Products are of very low quality. Exchanged a bracelet with a warranty that was already broken after less than a month, not even another month the stones fell off and the clasp broke. WS told k could not exchange the bracelet even though it was only 2 weeks later. Save your money and buy something a little more expensive elsewhere

Maria is so sweet, helpful, patience, she’s the best one on that store, I think is the best experience I got on that store I went to other stores before and I didn’t like it, but I fall in love definitely coming back to this one!

A Nightmare Disguised as Jewelry (1 Star)Do yourself a favor and avoid Banter like the plague! My recent experience at their Dolphin Mall location was an absolute nightmare. Heres why:Deceptive Sales Tactics: I specifically requested the extended warranty be removed, but the employee snuck it onto my bill anyway. $67 wasted on a service I never wanted!The Runaround: Trying to get this resolved was like pulling teeth. The Pembroke Lakes location refused to cancel the warranty, claiming only Dolphin Mall could. Meanwhile, Dolphin Malls manager insisted Pembroke Lakes could handle it.Clueless or Unwilling Customer Service: Reaching corporate customer service was impossible. Texting their representative Jasmine was a joke – she just redirected me back to the stores.Incompetent Staff: After multiple frustrating trips, I encountered Ms. Mendoza at Pembroke Lakes. She pretended to fix the issue but ended up feeding me more lies. The staff clearly doesnt know their own policies or simply doesnt care.Contradictory Policies: Their website and warranty terms state cancellations are possible at any store, but apparently thats a flat-out lie!Zero Accountability: Employees make up their own rules and seem terrified of repercussions for canceling warranties.This is a company that preys on unsuspecting customers. Dont waste your time and money! Head to a reputable jeweler like Zales, Daniels, or Jared instead.P.S. I ultimately had to return to Dolphin Mall to get this resolved. The whole ordeal took two days and a ton of wasted effort.Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere!

When I received my package I order 3 items when I open the box was only two and I call costumer service for Banter they star the investigation and they suppose to sent another email, the one I never received and they closed they case just like that do not buy here or you will need to pay for some thins you never received is a good experience for dont was my money here again.Adding they do not sell real Gold is gold fish look how the necklace was lest than the year

I’ve been here a few times now for piercings and to purchase additional earrings and the customer service is always excellent. The ladies are very polite and helpful. Prices are affordable and the jewelry is beautiful! Definitely recommend.

I came to this kiosk first but they were out of alcohol wipes so an attentive young lady with dreads sent me to their second location which was a few steps away. I appreciate her honesty. Absolutely pleasant experience at the K920 kiosk. Bianca pierced my little one’s ear while Ada assisted keeping the baby calm. Bianca walked me through the whole process. Highly recommended.

Wasted unnecessary money on worthless jewelry. The associate was just focused on making a sale and was rushing throughout the entire process in total for 1 pair of earrings an anklet with a charm (which bent btw) I spent a total of 800 almost 900 dollars for jewelry that’s poor quality and damages easily. Never again first and last time.

They were very professional and friendly. The Ladies there made sure my 1 year old was comfortable before and after. Even though she cried briefly after repiercing one of her ears they made sure she smiled before leaving. This is my second one Ive been to in years and each one was professional service.

Such an awful experience that I walked off and spent my money a few kiosks over. Whats the point of asking, whos next? if youre only going to make eye contact with one of the two parties waiting?? Meanwhile, Im loving the new princess cut earrings that I bought elsewhere.

Rude and incompetent staff. Instead of informing customers that their systems were down, they swiped two cards, both of them declining, for no apparent reason and despite sufficient funds on the cards. 30 minutes later, both cards were blocked and not even an apology for the inconvenience. Never again, even though their stuff is cute.

The jewelry is cheaper and always pops or stones fall out. You constantly have to pay for a warranty every year, and once its expired good luck on them helping you

Rude staff, I called today and the lady who answered the phone not even asked my name and keep saying the they didnt received anything. How you knew that anything was received if you dont even asked under what name was the order. Worse service , no ever again.

I bought two earrings at that jewelry store and they are not gold. My ears are sick and the earring is orange. I went to talk to them and they didnt want to change them. They stole my money because gold doesnt change color.
