Screaming Crow Tattoo

The staff was very nice, but my piercing wasn’t in the right spot (too high above my eyebrow) and it wasn’t done correctly. I don’t know where this went wrong, but it looks like it’s not deep enough or there’s not enough skin. Also I was given very big jewelry which is the one in the photo. I had to take this out and I was very disappointed.. I’ll be getting it redone elsewhere once this heals. Again, very nice people but the piercing wasn’t right. For $60 I expect it to atleast be done semi-correctly.

Called ahead of time and scheduled an appointment with John. First time he rushed through it saying he came in on his day off to do it. Which is mind boggling in the first place like I didn’t ask you to come in, so he messed up and admitted that he was rushing so waited a month and got them redone and now there are parts of the wings that are still raised (it’s been like 2 months) like will these parts ever flatten out????? They were supposed to be for the people I lost and you f’d it up. Thanks.

First time going to this shop today. Got a very detailed tattoo of some Egyptian gods and it went extremely well. Very professional. Artist does the job right the first time. Very talented crew. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a tattoo or piercing.UPDATE: went back to Ricky Knuxx to get a Spider-Man/venom tattoo. Once again the artist exceeded my expectations. I came in with a pretty generic picture and he made it much more detailed. By far the best artist I’ve gotten a tattoo from. If you’re thinking about going here for a tattoo, just do it…..

A great experience all the way around. From the artist completing my work, to the artist in the shop. They were all great, made me feel comfortable and even had some laughs. But my specific artist Brett is the best artist I have encountered!! He took his time and worked for perfection!! My tattoo is for my sister who passed and this means more to me than you will ever know!! His work is nothing less than amazing ART!! Thank you!!

Got a custom piece done by Jon Willard. He had it drawn out in a day for me. Great experience, very happy with the new tat! Will be back.

Darrell was quick, painless, & one of the friendliest artists i’ve met. my second tattoo from screaming crow, and i’ll now go nowhere else. my pittsburgh p was done by amel i believe and darrell did my paps handwriting to a T.

Best. Artists. Ever. I had drawn up a design for a memorial tattoo, but my artist Mike made it 100 times better. I cant wait to go back and get my other ideas turned into beautiful tattoo art.

I have 3 tattoos from Screaming Crow. And I love them. I love how they will work with you to get what you are looking for. And the tattoos I received are amazing. I cant wait to get more. I just wish I could afford them. It is pretty expensive. But you pay for what you get.

Professional and clean tattoo shop in Homestead.I have had Brett “Rude” Scott do about five tattoos for me, two of which were half sleeves. He took my vision and free handed a beautiful piece and since then, I haven’t gone to another artist. He also managed to do a wonderful coverup over an older tattoo I had and you cannot see the previous ink whatsoever. Brett is highly skilled, clearly loves what he does, and is a true artist.Good atmosphere, good people.

****Edit*** June 2024😢When laughter stops😢Darryl no longer has jokes. 5th time at the shop, 3rd time with Darryl and I cannot comprehend how he went from being a tattoo hero to a tattoo zero... My most recent tattoo is a straight up bust and based on his responses to my getting it fixed, it will serve me better to never frequent this shop again. In the past I would tell folks to go there, ask for Darryl and to tell him Cyndi sent you but dont do that.*Photos posted shows uneven circles which are made with dashes as though his breathing pattern matched his circle draw... This looks like kitten paws.. it should be a peace sign bracelet.***Edit***Darryl still got jokes. This was my 4th time there and once again they did not disappoint. This was my 2nd tattoo from Darryl. Shout out to the new freelance artist...she bought all the vibes. If you want a tattoo at a reasonable price from real artist who treat you with respect, go here. This was my 1st tattoo with Darryl and I bought along a friend and he also did hers. Darryl is an artist and he takes pride in his work. Hes quiet but deadly with his jokes 😀. Dude somehow gave my friend a book tattoo that turned into pure artwork. A book. Yes a book. The shop was clean with some amazing artwork covering the walls. Bathroom was clean and cared for. Floors were clean and work stations appeared clean and organized. On street metered parking. They played great music which ranged from rap to oldies which included Elvis and Frankie Valle. Very professional atmosphere and legit studio.

Had a great experience for my first tattoo... I had Vika and my fiance had Steev, they both did an amazing job and we got exactly what we asked for. Would definitely recommend this tattoo shop. Very friendly and funny people working here....

About a year ago I was looking for a Tattoo Shop close by, with excellent artists and I found Screaming Crow! Every artist there is on point and have many years experience...whatever your style is an artist there will be there for you. 5 Stars

Over 20 years of experience in being tattooed…Beautiful, one of a kind tattoo secured by Darryl. He was super patient and friendly. And took the time to send me a link the night before my appt from a tattoo artist forum on the topic of tattooing over an area that has hardware; I was feeling sort of apprehensive as there are 10 screws and a plate under here. They discussed the topic on the forum and confirmed it’s safety. That gesture was going above and beyond, I felt. Place houses talent, customer service, and pricing that’s beyond compare. Quite sure I’ll be back. Darryl, thank you, I’m so pleased.

I LOVE MY TATTOO! Darryl was very efficient, steady and I love how he didnt dig into my skin to put the ink on. I love music and was raised in the church so I found the perfect tat and he made it look better than the original pic I had. All of their guys are very professional and always have happy customers. Im going back next week to get my words done!

First time here and let me tell you we will definitely be back. Our artist was Darryl and he really put up with us because we were a little picky lol but we had a blast. He was totally cool and did an amazing job!!

Got my nose pierced here. The piercer was very kind and made me feel comfortable. However, the piercing itself was all messed up. I had to go back to have it removed and was denied any money back. Cheap jewelry as well that was bent and stabbed the inside of my nose.

I can’t remember the exact name of the artist, I was a walk in appointment, I just know he was a calligraphy artist there. He did a great tattoo, and was super down to earth and funny. He made the experience 10x better.

I got a back tattoo done today of the moon phases. I had steev as my artist and he was incredible. Less than an hour in the chair and barely felt most of it. First time i had even thought of screaming crow and i would highly recommend them. Also great value. 120$ for a tattoo that goes from bottom of my neck down to right above bra

I got my belly button pierced here In June 2020 they were careful about Covid but that’s the only thing that they did right. The piercer was very nice but my belly button piercing is completely wrong he pierced the smallest amount of skin possible. I’m constantly worried that if it gets caught on anything it will rip right out. I’m trying to let it close so that I can get it redone. But I will always have an ugly scar. 0/10 do not recommend. I wish I could go back in time and just not get it done.

All I have to say if your ever in Pittsburgh and you want a tattoo, screaming crow is where you should go. Its clean and the the guys there are very perfetional and you can tell they love what they do.

This is the worst experience at a tattoo shop I have ever had in my life. There is no professionalism there and everyone there has a horrible attitude and does not take accountability for there work when it is not done correctly. I went to this tattoo shop one time and waited 3 hours for a very important memorial tattoo of my mother and beloved sister, the artist Lindsey was very difficult to work with she is very argumentative and she is completely unprofessional. She did not care about the work that she was doing on my arm and how important it was to me., she had no passion and completely destroyed my tattoo. She charged me 100$ and hour for a messed up tattoo. I paid 600$ for a tattoo that is not complete and that I am very unhappy with., this tattoo was the most important tattoo on my body And noone in the shop Will offer me any help without me paying for it again. I have been ripped off completely by this tattoo shop and it has left me in tears for months. I originally did not want Lindsey to do my tattoo anyway. I was waiting for one of the guys. But I was pushed off to Lindsey as if they didnt want to tattoo me. And now I have a horrible tattoo that I am not proud of that was very expensive and incomplete. And no body cares. These people dont care about the customers. They only care about money. They dont care about there craft and scares that they leave on you for the rest of your life.. I am a professional I cut hair for a living I take pride in what I do. And I care about how I make people feel., hair grows back. Tattoos are for ever. I would never recommend anyone go to this shop. These people are cold heartless and could care less about you. Only your money is what they care for. They are very rude and nasty. And there not as good as everyone thinks. There are better artist out there. Take it from me dont waste your money on a bad tattoo.😒😢👎....Please I do not wish to argue or fight with anyone. how do you know how I was treated.? Where you There at that time??. Because I dont remember ever talking to you at all. There is absolutely no reason in heaven or in hell why I would want to lie about anything. I have nothing to gain. This is the experience I had there period. You dont know how much money I spent with her. And I am not going to take one moment of my time to read anything that you post. When a customer is unhappy with a service all you need to do is be professional and apologize for the experience., but as usual you want to argue., nice... That is perfect☺. Believe what you want. I will humble myself., I expect you to defend your shop and the unprofessionallism there.. It does not mean that I am incorrect.

I called to make an appointment; when they checked who was working, I heard one artist say he was but was booked. Another artist replied he was working as well... but I was told I couldn’t make an appointment, given the hours and told they accept walk-ins... I was confused so asked come at any time? He then told me to call that day to see... so I can’t schedule an appointment but call that day to see if I could be fit in around appointments...

So I called Screaming Crow last min for a tat. JP was so nice to stay late for me and my tat is amazing! I love it and have gotten so many compliments! I highly recommend this place!

I got a tattoo here and Steve did it was my first tattoo he was very nice and kept everything under control I would go back to him clean professional people to make appointment you must have down payment.

Steev did my tattoo and I love it! Hes wasnt heavy-handed, he was considerate and had a good sense of humor which made the experience all the more better.

Brett did a cover up on my wrist. He did an excellent job. He was very patient and professional as I was undecided on what I was going to get. Just got it done today.

They advertise that they take walk ins but clearly don’t. Ok cool you don’t take walk ins but also didn’t seem interested in scheduling me to book either. I’ll pass.
