Very professional and very detailed with the tattoo that I wanted. It is exactly what I asked him to design, and it was done quickly and efficiently! Will definitely be visiting again soon!

He does great piercings he’s done my nose and my tongue which I thought it would hurt but how fast he does it you don’t really feel anything. I’m bout to have him do some of my tattoos I really only trust him he does such great work and barely has any complaints.

He did my smiley piercing, he was very quick with it i felt no pain. will be coming back for more!!

I GOT MY 2 NOSE PIERCINGS HERE AND I LOVE HOW QUICK HE DOES IT AND GETS IT OVER WITH I WANT 2 MORE PIERCINGS ON EACH SIDE OF THE OTHER 2 AND HE WAS TOTALLY HONEST HE SAID MY NOSE IS TOO WIDE SO HE DIDNT RECOMMEND IT😁 SOON AS I THINK OF A TATTOO OR SOMEWERE ELSE TO GET A PIERCING IM MOST DEFINITELY GOING BACK

These folks know what they are doing. You can tell when someone takes pride in their job , they Learn how its post to be done . They aint in it for the money just making a living doing what they love. A true artist

All the employees were nice, and I got two eyebrow piercings and they were only $20 each with jewelry. I got them three days ago and they seem to be healing fine. The shop was obviously not a new building, but it was as clean as possible.

Even though this is a small facility, the service is great. The staff is friendly and professional; and weve never had any problems with the piercings my daughter received.

I Came to Sam’s Tattoos and piercings Tonight to get 2 piercings. Both piercings were piercings I’ve already had. My belly button rejected about two years ago do to a hard pulling of it, I decided I wanted to get it replaced once it had fully healed and the scar tissue was softer. You can see my scar from the rejection. My septum piercings had falling out and I couldn’t replace the ring so it closed although I had it for years Prior. It closed because it was pierced through my cartilage in the very front of my nose. It was pierced INCORRECTLY. Septum piercings should be placed in between the bone of your nose and the cartilage in an area that has thin skin, aka the septum. I told my piercer that my last piercer did it way to low through the tip of my nose and that he can probably see the hole there still. He again then proceeded to pierce me through that exact same spot. Due to this experience I will no longer recommend or go to this place of business for piercings. The belly piercing was 35$ the septum was 40$ I payed 90$ In total including the tip of 20$. If you decide to come here just understand that they aren’t well versed on all piercings.

Sams the only person Ive ever trusted to pierce anything an everything thats done on my body... Ive never gotten a tattoo from him, Ive always went to Wonderland tattoo in Asheboro for mine, But my dad has a few that Sam done, that look amazing. Hes very clean, staffs friendly an price an reasonable. Theyre well worth going too, forsure.

Always so happy with the work sam does! From cover-ups to costume lettering hes nailed every piece exactly the way I wanted it. I can’t wait for my next tattoo! Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work.

Kind atmosphere. Fast. Highly trustworthyUpdate: this was my third piercing here. They are insanely kind and sterile. I havent had anything infected here. Everything healed nice and was pierced straight.

I really enjoyed my experience here the artist was great and enjoyed what he does. Had a good attitude. He didnt dig in or try to talk me out of my design whitch is somthing that has happened at other studios. The girl at the front was nice and really pretty. Would go back for more work also he didnt overcharge me for a small tattoo.

I’ve gotten plenty of tattoos at this shop, and I must say the quality of the work is subpar. One of the tattoo artist is made a permanent mistake on one of my tattoos by skipping a letter. Also, on the tattoo on my spine was way too heavy handed. I went to another tattoo shop to possibly get covered up with art and the artist even said that the artist who did it was to heavy handed and that covering it wouldn’t help. This shops piercings are great, however, I will not be coming back for neither.

I have had all 3 of my tats from Sams, my whole family has gotten all of their piercings and tats from him. Due to work I had my eye brow ring done four times. I told him he should of been a doctor.We think He is just great!!!! Wouldnt go any where else!!! Read the other reviews and they must be talking about somewhere else. Cant cry over pain goes with the territory, get over it or dont get it done!
