I went in earlier today mid-crisis asking if I could buy a piece of jewlery for my bridge because I lost my old one, I had a super snug one in for the emergency and it was super bad. I showed up and the piercer (didn’t catch their name) told me that I would have to wait a bit but that he would be able to attend me in a bit. I do believe I was lucky, it can always come off as rude to barge in asking for a piercing but they were very nice about it and assured me I was fine. In no time they took care of my piercing so gracefully, he hooked me up with a straight barbell that I was needing for the past five months (where I used to go didn’t have that option) and moved up my gauge size a bit and gave me the best jewlery I could ever ask for. Super super nice, amazing service and super clean! I was charged 30 bucks which was astonishing to me and I went home very happy. They absolutely changed my whole experience with tattoo/piercing shops!

Dylan was great piercing my daughters ears! She is 7 years old so after the first ear she had a moment. But Dylan handled it great! He has a really good bedside manner and was very considerate. Even put on a movie for her. 10/10 recommend

Audrey did my daughters ears! She was so kind and patient with her. Little miss had no tears and a great experience. I will be taking our older daughter to her soon for a nostril piercing. Highly recommended, just make sure you don’t forget your child’s birth certificate!

I scheduled with Tony to have a butterfly covered up( it is under the red rose) and start putting some flowers on my arm. He has done a phenomenal job, pays attention to detail, takes his time and always listen to what I want while still educating me on what is best for my skin. His schedule may be a little booked at times but he is worth the wait I promise, my next session is already scheduled!

Had a few appointments with Chris. He’s the man to book with. Chill vibes and great pricing. Very flexible with scheduling and availability. No complaints, overall 10/10 experience

Rylee is amazing! She made sure the marks for my snake bites were proper. She also explained about how my lip shape and the way it my lip curls would make the piercing look. She’s so kind and just overall amazing. She worked with me on so many things and I appreciate it so much

I just visited Eternal with my 13 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Lauren was PHENOMENAL with her. Lauren and Audrey are great. I adored the previous piercer and thought Id be out of a close by piercer but then Lauren joined the team. Ive been pierced and helped by Lauren a couple times and am always more than happy. Audrey recently pierced my young daughter and all I can say is- wow! From start to finish she made my daughter comfortable including explaining each step, putting on a movie and giving her a treat afterward. Highly recommend either

Lauren was excellent!! Scheduled an appointment to get my earings changed, but I really wanted to know how to take them out myself. She say down with me and patiently taught me how to take them out myself. She really cares about the people she pierces and does a wonderful job!

Well, I have been here for 3 piercings so far, and the last time I went was on the 4th of January. My lip piercing was fine, but my mothers upper helix was not fine. She told the peircer that the rod was too short, but she put it in like that anyway. So a day later my mom has a swollen and red ear. Then it gets so bad she has to go to the ER. She had to get a tetanus shot and was prescribed some antibiotics. Im assuming she got the infection from the metal as it was fine until the jewelry went into her ear. The piercing fell out of her ear so there goes the $80+ I paid for her to get it done. I dont know why but I paid three different fees for them just to have this happen. I really had a good opinion on this place but now I dont think Ill come back. I partially feel scammed especially since they dont tell prices beforehand and they dont tell you about the extra $15-$30 fee. What am I paying for other than the piercing and the jewelry? All of that money just for it to fall out and be infected.

I love every tattoo and piercing that I have gotten from Eternal Tattoo Howell location. Stelios has done many of my tattoos, and Lauren the piercer are honestly some of the nicest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Last time I received a piercing from Lauren she was extremely detailed in explaining the process and pricing. I appreciated the communication and I will be returning for more piercings from Lauren and tattoos from Stelios.

Great visit! Lauren was very knowledgeable and had so many top shelf options that were fairly priced. I always wanted to check out the artists for a tattoo so they answered all my questions and got me booked. Excited to return to eternal tattoos for all my future work.

I will never go anywhere else for piercings. They all are super knowledgeable and will be honest with you a 100%. Got my ears pierced some other place not only did they use cheap metal but they used a hoop for my ears, which I later found out wasn’t a good choice they also encouraged a double piercing the same day on the same ear. My ear was super sore for about a year couldn’t move or twist the earring and had to small keloids on the piercing hole. Went to eternal tattoos they took out the piercing in under 5 min with zero pain they even said it could be salvaged and redone in 3 weeks of healing. I was shook. Will defiantly be going back soon!

I have been going to Eternal for the past almost 10 years for my tattoos and piercings. I have had nothing but good experiences here. All the tattoos I have gotten from other shops are never as good quality as I have gotten here over the years. My thing is, you get what you pay for. People says it’s expensive here, but you really do get what you pay for. I would rather spent $300 on an awesome tattoo than go to one of those random shops and spend $30 for something that’s going to look terrible in 3 months.All of the tattoos I have gotten here still look as good now as they did the day I go them. I am constantly asking where I go and who I see for my tattoos. I have only seen Stelios and the piercers here, but I’ve seen the other artist’s work and they all do amazing artwork. I could never imagine going to another place for a tattoo.I recently moved an hour away and will STILL make the drive to Howell whenever I want a new tattoo or piercing.Dom is also a wonderful piercer. I think she’s done 2 or 3 of my piercings and it’s always a wonderful experience.Hands down I would never go anywhere else.

Lauren, the piercer is great. I must say that I’m a little disappointed in the jewelry options, however. When I got my piercings back in January there was only one type of jewelry to choose from. Four months later and a few weeks prior I scheduled an appointment for a jewelry change and there were still no other options to choose from. I was saddened that even though I was scheduled for a jewelry change there were so size appropriate options or any options at all. If I would have known this ahead of time I wouldn’t have taken the time to come in. I did however get another piercing done, I didn’t want to waste her time or my time.

A tattoo is something personal that you will have for the rest of your life. Choosing the right artist for the job is crucial. Ive always wanted a tattoo by Stelios. He has done some pretty amazing stuff and hes been doing it for a long time so I finally decided to go with it. Ill tell you this, its been an absolute pleasure working with him. He is so easy and fun to talk with, he is professional, and makes me feel very comfortable. My first and second appointment sessions just flew right by. You know what they say.. time flies when youre having fun. I recommend Stelios to anyone thinking about getting a tattoo. He will not disappoint you.

100% A+ for this place. I took my niece to get her nose pierced. She’s 14 so I brought my sister along with an original birth certificate, as well as my sister’s and niece’s ID. No leeway on this and very by the book. Dom did the piercing and was absolutely amazing. She made my niece feel so comfortable and talked her through every single step. Everything was perfectly sterile, the jewelry was high quality and comes with a complete lifetime warranty. I would not go anywhere else for a piercing.

Top of the line. I have many times gone to cheaper places for piercings. Those piercings would get infected, struggle to heal, and give me pain. When this happened I would go to Eternal Tattoos where they would instantly tell me why this happened, clean it, and change the jewelry Within 2 weeks my piercing was healing and healthy. After doing this 3 different times, I finally learned my lesson and will not go ANYWHERE ELSE for piercings. They are the nicest, most informed, and best option. I have now received 3 different piercings from them and have not had to go back to them for any problems. No infections, no irritations, no jewelry change. Love this place

Stelios does amazing work. I could not be happier with the way my tattoos turned out. BTW, I pass approximately 10 shops and drive an hour to get here. Just remember, you have to drive past the rest to get to the best. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Two weeks ago I bought an earring from their shop for $30 because she told me it was going to last and stay in my ear, it was their strongest, etc. Unfortunately it has already fallen out and is lost. I called the shop to see what they could do and they said there is no warranty and the best they could do is for me to buy another earring for $10 dollars off. This is very disappointing as I have been a loyal customer to them for years and it fell out very fast. I will now be thinking twice before going back or recommending them to others.

I get all my Tattoos done by Stelios Chimpouras over the past 12 or more years he is an awesome tattoo artist. I would recommend him to anyone. The staff is amazing and very kind and courteous and friendly. He will do anything you want to or draw it up for you and work with you to get the perfect results! Dont go anywhere else. A++++. There is no better tattoo artist I have 22 tattoos by Stelios and I am scheduled to get number 23! You wont regret it at all! I promise!

T.J. is awesome. He got my man and I in without an appointment and he was just a really nice and down to earth guy. We both got a tattoo dedicated to a family member and they both look great! Will definitely be back!

As far as costumer service goes, when I went in with a friend to get a piercing done the energy was not welcoming and they make you unwelcome the moment coming in. I was in the room with her during the piercing and I felt completely uncomfortable and received a diminishing comment stating that I was quiet ext, when in fact I was not the client to be conversed with. The process was much longer than it should of been and they seemed to be doing nothing but standing around. After the online form from my friend was submitted they proceeded to not communicate or make it understood how the procedure would take place while in the room itself just gossiping of what we could hear and some that was clearly unnecessary whispering. Afterwards during the billing process and not knowing what she’s paying for a TINY stud till last minute when it came out to $200 for a nose piercing. It was overall unpleasant and even I know if I were in their position that’s not the behavior I would partake. I won’t go to them for this reason, communication and mutual respect is key.

Ive had all of my piercings done by Em and my first tattoo done by Mike. I couldnt ask for them to have been done better, I love everything Ive had done there!! They were very informative on cleaning and taking care of your modifications, and Ive not once had a problem!

Eternal is hands down the MOST professional, educational, and calming tattoo/piercing shop I have ever went to. They always make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. Went to American Graffiti for my first piercing (philtrum) and I regret it because they did not tell me the gage size, didn’t educate me, and had limited jewelry options. I went to Eternal to get new jewelry for my philtrum and they have such a wide variety of beautiful, high end quality jewelry. Yes, they are expensive, but it is SO worth it. Remember, you get what you pay for, this is high quality jewelry and piercing supplies.Not to mention, Dylan and Dom are the sweetest and most caring piercers. Dom pierced both sides of my nose and dylan pierced my septum :) I cant wait till soon when I get a new piercing there, and get my first tattoo in a few months for my birthday.Thank you guys so much!

They have always treated me and whoever I go with great. This time they let us be walk ins and got us in and out for our sister tattoo. They copied my sisters hand writing perfectly.

I got a tattoo done in the beginning of the year by Mike at Eternal Tattoo. I loved it, it was exactly what I asked for. He said if anything happened during the healing process he would touch it up for free. During the healing process the lettering peeled a little, no biggie that happens. When I called to schedule the touch up they told me he no longer worked there but that another artist in the shop could retouch it. I was told that no one but the artist himself could schedule appointments and that I would be required to schedule a time to come by and show this artist my tattoo to see if he could touch it up and then schedule another appointment to actually do the touch up. I explained I lived 40 minutes away, and work late nights so this would be tough to make two more trips out there. I didnt understand why no one accepted my offer to text or email a photo of the tattoo. In the following FIVE more phone calls I made to try and get a hold of the artist, I got the same story every time. I even took to calling the minute he came into work in the morning to see if I could catch him but was always told he was in the middle of an appointment and promised a call back. I even took to leaving him messages with my availability to make the 40 minute drive there just to show him the tattoo. I understand some people are very busy, so I would allow ample time between my calls for him to return them. This pattern became very frustrating, I asked if ANY artist in the shop could just retouch it and they insisted I could only use the one who is impossible to get a hold of and apparently hates making money. I would have generously tipped whoever fixed up my tattoo and would have returned to this shop for future tattoos as I initially liked everything about it. But now, I have to go to a completely new shop and PAY for a retouch on top of that. I made a total of SIX phone calls and the staff was aware of that but still no return calls. Now I am sad to say I wont be returning to this place or recommending it to anyone, nor will my husband (who was also a previous customer there.)

Emily Radke is a dream. That woman is as talented tattoo artist as she is amazing human! She did my first ever tattoo at 18, and now at 22 i still love going to her for pieces, and she has designed all my pieces for me which makes it so much more special. Shout out Em, you’re rad(ke)!!

I got my first tattoo done by Dave Gee and he did an amazing job! I recently called to see if I could get in and see him again and Alissa answered the phone and I explained to her that I was in the military and was only home for so long and was wondering if I could get in to see Dave before I left. She was not accommodating by any means. She told me Dave wasn’t available on the day that I asked. Then I asked if I could see another artist and she proceeded to call me rude. I understand if someone doesn’t want to do work on another artists piece... but she was very disrespectful. Costumer service was awful and this reflects in my rating.

Got my nose pierced here, very professional, clean, and well worth the money. They have an awesome selection of jewelry (a bit pricey) but it’s definitely worth it! Will be coming back for any piercings! Thanks namaste piercing!!

I got my nostril pierced here about 2 months ago and i’ve had a lot of problems with this place. They gave me jewelry that was around $60 without telling me that it cost extra and on top of that i legit can’t take it out. on top of that, it got caught on everything and ended up getting infected and i have to go to another shop to get it removed after spending over $100 on it.

From the consult to my actual appointment it was an all around amazing experience. The shop was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Alissa did an amazing job and Im very happy with everything. I would recommend Eternal Tattoos in a heartbeat!

A bit on the expensive side for piercings, but you get what you pay for and they are an extremely friendly, clean, and professional. The girl that does the piercings makes sure to go out of her way to get you exactly what you want. Would definitely recommend!

I had work done here in the past, I originally went to stelios with my idea that I wanted to get in memory of my brother and he looked at it and said why would you want to get that? I was pretty pissed at that point and went to someone else in this shop who did a good job but when I went back to him for another tattoo I found out he was fired. I used to go here for piercings done by Ann and Ann only, I have not seen her in a while and assume she moved on to a better setting. There were people always outside smoking and employees making fun of customers as they left. The un-professionalism of this place is sickening.

Went there for a piercing and had to take it out not even a week later. Danny did not use the proper tools or piercing at all. He used something three times smaller then what he should’ve actually used and pierced it in the wrong spot!!!! Due to his lack of knowledge, I almost ended up in the hospital due to his irresponsibility and lack of proper knowledge. 140 wasted on a 5 day old piercing. Never again.

I was on a time crunch and She fit me in to get my piercing done and I made it on time to where I was going after and I have an allergic reaction to certain types of jewelry and She informed me on the proper care for my nose and awnser all my questions I had, she also informed me you shouldn’t twist your peircing after and it’s been a week since I had it done and I haven’t had any issues with my peircing She was also very sweet and helpful sadly I didn’t get her name but she was the pregnant one who is blonde and I would highly recommend this place if your looking to get a peircing and especially if you are allergic to some types of jewelry like I am I will definitely be coming back :)

My rating has nothing to do with recent events that have happened at Eternal. (Although shady.) I visited the shop last summer with my boyfriend to see about setting up a few appointments. The majority of the staff were outside in the back smoking. As we walked up, they were looking at us so I smiled and said hello... And wasnt even acknowledged. Even if I hadnt said anything, youre a business, Im your potential customer... Shouldnt you acknowledge anyone walking into your establishment instead of just staring at them? I had given a deposit but never set up an appointment. I went elsewhere.

Just had my tongue pierced today by missy, my experience was pretty good, right after the needle went thru, my natural reactuon was to pull my tongue back, and then i was trying to keep it out; and i was drooling a LOT, given the circumstances, idk how missy got the piercing in, i see comments on here of people bashing, she did great with my piercing, but the door says, no cry babies maybe you should go else where if you cant handle it

David Gee is the most unprofessional artist I have ever spoken with. I am in the army and made an appointment with him during my pre-deployment leave, months in advance. Upon arriving to the consultation, he insulted my wife and child. Then, I explained to him that I wished to have a tattoo of my unit’s insignia ( the image was 50% a human skull and 50% shield that represents my unit). He was unwilling to draw anything resembling the the shield, claiming “ I don’t want to tattoo something that somebody else would have”. He further stated that he could not design a tattoo that fit this description. Keep in mind that I gave him all the creative leeway in the world. I tried to understand what the friction point was, however he kept stating that he “did not want to tattoo something that didn’t well represent him”. While also stating, that if I wished, he would just “throw on” the image that I had brought to him. Why on earth would I want to continue to work (and pay) somebody with that kind of horrible attitude towards what they do?David gee’s next move was to kick me out, while retaining half of my deposit. That is what really threw me over the edge. I called him many months in advance, from out of state, and set up this appointment. Over the phone he did not even try to understand what I wanted tattooed. If he heard me out and was skeptical about tattooing service members, that would be one thing. However he didn’t even try to picture the tatto in advance. He simply took my money and then barely tried to design a tattoo at the appointment. He put forth little effort and It all felt like a total scam.Please do not go to David gee. He is a bad representation of tattoo artist as a whole, and does a disservice to his craft.

Chris was chill and easy to be comfortable around. Made the experience incredible and hes a great artist all around.

I came here a few years ago to get my lip peirce and they did a really good job! They even made sure to let me know how to take care of it properly and with the cost was some wash to make sure it didnt get infected!

The people that work here are so unprofessional, Stelio’s private messaged me one time and continued to threaten me and say all kinds of unprofessional things. Now there is a video on on Facebook where you can hear KYLE screaming and cussing to a man over the phone! Even continued to threaten him saying”I hope to never see you in my shop again or you want be able to walk out of here with out a walker” SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN OR GET BETTER EMPLOYEES NO ONE WANTS TO BE TATTOOED BY AN UNPROFESSIONAL WHERE YOU FEEL THREATENED.

My mom just got a tattoo today that was hand drawn by me and it turned out fantastic! Great place, amazing hospitality, love the artwork. Will deffinetly be getting my tattoos here.

I love the ladies who do piercing. My tatoo is uneven and not what i wanted done. I felt like i was a burden even tho i made an appointment. Ill have it fixed where i usually go.
