If I could rank lower, i definitely would. Sold some hoop earring and was told it had a faulty clasp. Then they won’t allow me to get another set without that issue. $210 later….all I have is a broken set of earring.

Customer service is great. Young Hispanic girl was amazing with me and my husband, she helped us find the perfect chain and pendant. My husband and I not speak English very well but she explained everything to us in Spanish I will Definitely be shopping there again

I came here looking for one thing - a replacement chain for a charm I hold dearly. I believe the employees name was Karen, and she was absolutely amazing. She upsold me on the protection plan (and I usually dont go for those), assisted me with putting the charm on the necklace, and even helped me put it on. This woman is awesome and she deserves a raise!

Went here 3 weeks ago to buy some earring to replace a pair that was lost. I needed to get 14k gold because anything under and my ears swell and get red. I asked the lady behind the counter 3 times before purchasing the 2 pairs I got that they were in fact 14k and she said yes and after wearing them for a few days my ears got super itchy and red and I took them out and right on the earring it says 10k. Very disappointed spent about 130 dollars for the sets and not have them be the gold carrot I need. Would not recommend trusting them to know their products.

Got my sons ears done six weeks ago today my neighbor got his done the next day and tomorrow we plan on coming there to get my nephews ears done😁 technicians did very well, we’re polite courteous and answered all of my questions; as well as accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone that would like a piercing professionally done and with all the necessary precautions as usual even now during COVID-19. I will suggest you get the cheap bottle of ear cleanser (The spray one runs out too soon and it’s just unnecessary and not enough), you need to run a Q-tip under the front part closest to your ear and behind it, again closest to your ear , with the solution twice a day and in six weeks you’ll be golden💯

Ive gotten my ears pierced ear, Ive had friends get their ears. Family get their ears. Sierra and also purchase jewelry from here and they have great customer service and a pretty decent return policy period but Ive never returned anything because Ive loved it.

When you have to replace your gold chain 3xs from the clasp constantly breaking and always have a problem doing so with them, Cheap.

DO NOT GO. They pierced my cartilage way too small and told me the wrong gauge size! Wasted my money twice trying to find jewelry for it!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed an order since last night, its two in the afternoon and since they might not have it ready 😡 I arrived to pick it up and the ignorant girl couldnt tell me nicely that they didnt have it ready. Incredible, supposedly for today it was “ready”
