I highly recommend getting laser hair removal at body details! I am on my third session and I already notice a big difference. My favorite technician is Mariana. She is professional, very personable, and always makes sure the process is as comfortable as possible.

I live in Coral Gables and drive all the way to homestead because the ladies here are that amazing! I feel very comfortable and pampered from the moment I step in this location. On the note of laser, it works! 100% worth every penny. I don’t even own a razor anymore.

I’m going on about my fourth session right now and I have to say it is 100% worth it you may be put off a little bit by the price but you end up spending more money on razors/razor products throughout your life, then paying to get laser treatment done. You feel so welcomed the whole time you’re there. Mariana has been amazing she walked me through my consultation and explained to me how everything works and what the process is going to be, she was very descriptive and well spoken. I highly recommend getting laser treatment , no more itchy skin and razor bumps, and no more shaving! definitely worth it!!

This place is amazingly clean and the staff is soooo sweet. They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. The nurse practitioner is so insightful and amazing at her job. She actually was able to calm me down about a procedure I have coming up that had nothing to do with my hair removal. She talked me throughout the removal where I barely felt a thing. This is by far the best location I have been to. Paola and Gleynis are amazing, very friendly and inviting! I will not do my laser treatments with anyone else. I started my session at body details at the homestead location and I had an appt and the specialist was so rude with ZERO customer service I refused to let her touch me after she was rude to me in front of other customers and now I can’t reschedule my appt because of what she put in the system when my session was never done! I reached out to customer service and support and no one is trying to help me! THEY ARE LITERALLY GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND! Mind you I have paid $1600 plus in full for my services that I only got 4 sessions of!

This place i so amazing. I’ve always wanted to do laser hair removal but I was scared. The staffed help me out with the process. Gleynis talked to me through the whole session which made me feel more at ease The inside is so clean and comfortable. I just had my second session. I can’t wait for my remaining sessions😁

This place doesn’t even a deserve one star. I had an appointment at 9:30, I was 13 minutes late because of a family emergency. Just as I was entering the office they sent me a message saying I was too late. They said they couldn’t help me since they’re appointments are back-to-back even though the appointment was only going to last 10 minutes and there was no one else there. Terrible service and there is no courtesy. It’s almost as if they’re hoping no one goes to the appointments.
