Stephanie & Nurse Jenny are phenomenal! My fiance & I came in to get my tattoos removed & Stephanie knows how to truly work with people. She went above & beyond with us for the payment plan & really went the extra mile to suit our situation. She was so informative & kind. Nurse Jenny was precise & to the point. She came in to check my tattoo scarring before the service & knew her stuff! Her lunch break wasn’t finished & still allowed us to do the service with her. She explained the process really well & did a test spot for me. She communicated well the entirety of the short appointment! Stephanie & Nurse Jenny are GEMS BABY! Praying prosperity on this business & both of the girls! Looking forward to the rest of ny sessions with them :)

I had a really good experience with Jenny and Steph, they were informative friendly and even took care of my children for 2 minutes while I had the removal done since it’s a tiny tattoo. The only thing I would say is if they tell you the payment plan option doesn’t include a hard inquire to see if you apply, it does. My credit dropped 50 points as I’m trying to apply for apartments :( so be aware of that, I’m new to credit so I didn’t know. In all i had an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go back and eventually have these face tattoos completely removed. So incredibly grateful for these ladies for what they do and doing it so well.

When you first arrive, they explain the whole process thoroughly before getting started. Ive been going monthly for my removal, and the appointments are always quick! Very clean space, friendly staff, and accommodating. Im always given a stress ball, vaseline packets, and told we can stop at any point if I need a break. I highly recommend Removery in Pembroke Pines.

I had an appointment at a Removery location in Downtown Fort Lauderdale; however, our GPS took us to the Pembroke Pines Removery. Being new to the area, we didnt know that we went to the wrong location! The Nurse Practitioner was so gracious and fit me into her schedule before closing. I highly recommend Removery overall -- I always feel well cared for and am very pleased with the results of my treatment.

The staff at the Pembroke Pines location are the best. I would give them more stars if I had the option to do so. This is the Removery store everyone should go to in this area. Love them

As for myself this journey is not easy, but necessary. The staff is what makes my process easier, Jenny and Steph are absolutely amazing!!! Steph will talk, comfort and help you thru the process and Jenny will try to have a gentle touch with a speedy process! Aside from the staff being great, the facility is also very clean and comfortable.

I went in today just for a consult . The person who did my consult , (ugh I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name !!! ) but she was absolutely amazing . She made me feel super comfortable and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. Well, after our consult we immediately went into treatment . That is how safe and comfortable they made me feel. The treatment was done by Jenny and she also answered all of my questions with no hesitation. She was super patient and quick with the treatment . As someone who has put off tattoo removal because I’ve heard the horrors of how painful the process is, I am happy to say I wish I had done this sooner. Both Stephanie and Jenny are so patient and warm. Despite the fear I felt, they both put me at ease. Very happy to have chosen Removery for this process.

Tattoo removal is expensive, so think long and hard BEFORE you get that ink. But if you have to do it, theres no better place than Removery! Efficient and kind staff.

Even though I have not made a final decision to remove one of my tattoos, Stephanie in the Pembroke Pines office was great with explaining the process and approximate time line to complete. I would definitely recommend Removery.

I am currently getting my tattoo removed with Removery and Jenny takes care of me when I go to my appointments. She takes good care of me especially since I’m a big baby. I’ve always wanted to get this tattoo removed and I’m happy with their services I’m receiving and watching the results I receive with each session.

My son is removing his tattoo with Jenny, she’s amazing, so patient so professional so good. First session my son stayed way passed her working hour yet she stayed very calm, all smiles. he was so scared and kept stopping her. Now he goes and done in 3 minutes only. Hardly any pain and fast. Amazing care each and every time I attend my appointment Jenny and Stephanie creates very welcoming environment and prepare me every step of the way to make sure I feel very comfortable with my tattoo removal process. Prior to my first session I was told what to expect and given the opportunity to ask as many questions as I needed. I was a bit skeptical getting laser tattoo removal having beautifully melanated skin but I was educated on the process which I learned that this was a specialty of theirs. Everything has gone smoothly my tattoo is fading perfectly and I look forward to my next session.

Started my first session today the staff is wonderful! They do your removal very quickly and also have awesome attitudes and make everything so easy! Can’t wait to get my tattoos all removed this place is awesome!

They were nice but pretty much can’t do my tattoo because it’s too small? They’re carbon based regular black tattoo ink dots. So I guess if you have a tattoo make sure you call to make sure it’s big enough. I called a second place and they told me as long as it’s not a specialized ink they can do so Im getting it done there.

It was my first time going to the clinic, everyone was nice and professional, the place looks very clean and they answer all your questions. The good thing is the if you can pay all of the amount at once you can do a payment plan. The procedure is a bit painfull but thankfully I have a small tattoo, and after just one session I already see results.

Always great service and great energy, I would recommend them to anyone just because of that. The removal pain is not as bad as i thought it would be mind you its pretty painful but not as bad as it could be and it helps feeling comfortable with the staff. 10 out of 10

My removal is going well and much less painful than the previous company I used on a separate tattoo. Their laser is able to remove blue ink that my previous removal company couldn’t. I just grabbed another package.

Ive been to the Ft Lauderdale as well as the Pembroke Pines location for tattoo removal. The staff is friendly and professional at both locations. After only 2 treatments, the black ink is almost gone and the colors are significantly fading. I highly recommend them.
