They should be investigated for fraud. There telling people to go over to another business then run your card and come back. Basically so they don’t have to pay taxes and guess what! They lock the door so they can just screw you over and. It get your purchase!. Some one needs to shut them down! Terrible tattoos, he was back there touching the needles with no gloves setting up while the lady was basically trying to rip me off by telling me to go some where else run my card and she’ll give me the stuff when I come back with a receipt! Worst shop in Hamilton! Go any where but there literally.

Stepped in on a whim just to check it out during our girls night out. We walked out one of us a tattoo, one with a belly ring and one with a Medusa piercing. Super nice people!

I walked in at midnight and asked for a large and detailed tattoo. They did it in and hour and a half and it looked great. Very personable and talented.

Excellent work. This was my first “big” tattoo and it’s like they put the exact reference picture on me. Super sweet and gave better aftercare tips than I had gotten on my other tattoos that were done elsewhere. Will be returning for another piece.

Went here with my friend to get matching tattoos. We did not have appointments but they got us in the same day. They were friendly, patient and willing to work with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Pricing was very fair as well, we both got our tattoos for $60 a piece. The artist who did our tattoos seemed knowledgeable and experienced. The tattoos turned out great, and healed well! Would definitely recommend going here, and will definitely be back!

Leah and her family are awesome. They all make you feel welcome. And her tattoo skills are incredible! I gave her an idea of what I wanted to memorialize the death of my son. She took the idea and ran with it. She even added the smallest of details that I mentioned to her that had tremendous meaning to me. What she did for me will always be a meaningful reminder of my boy.

I’ve gotten two tattoos and two piercings from here over the yrs. They are great! I’ll definitely be back for more.

I was going to come here for a tongue piercing but the lady was rude over the phone instantly. “What do you want?” After saying hello, overly weird response. Won’t be coming here now. Hire someone else.

Every time I get a tattoo by Lean or Tim it is always almost exactly as I imagine. I love them for my tattoo needs . They are the only people in Ohio I will let near me with a tattoo needle.

Highly recommend getting a piercing here. I sadly went somewhere else, and they pierced my helix wrong and had given me extremely tight jewelry. I went here, and the piercer was amazing. She gave me her professional opinion, as well as switched out the jewelry for me and let me know I was able to come back to her, and we would work together to make a decision on whether to keep it or take it out

This was my first tattoo so I was very nervous going in. Leah was amazing she talked me though what she was doing, and kept us talking throughout the tattoo. She did an amazing job on the tattoo itself! She took the images we had and made them her own. The service was quick and everything was sterile. Leah added the perfect little touches to our tattoos and they came out excellent!!!!

I give them 5 stars if there was more I would give more , Leah the Mean old boss lady is the nicest women I have met , they did not treat me like I was in convenience on them even tho she was so busy they got me in the next day , they was very friendly people the price was not outrageous , I did not think I paid enough for the work she did and how awesome it looks , losing my mom last month in Feb was hard on me and now I have a new piece of me of my mother on my arm and I absolutely love it . I came to get my tattoo in October. Being that it was my first one ever, I was nervous about the whole process but knew what I wanted. All I have to say is that its PERFECT. The people were so kind, and its not the first time Ive been there. Ive also received my nose piercing from Leah. They are amazing. The entire group. I will definitely be back in soon, as the itch for ink is real! I will always recommend a million times and back.

This is the only tattoo/piercing place I went to for over 10 years! Sadly, that has come to an end after the way I was treated. I drove 50min just to continue going to the same place and was blamed for someone throwing away my tattoo draw up due to scheduling conflictsyet whenever they needed to reschedule even after my long come and waiting over an hour to be rescheduled was told Thank you for being so understanding that things happen then the next appointment I come in and the owner Leah sits my money on the glass and says go somewhere else cuz he threw your draw up away after u said u may need to go somewhere else from scheduling issues. And walked out of the room!. This was after, I had called and rescheduled with her on the phone and 4 days after that conversation this happens?? You had 4 days to re draw or call me to say things had changed. I personally was hurt after going here since I turned 18. to them I am just a number but Ive sent many friends and family to them over the years and have been nothing but understanding and respectful to them always. To be treated so poorly by them was disappointing to say the least. You might ask why I give this rating 1star instead of zero? Well because Im capable of seeing the bigger picture. I was disrespected and embarrassed to cover someone elses mistake up. Leah is essentially running this business with 5 bodies and 1 brain (being hers) . She is constantly having to help the workers that are there to make her life easier.If u want a tattoo with friends at 1am this is the place for youIf you want real work, that takes time and multiple sessions and to have a decent relationship with your artist, 10 years ago I would have said Leah. Now im telling you. Save yourself the trouble, save yourself the unnecessary disrespect and go somewhere else!!!

I got my nose pierced and repierced here last night. Super laid back vibe, Leah was attentive & patient. She noticed I had already had one side pierced before and asked if I wanted it in the same spot. Told when whenever I was ready for the needle. I just appreciated the patience. Very clean place, best prices I’ve seen in the area.

Contacted 3 other shops and all said they wouldnt be able to do what I wanted walked in asked and got exactly what I wanted in minutes at a good price

JC did a tattoo of flowers that my daughter had drawn for me, along with her name. First let me say this, the laid back but still professional vibe at this shop is simply amazing. Unlike most of the artists I have had ink me, JC talked with me as he inked me. It was a breath of fresh air since Im used to silence from the artists. He was also able to fix my daughters name since she didnt make the n very visible. I was also a work in and the whole process was great, from the time I walked in until the time I walked out, I was treated not only like I mattered to them but that my vision for my tattoo was of high importance.When I get back home to visit my family again, I will do my absolute best to have JC ink me again! I’ve been here twice. Repiercing a daith and then a new eyebrow piercing. The lady who took care of me was excellent. Do to unfortunate Circumstances I had both piercings removed and sealed over. Can’t wait to get back in to a quality clean and reasonable pricing piercer.

I came back in for a touch up after getting the worst tattoo I’ve ever had and Leah had told me never to come back because I had given her a bad review. The guy that did my tattoo seemed like he was digging the needle into my skin deep as he could while Leah watched over his shoulder. I went in with bad work and came out with even worse work. This place is a joke, I mean who says they’ll call the police because you gave them a poor review. I’m jus waiting for the infection to set in. Worst service ever. Worst line work as well. I’d recommend staying far away from this place. I have a lot of tattoos and my arm has never burned so bad in my life. If you really want to know how these people are check the comments on any bad review, they always reveal their true colors.

Me and my sister use this place to get our tattoos together and it was an awesome time since its my first one which made me nervous but luckily I had a great tattoo artist who helped me be at ease by making jokes and talking to try to distract me from the pain. I was going to get work done at this place but soon as I pulled up in the parking lot, a guy comes out of the front door and gets a shotgun from the trunk of his car. The larger build man makes his way back into the shop. I felt threatened and intimidated so I decided instead to leave and never look the other way. I cant speak for the quality of work they do here or the customer service but the way he walked out and got a gun during broad daylight was enough to turn me off to this place.

I drove all the way from Dayton, oh and I was greeted within seconds of walking in the door to get my nose repierced and was on my way within 15 minutes.. it was clean and had a very laid back feel to the place ☺️ I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone
