I would like to thank Tony, Rina and Kendall for their help in lightening my tattoo for a cover up. They did an awesome job with ensuring the setting was right for me because I had dealt with some hypopigmentation in the past, but even as the setting got higher for each session I did not experience any hypopigmentation and they advised me on proper skin care to ensure that this didn’t happen and it actually helped me get my skin tone back in the spots from laser hair removal in the past. Overall great experience!

I had many misconceptions about the laser removal process initially. The Clear Out Ink team helped address ALL my questions and any follow-up questions I had. I absolutely love Clear out ink! I drive 3.5 hours from Southern California to get my tattoo removal done here and I couldn’t be happier with my results! Everyone here is so professional, kind and caring. They take the time to explain the process thoroughly and I appreciate their attention to detail. I feel as though inclusion is extremely important and as an African American I couldn’t find anyone in the LA area who showed before and after pictures on different skin types, so I was concerned if the laser would hyper/hypopigment my skin. However, everyone at clear out ink is experienced with different skin types and I haven’t had any issues with my removal. I don’t mind driving the distance for amazing results and professionalism. If you are considering tattoo removal this is the place to go!!

Clear Out Ink is amazing! I have been coming here for my laser removal of a old tattoo and the staff has done a exceptional job with it . Everyone there has been nothing but accommodating with my school schedule and my random appointment times . The laser service goes by pretty fast and they work with me when I need to take breaks. The procedure is very easy , clean and a little painful.... the amazing results take away from any sting I feel when getting zapped . I have sensitive skin and I have never blistered up, this place is home of the professionals and I will never trust anyone else with doing laser tattoos removal on me. Recently when I was there I found out that they provide a new service that is a carbon laser facial. This is a must try and you can not beat the price !!! I have had four treatments done with this and my skin is amazing. Fortunately for me I found out about this treatment and started doing it before I developed any mask acne ! The treatment has helped with fine lines that I had and it is the only thing that has taken away the redness in my cheeks . I no longer have blemishes and my pores look amazing. I went with my son to his first session. He got a tattoo removed from his finger before leaving for basic training. After meeting Tony & watching the procedure...I decided to do it too. After 10 sessions, my lower back tattoo is completely gone! Everyone I show is amazed at the results. Tony is awesome at what he does. He’s very professional & personable. I went in today for my first laser tattoo removal, i had an appointment with Tony & it went amazing! He was extremely professional & made the process as easy and comfortable as possible. I was worried about the pain but it wasn’t as bad as everyone makes it seem & once it was over it didn’t hurt anymore. I scheduled my second appointment & I am already so excited to go back! 7 hours later and I can already see results, I 100% recommend them & wish I could give a higher rating!

Go To place for tattoo removal! I was referred to James Dean / Clear out ink by several people in the tattoo removal industry. I have experience other tattoo removal centers and James has been the best. He is knowledgeable , personable professional and efficient. I was unable to see the results with other tattoo removal centers , 2 of which were run by physicians. It takes knowledge to remove a tattoo . Settings , type of laser, etc. I anticipate my tattoo to be completely gone with the technique and laser James uses. He is his own best advertisement as he has removed his own tattoos! I’ve seen my own relatives get completely clear skin with James. James also works with Dr Lee so if you want a painless experience , lidocaine injections and laughing gas make the procedure more tolerable. I highly recommend. Money well spent. 5/5 stars!!!!! Don’t go anywhere else!!!

I had two sessions done at a place that cancelled on me for my third session. So I called here and they really helped me, day of! Their technician (Kendall) is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and professional. She did a great job and ensured I was comfortable with the laser/process. Very reasonably priced, and there is a military discount!

This place is amazing! Ive seen a lot of people get tattoo removals that ended up with a worse result than the original tattoo they went in with (i.e: scarring, blotchy skin, or barely any ink removal after MANY sessions...etc) so I really did my research when looking for a place to have my tattoo removed. I have more than happy with my results! After only one session, I can already see my lower back tattoo start to disappear! (and I have a blue tattoo which is one of the harder colors to work on) April was my laser technician. She is the best! Very nice, professional, and her knowledge of removal is top notch! I was a little nervous at first but she quickly set my nerves at ease and the whole process was over quickly and wasnt nearly as hard as I thought it would be. I totally recommend asking for April if you go in! I never expected to see results after only one service! This place gives A+ service. Cant wait to see the progress of my next couple sessions!

After having a horrible experience at a dermatologist in Summerlin, I am so glad I found Clear Out Ink Tattoo Removal! The office is clean, the people are knowledgeable and friendly, and the information I was given was consistent with what I had been told by my previous tattoo-removal person (who is in MN). I had a tattoo I needed removed and was recommended to Clear Out Ink by my tattoo shop, Reverent Tattoo. First let me say these guys are the best, they know their stuff when it comes to removing tattoos. Customer service is on point and they are very easy to work with. The price is the best part, theyre very reasonably priced. I recommend this place and will refer anyone getting ink removed to go see them, theyre worth it.

Súper rude scheduling person. I had set up a free consultation a few months ago with a different woman and she was very pleasant. I wasn’t able to make the consultation because I got called into work that day and tried to call to cancel but didn’t get thru to anyone. I called again today to see about rescheduling the consultation and starting my laser treatments. The man on the phone proceeded to give me a lengthy lecture about “no call no shows” and additional fees. He seemed more concerned about his lecture than explaining the laser process and actual treatments. His approach was demeaning and unnecessary. I never had any appointments for treatments with them. I had a FREE consultation setup that I was not able to make because I had to work last minute. Because of his behavior on the phone I will not go here.

Tony is amazing! I did 3 sessions with him before Covid closed everything down and was surprised at how much was already gone! Tony always tests a small spot before he starts. The pain isn’t as bad as I thought it would be... people definitely make it sound worse. And the process itself is pretty quick. Definitely recommend!

Went for 4 sessions here, through Tony as my specialist. He was very educated in the procedure, and super informative. Hes exceptionally professional, and began my session by explaining his laser process, the machine and type of laser used, his certification and training process, and an estimate of how many sessions it should take and what the average cost of a session would be. He is also an extremely laid-back dude with a great personality. We chatted easily through what is obviously a painful (but necessary) process, and his ability to create a comfortable setting through personable hospitality definitely made it less painful. On those times where I hesitated going un-numbed with the laser at my wrists (had the tattoos there though lol), I was offered a Lidocaine injection if requested. The process took about 6-7 sessions based on placement of tattoo and line work, which is almost the time frame he had predicted, actually one session less. CANNOT recommend this guy enough. Tony is nothing short of professional, knowledgeable and understands the process of ink removal. I ve been to a few other places in town , they were much more expensive with untrained techs . I highly advise setting up an appt . After one session I m already seeing results.

Very helpful very clean very professional I can go on for pages. Had my fail tattoo lightly zapped so my new coverup would not show my exs name. Let me tell you. Everyone says tattoos are forever, so be careful what you get. Luckily for me I was able to fix my mistake of a tattoo with Clear Out Ink. About two years ago I got a tattoo on my shoulder, to my shock the tattoo was crooked and looked terrible. I was so ashamed of it that I did not even want to wear anything that showed it. I could not stand having this on me forever, so I went to James and after a few sessions you can no longer see my tattoo. My experience at Clear Out Ink was very good. James is very profesional and knowledgable of what he is doing. If you have a tattoo you want gone I would definitely go with Clear Out Ink!
