Came here with some my wifey and good friend to get our ears pierced! Lucy was so friendly, knowledgeable, and such a calming energy, we had a great experience! Also, tons of jewelry with a wide range of prices. Would highly recommend and plan on returning 🙏🏼🔥🪡

Originally over the phone we were told that a Monroe piercing would be about $50, then my girlfriend arrives and was told $60 ($25 for the piercing and $35 for the jewelry) because the jewelry was a little more, which is no problem. The issue is that she was charged $80 without giving the option to add a tip. So we’re under the impression that the piercer decided to be a little generous for themselves and give themselves OVER 20% tip. I’m in the service industry and I understand tipping which she would’ve gotten a tip if the option was presented, but it wasn’t. She took it upon herself to add her own tip. I would definitely pay attention to what y’all are being told the price is and what y’all are actually paying.If you’re good at your job, you get the money that’s coming to you. Don’t scam people.

Had to come in for a larger bar for a tongue piercing that got a wee bit botched. I don’t remember the name of the piercer that saved my life but big thank you to her! Saving my tongue from swallowing up a short af bar/ball. Wish I had just gotten it done here. Great selection for jewelry!

This shop has my full trust. Lucy is incredible, she has helped every time I’ve come in. A few months ago I had my daith pierced at a shop off 2nd street in DTLB that placed a huge ring which immediately cause unsightly irritation bumps. Weeks after with no change, I went to CM Hurt and asked to have the ring changed out to a curved barbell to which the staff laughed at and said “honey you can’t put that kind of jewelry in a daith” so I reluctantly listened and payed to have a smaller ring placed. This only made the irritation worse. Almost giving up on my daith I came to Tommy Ts and was seen by Lucy. She recommended and placed a straight barbell and voila! The bumps are almost gone within days and I couldn’t be happier knowing it is finally able to heal properly. Today she pierced my surface tragus & helix with ease. I feel incredibly comfortable here with great conversations and professionalism from staff at Tommy Ts.

Really great service. Lucy was able to show me several options with jewelry (they have a lot of options) and I ended up also getting another piercing! Great technique and they provide all aftercare instructions. Staff was also very professional with one another.

Went as a large group of 7 for different piercings. Everything went smoothly and the lady who helped us was so amazing!! She was great at distracting us with small talk in the room. The piercing procedure was sterile and went smoothly. I will be coming back!

I came in to inquire about possible employment, Lucy was very helpful, polite and professional to me as well as the other patrons that were there while I was there. The establishment looked to be well kept clean orderly and respected. Hopefully this will be the first of many days to come for me 😊

Not coming back again. I came in to buy a half inch taper to help stretch my ears a little for some plugs I was having a tough time getting in. The lady said they had one and sold it. When I went to stretch my ear, the taper went right through my gauge without any issue. My partner measured it with calipers and it ended up being 7/16 which is what size I already am. I wouldn’t be so upset if it wasn’t so overpriced for something I probably can’t return or exchange. I got the one wrong sized taper and two pairs of clasp lip rings for $135. I got way more jewelry for that amount at Unimax in NY. I try to support brick and mortar places but that’s an insane markup.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They know what they are doing, and ensure you are getting what you want. Their jewelry is kind of expensive, but its very high quality to ensure you dont have any healing issues, and that you look good. Would definitely use again.

The people were nice once we were helped but I was quoted a price over the phone then it was 3 times the price when I got there. We were also ignored for almost a half hour when we got there. We had an appointment and they were an hour behind because they were taking walk ins before us. I will not be going back.

Never gotten pierced here but Ive bought body jewelry from here a handful of times. Overall great quality jewelry, generally good prices. Only wish that there was more staff, or that the shop allowed the other workers to do more for customers. Only the piercer is allowed to sell or discuss jewelry, and that coupled with her job of actually providing piercings leaves poor service for customers. Waited nearly 30 minutes to be helped last time which was frustrating.

I got my septum done here a few weeks ago, an the experience was just amazing. They have a sterilized room you go into for your piercing. It’s so clean! And the girl who did my piercing( I didn’t catch her name ) did an absolutely fantastic job. Perfect placement, I absolutely love my piercing!

Lucy was amazing! got both my nipples done and very happy with the business! Hepa air filtered clean rooms separate from the general public area. 10 out of 10 recommend for any piercing need. They only use needles for piercing since it is safer and faster healing.

Before I went to Tommy Ts I had a terrible experience from a different piercing shop. I was nervous but the blonde lady ( I wish I know her name) was absolutely fantastic!!! First of all she made sure that everything is clean and sanitized. The room where she worked was as clean as a doctors office or even more. She saw that I am a bit nervous so she made me comfortable by talking to me. It really helped. She done the job at no time and I only experienced a minimal amount of pain. She is truly a professional!!! In the future if I need more piercings I only going to go to her. About the place: Everything was clean and the restroom was spotless. I highly recommend Tommy Ts!

Got both nipples done. The piercer was super personable. I felt very comfortable around her, and she did a great job of making me feel relaxed. The shop itself is very clean as well. I had no worries about the cleanliness of the workers and tools.

I took my daughter and my niece to get ear piercing. The place is sanitized really well. The ladies doing the piercing are very professional in their work. As a father, I would take my daughters there again. They set the bar high compared to mall piercing stores.

I went here with my sister for her to get an industrial and helix piercing. It was pretty busy but the woman working there was able to assist everyone efficiently. We were there for a little over half an hour because you also have to wait for the jewelry to be sterilized. My sister loved her piercings. Overall a good experience.

Amazing place! The piercers were clean and professional! The entire establishment was super clean and the area to get pierced was so clean like a doctors office. They made sure to put all instruments and the jewelry into a steam cleaner before being used and they sanitized everything again before piercing. Will be back again!

Went to Tommy’s last week to have my Tragus done on my right side. I absolutely LOVE IT! It was super busy and the girl was working alone, so there was a wait, but the girl (sorry I forgot your name hun!!) did a great job attending to everyone. Very professional. The shop was very clean and I felt very comfortable there. 10/10. Highly recommend!

Lucy is amazing! And that is an understatement. I was looking for a difficult piercing I havent seen much and I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them. Not only that but I love someone personable and we totally hit it off with karate kid. I love my new piercing and Im glad I did my homework and ended my search with them.

Great piercer, she’s pretty awesome and their prices are also top tier. However, their system isn’t very good considering I scheduled an appointment at 2 and waited an hour and a half to get pierced. They don’t actually have a set scheduling time so just make sure you don’t have anything else to do that day cause it’s not gonna happen lols.

I got my nose pierced and was told by several friends who have had theirs done that it was going to hurt and my eyes would tear up. They offer numbing but I decided against it . The piercing didnt hurt at all ! No watery eyes or anything !! They have a variety of jewelry to choose from and clearly know what they are doing , clear explanations and expectations set beforehand . They also have Dr ts sea salt solution you can purchase ( Ive always had to buy sea salt and do it myself so this was super awesome imo) . They are only accepting cash as a tip at the moment so please keep that in mind . Thankfully I had some change that amounted to a decent tip , so if your like me and a general good tipper BRING SOME CASH !! they also are clean and organized and follow strict covid guidelines too . Definitely will be coming back . 15/10 experience ! And the pricing is very on point and competitive from other shops Ive gone to . My fiance came here every time he stretched his ears and plans to come in for for a few more piercings as well .

Lucy was literally the best! I was super nervous to have my industrial pierced but she made it a walk in the park. I have never seen a cleaner place to have a peircing done in my entire life. Everyone was so friendly! I would go back every time I visit to have a peircing done!

The girls working in the store that day rocked! They were prompt and detailed in explaining how much and what was going to happen with piercing and prices of jewelry. Also, were running a food drive and offered discounts for bringing In cans. I loved it! Go in and check the store out for yourself it may become your regular spot for piercings!

Had my ears pierced for the first time. Nervous since Im terrified of needles. Lucy is so nice. She help me relax to not be scared and talked about Star Wars which was cool. She was very professional and detailed with the process and instructions of taking care of my new piercings.

Wait time, even with booked appointments, had nothing to do with Civid 19, it had to do with one person to do piercing, and an assistant, whom was not trained in jewelry sales, as well as not trusted to operate the cash register.Short staffed, unqualified staff, unacceptable, do to the high price tags, for piercing, and jewelry, making the 20 minute appointment process, turn into an hour, plus, dissatifying experience.

You definitely get what you pay for. Place was clean and has a wide selection of medical grade steel and titanium pieces, plus the standard stuff. They take their time and actually make sure its a good fit before you get pierced. Would definitely recommend if you want it done right.

The sercivrs and professionalism is top notch. I went in to repierce my tongue and my partner got a righteous conch piercing. The jewelry selection was on point and the piercing area was sterilized professionally and we were given epic after aftercare instructions.

I came here to get my belly button pierced with my sister. The piercer here was super friendly and gave so much information on their jewelry. She explained the differences in metal quality and I feel like I learned so much. The amount of jewelry was amazing and the piercing really wasnt too bad. Great place!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! unqualified people. STAY AWAY. I got a labret piercing done here and i had to go back 3 times to have the piercing changed because they kept putting the wrong piercing and wrong size. Every time they changed it, it irritated my lip more (they could never get the hole and the piercing right on the first go) and i got charged more as well! I finally went to a different piercing shop and they were shocked! I had to remove it. On top of that the piercing was crooked too! I spent so much money, time and pain. I can go on and on...

Tommy T’s is the only place I like to get pierced. It’s the cleanest shop I have ever seen! If you want real advice and if you want it done the right way this is the place for you! Lucy is the best she has done most of my piercings 😁

1st.They pierced my helix and my industrial bar horribly. The back side of my helix piercing is on the curve on my ear. It’s been almost a year and it still hurts, even with doing the after care product they sold me.2nd. He did not let me see where he was going to pierce me before he did it. I asked if I could look in a mirror to see where he was going to pierce and he said they didn’t have mirrors because of covid?3rd. When I made small talk he told me to be quite or else he wouldn’t be able to concentrate and would do it in the wrong spot. I was quite immediately. I understand needing to focus on the task at hand, but if small noises will make you pierce someone entirely wrong, you shouldn’t be doing it in the first place.4th. He literally kicked the table multiple times and dropped the earring multiple times. His hands were shaky.5th. I talked to Meg friends about this experience and they assured me that theat guy was a bad piercer and that I shouldn’t go to Tommy T’s. The girl is good though.6th. It was very expensive compared to other places who probably would have done better.Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

Ive been going here for the majority of my piercings sence before high school even. Pretty pricey but well worth the quality and experience. Also no problems being a minor as long as you have a parent present. 👍🏼

Needing some additional advice.... my daughter got her ear lobes pierced here at Tommys and a while later one of them rejected. Her lobe split in two and we have been waiting for it to heal. Not sure what do now, suggestions?

I was looking for a shop that I could bring my daughters in to get pierced at. I have been really happy with every piercing we have gotten there. Recently my husband and I went in to get pierced too. The staff is always friendly, we have never had any problem with infection, and we are always taken care of in an efficient manner.

This place was awesome! Super informative, staff seemed like they knew what they were doing, mad it a super comfortable environment that felt super clean. I came in because my warning had filled in over time. I loved how knowledgeable she was and really liked that she didnt give me a new hole and just stretched my previous hole.

Came here to pick out new jewelry. You could definitely tell they were taking Covid seriously. However, the communication and professionalism of the man who was helping us was abysmal. At every step, we felt like we were doing something wrong and were an inconvenience. The man berated his staff, even those who were actively working on clients. Another person waited to look at new jewelry as well and asked how long before they would be helped. The man mocked him saying he could come back when Covid is over. The woman who eventually helped me was extremely nice and helpful. I will never come back here, and I feel bad for all staff who have to work with this man.

Ive been here before to get piercings done and they did a good job. However, this isnt the first time they open late (an hour or more later) but today was the last straw. They had posted that they were gonna open at 2 pm so I went shopping and when I came back they werent open so I waited again until 3 pm and the shop never opened so I left. I will not be coming back to this place again.

I got piercings done at this place in 2019… upon getting them removed very recently, because of constant infection every couple of months regardless of my aftercare/cleaning regimen I learned THEY USED THE WRONG TYPE OF BARBELL, and that was probably why they irritated me so much. Be weary of this place… so glad someone who actually knew what they were doing told me what was wrong and finally removed them.

Pleased with the experience. Clean. Lucy did a good job of explaining the procedure; she was great! She performed piercings for both my nipples and after 24 hours, theyre not painful at all -just a bit of soreness in the first 3 hours. She also picked out a wonderful set of jewelry that anyone whos seen it says its nice. Got 2x $59 that was banana (sorta curved) shaped with cubic zirconias that were multi-colored and orange on the other side. Did I pay too much? I dont know and dont care at this point. :-P Totally coming back when I get the inclination to get more piercings since they also offer body jewelry and what a selection!There is a tattoo shop next door, literally, but theyre a separate business and owner and get business customers to and from each other I am sure. How convenient for fanciers -a one-stop shop!A shout out to any of Tommys (including Tommy himself; not sure if he was the guy who my partner thought was rude) wonderful staff who may have come across as rude to their customers: With this much raves VS. rants Ive read, I am not discouraged from coming back to your shop, so please clean up the act and be nice, but most of all professional. Its a short life. We all want a pleasant experience. Whatever perception or stereotype we all have, please just treat all with respect -long as theyre a paying and a happy customer. Very satisfied customers are repeat customers and are good tippers. Everyones happy! Winning!!I will be so inclined to refer others if I would feel good about the shop altogether and not just because there is that one artiste that is good who works there. And to anyone who may be a very demanding customer, please remember that shops have their own SOP and protocols, so ask what the limits and can-do or no-nos while getting the procedure.Okay, off my soap box.PS. I had my septum piercing done here in 2015 & i swear everytime I see a photo of me with a crooked piercing & jewelry, it bums me out. I noticed it after I got home & did call to let them know 👎🏽

Expensive. Had I known I needed a tool to take off a piercing or would have to pay to have them take it off, I would have gotten a different ring. Other than that they do a good job.

The man helping me tried to over charge me for the jewelry and when I pointed it out he did immediately change the price down about $20. I would like to walk into a jewelry shop and not have to question what I am being charged. I will not go back. They have a lot of jewelry but the pricing is inconsistent, and the quality is lacking.

The piercer was very nice. However, the staff was horribly rude. She rushed us, would not let us look at ANYTHING and tried to force me out of the door without my boyfriend while he was getting pierced. I will not return to this place.

Got my frenum pierced and went in thinking it was going to be like my PA. Tommy was professional and eased my nervousness with speed and calmness. When it came down to it all I felt was a small pinch and thought it was just the clamp, turns out the needle was already through!! We dont hurt prople here Tommy said and Im a customer for life. HORRIBLE. They pierced my eyebrow and they didnt use enough skin, I knew something was wrong, but recently I went to go get it changed out and the piercer told me that it was done wrong, and it will soon reject, and the girl should have never pierced me with that jewelry. Before I knew this I also went back to get my rook pierced and the girl was really rude to me and kept telling me to sit down, when I was waiting for her and all I wanted to do was look at the rest of what they had. HORRIBLE PIERCINGS AND SERVICE. WAY TO OVERPRICED AS WELL. go somewhere else.

Messed up my nose piercing by putting in a seamless nose ring that tore the tissue in my nose. got infected and went to another shop to get it changed out and they told me that it was pierced wrong and not used with a big enough jewelry. now I have to wait a month for the painful bump on my nose to heal to get another one. way to over priced, and just want you in and out.

Honestly it was all well and good till I ordered a custom pineapple dermal made for a small fortunetgat took nearly 3 only to find others were made and put out into her case, I was upset venting to my best friend at a bar MILES AWAY, it was over heard by a nearby patron and the main piercer LUCY CALLED ME in off hours to comfront me and tell me I could have them all but better “slandering her is too much”..., ok what ever the dermal was a bad shape never stayed came out now my ear is infected with no topper and Tommy Ts refuses to have the owner look at it opposed to the girl who crossed the line calling me all pissed off

This was my forth time getting pierced at tommy ts. I came in to get my lower navel pierced. I was helped right away, they answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable as always.
