Ive been a coming to Laser Away for a few years now, and cam definitely say that it is well worth it! The entire staff, has been so warm, welcoming, professional, and kind to me! I always feel comfortable there and I am very pleased with my results. The consultation was very thorough and informative. Its a little expensive, but worth it. I definitely recommend them, if you havent tried them. Also, the staff really takes time to get to know you and make the experience more personal overall. One nurse in particular, named Kacy, is such a sweetheart! Shes great and is very personable and easy to talk to! Shes great at what she does and her genuine kindness, speaks volumes!

This company is amazing. As far as the nurses are concerned, they are so sweet and thorough, and I feel like I am in good hands every time I go in. The ONLY CRITICISM I have is that their mineral sunscreen game can be a little better for post treatment care.. I’m black and their mineral sunscreen didn’t go nearly deep enough for me so I had to bring my own. Besides that I strongly recommend to everyone! In fact, I’ve already had 3 friend be referred :)

I love having my hairy situation (lol) taken care of at this location, and simply nurse Dana is the best. Honestly. If you’re getting it done, ask for her. She is easy to talk to, ask about your concerns and just make the experience as comfortable as possible. I get nervous easily and I am so comfortable here with her.

Friendly staff and comfortable setting. I moved back here from the SF Bay and went to them up there so I was happy I found this location and is nearby. My wait time was fast. I called that morning and got an appointment for the same day. It’s always a toss up when you’re going to a new place but my procedure went smoothly and nurse Garcia was great.

This is my first package at Laser Away and I can say that first, the staff at the front desk are always so friendly, helpful, and relatable as people. Second, I say my “first” package deal at LA because I always hope and request to see my favorite girl, Nurse T. T is one of the kindest and sweetest nurses I have had do any of my services at LA. I get laser hair removal on almost everything below the shoulders and T consistently makes the experience so positive, even when I get anxious about it because I forget what it feels like after 6-8 weeks. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with her because she talks me through the session, educates me on lasering, does test spots on each part to check on me, gives me an extra robe to keep me from shivering (because sometimes I freeze in there), and genuinely wants to know how my laser experience is going, both during the session and out of the facility, in between sessions. She is an incredible nurse and wonderful person. She will be the reason I continue coming to laser away and will refer friends!

For me Nurse T makes this place worth going to! Haha. She is so sweet and easy to talk to and makes the session go by pretty quick and painless. She also has phenomenal bedside manner and explains what she is doing and why. Really happy with my laser hair removal so far.

I could tell Nurse Garcia was new. It would be nice to be told beforehand if someone new was about to do the session with me. Anyway, I had her for my laser hair removal and she didn’t test out the heat or how intense the laser would be (usually the laser would be tested behind my neck but that didn’t happen for this session). She just went for it and told me to just tell her if it’s alright. It was set to high 🤦‍♀️ it was really hot and didn’t feel like a normal rubber band feeling. So I quickly expressed my pain & she lowered it. Once again when she lowered the intensity she went for it instead of testing it first. Nurse Garcia however, is quite a sweet and nice person. Overall, I’d say she just needs to take her time and not rush the process.

Ms Jazzy, nurse Kasey, nurse Tessa & the rest of the team here at Bella Terra, make the difference at this location so you should go here. Love them & the results! So impressed from the consult to the result its been a great experience so Im going back for more 😉

I love her, I’m a big girl and I am very shy about my body (I never leave the lights on) she makes me feel very safe. Also interesting to speak with, knowledgeable, doesn’t push for another sale, knows what she is doing and just a nice person in general!! Always makes me feel good about me!! I went to a consultation and they said I would be a great fit for the treatment. I paid well over $2k and after consistent and consecutive treatments, there were no results. Even the technician said she didn’t see any results from the photo when I first came in versus the one she had taken on the last treatment. I forgot what the treatment is called but it’s for pigmentation. So I asked what are they going to do about it and they said that the treatment didn’t work so well since I have lighter skin tone and it works best with darker skin tones. So instead of giving me any kind of refund or trying to resolve the issue, they tried to sell me another package of a different kind of treatment and said it would work better than the one I just received. I would NEVER recommend anyone. They tell you a type of treatment would work best for your skin tone and when it doesn’t, they basically tell you to F off and pay for another package/treatment.April 23, 2024 - Response to the reply. If you guys actually valued my feedback and cared for my customer satisfaction, then you’d give me a refund or find some kind of solution. Not just a reply saying you care. In what way do you actually care when I’ve spent all that money with your consultant telling me the treatment would be right for me and after taking my money, I’m told that my skin isn’t the right fit for the treatment.

Stopped in for laser hair removal maintenance yesterday. Nurse Kacy was amazing! She was quick and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’ve been coming here since 2018 and haven’t come across a bad nurse. All staff are friendly, informative, and very helpful. The front staff are always quick to schedule me for my next appointment to get me out the door to start my day. I really appreciate it.

Superb Service and Professionalism at this Laser Away in Huntington Beach! Nurse T was gentle, professional, thoughtful and sweetfully humorous throughout the entire session. I’ve been to high end laser institute skin care salon/ clinics and this staff blows them away!!! TONS of value - laser treatments are not cheap, but totally worth it - the skin treatments work. Great advice and professionalism from the manager Jazmin as well. The entire staff is amazing. I will need to come back and list all of their names, they deserve the recognition too! Can’t say enough about how great they treat their customers at this location!! Great job everyone!!

Nurse T embodies all the qualities you want in a health professional. She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also kind and patient with explaining all steps involved throughout any procedure. Nurse T is my favorite if I had to pick one (:I can always trust her with my hair removal. She is thorough and will not get offended if you ask her to take care of a problem area for you. She’s so down to earth and very insightful.

I highly recommend Thermage with Laser Away in Huntington Beach. I had two sessions recently, one session for the back of my thighs with Nurse T, and another session for the front of my thighs with Nurse Kacy. Both nurses were excellent—They explained the procedure, took before pictures (after pictures will be in 6 months, the length of time it usually takes for collagen to begin producing and showing noticeable effects), and talked with me throughout the one-hour treatment (I.e., kept me distracted from the sometimes spicy 🌶️ zaps!). I truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness. If I need additional treatments or decide to treat other areas, I’ll definitely return to Laser Away, Huntington Beach!

Ive puchased permanent hair removal treatment for 8 times. The 1st time, I noticed the hair was much thinner, but it still grew back after 1 and half month not much gair grow back noticeable . The 2nd time, all area was considered bald, and I couldnt see them grow back. i still in 2 week of my 2nd time hair removal. However, my skin much lighter and smooth. Nonetheless, Im happy with the results, as it left my skin smooth and beautiful. I recom a nurse named Tanya, she did my hair laser removal very carefully, she goes every part of my body in great detail. If I return for another session, Id like to make an appointment with her specifically.

Beauty is pain.. however at laser away Thaomy N. really made my procedure go by quick and comfortable. She thoroughly explained the process and asked me several questions in order to get the best result. Some parts were more painful than others but the results are worth the tiny pinches you feel. Earlier today there was a scheduling issue but Celeste really took the time to listen to my concerns and resolved the issue for me. As a business owner I can appreciate when the staff is professional but also compassionate and understanding to the clients needs and expectations. I am on my second treatment for laser hair removal and already can see a huge difference on the hair growth!! I am excited for the end result and highly recommend this location to anyone interested in hair removal.

I have been going to LaserAway for many years and have spent thousands of dollars. I have never had any issues with the exception of a few accounting errors throughout the years (made on their end), but we have always managed to work through them. Today, I had a horrible experience and for this I will NEVER go back! I always buy a bank roll of 100 units that normally last me a whole year. The last I purchased 100 units was on 03/13/22 and I only went another time on 07/27/22 leaving me with a balance of 44 units. When I made my appointment they told me I only had 6 units left so we worked things out over the phone. When I get to my appointment today 10/18/22 the same issue is brought up. Brittany explained that she added up all of my treatments from when I started and that someone made an error so I only had 6 units left. I was blindsided by the balance and I felt it was unfair for me to pay for their mistake. She told me that they dont do things for free (which was very demeaning to me since I am a paying customer and I have never complained nor have I ever asked for anything for free) and she said she was trying to work with me. Her options were: I could pay or I could pay!! (Im Being sarcastic). At that point she mentioned she could ask someone else to talk to me, so the team leader Jasmine came and explained to me that I did indeed only have 6 units left because someone made a mistake. Again, how is that my issue? All I know is that I still have 44 units left from the bank roll I purchased. They cant and shouldnt be charging people for their mistakes! Jasmine told me that they would continue the botox but I would no longer have any more units after today as if she was doing me a favor!! I guess I will take my money elsewhere! I will NOT tolerate someone disrespecting me, belittling me and making me pay for the consequences of their actions.On a good note, the nurse named Hunter was the sweetest!!!

I did the laser hair removal package for the whole body basically. Here is my honest review (which I was asked by them to leave) - 1 star for my laser away experience overall but Melissa was so good I’ll give one more for her.Pros:- Melissa was the best nurse I had by far- she actually talked me through what was happening and adjusted the laser strength to get optimal results and she covered the whole treatment area. Took her time and was so personable. Seriously 5 stars for her I would go back if it was her own clinic.- Lots of locations so in theory if you are traveling you can still get your laser done (see con below about booking though)Cons:- It didn’t work. I didn’t come anywhere close to 80% reduction like advertised and I did all of my treatments over the 2 years just as they said- there is still so much hair and they only gave me 2 extra “comp” sessions for a small area and claimed the other areas reached the “goal” for hair removal. If you go take pictures of the area with hair before and continue taking pictures of it over your treatment that way you have evidence- nobody told me to do that unfortunately.- Overpriced. And they try to sell you aggressively and always have “deals”. I spent over $3K total and still have terrible results.- Scheduling. They are always booked, you’ll never get a weekend spot. They will reschedule you lots. You can’t request a nurse.- Most nurses don’t like to do laser (which I totally get - who wants to be getting rid of peoples hair lol) but this negatively impacts their work: there is no template for the area they laser so every time they will do less or stop in different places than the other and it’s always rushed. When I felt like they missed a spot they wouldn’t do anything about it.Overall I would go to a local med spa or dr to do laser. I tried one session at a med spa and they were shocked at how poor of results I had from here after the “end” of treatment and theirs is already showing better for far less money. Hope this helps someone!

I had my 4th treatment for lower body and I absolutely loved the RN, Gacia. She made the experience care free. She is very thorough, detail oriented, and made it very stress and pain free. Getting laser hair removal in certain areas is embarrassing and she made me feel so comfortable and she made sure that all areas were treated. Thank you so much!! I just wish LaserAway let you schedule appt.’s with specific staff I’d schedule with her every time!!!

I’m so happy I finally decided to go to Laser Away. The entire staff at the Bella Terra location is awesome!The ladies at the front desk are beautiful and very welcoming. They are also very helpful and informative about all the services they provide.I went there for juvederm ultra plus. Valerie was did my injection. She was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job with my lips.She took her time and was extremely gentle.I am also on the process of laser hair removal and I’m very happy with my overall experience at Laser Away.I highly recommend them to my family, friends and strangers.

If you’re debating on whether you want to check out LaserAway, my advice is go for it! I am thrilled, so far, with my results of both my Clear and Brilliant treatments and laser hair removal. I am so glad I decided to go in. Even though I have some limitations they couldn’t accommodate, I’m still happy with it. All the staff has been amazing, but Sharon by far has made a lasting impression! We have great conversations, and she makes the appointments quick, comfortable and painless, while getting amazing results. Highly recommend!

I signed up for Clear+Brilliant and it’s done wonders for my skin. I’ve also convinced my sister to get the treatments too.. I also love their products. They’re a little bit pricey but when you buy more sessions the per session cost goes down considerably. The staff in this location is sensitive and friendly to clients too. So I would come back to schedule appointments here.

I have been getting lasered for awhile now, and though it hurts a LOT, like very very painful, I am loving my results. And having a nurse who actually cares and does a great job can make or break your experience. My latest experience was with Melissa, and she was absolutely amazing! Time flew by, and she talked to me the whole time which helped get my mind off the pain, and wasnt as painful as it was in the past. I appreciated having her as my nurse and really hope to have her again for my future appointments.

Clean and cool (which is nice these days). They asked me to come later than my scheduled appointment time. The front office staff was pleasant and cordial. The technician was warm and seemed to be really concerned that she might hurt me... lol. Didn’t notice too much of a difference in the tattoo fade in the treated area. We shall see how it goes!

I originally started treatments at the Dublin location, because it was closest to me at the time. I’ve been making appointments at Burlingame LaserAway for almost a year now and I am nothing but please. They are kind, friendly, professional, and treat you like an old friend when you walk in. I work as a nurse, and have a bit of a crazy schedule - they are always flexible and do their best to accommodate my frequent appointment changes.I have no complaints about service, product, customer service - only praises.

This place is absolutely horrendous. A few years ago they were advertising online a special on laser tattoo removal. When I went in person for the “consultation“ it’s like standard policy there to completely flip the script and try to pretend like their advertisement didn’t exist and then “you with this huge “package“ that is 20 times the cost of their advertisement.So I never used them, and then recently they advertised three sessions of tattoo removal for a certain price. And I went ahead and purchased the Groupon.. But when I called to schedule my appointment the first thing that she did was try to completely invalidate the Groupon that I purchased and try to upsell me on this massive package where it would’ve cost again 20 times what I had just purchased for. I cut her off and told her that I am only interested in the literal offer that they put out on Groupon. Three sessions for this amount of money is what you advertised and that is what I want. Then she said she would call me back and never called me back!

Got a small leg tattoo blur on my second laser hair removal appointment and showed my third appointment technician, who confirmed that it was, in fact, caused by the former laser appointment and the ill placement of tape that barely covered the tattoo.As I was rightfully a bit dissatisfied, she encouraged me to bring it to Laseraway’s attention having spent several thousand dollars with them... I brought it to the attention of the front desk lady, who filed a note for me. Shortly thereafter, the technician Tanya questioned me on it, heavily insinuating I made up the claim, telling me it would’ve been exceptionally painful and blistered badly had it truly been caused by their lasers. She tried to make it sound like it was just the tattoo aging process, despite this being the only tattoo affected or even remotely blurred, having before and after photos, and it being a fairly new tattoo at less than a year old.I was told that a nurse would evaluate, and Megan Martinez was in touch shortly thereafter. She requested photos, which I sent, and I was told she would help come up with a game plan to correct the mistake. When she called me, however, she was immediately extremely disrespectful, accused me of making it up, gaslit me about the issue being caused at my own negligence, told me she wouldn’t be able to help me because it wasn’t their fault, and in no way offered any kind of support or solution... She spoke down to me and basically told me she didn’t know how I had messed up my tattoos but she was 100% certain it wasn’t their fault. She told me that she and Tanya shared the same opinion on the matter, despite me explaining what the other technician had already confirmed to me. She basically told me to take it up with my tattoo artist and that they wouldn’t do anything for me at all. At the end of the day, I was looking for a small, but appropriate, solution to a small issue, but now I have become very disgusted with the mishandling of this situation and how I was treated, especially after spending so much money and time here.

Always welcoming, informative and nurses make you feel comfortable. Service is great and quick. They are taking extra precautions with COVID. They take temp before you come in, and barely anyone in the building during apptmnt except receptionist and nurse.

I scheduled my first appointment for hair removal, and am so glad I did. Extremely professional service with lots of care. Technician is very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire appointment.

On my 4th appointment, the manager megan refused to give me enough numbing cream to put on my whole upper body which i always got 3-4 numbing cream on my previous visits. Megan also threatened me by calling cops if i dont leave! This must be a joke. Stay away from this company. They refuse to provide the service they charge and they are threatening its customers.

I have to say my entire experience with Laser Away was great, from the over the phone consultation with Ana Vicente, to the virtual consult with Naina Venkatesh, to the front desk beauties that made me feel so special, to the angel Casey who did my procedures. This was my 1st experience with botox and rejuvederm, I was a nervous wreck. Everyone involved comforted my nerves. Now about the results: I couldnt be more pleased. At 67 years old Ill have to say this took years off of my looks. My boyfriend ( who will NEVER be the wiser), took me out to dinner for outdoor dining in Long Beach, could not stop complimenting me. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

Just moved to the area and after struggling for years with sensitive skin, I was over shaving & waxing not to mention the expense. After looking around the Cypress area for laser hair removal options that led me to Laser Away in Huntington Beach. I scheduled a free consultation to learn more and was filled in on my options, the packages, cost and other services offered. Yes it’s spendy venture and I knew this going into it, but they have monthly payment plans making it affordable along with promotions/other discounts. I added up what I was spending monthly for waxing w/tip and it was equalling out to be just about the same monthly cost. Weigh your options and do what’s best for you, for me the self consciousness I’ve been feeling over the years and the struggle with sensitive skin made it all with it! I had my first session this week, clean, modern facility and the staff is great. I look forward to seeing the results I’ve been hoping for!

The IPL I received was the second in a series of three that I purchased. Both women who administered my facials explained what I could expect and did a very good job, making sure I was comfortable. The procedure is a little painful but it works really well and they put cool ice packs on your face to prevent swelling after the IPL. Laser Away is a clean, easy to navigate facility with friendly people there to check you in. I definitely recommend the Huntington Beach location and their services.

Customer service is by far the worst I have ever had. Messages are returned weeks later if at all, scheduled appointment times mysteriously change, every time they call the day before to confirm from what I booked and the girls at the front desk can only do 1 thing at a time even if there are 2 at the desk. Im switching to another location and hopefully have a better experience. Wouldnt recommend this location.

I felt really welcomed from the time I walked in to the time I left. Felt so comfortable and the service is superb. Customer service is the best and the workers are very friendly and nice. I live an hour away and I don’t mind coming to this location due to the great service and quality of work. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Only went for free consultation for laser hair removal. They use cynosure epogee elite laser which suits all skin types.
