I love LOVE LOVVVEEEE it here. The girls at the front always get me rightttt! They’re so nice, work with you on monthly payments and services and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable about where you stand with your treatments. Every time I think I’m done with an area I add more cause I can’t get enough of this place 😭 and the lifetime guarantee is a deal breaker because the hair tends to come back but they won’t charge you extra for any of that! They care! Book! What are you waiting for? 😡😡😡

Didn’t have the best experience today. I’ve been going to body details since 2019 and the person who did my laser today it was the first time I’ve ever seen her. She seem disconnected and made me feel like she didn’t want to do my laser. It felt rushed and the energy was off. I usually have an amazing time but today was the first time I can say I didn’t enjoy my experience.

Im very disappointed with the decision of signing a contract with this company. For different reasons since Jan I havent been able to have my second session. These people cancel your appointments, their availability and flexibility is 0. In my case I need my appointments after 4p and is practically impossible, they never have anything available only in the mornings. The most frustrating part of this is that Im stuck with a contract which I cant cancel . Dont trust them on your first visit they make you think they are the best and is not true. Customer service is the worse, they are not professionals, they have attitude and they dont care to help you. When you try to coordinate with them they simply tell you go online and find an appointment there. If you are available in the mornings you are not going to have issues , but somebody like me that works in a hospital Monday -Fri until 4p is not worth it to sign with Body Details. I have never felt so bad before with any other service in other places.

Been a customer for years and was so appreciative of the customer service received by Brianna! Flew in and had an early morning appointment scheduled. After trying several times to get through to the call center and being unable to call the location directly, I arrived to my appointment at what should have been the ending time. Brianna was able to squeeze me in since the next appointment did not arrive on time. Usually they’re not that flexible with late appointments, but Brianna saved the day for me. I would absolutely recommend this location for laser service, but corporate needs to put a phone line back in the office for day of appointment issues.

Body details does not even deserve 1 star.I would not recommend Body Details to anyone.I had my initial consultation, they only want to SELL without actually paying attention to the real concerns. The person who did my consultation failed to ask the right questions and due to my skin conditions I am not qualified for their services, I proceeded with the contract without know this (since the person failed to tell me)I went for my first appointment and was told I couldn’t receive service due to my skin conditions.I have been calling them for the past 3 months (since may 2024) they never answer the phone, everyone is extremely unhelpful and my bank is trying to reach them for a refund and cannot get an answer either.Not profesional, they will take your money and not answer your phone.

I had an appointment a few weeks ago. I had called for 3 days straight, trying to cancel the appointment because I could not make it. I left voicemails and nothing. I was then contacted by the office staff on the day/time of my appointment. I explained to the girl that Id been trying to cancel my appointment for 3 days but no one answered the phone. I even had my boyfriend drive to the office at the time of the appointment to explain the situation but they were unwilling to help and took no accountability for not answering the phone for 3 days. She then said she could not schedule me for a new appointment because my account was penalized for a no show. Its unfair to be penalized seeing that the office never answered their calls when I attempted to cancel the appointment days prior. I also need to schedule an appointment for my pre-paid procedure and cant!! Ive been trying to reach out to customer support for 3 weeks and to no avail. And the office still doesnt answer the phone.

DO NOT BELIEVE ON THEM SAYING THAT THEY WILL REMOVE YOUR TATTOO.Customer service is great, BUT IT DOESN’T MEAN IT WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years, after 3 or for late fee (for being 10 minutes late, even though there was no client there), it is ok, that is on me I guess. But the cherry on top is that I have 3 friends who got their tattoo removed (bigger and darker than mine) somewhere else in a year or so, and I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years and my simple lined tattoo is still here. I can even read it. I read some reviews on the internet and everyone got their tattoo removed in last time… I talked to other companies and they all see that is taking too long, but I already paid the lifetime package, so I’m not gonna pay again. I see no difference between sessions, however I can see a difference on a looooong run from session one to session 16/17, which is where I’m at. But they failed to tell you that it takes years with them (everywhere else is less time) to erase your tattoo. I have already talked about my experience with the employees, and I’m still unhappy. Four years going to the same place, my tattoo is still here and I still didn’t get what I paid for which is no tattoo at all, which was what they promise me. If I know any better, I’d go somewhere else or just get covered.

Had my consultation with Tonya this morning! She covered all of my concerns and was so nice and so funny! Eileen was fast and talking me through it! The establishment is clean and everyone seems to be an expert in their spaces, I am looking forward to my final results!!

A lot of the really good techs have left. If I expressed that I was in pain, the old techs would automatically slow down, use wipes or adjust the setting. These new techs over the past 4 months don’t do that. They just blast 💥 through. No adjustment to try to mitigate the pain. No empathy.

I get my under arms and whole legs lasered! I am really happy with the progress that we have made in my sessions. As someone with dark middle eastern hair, it is such a relief to no longer have much hair growth in those areas! I am confident that I will have no hair in those areas soon! I would recommend it if you struggle with constant and dark hair growth, it is worth it!

Brianna is THE BEST person for the laser hair removal! She actually studied specifically how laser treatment works and different machines so she knows her work very well!For example after being half of my treatment the hairs were still growing until I started treatments with her and she used the exact wave length needed and I have gotten results now. She made me feel at ease which made getting zapped less noticable lolFor reference, Ido my legs, under arm, upper lip and bikini. They all progressed differently. I havent shaved my legs in years! I love the facility but the customer service center is horrible. You use to call straight to the location if you have any issues with your appointment but now you call a number and you are put on hold for along time. I have been charged an no show fee when I showed up and got service. The only way to talk about the fee is through email which doesn’t make any sense because when I first begin going there it wasn’t anything like that. Now I that they have my money they are trying to charge for me something I don’t know anything about. Through email they are telling me the last time I got serviced was in October but I went in December I don’t understand how they don’t know that. And who goes 4 months without laser hair removal, I asked them that now they are not responding. I’m going to continue my services but they would not be getting another dime from me. I was considering going for my private area but I’ll find somewhere else to do it.

I’ve been doing my laser treatments at Body Details for over a year now and the staff is fantastic. I hadn’t posted a review yet, but my technician today, Mercy, was absolutely wonderful and asked me more specific questions about my progress and where I was still seeing hair. She was so detailed that I requested to be scheduled on a day she would be available to continue my treatments. The improvements I’ve seen over the last year are out of this world. I used to grow so much lip and chin hair, that I was constantly plucking the hairs with a tweezer so that I wouldn’t have a shadow on my upper lip and chin. I was able to stop having to do that since the very first treatment. Body Details laser hair removal has been a life saver! Ask for Mercy, she’s so sweet and very meticulous. I highly recommend!!!

Olivia is the absolute best!! She is very friendly, efficient and detailed. She asks all the right questions and makes sure that you leave your appointment satisfied and happy. She wants to make sure you are also seeing progress and will work with you if you feel you are not. You can tell that she cares about your sessions and journey with laser. This place is amazing, The pines location in particular is my go to. I’ve been to other locations and I just love the cleanliness and hospitable attention provided by all who work here. Elizabeth is the technician that treats me and she has such a steady hand. She’s very quick and is done before you know it. I can say, never has it been an uncomfortable experience. They truly make it seem easy and effortless. If you’re looking best comfort and results, I recommend you try them.

I just had a session with Mercy who is amazing! She took her time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable when it came time to do my bikini. Will book with her every time. The front desk staff is also super nice and accommodating.

I had a treatment with Olivia, the service was really good. Through the treatment she was wondering how I was doing and how comfortable treatment was for me. Booking my next appointments only with her. Also wanted to mention that everybody in Pembroke Pines location is super sweet and thoughtful. I went here for my first Tattoo removal session I was very nervous about the pain, Tiffany walked me through the whole process, very patient and addressed all my concerns. Although it’s really painful lol, her kindness and how she listened and addressed my concerns made it so much better. I have been going to this place for awhile for my tattoo removal. It’s a decent sized tattoo, and while the experience of the actual tattoo removal isn’t the most pleasant, the staff and business has always done their best to ensure it’s a comfortable experience. The staff has always been super nice and the facilities and clean and modern. Recently Elizabeth took over and started doing my removal, and she is so quick and efficient! My removal in the beginning would take roughly 15 minutes (it’s a larger tattoo on my side), but ever since she started, she’s able to through it in just a few minutes. I listen to my music while I’m there, and she always finished in less than one song. It makes it easier going knowing I don’t have to sit through the zapping as long! I would recommend this place to anyone. Also, it’s very well priced. I thought my tattoo removal would be three times more than it was, so I am happy.

Laser tattoo removal is going to hurt regardless but Elizabeth makes the process easier. The rest of the staff is super sweet and nice as well. Very clean office and smiling faces.

Brittni is the best- she provides a personal experience and makes me feel at ease everytime! I have the full body package and it is scary to have laser in some areas of the body. She is very patient and asks me if I need a breather. She uses techniques to ease discomfort in those highly sensitive areas. Brittni always makes me feel comfortable in my own skin despite my being a plus sized lady. She is very careful and super understanding- specially when I come in with back pain. Tiffany is very professional, excellent. Very attentive to details, management my pain very well. Missing the front desk girl, nobody there and other customers waiting because Tiffany was with me. On the other hand, long wait on the phone to speak with a representative three day’s ago.

My husband and I both receive treatment at this location. First let me say all of the staff is wonderful, friendly, and attentive. When we first came we met with Joann Beijer who gave us her undivided attention and was able to answer all of our questions. My husband is very skeptical about anything that has to do with financing. But Mrs. Joann made us both feel comfortable and it was all in black and white with no hidden agenda. We are very happy with our results. We love the acknowledgment we get once we are there the staff knows us and Mrs.Joann with a big hello when we get there. This has been an excellent experience thank you to all of the staff, and a BIG THANK YOU to Mrs.Joann Beijer honestly without her knowledge and attention to detail we would probably not have done this.

This location is a good one! The staff is very personable and make the place feel very inviting. Everything is also very clean and that also contributes to some peace of mind knowing that a procedure there is not going to compromise someone’s health in general.However, in a very particular case with my latest appointment of mine, with Jenna as my nurse practitioner at the Pembroke Pines location for laser hair removal, was really superb! Jenna was extremely kind, informative, attentive and overall felt that she made the routine round of the treatment of mine the best one I’ve gone to since I’ve started with the service. She quickly and efficiently did the round, doing so in consideration to me to minimize the discomfort of the typical laser procedure, also giving tips to get the overall best results of the hair removal as a whole in the long run thereafter.However, in no way does this exact review equate nor subtly insinuate to the notion that I’ve had any negative and/or unpleasant experiences in any of my previous appointments for the service at any of the locations, as they’ve all been great.But if I could hypothetically choose a nurse practitioner to do the remaining rounds of the my treatment per se, Jenna would definitely be my pick! Today’s appointment of mine with her was the best one yet for sure!

Good lasers, but they are all about themselves. If you dont respond to their text messages to confirm appointment, they auto cancel your appointment, and do not notify you. Then you have to wait 2 weeks to get a new appointment. Then the manager tries to explain how this is for my benefit. Shino Bay is way better.

Elizabeth was very kind and attentive. She paid extra care to my hair growth and gave me tips on how to better my results for the next session. I have seen wonderful results so far and cant wait to see through to the end.

Had laser hair removal with Elizabeth and she is wonderful and so funny! She definitely makes you feel comfortable during the entire procedure. I highly recommend them. I also had the laser fat removal amd so far so good the actual procedure itself was not painful It was definitely hot in some parts but again they made me feel comfortable during the procedure and asked me several times how I was feeling. To see the actual results you have to wait about 12 weeks so I’m still waiting but again so far so good.

I absolutely love the staff, but this place in particular needs more staffing and they need to give them a new office phone or something. Whenever I call the phone number for this location there is neverrrr an answer. Also, there’s been way too many times where I’ve come here and there’s only one employee. So if that employee goes in to do a treatment, there is no one available at the front desk!!

I was able to have my free consultation earlier in the day and there was an opening for my first treatment (tattoo removal) later, so I jumped at it. I’m very glad I did. Everything was explained carefully beforehand, we even talked about financing in detail. The procedure was very easy. They were on time. Everything was clean, and the process was explained throughout the process.she process (very sorry I don’t remember her name). Quick, next to painless, I was in and out in no time with instructions for aftercare and my next scheduled appointment. Thanks to everyone at this location.

I visited for a consultation, hoping to get a customized package and price of services.I had my consultation with Joanne. She TOLD ME that I, Me was NOT ready for laser hair removal,and ended our consultation. Apparently, you can’t find the right package or sessions for yourself, or even write down prices. Which is very shady and sneaky. Even when you call, they make you do a consultation for prices, and in turn provide a bad-weird experience. They want you to pay on spot, quickly.She was reluctant and had a hesitant aura on showing me prices, in general. She showed me the “life-time”package, and pushed it towards me. She made it seem like I was wasting her time and seemed annoyed when I wanted to see the different prices, packages, and even sessions. Not everyone wants to bind to a contract… Also, was talking to me condescendingly, or if I am stupid.She was really pushing the life time deal. I am not sure if she, or this company does this often, but it does not present a good look when they need customers to run THEIR business. She wasn’t helping me weight my options for payment. I hate to do say this, but I hope my terrible experience was not based on my age or race.Please provide a more welcoming atmosphere for all potential customers. I will not recommend this place or hope for anyone to experience to what I experienced. I will not be back. I am disgusted with my experience.

My wife had an appointment today, we were running 2 minutes late because the traffic on pines Blvd was uncommonly bad, we were stuck in traffic for about 10 mins , we called to inform the staff we were stuck making a left into the establishment. They put her on hold and before they came back she was walking through the front door. They refused to see her and charged a $25 cancelation fee. In the past we have gotten there 10 or more minutes early, and they have had her wait 10 minutes past her appointment time. I wonder if next time they make her wait past her time will they pay her $25 for being late. $25 for being 2 minutes late seems ridiculous basically saying there time is worth $1560 an hour... if we had not been considerate and just walked in and said Im here debating that we were actually late by 2 minutes they would of probably seen her who is to say my clock is slow and your clock is just not fast.. what a racquet..... Smh.

My original review from about a year ago has not changed this review is for policy of the business practices:I have been coming to this place for almost 2 years to get a tattoo removed and for the first time today I was 2 minutes late and called to alert them (big mistake). Appt was 5:45 and I walked through the door at 5:47 and they said because I was late they needed to rescheduled and it was a $25 late fee. If i wanted to be seen today I had to wait nearly 2 hrs for a 10 minute appt for a treatment that takes 3 minutes of laser. They do give you a grace late visit/miss appt but it was used once when I was told i could not have the treatment because of an antibiotic I was taken which I was not aware of. Unfair and unreasonable business practice.********* Original Post. *******Elizabeth has been doing my tattoo removal laser for about 6 months and it has been a grear experience. I love laser hair removal with body details! Maritza is so nice and helpful! I do my lip and chin and have seen incredible results. Im on my 6th treatment now and there are not nearly as many hairs growing as before and its really light peach fuzz if anything on my lip. Compared to before Body Details is really effective because I have really dark features and light skin so you can see the hairs very prominently when they used to grow in those areas. I used to have to shave the areas like once or twice in between treatments, but at this point I dont anymore. It grows really slowly. I would highly recommend this location. Its very professional, clean, and comfortable there. The nurse practitioners are also really nice and friendly. The laser itself is not painful.

I’ve had three treatments with Shanelly and she’s amazing! Very thorough with each laser session. For me the Brazilian is the most important part and every time I’ve had it done I see dramatic results! Everyone is very nice as well!

I have done a few laser treatment packages in my life with other places and always ended up with hair again. So I was fed up and went to the Creme de la Creme of Laser Hair removal! Trust me when I say it was worth every dollar!!! I have never seen results like this, after my first two sessions I already saw a huge difference and now I’m at session 8 and I don’t even touch the razor but once or twice for spots! I am so happy and feel so much sexier! I went from ingrown bumps and having to shave every day to not touching a razor and smooth skin.
