Glass Ink Tattoo

Went it to have our best friend phoniex bird tattoos colored in. Not only did they get us in for a great price they made the outlines better and made them pop with color. We are extremely happy. The atmosphere is clean and Tim, Buzz and Sam are truly amazing artists. Thank you guys for your talent.

I have went to this place 2 times to get a piercing. Called before I came in said the piercer would be there and when I came in they said I would have to wait 30 min to a hour because the piercer is not in. (On break) if you were honest about it I would wait. It seems like every time I go in she’s on break. How many breaks can you get! also got 3 flash sale tattoos from here a year ago. They are faded and the lines are all wonky. Let alone the shop smells of weed and cigarettes. I literally saw my tattoo artist smoking weed out back before he did my tattoo. So unprofessional it’s not even funny. If you’re gonna smoke at least make sure your shop doesn’t reek of it. So ghetto

I got my eye brow pierced December 23rd 2019 and I was so scared but I had the best guy I believe his name was Matt! He kept my mind off it and was making me laugh so much! I’m so happy he didn’t use the clip thing! I still have it done and I still love it! I spent like $60-65 on it! It was worth every penny!

Got pierced here twice, first time lip and eyebrow, done by a girl about 2 years ago... perfection nothing could have been better from the price to the process... the second time more recently was 2 cartilage done by a different girl and it was terrible. she wasnt strong enough to get the needle through, and after REFUSING to use my jewelry the ones they used were not long enough and months later there still not healed because it started to heal over the balls... costed 80$ for 2 ear piercings! and the people who work there were rude af... ill just pierce myself from now on.

The workers are extremely efficient, nice and knowledgeable. I love my two tattoos I got for a charity event they threw there. 10/10 would go again

The person doing my pericings was really kind, and talked to me as he did the pericing. Was quick and painless, even gave us tips on how to keep it clean.

Dark and poorly lit when you come in for service, but very fair with pricing. The work areas are correctly illuminated and clean.

Messed up on my tattoo and when I asked if he could’ve fix his mistake he wanted $50 extra. Would highly recommend some other place

I love my nose piercing plus it was not as expensive as I thought it was going to be.

This place was sooo friendly and clean! As a African American woman sometimes I’m hesitant to go into tattoo shops. But this place made me feel so welcomed and was very professional! If you go here try to get Tim! He is very friendly and does amazing work! I had a detailed piece I was getting done and we was able to knock it out fast and with quality! Definitely will be coming back again!!

I was a bit nervous to get my navel and septum done but Cheyenne was absolutely amazing. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and explained everything thoroughly, both the process of piercing, and the care afterwards. Highly recommend this place for piercings!

I checked all over the place for a shop to do my tattoo. I wanted a phoenix on my ankle. Called a lot of places and left messages but no call backs. I called Glass Ink and spoke to Samantha, she was more than happy to do my tattoo and we scheduled my appointment. My first appointment we could not start until my leg healed up. My next appointment my leg healed and Samantha started my piece. I had no idea how sensitive the top of your foot and your ankle bone is and I soon found out….LOL 😂.Samantha was/is awesome. She did work on my tattoo and saw the discomfort I was experiencing and stopped my tattoo half way to finish it after my ankle healed a little. Samantha is an awesome artist and I highly recommend her! Glass Ink is clean and everyone is very friendly. This tattoo shop is awesome!!I will do a follow up review and show what my finished tattoo looks like 👍. Until then if you need a tattoo go see Samantha and her colleagues at Glass Ink….you won’t be disappointed.

Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I went in to get my ears pierced and the lobby seemed very unhygienic. Old french fries on the table, carpet with food ground into it and kids toys/juice laying around. There werent any kids around, so I dont think it was due to a client. The woman at the desk didnt know the answer to any of my questions about hygiene. Maybe something happened to explain it, but at this point Im at high-altert cleanliness wise, so I bailed.

I got my cartilage pierced by Cheyenne, she was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Overall, the place has a great environment, everyone is so nice, and great prices as well. If I get another piercing or tattoo plan on coming back.

I came here too get my ears pierced for the first time and Matt did an excellent job! Very Kind and professional. It didn’t even hurt and he explained in detail how too care for my new piercing. The owner Tim also said hello while checking out. Very satisfied!!

Doug and Tim were amazing. Went in for an industrial piercing. Doug did an amazing job while they both made the mood super lighthearted. It was easy to forget the pain eith how professional and warm the environment was. Clean, high quality, and inexpensive.

Carrissa is the best hands down!! She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and checked to make sure how I was doing through the whole tattoo due to it being on my spine 😳 tattoo is beyond perfect!

I went for my first “big girl” piercing and got my daith pierced. Matt was so nice and walked me through exactly what he was doing so I wouldn’t be nervous. He talked to me on the phone before hand and helped me schedule an appointment. There was no pain or any uncomfortably sensation and he went over very thoroughly how to take care of the piercing. I highly recommend him as a piercer and a very good first-impression of this shop!

The guys/girls here are very professional and polite. Ive gotten several tattoos done here and a nose piercing. They do good work and their prices are not outrageous. Unfortunately with Covid-19 they are backed up with appointments but I definitely Highly recommend them.

Great place to get a tattoo! I just got my first here and not only did he give me a good price but it was very fast! I love my tattoo, and couldnt have asked for a better experience. I wasnt planning on getting another, but I definitely think I will after my experience here. Completely recommend for anyone trying to find a place for their first tattoo!

The only reason I give it 3 stars is because they took us in late for last minute tattoos. If you want your tattoo to be permanent or be uniform at all I don’t recommend

Tim is an awesome tattoo artist took great time and care of my son who has Autism giving him the most incredible tattoo. He made my son feel soo comfortable and explained everything to him . If you want a quality tattoo and a awesome experience then Glass Ink is where you need to go. I am going to get a tattoo from Tim for my birthday he now has a whole family that will be getting new ink in the future. Thanks again Tim you are awesome.

It was horrible! I went in there to get the webbing under my tongue pierced, there were kids running around everywhere. The place smelled like weed and it was very disgusting. I got my piercing and the lady did it wrong…so here I am at the hospital getting it surgically removed. When I called and asked where the piercer was, they said she was there, but when arriving, I had to wait in a lobby for nearly two hours on this chick to come in. Horrible service

Wanted a hoop ring to change out the stud in my nose piercing, its been 6 months since I got it pierced. Called and walked in 15 minutes later. Super fast, easy, and great price. Took 5 minutes to change it out and 6$.

Never answers phone. Takes hours or days to reply via Facebook. Piercer out of town but this isn’t posted anywhere. When I went to the shop, sole employee wasn’t wearing a mask. Shop was dingy and dark. Not sure what the employee was doing if there were no customers, not answering the phone or messages that’s for sure. If you’re trying to contract HIV this place might be up to the task.

Wanted to get my lip pierced. The price was cheap compared to other places I called,so I wanted to give it a try. So when it was my turn he couldnt even pierce it. Not sure what his name was but he tried 2 times & still nothing. He said the jewelry got mixed up & he had the wrong kind to do it & to come back in a few days. Just really unprofessional. He told me he would do it for free next time but after that Im not sure if i want to go back. I guess thats what I get for going somewhere cheap.
