.

I always have a really great experience at the colourbox! Anytime I need suggestions/advice on a piercing/placement, they are always very helpful and honest! I have quite a bit of piercings, and they are always very good about helping you stay calm and keep up with your breathing. They are clean and sterile. Sometimes they have wait times when they are busy, but they are pretty good about moving through people in a timely manner!

Got my daughters second piercings on her lobes and an industrial there so far. Clean, easy and accurate piercings! Awesome staff place was packed but masks were used. They were calling back so it kept the place down to a few sitters. I was a walk in to get my tongue pierced. Sat in waiting room for maybe 5-10 minutes, and got called back...got the clamp hooked up and next thing I know, my tongue ring is in! Went very smooth and very quickly! It is healing very nicely!! I will be coming back for all my future piercing needs!!! I also bought a horseshoe septum ring and I love it so much!!! Everyone was so sweet and polite and very welcoming! Thank you!

My friend & I had a great experience! Super friendly environment. The whole time we were there, they were busy and the woman up front kept a positive attitude the whole time! My piercing got infected. I called twice n they told me I couldnt talk to them I had to talk to the registered nurse on fb. She could reach me till really late so I was obligated to go to the Emergency room to get it removed. I did exactly what they told me to do, and I I got was a costly, painful experience.

I got my helix pierced here on a Saturday, and although the wait was pretty long, I would still highly recommend this place. You could tell the only reason the wait was so long was because Saturday is a busy day, and they make sure they clean their hands between piercings and are taking all the precautions.The place was clean and you could tell the piercers knew exactly what they were doing. Its been about 5 days since my piercing and it appears to be healing really well. Thank you!

Edit: Three months in now, and the healing process has gone extremely smoothly. Whenever I had questions, staff were quick to respond and answer questions. Great place!I got my ears pierced here. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the process was fast. My earlobes were pierced with a gun, but it was much more affordable and professional than getting them done at the mall. I would highly recommend them.

I don’t suggest this place at all. They use piercing guns, and i’ve seen a lot of piercings come out crooked. Mine ended up being rusted because it was costume jewelry. I wouldn’t come here to get pierced.

Just okay. Took my daughter there to get her septum pierced. The lady running the front office wasnt very friendly and seem to have slight attitude. The lady who did the piercing was nice enough. Just an okay experience.

I went to get a vertical labret piercing and things went well and smooth, but they pierced it very crooked. I could tell as soon as i seen it because i’ve had the same piercing before. My piercer blamed it on swelling and told me to come back in a few days and when i did they said it still might just be swollen (it wasn’t). They also had no apologetic words and insisted it could just be swollen or the way it sat on my lips or something. The lady I talked to said if i have any more problems i can contact the owner and they’ll tell me the same thing. Although, I wasn’t there again just to “complain” I was just trying to see if they could help or do anything to fix it, but they treated me like I was taking things out of proportion or i was wrong, but I was just trying to see if they’d help make up for the bad piercing I had paid for :/ I ended up having to take the piercing out and the holes from the piercing weren’t even straight so i definitely wasn’t overthinking it. I’m pretty sad because i love colourbox and the piercers who work there, I just don’t see myself going back there again.

Amazing experience! I was very nervous going in because I’m not good with needles. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was getting 3 piercings done and after the first I felt dizzy. My piercer put the chair back, got me some water, and let me take a break before the next ones. They made me feel totally safe and I would definitely recommend! Thank you for everything!

I was very nervous to go to an actual piercing shop (it is definitely not my scene!) but they were very nice! I am very nervous around needles and the woman who did my piercing was kind and helped keep me calm. It barely hurt and it healing nicely. Will be going back for my second lobe piercing soon!

Do not go here..My first and second experience was very rushed. I sat in the chair and within 1 minute my piercer had placed dots. She did not hand me a mirror to look, she did not ask if it looked OK. She did not ask my opinion at all. I had two different piercers when I went, and it was the EXACT same experience.They do not go over cleaning procedure. They give you a little slip for basic cleaning.I recommend 3rd Dimension Tattoo and Piercing in DePere. They offer medical grade metal for your piercings. They informed me my piercing couldve been done better. I will not disclose the area of my piercing but I should have been standing while they placed the dots, I shouldve been asked my opinion. I wish I went to 3rd Dimension instead.---My name is in there October and April.Misinformed, as in.. ? What? There is no excuse for me not being allowed to see the placements of the dots before hand. Only got a mirror afterward to see the finished results.

Ive gone to the colourbox for 11 years now! Today they did my cheekbone dermals. It was a great experience just as it has been for all of my previous piercings. Staff was welcoming and friendly, the piercer took plenty of time to make sure I was satisfied with the placement before moving forward, and the prices were reasonable as they always have been. Im sad to be moving out of the area but will continue to bring my business to the colourbox!!!

Love going to this place! i have gotten every piercing done here besides my lobes. all of the piercers are always very friendly and they always make conversation with me as they are piercing me so i am always less nervous. they do it so fast that it barely even hurts for me. i love going here and i love the variety of jewelry. all of my piercings have healed/are healing well and i would definitely recommend going here!

When I was heading out of the store they asked to see my receipt. I told them, I only bought 5 things. And they said, they still needed to see it. They acted like I was a thief, I felt I was mistrusted after being a reacurring customer🤬. °\[@_@]/°

Good people always willing to help you. But don’t expect to get let in right when they open cause they get packed right away. Got my septum done a few weeks ago no complaints and regrets. I will go back in the future for more piercings. I had to come here several times to get my nose piercing stretched again for not knowing how to put a nose ring in but it was worth! 5/5 stars!

I would like to say know your piercing and your contraindications before getting pierced in this location they will not tell you.For instance I got a stud and a hoop piercing in my nose and the piercing specialist shouldn’t have given me a hoop on the first piercing. Because you run the risk of developing a keloid anytime a piercing is bumped and with a hoop it slides more than a stud will. In my learning process I now have a keloid that could have been avoided. I want to say the front desk should have handled it with professionalism and understanding when I came back in to have the hoop removed. Like my friend Lori said when I told her I’m just disgusted.

Terrible experience, surface piercing top ball fell out after a few days, went back to get it fixed, was really painful getting it put back in, after several months it of being healed and irritated I contacted 2 other shops and both said it was done by someone not educated in surface piercings and to take it out immediately. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Beware!

They didnt listen to me about what I wanted in terms of material or length for my helixes, now my hair Wraps around the post 100 times a day and Im constantly accidentally ripping the piercings I called and they had zero help for me. Also when I got them done the piercer installed the wrong jewelry that I didnt ask for, twice. Its industry standard to only use implant grade titanium for new piercings, and they use steel instead because its cheaper, which for many will elongate healing time and potentially never fully heal, like other piercings Ive had in the past before I was educated.All in all this place is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Personally I wouldnt skimp when it comes to putting a hole through your body.

This place is a joke. The customer service was absolutely awful. Forcing people to stand out side if they wanted service on a not even 7 degree day. The older lady with black hair behind the counter was so ungodly rude and yelling at her employees and customer while not helping them. She didnt have a clue on how to be helpful kicking people out mixing up slips not getting correct phone numbers to call people back for their piercingsTold them I needed a new cartilage piercing showed them one proceeded to hand me the wrong one and then not take it back. The piercer( Nicole) her self was very good and knowledgeable. The front lady should never be able to work customer service.

They use piercing guns (any other actual professional place would laugh at this) owner just says everyone leaving bad reviews is lying, i know multiple people who went here and their piercings got super messed up or theyre pierced wrong. please read the reviews before going here. damn near go anywhere else

The lady with the blonde hair at that counter was amazing. They staff is always top notch. My only complaint is I came in to get new balls for the end of my nipple piercing as I lost one recently. I’m not sure what type of metal they use but it caused an infection and I had to go back and replace them with some from another place. Wasn’t impressed to see the disclaimer out in the bag about it being “costume jewelry”. Found that to be a little odd.

Took my daughter there for something she wanted done for her birthday ( mind you she turned 23) The lady at the front counter was so helpful and nice and one of their long time customers was just getting done having something done and we got a chance to talk to her also about all her piercings ( think she said she has 16 of them) made my daughter more at ease. Will for sure come back and will for sure bring friends. Thanks guys she loves her piercing.

Wost place I ever seen as well as worst employees. Have no manners or experienced employees. Hated it. They should honestly be shut down.You wouldnt see me ever signed in, unfortunately. I was there everyday pretty much going on 3 weeks. Not to mention a 40 minute drive 1 way. I was there last week 1 hour before close and an employee called a friend or who ever was on the list. I was there before this person and was shut down but one this last chick came after she was called to come in, she still had her piercings done and that was at 8:00 or a little after. Just extremely unprofessional, dont you think. So saying unfair wouldnt even compare that would be an understatement.I did in fact buy some earrings and just pierced both my, TRAGUS at my house. It was too simply and too easy.For in the Future, remember dont forget the, costumers/clients. Clients are what make you the business you are today.

I went and got a couple piercings and I was nervous. But the piercer did an amazing job and was absolutely fantastic.

Very accommodating and friendly! I had a jewelry change done and 7 hours later the jewelry came out. It was after closing time but they had someone meet me there so I could get a new one. I live two and a half hours from Green Bay and it was so nice that they were willing to come in after close due to me not being able to make another trip back to Green Bay!

Drove 30 minutes to come here because of the pricing. The lady on the phone and I’m assuming at the desk was so nice and helpful. I waited for about 30 minutes outside because they only let so many people inside due to covid but when I got in the process of signing papers, choosing my jewelery and getting the piercing was very quick. My nose piercing is a little crooked, it comes out higher than it went in but for $30 I don’t care. If I got another piercing I’d go here and recommend it to anyone looking for a piercing.

Colourbox is the best of the best! The vibe of the shop is zen, and professional. It’s not overwhelming when you walk in, and it always smells really good! It’s always super clean and best of all, there’s a registered nurse on staff. They’re all extremely knowledgeable and really take time to educate you on piercings that you have or are planning to get. Got a medusa piercing here and I love it. Just how I asked and its healing great. I asked a lot of questions and the piercer was very patient and knowledgeable. Very clean place, atm inside with $1 fee (they are cash only) and they have literally any kind of jewelry you could ask for. Ill be back for my smiley soon!!

I have gone there for 3 of my piercings and 2 of them are in the completely wrong spot. My nose is too high up, and my belly button piercing is not even in my belly button! And when I pointed out that my belly button one was too high up, the lady basically just said it’s because how my body is, and when I asked about getting it repierced in my belly button like how it’s supposed to be, she said I would have to let it heal and then pay again to get it repierced! ***Edit: The way she marked it made it look like it was going to be in my belly button, but after she did it, I noticed it was entirely too high! I didn’t “change my mind on placement” after it was done! And even if placement is different with each body’s shape, the piercing should still be in the belly button!

Both gals working, were so helpful. My piercer was so nice. Told me what she was going to do before she did it and asked if I had any other questions before I left. Would go back again!

I honestly love going here, Ive had 3 piercings done, 1 shen men and 2 daiths, they have healed very well, Im going back in soon so I can change them out with different earrings since the color has faded on them after about 8ish months, but thats the only issue with the earrings itself. I love the staff here, they have been super helpful and let me have a family member back in with me because I was scared to get my piercings done

I have seen it with my own eyes, how can you say you only use disposable implements??I recently found out that they use piercing guns on lower lobes. NO professional studio should have those anywhere near the property. I have been going here for years but Im not going through them again after theyve also botched a few of my piercings. One piercer in particular has pierced everything shes done on me crooked. She pierced my lip once and when I noticed the dots werent straight she said when you smile it will look straight dont worry but no, if the dots are crooked why would it look straight after the jewelry is in? Is it too hard to just redo the dots if your customer doesnt like them?My sister also bought jewelry from them that rusted while it was in her nose. I know they try to save face with saying its costume jewelry, but imo they really shouldnt be selling anything low quality like that at all.Ive instead been going to 3rd Dimension Tattoo and Piercing, where Burt has told me a lot of my piercings were done at poor angles next to the fact that theyre crooked. His aftercare instructions are also leagues above what the colourbox has given in the past.I would like to support this woman-owned business, but until they up their quality all around I wont be a customer again.

I got the daith piercing. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The lady that pierced me was very sanitary and knew what she was doing. It wasnt painless, since youre still getting a needle shoved through your ear, but it was very quick and she didnt waste anytime. Would recommend

I live in Milwaukee I went a few months ago to get some piercings and they had put cotton pads on them before i was able to look at them. When i had went home my bf realized one was crocked so i was planning on going to greenbay again anyways the following week so i had went up there and they were giving me a hard time saying the lady that did my piercing wasn’t there so they cant fix it i explained to the repeatedly i live in Milwaukee then after a while with me debating they said something about i can possibly have a cyst my boyfriend had called and they changed there mind asap just for when they did it again it was still crocked i spent 80$ on those piercings that weren’t even straight not only that but they put a curved bar and I wasn’t able to switch it to a straight one because it caused sooo much pain and i told them repeatedly i wanted a straight bar and they said that only one provided but it wouldn’t be a problem for me to switch. The lady that did do my second piercing was nice tho

Good place to find jewelry, but they consistently give crooked and misplaced piercings. Piercing is something that needs to be done right the first time! I appreciate the accommodations theyre willing to make in certain situations but I would never recommend this establishment for getting pierced. When they pierced both my lonesome crooked, they would only fix one for free... And they only did fix one because I complained immediately after getting pierced. The owner is also known to create fake accounts to give herself high reviews online.

Unprofessional. I got my doubles and a helix piercing done a few months ago. I get in the chair after a super long wait because they dont allow appointments but have 8+ customers in their shop at a time with one piercer. Then, without disclosure they pierce my doubles with a piercing gun... any real piercing shop knows they are unsanitary and improper for piercings. Then they do my helix which I didnt realize was an issue until recently because they pierced it on such an ANGLE that I cant wear any type of piercing in it except a bar... no hoops for me. Not to mention because of the angle the back of the jewelry they put in rubs/pushes on my ear and causes irritation bumps that wont go away.

They pierced my septum in the wrong spot completely. It was irritated and hurt weeks after. Never said anything about aftercare only using a peice of paper that didnt really tell you what to use or how to clean. Uses low quality metal. Wont go back, and Im telling everyone not to go. Sorry but use better material and learn how to peirce correctly

Lady at the front counter was not only rude over the phone but was also rude when we came into the shop. She acted annoyed and had an attitude. I understand businesses get busy at times and it can become overwhelming and stressful but I was just expecting a little bit of better customer service. Any other time I came in staff was super friendly but this time it just seemed to be different.

I wish I would have thought of Colourbox years ago when I first brought my daughter to the mall to get her ears pierced. It was a total nightmare, ER bill, and ended up letting them heal shut. I have had all of my piercings done here. Anytime i have had a complication they have helped me..even after hours through messenger. Ive been going here for 10 years and refuse to go anywhere else. They are knowledgeable and will be honest with you even if it means they miss out on money. Becky pierced my collar bones 3 times as my body just didnt like them and rejected them. Id like to point out it was because of me and not how they were pierced. All these reviews stating they dont give you aftercare instructions is false because not only do they tell you but there is also handouts with written directions as well. Those who intentionally write poor reviews to be spiteful are ridiculous. Thank you girls for all you do for me!

I have been to Colourbox several times over the last 8 years. I just went in last Friday to get my tongue pierced. It was about an hour wait but thats to be expected. The piercer was really nice, did a great job, and was very quick. I always recommend Colourbox when people ask for piercing recommendations!

I just moved here from out of town, and i will never go back to this place. They were not friendly at all. The girl that pierced me didnt make any conversation or explain anything she was doing. I got my tragus done by them 2 days ago and my ball already fell out (They gave me a sheet saying its not their responsibility) but i am still very upset to have spent $40+ for crappy service just to have it fall out within 48 hours. I will not be going back their to get it redone nor will i recommend anyone to go there.

The only place Ive ever been pierced. Starting at age 16 for my birthday with a belly button piercing. Had some troubles due to unknown metal allergies and the ladies were so helpful and sweet and walked me through what I needed to do. Even reopened the piercing for me free of charge (minus cost of new jewelry..that was hypo allergenic this time). Than had 3 other piercings thru out the last 20 years. The vibe there is amazing. Staff is so friendly and even a piercer with a nursing background. Knowledgable and friendly....very sterile and clean rooms and store. Amanda and the other staff are by far the best in the business.

I went in for a jewlery change for my nose piercing. Everyone seemed nice, the place was clean but the woman who changed my hoop did it so harshly that I got scar tissue from the installment. I explained that it hurt during, but she just shoved it in anyway. Had to get my nose re-pierced by another place.

I worked in the medical field (including assisting in surgeries on a regular basis) for several years. So, Im very familiar with how to be sterile. I just want to say that I ended up being hospitalized, and was sick for 2 months after receiving a nipple piercing. The cork was dropped on the floor a few times, and the girl who pierced me wouldnt use a new cork after I asked her to. In addition, the employee admitted that this happens often due to the autoclave making the corks too hard for the needle to pierce. Its nice that an autoclave is used for sterilization, but once a sterile object is dropped on the ground, it is no longer sterile. Neither her gloves, nor the cork, were remotely sterile immediately after touching the floor. Its upsetting when a business cant admit when they did wrong, and blame me entirely. It contradicts their statement of valuing their clients. Does this mean that all infections are the clients fault? I was infected within a week of being pierced, so Im pretty sure it was not related to my aftercare. The Colour Box called to check up on me, but Im doubting their sincerity after reading their response. Simply stating my experience is not slander. Besides, I have medical records and pictures to prove what happened. (The owner even deleted her response to me on here, which blamed me entirely, but luckily, I took a screenshot before it was deleted.)

I had VERY incorrectly pierced nipples at another shop, and I was heartbroken and indecisive on whether or not I should take them out. They talked me through the process of healing and repiercing, and didn’t try and push anything on me. They went above and beyond and consulted with 4 different piercers to make sure they all agreed on the incorrect placement, and I made the decision to take them out.I’m disappointed that I had to take them out, but I can’t wait until the 6 week mark hits so I can run back to the Colourbox and get them re-pierced!If everyone who went here for jewelry or piercings reviewed, they’d have hundreds and hundreds of 5 star reviews, I know it! Please make the right decision and go here! You won’t regret it!

Wow! I am so happy I went here to get my piercing done! They talked me thought the process and after care. They also redid my friends piercing for free to grantee her happiness with the piercing. Highly recommend going!

Wow. I just called with a few questions to get my 14 almost 15 year old daughter in. The lady quickly became rude and short just while talking on the phone. It sort of became awkward when she said my daughter needed to have an ID. Well, my daughter doesnt drive yet. And I have her birth certificate but that isnt good enough because she needs a photo ID. The lady said that all kids should have a school ID. I explained that she goes to a small Christian school where there are no IDs. She was pretty irritated by me overall and I was disappointed by her lack of professionalism and inability to figure out a way that my 14 year-old could get her ears pierced.

Got my nose pierced and had to go back because the jewelry broke. Not once but twice! My piercing was not even healed when I had them replaced and because of this I now have a keloid.

I feel the sign should say closed if you are not accepting anymore clients . Also there was one hour until closing Maybe the option of because I drove such a distance you could offered me to stay and just see if the prior appointments went faster than planned? Also we barely got in the door and already were told no more appointments.

My cousin and I went to get our noses pierced on wacky Wednesday and couldnt make it there til about 730 pm which was a half an hour before they closed. There was quite the line in front of us but the lady up front still managed to get us in. Super fun atmosphere, and very quick! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

AMAZING! This was my first piercing i’ve gotten since i was a kid (ears). I got my septum piercing and NICOLE was AMAZING!! She put up with my crying and whining. She was quick got it done before i knew what was happening!! Nicole is my go to for any other piercing i want!

I enjoy the different jewelry choices here; very cool. I would think of this jewelry as sexy, not the dainty everyday stuff. For a small fee they will remove and put in new jewelry. I have earrings that are really hard to change since they are the tension type. They can switch them out in no time. Totally worth having someone else do that; I end up dropping a back or the earring repeatedly which makes me angry; now I skip the annoyance and have an expert do it for me.

I dont want to argue with the manager because she typically comments on the reviews but I want to share my experience at the colorbox. I went to the colorbox a total of 6 times and each time I have had a terrible experience. One of my worst experiences was when I went there to get a frontal double helix piercing and I specifically pointed out where I wanted them, but then one of the workers proceeded to pierce the wrong part of my ear. Also I was there with a friend who wanted to get pierced as well but the manager gave a hard to time to my friends mom because they dont have the same last name. Her mom provided paperwork and identification and then the manager continued to argue with them about whether or not she is her mom. Both of our piercings ended up getting infected, and its been 6 months and our piercings both still hurt to this day. I WOULD NOT EVER recommend this place to anyone including people I dont know. And I dont think the manager is practicing good customer service by talking the way she does to customers. Im not trying to get a comment back but I just want to inform everyone that this is not the place to go.

Came from out of town to visit a friend and for us to both get different ear piercings. Everyone here was fantastic! Everything was clean - I was nervous and ended up fainting on top of my friend ~5 min after I had gotten my daith pierced (as my friend was getting pierced), but the piercer realized what was happening quickly and then completely took care of me (sat me down, legs up, garbage close by, fanned my face, lights off and gave me water & candy until I felt better).I was super apologetic (and embarrassed), but she assured me that it happened all the time and didnt rush me out of the room, just wanted to make sure that I was ok. I dont remember anyones names but this piercer did a great job on my friends helix (she had her hair in space buns). Another piercer (long hair, red ends) did my daith and was quick, efficient, and everything was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. Also, the woman who was working the front gave me aftercare instructions and made sure to answer any questions I had. Im from Milwaukee, but when in the area I would definitely come back!

I went on a Wacky Wednesday where most of piercings cost about $25. It was like a 45 minute wait which was understandable for the amount of people there. Quick and easy, the prices werent publicised so that was a little weird to me.

Staff is always professional and incredibly accommodating and kind. Definitely worth every penny!

Went in to get a jewelry change on my traigus and the girl was not careful or gentle at all. Piercing was completely healed for over a year without any issues and now its been swollen and insanely tender and sore for the last 4 days.

Didnt know the difference between internally and externally threads. Didnt know that external threads damage the piercing. I called ahead to make sure they had the jewelry that I needed in stock. I was told they did. When I got there they had no idea what it was. Ive never been more frustrated when buying jewelry. I guess Ill just stick to my regular place.

Only place I will get piercings done. Whenever I go, they never get infected. They know what they’re doing and they’re very professional and clean. Very reasonably priced as well. I love the vibe this place has and I will continue to be a customer! Thank you!

Took my 10 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. My wife and I were pleased with the experience. My daughter loved the attention from the staff and customers before and after. Fantastic!

Ive been here a couple of times for a couple of different piercings and have always been really well taken care of. The ladies have been really nice and have explained everything really well. I will definately come back.

Labret piercing was off center even tho I told her to move it several times before she pierced it, everyone there was super rude when I was unhappy about it. If I wanted a bad piercing I would have done it myself, not going back.

The ladies at colourbox are amazing! i have had my conch, side labret, and tragus all done at this shop, they work quick as well! and make it so pain free! i love going here for my piercings and will be back soon for some more! 💕

Love it here, I always go here for all of my piercings. Its much cheaper than going to the places in the mall, plus, people are friendly, professional, and great at their job. 10/10 would go again, but Im running out of space on my ears 😂

NO CARD ONLY CASH. My piercer was pleasant and let me take my time deciding where my symmetric piercing should be. I believe there is a step in the front but there is wheelchair access in the back of the store.

My initial visit was great. I went back to get my piercing changed & a different lady did it. This 2nd visit (my piercing was not headed yet but needed to be changed) the lady repierced my piercing w a whole guage size BIGGER piercing! Talk about pain and healing time....I dont know if this happens often there but it did happen to me.

Dermal gave me nothing but problems whole time i had it went to third demension tattoo/piercing , to get it removed . the piercing was put in vertically not horizontal, the placement everything, they were mind blown . i will never be back to color box service is always hit or miss . IF U NEED RECOMMENDATION - 3rd demension tattoo

They are kind and work on thing when you have a piercing hole and they didnt charge me for a repairing.

I’ve gotten all my piercings done here and they’ve been great and professional but if your piercing falls out/lose your piercing I recommend finding somewhere else. Obviously you will have to buy new jewelry but you will also have to pay an additional fee for EACH earring/piercing to be put back in even if you buy the jewelry from them. I’ll go buy the jewelry somewhere else and they will place it for free.

We called at 7 pm telling them we were coming from 45 minutes away. And they said it was fine.they look forward to seen us. We get there, and they say, we stop taking walk ins at 730. Then say that when we call!

I got a ear piercing here a couple months ago and it came out uneven. Even after I told my piercer I thought the dots where uneven she proceeded to pierce me anyways and ignored me. Customer service was not great either.

I went here to get my helix pierced and my third lobe repierced, i love the way the piercings look, however they pierced my lobe with a piercing gun which was unexpected and the back is on pretty tight now. other than that everything was good and my helix turned out perfect!

I went in to get my tongue pierced. The piercer was a bit grumpy when I asked her to check sizing for another piercing I had. She pierced my tongue but should have told me I didnt have the anatomy for it... The piercing was to far forward and caused issues with basic mouth functions. I went to another piercing studio and that piercer said my tongue was to small for the piercing and I decided to take it out...

Loved the piercing but the employee gave me a little bit of an attitude when I asked a question other than that they were very nice... also came in to use my gift card which I waited 15 minutes for them to figure out that their site was down and I couldn’t use the gift card... I was a little disappointed since that was the whole reason why I went there

I got my nipples pierced here a year ago and they still look amazing! Very nice and professional owner, also very clean! Awesome place! I plan to go back soon to get more piercings!

I went months ago for a daith piercing. They were knowledgeable and nice. I returned to get my 5 year olds ears pierced. Fast and friendly service. Very clean and professional. This place is the way to go.

I loved it I havent been their since I was 16 or 17, and I got my tongue pierced. Well I took it out but never put it back. Im thinking of getting it pierced again. Do you still have wacky Wednesdays?

The piercer did a good job at piercing my belly button, but she told me to use soap (so I used the orange dial soap) and its been 3 days since I got it done and its infected and I read online you arent supposed to use soap but sea salt solution. Im not so happy that professionals told me the wrong cleaning solution.UPDATE: my naval piercing is crooked and Im now wishing I went somewhere else, waste of money.

The Colourbox is a great place to get your body piercing . I had a derma put in but a couple of days later it some how popped out I called the Colourbox and told them what happened they were very understanding and offered to redo it with no charge . Thanks I have had several peircings here and am very pleased with there service.

I went in to get my 2nd piercing on my lobes done and the employees were very nice. I was in and out quickly and the pricing is very reasonable. I will most definitely return to get another piercing. Thank you!

Got both nips done this past Sunday by a very down to earth woman who talked me through everything. I tipped her, and left with perfectly straight nipple piercings. I lOVE them and will be coming back to get shorter barbells soon.

10/10 I love going to Colooutbox and the girls are so wonderful! I went in today and wanted to get my septum pierced but found out I wasnt able to so my piercer was willing to do my Industrial instead and it didnt hurt one bit!

Been to the colourbox in green bay many times and always left happy. Visited another piercing shop lately and had less than a pleasant expirence. Definately will not ever go anywhere other than the colourbox again!!! I love this place. They always take the time to respond to my Facebook messages as well!!

Actually I didnt mean to post 1 star. I absolutely love my dermal. Everyone there was so great considering all the restrictions because of Covid. I will be back for more!

Got my belly button pierced with my friend and it got infected, swollen, and had pus build up for over a year. I called and told them and no refund was suggested and when I asked what I should do to make it better, all they said was to go to my personal physician. Ended up taking the piercing out (obviously) and went to a different body piercing shop and got it redone after it finally healed.

I’ve had half a dozen piercings done there and I’ve never had any issues. Staff is friendly and helpful and facility is clean. Thumbs up!

I love how the place has a full female staff but as someone with major anxiety I wish the staff who have explained what they were doing and talk to the customer to make them feel comfortable my personal experience I felt uncomfortable because of that

I have been to a few piercing shops, but this one is BY FAR the best one. Other shops in the area that I have been to have not been very good. These guys are so friendly and they LISTEN to what you want.

I got MY nose pierced here with My daughter 😍 And they Did AN Awesome Job. BUT they ONLY had 1 room open and one woman doing the piercing so we had to wait in a long line.

Went in to get my nose pierced and belly button repierced. Pierced my nose quickly and stretched my belly button instead of having it repierced (which saved me money). Piercers are professional and very nice, definitely stopping in again.

I have gone to The Colourbox for enough piercings to get a free one, no complaints. However when I went one wacky Wednesday and requested Aja tear herself away from her phone, she told me she didnt want to pierce my ears because I would get keloids. I told her I would not hold her responsible and she then punched holes without confirming if that was where I wanted them. When she asked how I liked it, I told her I didnt, but what could she do now. She then proceeded to charge me more then double the cost quoted. And then she took my free piercing coupon saying that was redeemed. After all this, no keloid but Aja has left my experience at The Colourbox tainted. If you go, dont interrupt Aja!

Dont show up unless your just a walk in. They cant even get appointments straight here. Showed up on time (I live 40minutes away) just to find out they changed my appointment to the next week, then had the audacity to ask me to come back the following day. Waste of money and time

Shop is nice. Piercer did a great job socializing to keep us calm while getting pierced 🙂 I understand why the shop is cash only, but still is slightly inconvenient.

Ive had my nipples pierced before and they were perfect. Then, I came here and they were horrible. My nipple piercings werent even straight. I will never go there again! I am very disappointed.
