Zero Regrets Tattoo and Piercing

Love this place. Bruce does awesome, awesome work. I cannot give enough stars to express how truly amazing the final result is. My advice… Bite the bullet, book the appointment, and suffer the anticipation of knowing your idea is going to be masterfully perfected in ways you couldn’t even imagine. Bruce is the best!

I got a walk-in tattoo of angel wings on August 31, 2024 above my right knee (kind of a late birthday present to myself lol). My tattoo artist was Sailor Jeremy, I want to stress that he did an AMAZING job! I showed him a photo that I found online as inspiration and he told me to air drop it to him. He completely redrew it for me and made it better than it originally was! Jeremy was very professional and when he couldn’t get my stencil placed exactly right he asked the shop owner, Bruce, for help. Bruce made sure that my tattoo placement was absolutely perfect! When getting the tattoo Jeremy made sure that I was as comfortable as possible and gave me pillows to place behind my back. Overall, I had a great experience at Zero Regrets Tattoo and Piercing and I will be back in the future for my next tattoo! 🖤I want to note that my tattoo is still healing, but I wanted to post photos anyway! 😆

I wont get a tattoo anywhere else! The artists here are extremely knowledgeable, patient and talented! The atmosphere is amazing! They take walkins on Saturdays and do fantastic work. Highly recommend you make this your next stop for tattoos. This was my first and they took great care of me!

Bailey is awesome! Stopped in for a nose piercing today. She was so kind and excellent at what she does. She talked me through the whole process and made sure to answer any questions I had. This was my first time being in this shop and it is one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever been in. I’ll be back in the future. 🤘🏼

Went tonight for the first time, and it was truly awesome. Fun, energetic, upbeat. Theres no way you can get bored while waiting, and lets be honest alot of us, this is the most time spent in a tattoo shop. They have games, tv, pool tables, arcade games... snacks, drinks, beer and wine and served some dinner too! (For a really small VIP fee) Professionalism all around. While waiting, I overheard Bruce talking with a new client and without putting their conversation out there, just know, Bruce cares about his clients and will ask necessary questions on specific tattoos to ensure it is something you want. I will definitely be back and he earned the larger piece I want. I will never go anywhere else. All around experience : 10/10.The artwork is also just as amazing. I have been wanting a piece like this for so long and I was finally able to go to him. He made it better than I described to him. He knew exactly what I wanted. Artwork:10/10

Ive been tattooed by Ashley before, so I knew that I wanted my next piece to be done by him. My boyfriend and I wanted to get similar tattoos for my birthday, so we immediately talked to Ash and got appointments booked. We had some issues with scheduling, but Ash and Bruce went above and beyond to correct the issue and to get us in. They, no doubt, strive to keep their clients happy. Their new shop is awesome, snacks, drinks, gaming area, and by far the cleanest tattoo studio Ive ever seen, even the bathrooms are spotless. Our pieces turned out great, we had a great experience at Zero Regrets, and we cant wait to get more done! Highly recommend!

Bruce was easy going, knowledgeable, and pleasant to be with for the duration of my tattoo! We ran into a few scheduling snags and he made it right. Will be back to add more!

Ashley is a great artist. He doesn’t rush to get it done and just make a buck. He does awesome work. Ashley and Bruce I believe are the best tattoo artists around. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

TA Anna was absolutely incredible. I have pretty awful anxiety especially before getting tattoos… and she was beyond comforting. She made sure I was alright throughout the tattoo, offered a fair price, and seriously just gave me the best experience possible. She’s such a nice person, an exceptional artist and she’s going to have such a successful career. I’d love to get more work done by her, even if I have to travel the 2 hours. She’s worth it. 11/10 for her.

This place is fantastic. Best in Jackson for sure. From the front desk staff to Bruce doing our tattoos the whole process was so easy. Everyone was so nice and made us feel welcome and affirmed. My First tattoo and I’m absolutely in love! Bruce did such an amazing job as I already knew he would.

As a first time client, I was incredibly impressed with the studio! It was incredibly clean and it had an amazing lounge area to play games and relax before or after having work done! Bruce was super personable and made me feel comfortable through the entire experience! I would recommend anyone come check out this place because the whole staff was so friendly and helpful!

The environment and people are great. The artists have some serious skill. However, they do not allow appointments to be made for small tattoos. As someone who lives hours away, I can’t make it to the walk-ins.

I had my first experience tonight and when I tell ya that Bruce and the crew are Awesome I do mean awesome!!!! I was comfortable relaxing in the massage chair while watching first 48 on the flat screen TV and drinking a corona!!!! And the name says it all I really have zero regrets about my tattoo..My wife and i got matching number tatoos(our anniversary date) and we freaking love em!!!!!! Will definitely be going back again and again and again!!!!! Thank yall for a great tattoo experience!!!

Absolutely wonderful atmosphere, very clean and professional. Bailey was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and at ease the entire time. Ive wanted these piercings for years and I’m glad it was her that did it for me! Highly recommend and will be back for all future needs 💜

Bruce is a good artist but his professionalism and his lack of follow through/ note taking needs extreme work. I would not go to him for a project piece if you dont live nearby. He came highly recommended so I paid for my first session in full. He told me originally I would have three concepts to choose from, but nope, and after an extreme mess up on his part because I followed up multiple times with his assistant I had to come back another time. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt plus I already gave him my money. He still said I would have my concept the next day for my review, but nope. After more frustrations he finally had something together and went with it. The art was pretty but the concept wasnt fully thought through and alternations will need to be made because he didnt take into consideration the whole piece. He made more promises but just more fails and false stories. At this point every time someone compliments my art I find myself bad mouthing the piece because he ruined the experience. But he doesnt have to worry, I wont go back to him complete the piece.

Bruce gave the best experience when it comes to getting a tattoo! I loved the shops atmosphere and their daily pass they offer! Obsessed with the work of art and thankful Bruce was able to fix a few lines on my first tattoo.

Just started the first piece of my half sleeve with Ash.(1st picture is in the healing process - 3 days out and 2nd picture is a few months ago with the 1st tattoo from Ash) He does such an amazing job! He makes you feel very comfortable, and is easy to talk to. My skin is pretty sensitive, and both times Ive left with hardly any redness or swelling. This is my second tattoo with him and I cant wait to go back to continue working on the half sleeve! The shop is very clean, and the environment was great! Definitely recommend.

I would recommend this business for any tattoos and piercings. The artist’s in here do awesome work and know how to interact with the customers. The business is one of kind around. You couldn’t ask for any better artists they all out to make sure your tattoos are the best when they are done with them.
