I’d get piercings here again but I don’t think I’d get another tattoo. We came for flash day and I understand it was busy, but we got absolutely nothing for after care instructions and our artist said maybe 10 words to my partner, who was getting their first tattoo and could have really used more than just ‘where do you want it’.The piercing team is absolutely amazing though, they are fantastic at communicating what they are doing and what is about to happen. I recommend them to everyone that asks

Alli at Immortal Canvas Tattoo & Piercing was beyond amazing with my 8 year old daughter who wanted her ears pierced. She explained absolutely everything from start to finish. She was extremely calm and patient when my daughter was hesitant. We would definitely recommend Immortal Canvas and Alli to anyone!!!

Vicki did my industrial and she did a fantastic job!!! Her #1 priority was my comfort throughout the entire process. She talked me through every step so there were no surprises, and she was extremely quick and smooth through the painful parts of it! She also made sure I loved the placement before we started and was more than happy to make adjustments to get it just right. Can’t recommend her enough, I’ll definitely going back to her for future piercings 😊

Jesse did an amazing job with my piercings (nipples) for the second time. Both times he did an excellent job and they healed perfectly. He made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything he was doing as we went. The shop was very clean and staff was welcoming! They also provide a free check up three weeks after your initial appointment to make sure your piercing is healing properly. I would ten out of ten recommend!

I visited Immortal Canvas Tattoo & Piercing Studio with my daughter today. She turned 18 and to celebrate her milestone, she asked for a navel piercing. Her body piercing artist was Jordyn.Though my daughter walked out without a freshly pierced navel to commence her adulthood, I felt compelled to provide this review. You see, Jordyn didnt treat my daughter like another pushpin client for quick profit. Jordyn did the complete opposite. She did a thorough evaluation of the piercing site, discussed in detail the best technique and suitable jewelry that worked best for her navel type. I had no clue there were more bellybutton types besides an innie or an outie! Long story short, my daughter will have to come back when the shipment of appropriate jewelry comes in.I appreciate her craft, her care for clients, and her approach to do it the right way. Thanks Jordyn! We look forward to coming back.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would my younger sister got her belly button pierced here and had a TERRIBLE experience. One it was way overpriced I got mine done at a different shop for over half less than what she paid 120$ for a belly button piercings ridiculous and then they messed it up and now it’s rejecting and hurts really bad. If you can’t pierce don’t advertise for it. SHAME ON YALL

First time getting a tattoo in immortal canvas got piercings but first tat me and my husband really liked Damien he was very cool and friendly seem down to earth over all very nice guy I think he did a awesome job! Ali is the best of the best! I was blown away by her attention to detail and the care she put into piercing. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I didn’t have an appointment and she still managed to fit me in, even though she was fully booked up for the day. She took her time with me, talked me through everything step by step and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Pricing was up front and explained in depth before the piercing. Everything was clean and hygienic. Wonderful experience. I highly recommend Ali and Immortal Canvas.

Good artists, disappointing service. Offers touchups but gets upset after you ask for one. Ignored calls to set up an appointment. Made me come in only to try and upsell and didn’t touch up. Was offended I even asked. They think they’re better than people. They’re just human beings canvas.

Carter is an amazing artist and a good person. He did my sons, wifes, and myselfs memorial tattoos for our son and brother in one day. Everyone in the shop was friendly, personable, and professional. I saw Vicki for a septum piercing in Nov and she did a great job! I have had it done 2x previously, and my experience with Vicki was the best and the easiest healing! Vicki explained what she was doing and why through the whole process, which I loved. Aside from her exceptional customer service, she was wonderful to talk to and I can’t wait to see her again!

I have had two previous tattoos done here and very happy with them. I had a consultation today with Jason and not impressed at all. I had sent my pic several days ago for him, when I get there he cant find the right one. I came from Mason and wasted my time, he came across very not interested. He had not even worked on it previously to try and make it the way I was wanting it. I will not return, WHAT A SHAME!

Six months ago I got it pierced by someone else and it bled for days non stop. I took it off and it healed. I explained my situation to Ali and she made me feel so comfy and ready to try it again. It’s been a week and not once has it bled or hurt. When I get more piercing, I’ll definitely come back.

Ben Chapman - AKA Chappy is a great artist, a consummate professional and a righteous dude. I tried booking an appointment with another shop and arrived for my appointment to be told the artist was out with COVID and didnt take the time to let me know thus wasting a trip and my time, so I book with Chappy at immortal canvas. He did a great job, worked with my concept of the tattoo but also guided me to decisions which resulted in an awesome tattoo that I absolutely love. 10 out of 10 I will use him again. He is my new artist as far as Im concerned.

I always love going to Immortal Canvas! The shop is always clean and the staff are laid back and friendly. Carter did my piece on my forearm and really did an amazing job. Fantastic people and a fantastic place. The artists here are incredible, Taylor is a rockstar! I got a great tattoo dedicated to my daughter whos my number 1. I have another one scheduled with Taylor next week and another in September. The place is very welcoming, the people are nice and will answer your questions. Very clean, overall great experience. Got a cartilage piercing back in the beginning of 2023. Finally switched jewelry 2024. The piercer lady is top tier. Recommended

Ben Chapman is a talented tattooer and a handsome bearded lad. He assures me that if I don’t show up for my appointment 2 1/2 hours late that he’ll honor my deposit and tattoo me in good faith! Will update further after appointment.Edit: I showed up late and he punched my weiner. Still 5 stars tho’.

My wife and I both visited here. The staff is friendly and patient. Archie is the best! He was very specific about how he wanted to do it. He also asked a lot of questions that we wouldnt have thought of so that we got the exact tattoo that we wanted, and to make sure we were happy. I recommend!

The staff is very friendly. I had a Daith piercing done today. Jesse is great! This was the third piercing he has done for me. He is so nice. He explains everything clearly. He is very good at piercing. I think his calm personality helps to put you at ease. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ive gotten multiple peircings here. They do really great work! The people are really nice and always welcoming. The shop is very clean, and they always sterilize the jewelry and implements. Love this place! My go to place for peircings, hands down.

Great atmosphere, very professional, the only thing that would stop me from going back would be if I moved away. They have a great group of talented Artists with a variety of art stiles, all of whom are very skilled. It doesnt matter if its your first tattoo or your 31st this is the place to go. I absolutely love this place. Ive gotten every tattoo I have from here. Taylor is fantastic! She is so nice and her work is beautiful. I just moved here and needed my months old nose ring looked at. I just needed a new piece of jewelry better fitted for me but immediately they took me in and got me taken care of. Cleanliness is a virtue in this business and their location is amazing. Everyone was so incredible Ill be using them as my only place for ink and peircings.

I love it here! Carter worked with me to come up with a unique and personal family tree design. The tattoo took a while but he was very friendly and talkative with me and my friend I brought with me, which was really nice because most artists wont talk and joke around with you. He is an amazing artist and I deffinetly will be back.

Jesse did my septum piercing, he was very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He will answer any of your questions and make you feel as comfortable as possible. The piercing itself looks great and I will be coming back :)

This was my first tattoo and I absolutely love it! Carter did an amazing job! He was able to give me advice about the tattoo and then allowed me to make my own decision about it all and then we went with it. I love this place. It is one of the best tattoo shops in the Greater Cincinnati Area. I believe this for a few select reasons.1. The entire staff is super friendly and approachable. Ive been to more than enough tattoo shops that when you go in the place the staff or owner act like they are doing you a favor talking to you. At Immortal Canvas they ask questions and engage you in the process. After all, it is your tattoo.2. The talent of the artists is on a higher level! And they get better as time goes on it seems, if that is even possible!3. It is a very clean environment. Some shops dont really give off this vibe. There is a standard process that you have to follow when cleaning equipment and what needs to be sprayed down. And Im sure most follow this, but Immortal Canvas takes it to the next level. And that is important to me to see a clean environment.4. They are professional and are always busy. If you walk into a shop and nobody is there but the staff it could be your first warning sign.

Very nice people I gave them an idea of what i wanted without a picture reference and they showed me exactly what I was looking for but better. Im amazed by the quality and friendliness of the staff they arent there to just give you a tattoo collect your money and expect you to leave. They build a friendship with you they ask about what you do and try to connect with you. Zay was my artist and the job he did was outstanding i love every minute of how this looks and if i ever want more I will definitely be going back

I cant say enough good things about Immortal Canvas. I have been in for 3 sessions over the past few months (with more scheduled) to work with Aloha Dave Mullins. Aside from the artwork turning out better than I imagined, Im blown away by the cleanliness and professionalism of this shop. From scheduling to the waiting room, and the tattoo application to aftercare, they take the best care of you. If youre in the market for a tattoo, I (and many others) highly suggest Immortal Canvas.

My 17 year old daughter had her nose pierced by Vickie who was so incredible. It was clean and private and Vickie talked her through each step. Def recommend and ask for Vickie.

Was a repeat customer until they made an error with a new piece of jewelry that did not last 48 hrs. They chose not to stand behind their $25 mistake… I have now canceled both mine and my fiancé’s appt for another tattoo next week.I can only image how they handle a bigger mistake. Do Not trust your body to them..

I got my tongue pierced here and was very nervous. Thanks to the staff they calmed me down. The piercing was at a reasonable price and it healed so quickly. Id say its definitely worth it.

I looked into a place for my daughter to go to for her first tattoo, shes 18 now and on the spectrum and also has touch aversion so I wanted a studio who could be sensitive to her needs and I couldnt have found a better place. We contacted the shop online, asked a couple of questions and were responded to right away, we made an appointment and put down a deposit. On the day we had to do the tattoo I ended up also needing to have my mother with me (I take care of her) and the staff were very understanding and helped me get her comfortable while I sat with my daughter. She was quite nervous and needed to stop a few times but the artist was so patient and even got her a soda to help with her nerves. I couldnt have found a better place. I know we were difficult and had a lot of questions, took more time and needed a lot of emotional hand holding but never once did Anastasia (the tattoo artist) make my daughter feel any of that. And now she has a beautiful piece she loves. The only down side to the shop is that its kind of cramped in the front hallway but the rooms are clean, they have a fantastic staff and we totally adore Anastasia for all her help.

Whatever you do dont go to ben for tattoos. My mom made an appointment with him and went to her appointment to be told that she was not there at the right time and he refused to see her and Also refused to refund her deposit. The person that called my mom to remind her of her appointment told her one time while Ben told my mom another. They are theives

I called n asked, the lady said sure come in, we have piercing jewelry. I drive accross town n wait for 20 minutes plus inside, only to be told that the piercer was too busy n could not sell me any jewelry that day. They were very rude, save for the girl at front desk who was nice n seemed as confused as I was that I couldnt buy a piece of jewelry that day.

My sister, mom, and I just had a tattoo done by TC last night. My sister and I both have tattoos from other places, and I am extremely unsatisfied with mine. However, we were blown away with TCs work (if you want to see an example, check out his forearm: absolutely incredible and he tattooed it himself!). We got simple designs (our grandmothers handwriting) but it literally looks like she wrote it on there herself. His lines were thin and crisp. I hadnt planned on getting any more tattoos in the future, but after leaving ecstatic with mine, Im considering another! I will only come to Immortal Canvas from now on!

Jamie had been working all day for the fundraiser, normally they would be off on a Sunday, and they were slammed. She took her time and created a little work of art out of a cancer ribbon design I got in honor of my Mom. Will definitely return for more!

Ive been to several tattoo shops around and this is by far the best one. It is one of few where the people arent just a worker who knows how to tattoo. They are real tattoo artists. Other places Ive gone, Id ask them for advice or ideas and they would look at me dumb founded. Immortal canvas will give you their honest opinion. Off the top of her head, Anastasia drew up a sleeve for me right on my skin without picture or reference. Its the best tattoo Ive gotten period.

I got a tattoo by one of their artist at the steel city tattoo convention. It looked good when it the ink was being applied, but when it healed there were patches where there was no ink lines were blown out, and for a small piece that I got done it took almost 3 months to heal. When I contacted the artist I got told he would fix it. It has been awhile now and Im embarrassed by it and now Im having to get a cover up. So 100 dollar tattoo by them was not worth the money and time I sat through. I would not send my friends to them for a tattoo. For the reasons as stated before. I have spent two years trying to get this fixed and they still wont do anything I get pushed to the side their artists are bad and rude overpriced and since they wont fix their artist mistake I have to try to get it fixed somewhere else. These people are unprofessional and disrespectful when you try to get answers and a solution.

They are not upfront about the cost of service. I paid over $200 for two piercings. That is crazy! They said it would be around $120. Also, they had my review removed on Facebook.
