Skinny Buddha Tattoo

I had some tattoos on each side of my neck that I had been badly wanting covered up so I came to skinny Buddha. The shop came highly recommended to me by some friends and it was a crazy nice experience. The artist Joe did an amazing job of covering up my old tattoos and the new ones are also amazing. THANKS GUYS!

Logan did a flash sale tattoo on me for Friday the 13th. I was in and out in less than an hour and the line work was perfect! Will definitely be checking back in to finish some other pieces I got.

I have gotten 3 tattoos done here by Joe. He is an amazing and talented artist with lots of experience who is able to nail so many different styles! He is very personable and funny and gives off immaculate vibes every time. The shop is very clean, hygienic and comfortable. The process from consultation to design to actually getting the piece tattooed is always very smooth. I recommend Joe to anyone looking to get a new piece!

This place was fantastic. I was in the area on vacation and was looking for a place to get a small tattoo to commemorate the passing of my beloved cat. The parlor was very responsive and informative, and the artist Joe was willing to fit me into his schedule. He was friendly and personable, putting me at ease. I sent them a picture of what I wanted ahead of time and the outcome was exactly what I had hoped for. The parlor itself was very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend! Cant thank you all enough!

Skinny Buddha is definitely in my top recommended tattoo shops in Green Bay, and has been for a long time. Two friends and I took advantage of their Black Friday sale this year and got matching tattoos. We had a wonderful experience with Lisa and Hailey. The atmosphere of the shop is unmatched by any other place, I love the vibe! This shop is run by very professional and reputable people that are wonderful to spend time with

My girlfriend had a great experience with an artist there and one not as great because he rushed it. Tattoos turned out very good. 4 stars cause one guy gave her bad service and some lip the whole time cause he didnt wanna be there. Great artists though.

Tony has done work on me, my daughter, and my hubby! He’s currently working on a full sleeve on my husband. He’s super professional, really nice, and does fantastic work. We just love him, and all the other artists seem pretty warm and friendly also. My daughter has an upcoming appointment with Lisa and she is just so excited. This place is great and I’d recommend it to anyone!

I was so excited to get a tattoo by Skinny Buddha but now I am so disappointed. My first initial appointment got rescheduled because Tony was “sick” and throwing up (which was from being hungover) so he asked if I could reschedule. We rescheduled for the next day where he did the outline of my tattoo. I had my shading appointment set for a Monday at 10am and I sat at the shop for a half hour after knocking on the door, calling their phone number, and even messaging them on their Facebook messenger.It has been 3 weeks and no one still never got back to me. If you’re looking for a tattoo artist I wouldn’t go here because the whole situation was flaky from the beginning. Fast forward, I was able to get my tattoo fixed by another artist. Yes, I said “fixed.” The artist that fixed my tattoo said the outlining that the previous artist did, was washed out and my lines were way too think. I just can’t believe that no body has ever replied to me or got back to me about the whole situation..

So I am posting this to set straight how I feel about Skinny.I have been tattooed 5 times at Skinny and have been extremely happy with all of my tattoos and Artist. Shop is friendly, helpful, & CLEAN! The vibe is chill and is full of so much amazing talent. Which is why I keep coming back. No complaints at all.

The shop itself is always clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and I’ve ALWAYS walked out of the shop blown away with what my artist has done. I came Green Bay from Texas for a family trip to watch a Packers game & we wanted to all get a tattoo together. I called the tattoo shop 3 days in advance to make an appointment & the person I spoke to on the phone said we didn’t need an appointment & could all just come in as a walk-in at noon when they opened & get the tattoos on Saturday. He told me to send a picture of what we wanted to get to the shop’s Facebook. So that’s what we did & we didn’t hear anything else back from anyone at the shop. We showed up to the tattoo shop on Saturday at noon, as instructed, & they told us that we could not get the tattoo we wanted without an appointment. When I told them that I did call days before & tried to make an appointment & that we sent the picture on facebook, they acknowledged that no one looked at the picture we sent & they refused to do our tattoos. Mistakes happen, but this shop did nothing to fix THEIR mistake. My family has been wanting to get this tattoo done together in Green Bay for years & not being able to get it is extremely disappointing to say the least, especially since we tried to plan ahead & avoid a situation like this.

Skinny Buddha has the best artists out of any shop I’ve been to.. I’ve had 95% of my tattoos done at Skinny Buddha and I am always satisfied with the work that each of the artists do! I feel so comfortable and 100% trust any artist that is doing work on me. I never feel awkward when I’m getting tattooed by any of the artists, they are so welcoming and friendly. I got two different tattoos here! Both tattoos ended up being very CLEAN and amazing looking- exactly what I asked for!!! Very happy with both pieces. Both turned out perfect in lines and colors and everything. Both times they were happy to help and answer any questions I had. Ive had amazing experiences with this tattoo shop and highly recommend coming here!

Super happy about the tattoo I got here. I worked with Zak and he is both personable and professional. I had an idea of what I wanted and he helped me find-tune it into something that looks great and really represents me. He also was easy to talk with and made rib work as comfortable as humanly possible. The atmosphere here is mellow and it is super clean - which is, if course, very important.

Had Lisa do a very simple tattoo for me and my sister to match. 5 star for the artist, the studio, and the other artists that either helped us at the desk or as a second eye to make sure the stencil was even and aligned. Very welcoming atmosphere and Lisa was there to answer all of my questions since it was both me and my sisters first tattoo and experience. I no longer live in the area but would definitely consider waiting to do my next tattoo when I come back to visit!

Ive had nothing but a good experience at Skinny Buddha. Everybody is very nice and take great pride in the art/work they do. I personally really liked when I went in for my first consultation that they direct you to the artist that works best with your design. They all do a great job! Cant wait to get back in a few weeks for some more work!

Skinny Buddha has been my go to spot in Green Bay for piercings, and my most meaningful larger scale tattoo. Little Lisa was professional, clean, happy, artistic, and one of the best artists Ive had. She customized my piece and had a full water color painting done of it before we met for a full consult. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly, and you can just tell how strong of a team they are. I cannot wait to go back for some more art!

Got a tattoo with Joe recently and I was happy with the service. From booking the appointment to actually getting tattooed, the entire process went as smoothly as one could imagine. Tony was great! I received a chest tattoo that was well done and fairly priced. I was a bit indecisive with the design of the tree initially, but Tony was patient and flexible to adjust the design as needed. I was impressed! I didnt feel pressured either way and he was professional through and through. The environment was clean and comfortable. Will def go back.

The owner, Little Lisa, is an old soul and amazing artist who has been tattooing for many years. She will take your ideas and turn them into an inspiring and breathtaking work of art. She does the most colorful, bright with detail, amazing work I have seen in the Midwest (including work I have seen at conventions). Her artwork jumped out of the page at me when I went in to look for an artist for my first tattoo. It is creative, bright, beautiful and will listen to anything you would like to change or add. Needless to say, many tattoos later, I still return to Little Lisa for the guarantee of high quality ink she consistently produces. If you are looking for an artist who can break the boundaries of many genres of artwork, this is the girl for you. Everyone will stop to compliment the amazing artwork she will leave on your body. Color, black/white, traditional, neo-traditional, watercolor... she has so much talent. This girl knows how to make you beautiful!!! All the other artists also come highly recommended by me personally!!! Very happy with their work and professionalism!

Can speak highly for the staff, friendly and flexible. I had Hailey as my tattoo artist and she did an amazing job on my shoulder piece, and was a fast worker. She was focused and made me feel very comfortable, am looking forward to going back! She also has a fantastic Instagram page featuring lots of amazing work.

I had 8 tattoos dont by only 2 people as I have tried to stay loyal to my artists. I heard a lot of good reviews from skinny budda, and I loved the art work that they make almost daily. I resided to give it a go. I love my tattoo its actually what I wanted! They have a great selection of colors too! This is probably my favorite tattoo for now, until the next one ;)

I walked in late on a Saturday with no appointment and ended up with Nate as my artist. Walked out with the best tattoo I have ever gotten. I let him run wild creatively and he blew my mind. It was clean and welcoming. Super fair hourly rate was the cherry on top. Recommend to all who need high quality work

Drew was an amazing artist to work with. He did custom work for both of my tattoos, and they turned out better than I could have ever hoped for. Their facilities are awesome, and the other folks around the shop are super friendly and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else!

The Skinny Buddha was clean and cozy, and the staff were welcoming and fun to talk to while we waited. The tattoo artist made sure to fully communicate his ideas and made sure he did it exactly as the customers wanted it. Overall it was a great experience, with one hiccup. When applying the protective sleeve after the tattoo was done, something was done incorrectly or forgotten because it had fallen off the day after instead of staying on for the full length of time.

Lisa and Nate are both amazing. Not only is the tattoo shop professional, clean, and friendly. Its always full of some really great one of a kind original artwork made by them. Ive never been more impressed by another artist work. I will for sure be getting more art from them.

I love this place. I have never heard anything negative about Skinny Buddha Tattoo. From what i know the artists are very professional and have a lot of experience. I would recommend this place to everyone! They put a lot of effort and time into each tattoo that they perform and i would trust them with any tattoo design that i might come up with.

When I go in to Skinny Buddha everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. I get my work done by Joe after another shop cancelled on me 5 time, twice in 1 week. Joe has a great eye on what needed to be done and every time I leave the tattoo comes more to life. He has amazing skills. Never will I go to another shop again.

Got tattooed by Lisa on my birthday last year (attached pic for reference) and hope to make it a yearly birthday tradition! Everyone at Skinny Buddha is kind and makes their customers feel comfortable. They even shared their take out with me!If you look at all the artists portfolios on their Facebook page its easy to see that there is some amazing talent there. I particularly love Lisas art and she did a fantastic job of creating a piece for me based off the ideas I presented her with.Lastly, I think its worth mentioning that when you patronize Skinny Buddha youre patronizing a business that gives back. Lisa is incredibly active in volunteering and rescuing animals in need and gives a lot of her time and energy towards these projects. I feel good knowing that Im giving my money over to someone not only talented and passionate for her job, but also kind to and passionate about animals.

Walked in on a friday at noon. I wanted a very small, but meaningful tattoo. They fit me in right away and were very helpful with making the tattoo fit exactly what I wanted. They told me my original sizing wouldnt work, but gave me lots of examples of what I could do! Cody was great and very patient with me (I hate needles).My tattoo turned out great! I love it.

Joseph did such an amazing job on my husbands tattoo. He was great to work with and the shop was professional, clean, and the work healed perfectly.Joe took such pride and care into his art. My husband got a tattoo of Jesus carrying the cross. That image is so near and dear to his heart. Joe took it so seriously and showed true understanding of what this image meant to him. He knew it was more than a tattoo, it was a proclamation of faith. And he treated it that way. The tattoo turned out so incredible. No blurring at all. The detail is sharp. Skinny Buddha is one of the most professional tattoo shops Ive been to.Stumbled onto the reviews for Skinny Buddha and saw Hater McHatersons negative review. Just thought I would clear up any confusion. I have dealt with everyone that works there on some level and they are all very courteous, helpful, and willing to work with you to get the most out of your experience there. Not sure if the other reviewer was expecting a foot massage and a pat on the head, but I can assure you whatever problem the negative reviewer had, was his own. Great place! I tell everyone!

Honestly if you want the best work in town, go here. All of the artists are extremely talented with their own styles which varies. The only place in town I will go to get tattooed. Very professional, polite, and easy to have your vision accomplished within reason. Will probably never reccomend another tattoo shop.

Respectable shop with very dedicated artists. Every artist here takes a lot of pride in the quality of their work. They will work with to to ensure you get the best tattoo experience possible. Prices may be slightly higher than some other shops in the area. But you get a quality tattoo for your money.

I spent absolutely forever researching shops to get my first tattoo. Combing the internet far and wide, I was resigned to the fact that most of the artists I really liked were in Europe or Australia. Luckily I travel a bit for work, so I hadnt completely given up hope.Then I stumbled on Skinny Buddhas facebook page. Looking through their portfolio I was pretty amazed that these folks had a shop basically in my back yard. After stopping by for a (super) quick consultation with Nate and throwing down a tiny deposit my first tattoo was in the works.I was a bit nervous, given how short our consultation was about the final tattoo design. I had spent countless hours combing the internet looking for reference art. Its not like I had a crazy design in mind, a couple of roses and a heart with a banner, but I just never found anything online I was in love with. When I showed up to my appointment, Nate completely nailed the idea. His drawing, after a 5 minute chat with me, was exactly what I had envisioned.The actual tattoo process was as smooth as can be. Ive stopped in a few shops, but Ive never felt as at ease and welcome as I have at Skinny Buddha. Nate did a great job with the tattoo and making me feel comfortable, even though hes a man of few words.Ive already referred a couple of friends to Skinny Buddha and their work has turned out just as solid.If any of these artists were in a bigger city theyd probably be more well known, and certainly be charging higher rates. For now Im glad I found them, and that theyre basically in my backyard so I can get amazing affordable work done whenever I finally get around to figuring out how I want to finish a sleeve.

Ive gotten two tattoos here and its always been a wonderful experience, Joe even went above and beyond and came in early just to fit me in, and had the Rocky Horror Picture Show soundtrack playing for my Rocky Horror themed tattoo! They really care about their customers and it shows!

I got three simple butterflies the lines were crooked and not filled in completely. lastly, my friend got her first tattoo done there and she immediately got an infection & all of the color was gone after a few weeks.

I had a portrait of God with the the Heavens in the background by Nate 3-4 yrs ago. I saw a tattoo that Brantley Gilbert had and Nate put his spin on it along with a few of my ideas. This Tattoo means a lot to me because it represents my faith and my my family members that passed away. He also did a Tribal for me years 5-6 years with my wife and 3 kids intertwined in it. Nate saved me! I had a simple line drawing that another artist from another shop botched. Superficial lines in some spots, extra deep lines in others, pretty bad blowout and blurriness. It literally looked like a prison tattoo, yet it was performed in a reputable shop. Anyway, Nate re-outlined and added strategic color placement and now, my tattoo is beautiful! He absolutely rescued the design and helped me avoid a huge dark cover-up. THANK YOU!!!!

Went to get an old tattoo recolored. i asked for no modifications and only update the color. my wings had a lot of fade to them and maybe this guy wasnt good with fade but he added white (which i did not want). he also added lines to make things symmetrical (also did not want). There were times where he was pushing so hard that the gun was stalling and now you can feel its raised up...even his coworker across from us was looking up at us when this would happen.Maybe its not a bad place if you are getting brand new ink, but my experience was not good and because of this i wont even go back there for anything new. My sister had a bad cover up from there also...

Terrible service. After two consultations traveling from Michigan, I got nowhere with what I wanted done. After numerous messages, the artist refused return my phone calls. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I refuse to give my business to a place with such disregard to what customer service is.

I had a shoulder piece done by Nate, totaling 6.5 hours. He works diligently, communicates design ideas well and I would definitely go back.
